"...Nothing's happening." Silver commented as he was munching on a slice of plain pizza.
Vector blinked, turning his head to see Space Ghost snoozing on the table. He shrugged as he turned to Silver. "Yeah, I guess you're right."
Silence. Silver and Vector looked at each other as they decided to leave the office, seeing that there was no one in the Pizza Hut. Silver and Vector gave each other odd looks as they squinted their eyes, glancing at each other as they felt uncomfortable.
"...Where the hell is everyone?" Vector asked as he and Silver stepped out of the Pizza Hut, to see everyone going back and forth between two giant yellow springs placed in front of the Pizza Hut, with the two springs being right in front of each other, preventing anyone from jumping out. Silver and Vector glanced at each other as they watched Scratch and Grounder bringing in unsuspecting customers into the trap, causing them to fall into the spring, with the other unlucky folks forcing them to bounce along with the crowd.
"Baha, ha ha!" Scratch laughed as he was operating the crane, turning to Grounder. "This was a totally better alternative to trying and get that Silver guy!"
"Uhuhuh, yeah!" Grounder added as he raised his drill hands in the air. "Why try and torture him when we can do it to everyone?"
Silver sighed as he placed his right hand on his forehead, shaking his head. "Well, that explains why everything is quiet. Although the guys who invented the concept of two springs being so close to each other deserve nothing but ridicule."
Sadly, Silver and Vector were grabbed by the crane, being dropped into the bouncing crowd of people as they, too, were infinitely bouncing back and forth between the springs, with Scratch and Grounder laughing their heads off. Sonic, who was part of the huge crowd, sighed in annoyance as he was bouncing right alongside Silver, his arms crossed.
"They have been implementing this stupid level design since 1990. Don't try to bring logic into it." Sonic complained to Silver as they kept on bouncing.
