Lara Croft's estate was a hive of activity as the team prepared for their upcoming video call. The living room had been transformed into a makeshift command center, with laptops and tablets arranged around a large screen mounted on the wall. Nathan Drake, Jonah Maiava, Elena Fisher, Sam Drake, Victor Sullivan, Amanda Evert, Nadine Ross, Chloe Frazer, Rafe Adler, Sarah Bartowski, and Commander Rourke were all busy setting up the equipment, making sure everything was ready for the call with their new allies.

"Is the camera working?" Nathan asked, fiddling with one of the laptops.

"Yeah, it looks good," Elena replied, adjusting the angle. "We should be all set."

Lara entered the room, her presence commanding attention. "Alright, everyone, let's get this call started. We've got a lot to discuss."

The team gathered around as Lara initiated the video call. After a few moments of static, the screen flickered to life, revealing the familiar faces of John B. Routledge, Sarah Cameron, JJ Maybank, Pope Heyward, Kiara Carrera, and Cleo.

"Hey, guys!" John B. greeted with a broad smile. "Good to see you all."

"Good to see you too," Lara replied, her tone warm. "Welcome to the team. We're excited to have you on board."

"We're excited too," Sarah Cameron said, her voice filled with enthusiasm. "So, what's the plan?"

Lara glanced at the team around her before turning back to the screen. "First, let's get everyone acquainted. Nathan, why don't you start?"

Nathan grinned and gave a casual wave. "Hey, everyone. Nathan Drake here. Looking forward to working with you all."

One by one, the team introduced themselves, each member bringing their unique skills and personalities to the table. When it was Sarah Bartowski's turn, she gave a confident nod. "Sarah Bartowski. I'm here to make sure we all stay safe and get the job done."

Commander Rourke followed, his expression serious. "Commander Rourke. I may have been on the wrong side before, but I'm committed to this team now."

After the introductions, Lara took a deep breath and addressed their new allies. "We have a lot of challenges ahead, but with your help, I believe we can overcome them. We'll be working closely together, and trust will be key. Now, let's talk strategy."

The call lasted for over an hour, with both sides sharing their knowledge and planning their next steps. By the end of the call, there was a palpable sense of unity and determination.

"Alright," Lara said, wrapping up the discussion. "We'll see you all here in Indianapolis for the celebratory dinner. Safe travels."

"See you soon," John B. replied, and the screen went dark as the call ended.

The team in Lara's living room exchanged satisfied looks. "That went well," Nadine remarked.

"Yeah," Chloe agreed. "I think they'll fit right in."

Later the next day, the team gathered in the spacious dining room of Lara's estate. The table was set with an array of delicious dishes, and the atmosphere was festive. They didn't have to wait long before the doorbell rang, signaling the arrival of their new allies.

Lara opened the door to find John B., Sarah Cameron, JJ, Pope, Kiara, and Cleo standing there, looking a bit travel-worn but excited. "Welcome to Indianapolis," she said with a smile, stepping aside to let them in.

"Thanks for having us," John B. replied as they entered the grand foyer. The newcomers marveled at the opulence of Lara's estate, their eyes wide with awe.

"Nice place you've got here," JJ said, whistling appreciatively.

"Thanks," Lara replied. "Let's head to the dining room. Dinner's ready, and we've got a lot to celebrate."

As they made their way to the dining room, the two groups mingled, conversations flowing easily. By the time they reached the table, it felt as if they had known each other for years.

They took their seats, and Lara stood at the head of the table, raising her glass. "To new friends and new adventures," she said, her voice filled with emotion. "Together, we can achieve anything."

"To new adventures!" everyone echoed, raising their glasses and clinking them together.

The dinner was filled with laughter, stories, and plans for the future. John B. and his crew shared tales of their adventures in the Outer Banks, while Lara and her team recounted their own exploits. The room buzzed with excitement and camaraderie.

At one point, Sarah Cameron leaned over to Sarah Bartowski. "So, what can we expect on this team?" she asked with a grin.

Sarah Bartowski chuckled. "A lot of danger, a lot of excitement, and a lot of teamwork. But trust me, it's worth it."

Kiara, sitting next to Jonah, asked, "What's the most dangerous thing you've faced so far?"

Jonah smiled, thinking back. "It's hard to pick just one, but I'd say getting caught in a collapsing temple ranks pretty high up there."

The stories continued late into the night, with everyone sharing their hopes and fears, dreams and ambitions. By the end of the evening, there was no doubt that the team had grown stronger, united by their common goal and newfound friendships.

As the night wound down, Lara stood once more, this time with a more serious tone. "Tomorrow, we begin our next adventure in... wherever it takes us. Rest well, everyone. We've got a lot of work ahead of us."

With that, the team slowly dispersed, heading to their respective rooms. Lara watched them go, feeling a sense of pride and anticipation. They were ready for whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing they could face them together.
