Silver hummed as he was on the way back to the Pizza Hut in Sonic Adventure's Station Square, with it being nighttime as he finished up his pizza delivery in Spagonia, seeing the Pizza Hut was in flames. Silver screamed in horror as he placed his hands on his face as he collapsed on his knees.
"AGH! How did this happen!?" Silver exclaimed as he shook his head, being quite surprised.
Charmy chuckled nervously as he buzzed up to Silver, touching his fingertips together as he smiled sheepishly. "Ehehehe... well, it was a little while after you left..."
SEVERAL HOURS EARLIER...
Charmy was whistling as he was waiting for the sausage topped pizza he crafted in the oven to warm up, with all the other pizzas also warming up in the other ovens as Espio was cleaning up the counter.
"Charmy, don't let the pizza stay in there too long." Espio regarded as he then grabbed some clothes. "I'm going to head out to Empire City for a while."
"...Okay!" Charmy exclaimed as he waved goodbye to Espio, who left the Pizza Hut as the bee kept on waiting for the pizzas to warm up. "See ya soon!"
Several minutes later, Charmy was snoozing with a magazine about video games on his face as he was resting on the green counter, the timer for the oven going off as the oven began shaking violently. Charmy woke up, noticing the bouncing oven as he approached it, opening it as flames spewed out of it, falling on the counter and floor as the entire Pizza Hut suddenly caught on fire.
"...Whoops..." Charmy admitted as he blushed in embarrassment, gulping as he sweatdropped. "Vector and Espio aren't gonna like this."
"...and that's how it all happened." Charmy explained to Silver as he then pulled out a cardboard box full of burnt, plain pizza. "...Want some pizza?"
Silver glared at Charmy as he slapped the bee across the face in disgust, several seconds later using his psychic to take a slice of the burnt pizza, munching on it with disappointment as Charmy frowned, feeling like he let everyone down.
