Optimus stared into the illuminated ship which caught the attention of the other autobots and they joined up next to him, Optimus was the first to enter followed by the others, they walked around the ship noticed it was a little bit rusted and had several scratches on the walls, "how long do you think this thing has been down here and ?"Arcee asked curiously "I'm no brainiac but I'd say this thing has been here for thousands on top of thousands of years."Bulkhead said optimus shook his head knowing that it's been longer that, Bumblebee sat in a chair that was infront of a moniter and pressed a button and it came to life then he bumbled around until he found something very interesting a list of video logs dating back millions of years, Bumblebee clicked the first one and a slightly familiar face appeared on screen. Bumblebee buzzed in surprise and confusion as he didn't know who this autobot is "I don't know him either."Bulkhead said clueless "I've seen him once for a brief second." Arcee said and they all listened to what this mysterious autobot had to say,the autobot stared into the camera for a second before speaking "Journal log #1: My Name is Paddles,I'm an autobot soldier from the dying planet cybertron,I was once apart of Seaspray's undersea combat team...but after being captured by Shockwave I became...something more..something beastly,but I wasn't the only one, Shockwave captured and experimented on other Autobots:Grimlock,Swoop,Slug,Sludge,Snarl,Slash,Scorn and Slam, he turned us into Dinobots which is our team name now."
Bumblebee paused the log as they began to absorb the info, these were names they haven't heard of in a long time, "Grimlock...like the Grimlock?!"Bulkhead asked in astonishment he had heard of Grimlock's fearsome reputation on the battlefield and he heard that Scorn was worse "Slash, I know her she's the most formidable cyber ninja around, she saved my life once."Arcee said Bumblebee buzzed in a few words "I have not seen Grimlock since the exodus of Cybertron,he told me he was going to take the space bridge down on his own, that was the last I saw of him."Optimus said with a heavy spark although Grimlock was tough to deal with on a daily basis Grimlock was a mighty asset to the autobots "I wonder what happened to them?"Bulkhead asked Bumblebee pressed play.
"For several months we hunted Shockwave,until we chased him to an unknown planet occupied my creatures that looked similar to our formed and Predacons, it was rough but we where able to defeat them thanks to our teamwork and the help of Autobot Mainframe and Predacon defector and honorary Autobot Doublecross, Optimus rest their sparks,we finally had Shockwave but the slippery One eyed jerk, made the team fall into this pit with this black substance and the disappeared angered i chased and finally killed Shockwave avenging my teammates but now i am alone in this planet with no way out, i must make the most of it and carry on."paddles said with sadness un his vocal process and the log ended.
The Autobots where in shock Grimlock and his team were dead and paddles was the only one left, Bumblebee clicked on the second one "Journal log #2: I've been on this planet for over a week and I'm beginning to adjust pretty well,I have a very large stock of energon which if used smartly should keep me going for millenniums, the natives aren't the talkative types which is fine I like to keep to myself." The log ended which intrigued the autobots Bumblebee scrolled through the logs a couple of times and stumbled across one labeled Mass Tragedy Bumblebee pressed the play button and they noticed that Paddles had dust all over him and he looked like he was put through the pits "Something terrible had happened...approximately 9 hours ago a...giant rock fell out out of the sky and impacted...causing a massive blast wave that killed all life on this planet,it was... a miracle i survived,my base has been buried underground but I still have my energon, honesty see the native creatures go out like that...made me feel absolutely terrible,I've lived along side this creatures for close to 100 years, it reminded me of the great cataclysm that killed off the Predacons."
Bumblebee scrolled a clicked another log that was labeled Beast Visitors, "some other..i guess cybertronians arrived here,but these guys had, beast forms,i don't know who they are but I'm going to find out." Bumblebee clicked the next one "So apparently the new comers are from the cybertronian colonized planet Eukaris, they're having a bit of a civil war problems of their own,the tribe leader of the coincidentally named Predacons, who's name is again coincidentally Megatron wants to expand the Eukaris territory to other planets which wouldn't be a bad thing if invading already inhabit planets wasn't in the plans, Optimus Primal leader of a group of followers called Maximals took an artifact that would help Megatron in his goal and ran here,Primal asked me for help in stopping him, which I'm hesitant about trading one war for another,but Beast Megatron sounds like someone i want to punch out."The log ended.
"Optimus Primal?"Bulkhead asked in bewilderment as that name was unknown to him although they had heard of Eurkaris,when the Cosmic Rust plague started every space bridge was deactivated, cutting the planets off from each other "Sounds like you have an admirer Optimus."Arcee said Optimus prime was very interrested in this Optimus Prime as well as this Beast Megatron and the Eurkaris civil war and in fact he was beginning to wonder about the other colonized planets and how they were doing.
Bumblebee pressed another log "The Beast Wars as its called, its raging strongly, it's starting to remind me of the great war back home, the maximals have lost a couple of members but so did the predacons, it's getting brutal, but thats war for you, also the Predacon member Manta Ray has an interest in me." The log ended then Bumblebee pressed another log "The beast wars are over,Megatron and his predacons have been defeated,Optimus and his maximals headed back home, but he offered me to come with but i don't know how I would fit in on their planet,if I could fit in at all."
"Happy endings."Bulkhead said relived the maximals were victorious in the beast wars Bumblebee tried to scroll to see more but there wasn't it just ended there "no more?"Arcee asked a little disappointed as she wanted to know more Bumblebee buzzed a valid point "Indeed Bumblebee, there's more to the story,something must have happened to make Paddles act like this."Optimus Prime said " well it's not like we can ask him."Bulkhead said "No,at least not until we capture him."Optimus Prime said "and how are we going to do that?"Arcee asked Optimus Prime thought about it and he thought of a plan "I have an Idea."
Meanwhile
Starscream and Breakdown walked through the tunnel until they came onto an air pocket and they went through it and they came out of a cave and found themselves outside, the stars and moon greeting them. "Oh we're out of that nightmare."Starscream said with relief as he walked on the grass, he secretly missed then they were greeted by an heavily injured Soundwave and Knockout who managed to escape to the surface, Knockout limpped the bite wound on his leg oozing energon, and Soundwave looked worse, he's face screen was cracked he had pieces of grass and dirt on him he had dents and gashes and a bite mark on his side.
"The mission was a failure,it can have that energon, Soundwave bridge us out of here."Starscream ordered,Soundwave was about to do that until he collapsed in stasis lock "oh primus."Starscream said in defeat.
Meanwhile
Bumblebee plunged into the pool and into the tunnel, he was the bait and his mission was to get the creature to go to it's lair where a trap was waiting,Bumblebee was annoyed that he was picked to be the bait but he sucked it up, and proceeded down the dark tunnel with extreme caution, his nerves were shot to the pits,he doesn't flinch inn the face of decepticons but a rabid beastal autobot made him oil himself Bumblebee came onto the intersection of the tunnel wondering which way to go, he looked both ways looking out into the darkness for the creature and saw nothing at first until he heard growling coming from the tunnel Starscream and Breakdown ran down, then to glowing eyes appeared staring at Bumblebee.
