Tsunade waddled drunkenly around the Hokage living quarters "Shizune make me another drink!" Without a reply Tsunade passed out on the ground with a thud "oh lady Tsunade again?" Shizune had just returned from her massive shopping spree. "I shouldn't leave you asleep while your drunk" she sighs Shizune has an emergency stash of diapers for Tsunade "Tonton diaper please!" The pig rushed in with a diaper in his mouth these were hidden under Tsunade's desk hidden from view.

The young lady took off the Hokage's underwear "oh Tonton powder!" The pig ran off to find it and returned with baby powder "thank you Tonton" Shizune managed to lift Tsunade off the ground a little to slot the new diaper underneath taping up her nice snuggly slug diaper and a nice green trim.

Moments later after packing the shopping away a loud hissing sound came from Tsunade's direction "already?" Shizune wonders over checking her diaper "soaked she's still sleeping so I better change her before she wakes up"

Shizune had Tonton pull the package and supplies out with his mouth she got onto changing Tsunade opening up the diaper and wiping her clean first after that a quick puff of powder and new diaper.

Hours later Tsunade yawned sitting up and scolding her assistant "Shizune why am I in a diaper of all things!!"

The girl wriggled "uh that's because I couldn't have you wetting yourself Lady Tsunade" her intentions are pure Tsunade thought to herself "your just doing what I did to you when you were my genin"

"but lady Tsunade im a big girl..." Little Shizune cried having her panties taken away for the 10th bed wetting accident this month "no no listen Shizune when you can behave like one you can have these back but for now" The older lady showed an evil gleam in her eyes. Tsunade disappeared and retuned with a little fluffy piggy print diaper for Shizune Who flustered.

"Ah lady Tsunade don't talk about it!...I I...mean I don't want anyone to know the secret training you put me through..." She meant the secret diaper training regime strong enough to make a grown woman cry like an infant.

"yes I can't believe I'm saying this but could you change me? All this talk about the secret regime has made me mess..." Tsunade who was loud and booming had gone quiet like a tiny mouse and its cheese.

Shizune gave a polite smile taking her over to the changing mat on the other side of the room Tsunade laid down having her diaper opened up caused the fresh air to hit her "brr Shizune hurry!!"

She did what she was told using the baby wipes to clean her boss without question "ew lady Tsunade..." She carried on wiping until her boss was clean throwing the old diaper away.

Shortly after Tsunade was powdered and padded up again "thanks Shizune we don't speak about this to anyone" the two nodded as they ran off to the tower's courtyard.

Once outside Shizune had grabbed Tsunade's diaper bag the first lesson is...!!!!

Shizune yelled "first lesson is wetting the diaper without a second thought!" She was treating her boss like she once did to her with this training all those years ago "hmph not a chance Shizune" Tsunade said punching the air.

"Well your going to have to it was your idea anyway" the lady sighed Tsunade was a tough cookie to crack that's for sure so Shizune ran off popping into the kitchen "this should help Lady Tsunade" and running back outside passing her boss the baby bottle.

"What's this for?" Tsunade asked

"Oh it's to help you" Shizune giggled under her breath."ok then when in kumogakure do has they do" She took the baby bottle and drank from it without question. Seconds later the juice passed through Tsunade like a bat outta hell "Shizune! I'm peeing!" She growled punching a nearby tree into dust!

Tsunade's diaper slowly grew a shade of yellow "Ah lady Tsunade calm down you passed the first lesson!" Shizune waited for her to stop the mini tantrum once Tsunade finished the younger lady starting on the change.

"Lesson two is messing the diaper" Shizune flustered opening the diaper,wiping Tsunade up,powdering and taping up a nice fresh fluffy diaper "there we are"

Tsunade stood up pushing out something fierce but nothing came out "mphfffff!! Shizune why can't it just come out"

The younger lady shook her head "because you can't just mess Lady Tsunade it doesn't work like that"

Tsunade stopped trying to mess her diaper and sat down "Shizune how does it work then?" She asked.

"I think we should ask one of the girls" Shizune says sending Tonton who was sleeping to find one of them "go Tonton go find one!" Tonton charged though the Hidden Leaf Village.

Meanwhile at a restaurant Ino sat eating her Dumplings "oink oink!" Tonton poked Ino's leg "uh hey Tonton huh you need my help? Sure" she finished the last of her dumplings following Tonton back to Shizune and lady Tsunade. Once she got there Shizune sniffed the air "Ino have you messed?" The genin blushed shaking her head "no Shizune sensei" Ino lied it definitely was her. Tsunade ran over pulling the girl's shorts straight down! She was pantsed by the Hokage!!

"How did you Mess like that?" Ino's diaper was sagging Tsunade sounded pretty intrigued about this.

Ino laid onto the bright green changing mat the older lady kept trying to mess her diaper

"Lady Tsunade quit trying..." Ino squeaked as Shizune opened up the stink filled diaper "Ino tell lady Tsunade how to mess a diaper"

"Oh well you must eat a lot and let it go" the blonde baby genin had her tush wiped as she talked.

Tsunade went inside to make herself some food after hearing this "Thank you Ino"

A few more wipes later Ino's Tush was actually clean Ino knew the rules of don't ask questions about the Hokage no matter what they were!

A fluffy diaper and Powder was applied to Ino "thank you Shizune Sensei"

Inside the kitchen Tsunade was packing away the food like a hurricane of hunger

"Mphffff!!" She pushed roaring at Ino and Shizune who wondered in to throw the old diaper away.

"Shizune I can feel it!" Tsunade felt a little push out of her "ah~" the back of the diaper filled up stinking up the kitchen "I did it I've messed!" Cue the victory music!

Shizune held her nose tight "yay but eew...lady Tsunade get on the changing mat"

The Hokage listened the lesson was accomplished but the feeling wasn't so grand

Shizune got to changing the diaper just like a lightning bolt once opened her wipes were almost empty "oh these should last until the next change" her cleaning spree commenced

Soon after Tsunade was powdered "Ino grab a cute fluffy diaper for Lady Tsunade"

"Yes mam" Ino looked around catching her eye was a play pen and other baby things as an incase one of them aka the other padded ninja girls wanted to stay over a pack of diapers sat next to the shared playpen.

Ino picked on out a bright green diaper with diamonds on them she passed it to Shizune who taped It onto a nice clean Tsunade "Lesson 3 is playing and being adorable!" Shizune announced

Tsunade giggled "playing cute is easy Shizune" sitting down the play with a few toys such as a ball,rattle and plushies "See Shizune I can" She began rolling a ball at Ino who rolled it back to her "So Shizune" the little blonde genin said "does lady Tsunade pass?"

"I guess so but the final lesson is a tough one!" Her smile shone through everyone "it's all about wearing the diaper in public which Ino and the other genin do this anyway"

"No Shizune I won't do that it's embarrassing!" Tsunade shook her head annoyed which The younger black haired lady laughed "The Hokage embarrassed!? Lady Tsunade your a Hokage you can walk around in just a diaper and no one will notice" Shizune had a point there why doesn't she just test that theory.

The Hokage jumped up waddling up to the door and opening it to show her diaper to the world! And she did it's just no one noticed "I told you lady Tsunade!" Shizune said proudly to her boss she was lucky she wasn't diapered by Tsunade. Shizune shivered "brrrr" not wishing to remember her childhood with lady Tsunade.

"I'm going to show the village!" She yelled running out to show herself off the Hokage is without dignity.

Shizune followed her out sighing "everyone listen up!! Lady Tsunade wears diapers of her own volition!"

They all nodded not really bothered it's the Hokage she can do what she wants they thought.

Tsunade stomped her foot "Shizune said listen!!!!!" The ninjas stopped and stood still understanding that Tsunade wears diapers now like the genin girls!!

Days later...

Tsunade smiled at Shizune "I kinda like the diapers a lot more thanks Shizune!"

"It's not a problem Lady Tsunade!"
