(The episode opens with Amanda sitting in front of her dressing room mirror, blowing a bit softer and harder through her puckered lips into a little circle shaped hole in the middle part of her mouth.)

Amanda: "No matter how softer or harder I blow a bit, I can't even seem to whistle."

(Drake, Josh and Nancy enter Amanda's dressing room.)

Drake: "come on, Amanda. the show's about to begin."

Josh: "hurry up."

Nancy: "let's go."

Amanda: "okay. but I'm still busy practicing some whistling."

(Amanda tries harder again to whistle. but she still can't. and it fades to a black screen. then the opening intro begins. afterwards, Amanda walks out onstage.)

Amanda: "thanks a bunch, everybody! my name's Amanda and I still can't even whistle. (she tries harder again to whistle. but she still can't. and the audience begins cheering wildly.) and by the way. I've got a fan letter from nine-year-old Trixie Kramer. (she reads the letter out loud.) dear Amanda, I've noticed you're not able to whistle. but I can help you out. I'll teach you how to do it .anyhow. stick around, we'll be back in a second to do stuff!"

(Amanda tries and tries harder again to whistle. but still. she can't. and it goes from a commercial segment, to a few sketch numbers. and it fades to a black screen. and meanwhile in Trixie's house, Trixie stands in front of Amanda. and she's teaching her how to whistle.)

Trixie: "okay, Amanda. all you need to do is keep the tip of your tongue on the bottom part of your teeth, pucker your mouth in a little circle hole, then blow all of it out."

(Trixie whistles the loudest and the longest. then Amanda keeps the tip of her tongue on the bottom part of her teeth, puckers her mouth in a little circle shaped hole in the middle part of her adorably cute lips. then she finally whistles the loudest and longest as well too.)

Amanda: "hey! I finally did it! I finally whistled."

(Amanda and Trixie begin whistling Mary Had a Little Lamb together as always. and they both walk around on their way back to the Amanda Show theater. then Amanda goes back onstage.)

Amanda: "okay. So now that I'm finally able to whistle, let's see if I got the hang of it. (she begins whistling Old MacDonald Had a Farm.) okay. that's our show. I'm gonna go practice for the all-girls' whistling competition in the park. see ya."

(Amanda walks offstage whistling Do Your Ears Hang Low. and it fades to a black screen.)
