616. Burning At The Hailfire Peaks

"Man... why did I think it was a good idea to come here...?" Silver asked himself as he was in Banjo-Tooie's Hailfire Peaks, being on the fire side as he was walking around the volcano, watching the yellow fiery hands trying to grab him as fiery meteors came launching at him, dodging and using his green psychic to move the meteors away from him. He headed towards the western direction, going near the stadium as he looked up, to see the bath of lava that was right next to it.

Hailfire Peaks was much bigger than it appeared on the map, with Silver and Charmy having been tasked to deliver pizzas on the volcanic side, mainly to the audiences in the stadium housing the kickball tournament. Luckily they got most of their deliveries done, with Charmy buzzing around the volcano, enjoying his time in the molten island.

"Gotta remember that the train station is there." Silver remarked as he sighed, closing his eyes as he shook his head. "This place is too hot for me..."

It was then that a yellow hand emerged out of the red wall, catching Silver off guard as he screamed in pain, being burnt immensely as he dropped his four cardboard boxes of pizzas. Charmy, who was zipping around the volcanic area, watched as Silver screamed for help.

"Silver! I'm coming!" Charmy exclaimed as he flew over towards the volcano, only to get knocked down by a fiery meteor into the yellow magma below, with Charmy screeching as he was immediately set on fire.

"Oh my god!" Amy exclaimed as she placed her hands on her face, shocked at Silver and Charmy's burnt appearances. "What happened to you two!?"

Silver and Charmy were back in Sonic Adventure 1's Station Square, being at the Pizza Hut as neither of them were quite well. They were both completely covered in ashes.

"I got ten degree burns..." Silver coughed as he couldn't feel anything in his body from the immense burns.

"And I was burning in the magma!" Charmy sniffled as he cried loudly, tilting his head back as tears went out of his eyes.

Vector emerged out of one of the soda machines as he faced Silver and Charmy, his lanky arms folded. "How did the delivery go, mah bois?"

"...It was hot." Silver remarked dully as he used his psychic to grab a full pie of plain pizza, taking a slice with his right hand and munching on it. "And not the way you think it went..."
