Chapter 14: Parental Arrival

For the rest of the week, after the ending of the last chapter. UA was surprisingly normal, with a few bouts of chaos here and there.

The day after the assembly, that shocked the student body. Was surprisingly quiet, except for the students talking about the importance of the upcoming UA Sports Festival. (Man, talk about becoming the talk of the town.)

The next day, Izumi finally got her visit from Naomasa. To say Naomasa, didn't know, how to respond to the information being given to the investigation was an understatement. To think, that the schools could become that corrupt, was an understatement. If Nezu wasn't agitated before, it was an understatement. To think, that these students wanted to get into the Hero Course. Along with the staff allowing this kind of bullying and doing nothing about it, was an understatement. Though in hindsight, the possibility was growing. That schools were grooming students, to be heroes and villains was becoming more and more of a reality. In the end, Naomasa thought, this investigation was going to be very difficult. Even with everything, Izumi told them. Izumi reminded them, that children are impressionable. Then she used All Might as an example, as a hero, that never loses. Then add in the fact, that people praised Bakugou for his Quirk. Causing them to inflate Bakugou's ego to the point, that he gained both or either an inferiority and/or superiority complex to unhealthy proportions. Which led Bakugou to where he is right now. Which caused Nezu to understand, where she was going with this. Which was to target the source of the problem, not the person, who is the problem. In other words, target the school, not the student. Though she did approve of Bakugou getting some therapy, for his ego. She also asked to use, the gym again in the future. Where Nezu humbly agreed too, with the same rules as last time.

The day after, that was surprisingly quiet. The Specialists arrived, via a portal, with their luggage. When asked, why they had their luggage with them. The answer was simple, with them knowing the Winx. The possibility of a situation. Where they were going to be needed was pretty high. If the past 8 years, with the Winx, were anything to go by. Where they could only sigh and nod in agreement. They even told the Winx, that Saladin wanted them to make their own hero costumes. Since Izumi's world had inspired him. So, that as part of the graduation exam. They had to make their own hero costumes unique to them. This meant, that Izumi had to get in contact with Nezu to help them design, their hero costumes.

Friday on the other hand, was surprisingly quiet. Save for UA getting a real treat of the Winx practicing and rehearsing outside for their halftime show for the Sports Festival. Some even recorded them, practicing for their performance, during the sports festival. But, Izumi's performance left them with jaws on the ground, not to mention. It hit some of them in the feels. Before Bloom and Izumi did a duet. Which caused the students to start cheering, while the UA staff was completely stunned in complete and utter silence.

That afternoon Izumi had joined Toshi and Inko in Recovery Girl's office. Where she handed Recovery Girl the training plan, that Toshi had handed her. So, that she could get ready for UA. Which earned him, a cane to the leg and a stern talking too. Then after Recovery Girl, had checked Inko over. She started coming up with a plan to safely get Inko back into shape. Which included getting Inko onto a proper diet, as well. After she finished, coming up with a plan. She had more stern words for Toshi, to follow the plan properly and make no deviation from it. Where he shakenly nodded in agreement too.

Saturday was surprisingly quiet. Though Nezu was there, talking over some things with the Specialists. About their new hero costumes, were going to look like. While Izumi added her 2 cents, on certain things. Like Helia's gloves, which if upgraded right. Would let him keep the basic abilities of the gloves, but also add the ability to fire laser arrows, and create shields, as well as 2 other features for them. Helia thought, that the ideas would come in handy. Nezu did tell Izumi, that some more of the students Quirks had returned. Along with him, telling her the changes that accrued in their Quirks. During, this Izumi was making lunch for everyone. Izumi asked Nezu, to send some tickets to the Sports Festival for Bakugou and Ochako's parents to sit with Inko and their special guests. Where he humbly agreed to do it, post haste. Toshi had also taken Inko, to get some groceries. That Inko needed, to start her diet and start getting back into shape. Though Toshi used the opportunity, to get to know Inko a bit.

Though during the week, Izumi was able to get in a few more magical lessons, with Melissa and Momo. This time though, it ended up on a more positive note. Then, the last time, Izumi taught the 2. Plus, they began their lessons on shooting basic energy blasts too.

We open the chapter, in Gardenia. Where we currently find a woman wearing a short-sleeved teal shirt, in skinny jeans and purple pumps. Taking along a luggage bag. And was walking towards Mike and Vanessa's place. Once at the door, she proceeded to knock on it.

Meanwhile inside to home. We currently find Vanessa doing some last-minute chores. Before she, Mike and 3 other people head for Izumi's home world. As for Mike, he was currently sitting in a chair, reading the newspaper. After he had brought down his and Vanessa's luggage, that they would need for the trip downstairs. For Mike thought. He had been cleared for 2 weeks off, from being a firefighter. When they heard a knock at the door.

"Hey, Vanessa? Are we expecting anyone?" Asked Mike, as he got up to answer the door.

"It might be Morgana and Klaus. Since they said, they will meet us here." Said Vanessa, as she continued putting away the last of the dishes. "Before Oritel and Marion arrive. Then Bloom, Stella, and Roxy will arrive to take us to someplace called UA High School, on Izumi's home world."

"Thanks for reminding me, Vanessa." Said Mike, as he arrived at the door and proceeded to open it. "Morning Morgana." As he stepped aside for her. "Come right on in."

"Good morning to you too, Mike. And thank you for making your place the meeting spot." As Morgana walked into the house and put her suitcase off to the side.

"Not at all, Morgana. It's the least, we could do." Said Mike, as he closed the door. "And I see, Klaus. Decided to not come with you?"

"Unfortunately, he couldn't come today and won't be able to. Until the day, before the Sports Festival." Said Morgana, with a knowing smile "Since Klaus had to be here in person to pickup an order for the Fruity Music Bar." Getting a nod from Mike.

"Well, either way. Welcome to our home Morgana." Said Vanessa, as she walked into the room. "Can I get you anything? While we wait for Oritel and Marian to arrive."

"Would it be too much trouble to ask for a glass of water?" Asked Morgana, from where she was standing.

"Not a problem at all. And feel free to sit down wherever you like." Said Vanessa, as she walked back into the kitchen, with Morgana following her into the kitchen to talk. While Mike could only shake his head, as he made his way back to his chair, and picked up his newspaper. Followed by him going back to reading it. While Vanessa and Morgana started up a conversation.

It wasn't until half an hour later. When they heard a knock at the door. Which caught the attention of the 3 of them.

"Who could that be?" Asked Morgana, curious about who could be at the door.

"It might be Oritel and Marian." Said Vanessa, as she got up to answer the door. Only to be greeted, by Bloom, Stella, and Roxy. Who was standing at the door.

"Sorry, about surprising you like this, Mom. But, we decided to arrive early." Said Bloom, as Stella and Roxy entered the house. While Bloom gave Vanessa a quick hug. Who had returned the hug. While Roxy and Morgana hugged each other as well.

"Yes. This is certainly a surprise." Said Vanessa, after she and Bloom separated from their hug. "Though, we weren't expecting you until 10:30-11. So, why did you decide to arrive early?" Vanessa added as she closed the door.

"Well Izumi and her mom are cooking lunch and it will not be ready for a while. So, we decided to leave early and wait for everyone." Said Stella, from where she was standing in the room. "And let me tell you, it's been nothing but chaos on Izumi's home world, with 1 event after another." While Stella told, them of the events, that had happened to them. While Mike looked up, from his paper at Bloom, with a look asking. If what Stella was saying was true. Bloom nodded in a way, as if saying, that everything Stella was talking about was true. While Mike could only shake his head, used to the chaos, that came with the Winx. "So, who are we still waiting on to arrive?" Asked Stella, after she had finished explaining everything to Morgana, Mike. and Vanessa, about what the Winx have been up too.

"Well. We are still waiting for Oritel and Marian to arrive. Before we would wait for you 3 to arrive." Said Vanessa, as she explained it to the 3. Where Bloom nodded, in return and thanked Vanessa for the update.

"Though, I do wonder. What's going on at UA, right now?" Said Morgana, from where standing, After Roxy had finished giving her mother a hug. While everyone else just thought on it.

After thinking about it. They agreed, that they were probably doing their own things. From there, continued talking. Until Oritel and Marian arrived, about an hour later. Where they exchange greetings. Before leaving to UA via a portal.

Meanwhile in the main entrance area. We currently see the portal open. Followed by 8 people coming through it.

"Well. Here we are U.A. High School." Said Bloom, as Mike, Vanessa, Morgana, Oritel, and Marian set down their suitcases on the ground or what items. That they decided to bring with them.

"Why does it, look a bit like Alfea?" Asked Marian, as she looked around the main entrance area, with curiosity about why it looked like Alfea. "Or is it, this where your current residence is?"

"It's the second 1, mom." Said Bloom, answering Marian's question. "The reason, we settled on it. This was due to the fact, that they had 11 people, 11 pixies, and the pets. And we were all living in a very cramped apartment. So, we decided to keep it simple and familiar for them, to an extent. While adding our own design to it." As Mike and Vanessa sympathized, with where Bloom was going with this. Since they went through the same thing. With the Winx, staying at their place. While the Winx did their mission to find the last fairy on Bloom and Roxy's version of Earth. Until they moved out to start their pet shop. While Marion, Oritel, and Morgana nodded in understanding.

After talking for a while longer. They agreed to make their way to where most of the people in the building, currently were. Where was everyone doing their own things.

The rest of the Winx, were going about doing their own things. Flora was outside, taking care of the garden, that she was growing. Musa was listening to music.

Eri and Haylee were munching on some carrots, on 1 of the couches. With Fae swiping a carrot or 2 to nibble on, when the 2 weren't looking. While they were watching Tecna and Timmy play video games. While Ochako was sitting there, watching the 2 play videogames. While the pixies were playing a game of UNO on the floor. Using a device, that Tecna had made for them. So that they could play with holographic cards and not run out of cards. Like in a normal deck.

While Aisha was working out. While the rest of the specialists, and pets, were doing their own things as well.

While Inko and Izumi were currently working on making lunch for everyone. Unfortunately, it was still going to be a while before lunch would be ready.

"Hey, guys. We're back." Said Stella, as she walked into the room. Before she made her way to the couch and sat down on it.

When Izumi heard this, she put down the knife. That she was using to help prepare lunch for everyone. Then she turned around and began making her way towards the group.

"Well, then. Welcome to my home world." Said Izumi, as she greeted them. While walking up to them. "And I see, that you have already met. The U.A. Principal, Nezu and All Might, the current #1 Pro Hero of the nation." Causing them to turn, and see, what could be assumed a chimera of some kind in a suit and a blonde-haired man. Who looked like he had seen better days.

Which surprised them, that the blonde-haired man, who looked like a skeleton, was the current #1 Pro Hero of the nation. While what they assume was some kind of chimera, was the U.A. Principal.

"And before you ask. I'm putting my money, on the idea. That he's some kind of chimera. Instead of some kind of mouse, dog, or bear." Said Izumi, which most of them could only agree on. While causing Nezu to let out a laugh. Since it was the first time, someone had thought to call him a chimera.

"Well, either way. It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Principal Nezu and I'm the one in charge of UA." He said, from where he was standing. "And if you would like a tour of my school. I would be more than happy to arrange it."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Principal Nezu. My name is Marian. And I'm Bloom's mother." Said Marian, introducing herself. After regaining her composer "And this is my husband, Oritel." As Oritel took a step forward and shook Nezu's hand. "These 2 are Mike and Vanessa. The ones, who adopted Bloom, when Domino fell." As Mike and Vanessa introduced themselves to Nezu. "And finally, this is Roxy's mom Morgana." As Marion introduced Morgana.

"It's defiantly. A pleasure to meet all 5 of you." Said Nezu, As he shook everyone's hand. "Especially, you. Morgana. Since, your daughter has most likely filled you in, about Miss Asui's situation."

"She most certainly has. And if you want, we can talk to Tsuyu about it, tomorrow. If you would like to do it." Said Morgana, from where she was standing. Which Nezu happily agreed for them to meet up tomorrow. Followed by Morgana telling him, that her husband would be arriving later, that week.

"So, is lunch ready yet?" Asked Stella, as some of them shot Stella a look.

"It's not going to be ready, for another half an hour. I think?" Said Izumi, as she went back to helping Inko finish making lunch. "Since we were making a big lunch for your arrival. As a way, to welcome you to my home world."

"Would you like some help, with all of the cooking?" Asked Vanessa, as she noticed them struggling a bit.

"That would be a good idea." Said Izumi, as she looked over everything, that still needed to be cooked.

After introductions were done, Izumi and Inko went back to making lunch, with Vanessa helping them. While everyone started talking about random things. While Inko was surprised, about some of the compliments, that came her way about Izumi.

It also wasn't long before David and Melissa arrived, and Oritel and Marion finally got to meet their niece and brother-in-law. Much to Marion's surprise, she saw a bit of her sister in Melissa's looks. It eventually led to talks about Oritel and Marion mentioning about holding a dance on Domino to welcome Melissa and David to the family. Unfortunately, it led to Nezu asking, if it was possible to allow some of the UA students to come to Domino for the dance. Since he thought, that this would be an interesting learning experience for the students. Oritel and Marion would have to get back to him on the idea.

Eventually, day turned to night, and everyone was shown their rooms. Where they'll be staying for their time, during the UA Sports Festival.

The next day, around 10 in the morning. We currently find Nezu, Tsuyu, and Aizawa waiting in the teacher's lounge for Izumi and Morgana to arrive. So, that Morgana can take a look at Tsuyu and see if she was major fairy or if she had the potential to become a major fairy. As for Aizawa, he was using the meeting to get out of work. So, that he can catch on his sleep. While eavesdropping on the conversation.

Eventually they heard a knock on the door. Letting everyone know, that there was someone at the door.

"Come in." As Nezu called out, from where he was sitting.

"Sorry. If we kept you waiting." Said Izumi, as she and Morgana walked into the room. Upon walking into the room, behind Izumi. Morgana got a good look at Tsuyu and noted, that she had the potential to become a major fairy.

"Do not worry, about it. Now please, take a seat by me." Said Nezu, as he gestured for them to take a seat by them.

After they took a seat. Nezu turned to Tsuyu. "Now, then. Miss Asui. Do you know, why you're here?" Asked Nezu.

"No. I do not know. Why I am here?" Said Tsuyu, from where she was sitting, on a couch on her side of the room.

"Well, then. Let me introduce you, to Morgana. The former fairy queen, of an alternate version of Earth." Said Nezu, as he introduced Morgana.

"It's a pleasure to meet you. Tsuyu." Said Morgana, as she held her hand out to shake Tsuyu's hand.

"Call me, Tsu." Said Tsuyu, as she shook Morgana's hand.

"Very, well then. Tsu." Said Morgana. "I was asked to meet you today. To answer something very important." Making Tsuyu wonder, what the meeting was about. "And to answer, your question. Tsu. It was to see if you were a major fairy or had the potential to become 1." Said Morgana, now having Tsuyu's attention. "And let me just say, that you do have the potential to become 1." You could hear a grumbling sound, from Aizawa as he heard the information. Though Aizawa quickly froze, when Izumi shot him a glare, as if saying "Now is not the time for complaining." While Tsuyu didn't know, how to react to the information. "But, whether you can achieve, the rank of Major Fairy will be up to you." Morgana added, to what she was saying. Causing Tsuyu to nod in understanding. While Nezu found the information fascinating.

"So, are there any personal benefits and disadvantages to being a Major Fairy?" Asked Nezu, curious about the benefits. While Aizawa could only grumble at when Nezu's curiosity was peaked.

"Of course. There are benefits and disadvantages." Said Morgana, as she began explaining the benefits and disadvantages of being a Major Fairy. From having control of their respective concept or element to having followers, and control over the animals of their respective concept or element. Tsuyu shivered at the thought of what she could do. If she archived the rank of Major Fairy. Upon noticing, Tsuyu's discomfort. Morgana reassured her, that whether she ascended to the rank of Major Fairy would be up to her.

From there the meeting continued, for another half an hour. Before the meeting concluded. With Aizawa complaining even more than usual. Tsuyu processed the information, that she had learned from Morgana. Nezu found the information fascinating.

Though Izumi told Morgana, that she'll meet her back at the Midoriya's house. Since she needed to talk to Nezu about a few things.

"So, what is it? That you wanted to talk about?" Nezu asked. After Izumi took her seat once again on the couch opposite of him.

"I was thinking about Eri and Haylee. And that I want the 2 of them to start school soon." Said Izumi, from where she sitting on the couch. "But, due to Aldera Middle School. I'm reluctant to let them to go to school. Even though, it'll be them good in the long run. Since they'll be making friends." As Nezu nodded his head understanding. Where Izumi was going with this.

"Hmm." Said Nezu, thinking about what Izumi had said to him. "Perhaps, we can start an elementary school here, for the 2 of them. Would that work for you?"

"Think bigger." Said Izumi, as she raised an eyebrow, crossed her arms, leaned back, and gave him a look. Causing Nezu to rethink, what he was just thinking. "Because I am kind of sure. That their students here at UA, with siblings around their age."

"Are you suggesting, that we open up UA for elementary and middle school students? Who have siblings currently attending UA?" Asked Nezu, becoming intrigued by the idea.

"Well, it would be a good way for UA to start innovating. Broadening its horizons." Said Izumi, as Nezu thought about Izumi's idea. Which was starting to sound like a good opportunity for UA. "And it would be a great way, to show me. That UA can stand on its own 2 feet. Without relying on its graduates to make a name for itself."

While Izumi was speaking, Nezu was doing some major reflecting on UA's current status. Due to the words, that Izumi spoke. As her words were beginning to show multiple underlying problems, that were really in need of being addressed. Had UA really strayed, from its path of producing great heroes to the point of it, being like every other school? He began to feel the shame, that came with the feeling. Like he had failed his students, once again.

Upon noticing, Nezu's look. "You know, Nezu." Said Izumi, bring him out of his thoughts. "Rather than doubting yourself. Take responsibility and do something about it." As Nezu nodded in understanding. "Remember there is nothing wrong with admitting defeat and saying you screwed up. Since it will show, that you can truly learn form your mistakes." Causing Nezu to sigh and admit, that she was right, in the end.

"So, where should we start." Asked Nezu, wondering how they should start cleaning up UA.

For the next half an hour. Nezu and Izumi tossed ideas around. With ideas ranging from diplomacy to first aid, and basic survival training. Izumi even mentioned a saying, "It's better to have something and not need it. Then it is to need it and not have it." To Nezu, it made sense. Since in a Pro Heroes line of work. It's better to have the skills. Then it is to not have them at all.

"Now, then. Before we start getting way too far ahead of ourselves, Nezu." Izumi added, pausing Nezu's train of thought. "I would like to bring up. Some information, about the Unforeseen Simulation Joint incident. And…how it connects to the UA Barrier Breach." Which abruptly stopped Nezu's train of thought. Since he hadn't thought of there being a connection between the 2 events. That had happened to UA. "Please tell me? That you had noticed the connection between the 2 events."

"Unfortunately. I fail to see the connection, between the 2 events." Said Nezu, failing to connect the dots between the 2 events. While causing Izumi to sigh and see the disadvantages of having a high IQ. Since having a high IQ, lowers common sense and gut instinct. While causing people to overthink things.

"Before you ask Nezu. Remember Enchantix and Believix fairies can shrink themselves to hide in plain sight. And toss in a duplication Quirk of some kind. Since I am the fairy of Magic and Superpowers. And you can probably figure it out, from there." Said Izumi, as she reminded him. While providing information to him about the 2 fairy forms. And where her magical abilities lie. "Since I was there. During both events…twice. Along with overhearing Tomura Shigaraki mention something, about a teacher or is it a staff schedule." Upon hearing the words teacher or staff schedule crushed his theories about the UA Barrier Breach and the Unforeseen Simulation Joint incidents not being connected, even more. While causing him to think, that the UA Barrier Breach was a diversion to draw the UA staff's attention. Maybe to draw their attention from the staff office to get a schedule. Which was starting to look like a possibility. "If you're wondering. If it was to draw your attention from the UA staff office. Then you are correct. It was a diversion, to draw your attention to the front gate. While someone snuck into the staff office."

After hearing Izumi's explanation. Causing it to make a lot of sense, how the 2 events connected and made sense. Even more so, with the thought of Izumi being there both days to observe them and could have intervened when needed. While Izumi laughed internally, at the thought. That only those, that are overconfident would assume things. Along with the thought that she could have intervened, during both incidents. But, there are some events, where even she couldn't intervene. The UA barrier breach and the USJ were 1 of those places. Where she couldn't intervened or she could have jeopardized the timeline.

"Why didn't you come forward and help with both events?" Asked Nezu, after thinking about it for a while.

"If I could I would. Unfortunately, even I have to obey the rules of time travel." Said Izumi, took a sip of her tea. "Which means, I can exist on the same planet and do my own thing. But I cannot interact or reveal myself to certain people, or there'll be consequences to the timeline." As Nezu understood, where the conversation was going. "But, that doesn't mean. I cannot do my job as this planet's Guardian Fairy."

As Nezu understood, where the conversation was going. Since there were rules in the universe, everyone had to follow them. Even though it did explain, some of the unusual events, that happened out of nowhere. Like the thunderstorm, that showed up out of nowhere and helped put out a wildfire. The strangest thing during the fire. It was like the lightning was striking ahead of the fire, creating a backfire. Or the runaway train, whose brakes mysteriously started applying themselves. But, it was starting to make sense. Izumi was doing her duties as a Guardian Fairy.

"I take it, you figured it out. That I helped with certain events." Said Izumi, with a smile on her face. As Nezu nodded, with a stunned look.

From there, they continued talking for another hour. Talking about certain things. By the time, their conversation concluded. Nezu needed to have a conversation, with the staff about certain things. Since some of these ideas, should be brought up. And Izumi needed to go. Since Stella wanted to talk with Izumi about something.

Unfortunately for UA, that afternoon. They got a taste of 1 of Izumi and Stella's arguments. Since Stella wanted Izumi to wear a dress for the opening ceremony of the Sports Festival. While Izumi wanted to wear her exorcise outfit for the entire event.

Meanwhile, downstairs, everyone was listening to the 2. While Inko was becoming concerned. Due to the 2 arguing.

"Um, are their arguments? Usually like this?" Asked Inko, showing concern.

"It's usually like this. When Stella wants to dress up Izumi for an important event. When Izumi already knows, what she wants to wear." Said Flora, getting ready to go out and water her garden. While Musa was sitting at the table, with her elbow on the table. Tapping the side of her head, listening to the 2. Not really surprised by Izumi and Stella arguing over something like this.

"Don't worry about it too much, Inko. You'll get used to their antics. That usually comes with the Winx. If all of their, previous adventures are anything to go by." Said Vanessa, who was helping to clean up lunch. While Marion, who was sitting by Melissa. Happily chatting with Melissa and David and getting to know her brother-in-law and niece. Smile and nodded in agreement.

After hearing, that Inko didn't know. Whether to be happy, that her daughter is home or the fact. That her life was going to become a magical madhouse. After thinking, that she broke down crying. Which surprised everyone, who knew about Izumi's crying. Finally understood, where Izumi's crying came from.
