Since May is over and this is a new month here's a recap list of everything I wrote in May

Thanks you guys for the nice reviews from the last chapter writing in Belos' was hard probably won't do it again the comment that he would have married Odalia if she was a human was a random thought I came up with at the spur of the moment the night I posted the chapter

Part Two
Gus wasn't sure if things were better or worse than he imagined
The pros the isles were still standing and it didn't seem like the Collector had wiped everyone out Titan he hoped they were still alive
The cons though he turned them into puppets and was using them to toys to reenact some of Luzs adventures he surmised watching the Collector use a 'light glyph' on a plushy version of the Owl Beast the 'Owl Beast' collapsed as something pink and hairy emerged from the plushy Gus would have laughed seeing the witch wearing a pink plushie as a wig as part of a bad Eda cosplay
The reason that Gus wasn't laughing was because it was Terra Snapdragon the deadliest coven head in the isles who'd turn someone into fertilizer at the drop of a hat
According to a penstagram rumor she had killed some poor witch for accidentally bumping into Terra making her drop her new hat
"Hoot hoot I'm back to normal where can I get some apple blood hoot" Terra said blandly clearly uninterested
"No no that's not right" the Collector said floating over to Terra "Edas not like that and she doesn't say hoot she's someone who acts like a grumpy aunt but that's just to hide her feelings and keep people at arms length"
'True' Gus thought seeing Luz nod in agreement with the super powerful star child
"This is ridiculous I'm tired of playing pretend acting like someone I should have killed when she was a teenager" Terra said loudly in a moment of sheer bravery or utter stupidity "if I had I wouldn't be humiliating myself pretending to be her for you and her skull faced mutt"
Utter stupidity Gus thought this was nothing more than utter stupidity talking back like this to someone who could move the moon with a flick of his finger Gus saw that the Collector was getting angry a crescent moon appeared in his hands "you're not being nice"
"Ugh whatever I just have to act like that hobo Owl lady so I don't end up as a puppet like the rest of these people right" Terra continued completely unaware of how ticked off the Collector was "right how's this I like musicians" Terra said after making a stupid face
"Don't make fun of my friends" the Collector said throwing the crescent moon Terra had a look of horror on her face until the sticker hit her turning her into a sparkly puppet that fell to the ground
That was terrifying
"Collector you've gotta stop doing that" King pleaded sadly "you're hurting people"
The Collector rolled his eyes "I'm just playing pretend" he replied
"Sometimes playing pretend can hurt people too I know from experience" King said sounding a lot different than the 'King of Demons' Gus remembered first getting to know after he became friends with Luz
The Collector clearly wasn't listening instead flying off with King on a blue star to the 'Archive house' the puppets vanishing with him
"King" Luz shouted running out of the alley getting on her staff about to fly after the Collector but was stopped by Danny "Luz you're no match for that kid"
"He's right he took down a powerful coven head like it was nothing" Amity agreed "maybe we could leave Terra as a puppet" she added quietly
"So the eyeballs and bones are normal but the little cherub is the bad guy" Mrs. Noceda asked still trying to wrap her head around that Gus couldn't blame her the human world was a lot different than the demon realm
"It looks like he was recreating some of your adventures" Willow said to Luz
"King got the Collector to stop the draining spell by saying they needed a lot of players to play 'Owl House' I guess that's what he came up with" Luz said "the Collector and everyone else must be in that crown over the skull the Archive House we need a way to get there"
"You're never going to make it there" a familiar voice said
It couldn't be
Gus turned to see Mattholomule Skara and Barcus standing on a roof
"Because you're all losers" the construction/illusions witch said making an L sign down at them
Yeah it was Mattholomule for sure
It didn't work
Grimwalker number 206 hadn't finished forming he couldn't posses it
Even if he had any of Calebs bones left his current body would break down before a new Grimwalker could be made
He needed a new body one powerful enough to obliterate the Collector and finish his mission
The human who Luz was courting Danny Fenton would have been a good pick his oracle magic was more powerful than any other oracle Phillip had encountered in the past four hundred years
His bones would make for good grimwalkers to serve at his side when he ruled humanity the same for Luz as foolhardy as she was the foolish Spaniard did have a uncanny talent for learning quickly
Those were plans for the future however not a solution for the immediate future
He needed a new body now
No not just any body the most powerful body
Yes there was only one body that would work for his goals
The Collectors
Luz was so happy to see some of her classmates were safe and not puppets
Also they were totally rocking the post apocalyptic world look especially Barcus with the earrings "after we learned what the day of unity was from the Golden Guard we spread the word on penstagram to all the schools on the isles" Skara explained
"While there were disbelievers many of our peers accepted the truth" Barcus added Luz understood him though everyone else only heard barking his head darting from left to right keeping his eyes open for any of the Collectors stars
"For some people don't want to admit that they've believed in a lie all their lies" Luz said agreeing with Barcus
"Mija how did you learn to speak dog" mami asked "that'd be great at the clinic"
"It took practice" Luz said "also Barcus is a biped demon not a dog"
"But he has more than two legs" Sam said
"Biped is more of a catch all term than a literal definition" Amity explained getting nods of understanding from the humans
"Anyways Hexside was set up as a shelter by the school when the day of unity happened things went from bad to worse" Mattholomule said "when the grown ups were fine we thought somehow the draining spell was stopped but than the Collectors stars showed up and turned into puppets changing things from bad to worse" Mattholomule said
Oh no what else went wrong
"But an even bigger change happened I went from Mattholomule" Mattholomule ran his hands over the marker mustache "to Mantholomule"
Luz hid her face behind her mami tried to hide her giggles
"After the day of unity we looked for those who have hidden away from the Collector and bring them here New Hexside" Skara pointed her staff towards the school the windows were boarded up and covered in graffiti like no puppets allowed and no one here stuff like that
Mattholomule made a spell circle the boards over the door levitated off allowing everyone to go inside before going back into place the school was gruny and dirty witchlings from all over the isles going off their uniforms were doing various jobs
It was like a squished together version of Bonesborough with a market class rooms converted into sleeping quarters even someone was doing Amitys job keeping an eye on the baby class kids
"This ones for you father" Braxus said throwing a paper star at a stuffed animal dressed to look like the Collector before the kids swarmed in it ripping it apart the babysitter was sleeping while this happened
Yeah Luz wasn't getting anywhere near that
Or all the muttering
"Is that Luz"
"Where's she been"
"Who're those other humans"
Danny elbowed her lightly "sounds like someones popular"
"Nah I'm not all that popular just another Hexsider"
"Most Hexsiders don't fight the Emperor and live to tell the tale" Skara points out "or more than once like you did"
"How'd you learn about that" Luz asked
"Caleb I mean Hunter told us" Skara said as if it was obvious
Luz looked to Hunter who shrugged "it was relevant information so they could understand the full picture of what Belos was up to" Hunter said
"Luz" Viney shouts coming out of the crowd hugging her tight "titan a lot of us were worried the Collector got you"
"Viney I can't breathe" Luz choked out Viney thankfully let her go
"Dude where were you guys we searched half the isles from the chest to the toes" Viney asked
"I ended up in the human realm" Luz explained "with my mom and my boyfriend"
"Hi" Danny waved awkwardly "I didn't live live with her I just was in the same realm as her"
"Nice to meet you" Viney said shaking his hand looking to Barcus "what's his aura"
"He has the heart of a true hero" Barcus answered
"Than I guess we can skip the shovel talk if you hurt my friend" Viney says her hold on Dannys hand getting tighter "cause if you did there'd be a line of witches and demons who'd be after you"
"Viney"
"Not necessary" Danny promised looking at her getting her to blush "not popular huh"
"She's not top of the social ladder but she's got friends from all the tracks she's in" Viney explained
"Okay I might be a little popular" Luz admitted sheepishly while Viney went over to Willow saying she needed help something about her tomatoes going feral and hunting the lockers
"Amity" Emira cried out happily
"Em" Amity cried happily hugging her sister tears in her eyes
Aw happy reunion Luz knew her friend was super worried about her siblings and her dad
Speaking of siblings
"AMITY" Edric called happily in a full body cast hobbling towards Amity dragging poor Bo behind him by a one of the bandages before he got to Amity he crashed into Sam knocking the poor goth down onto the ground
"Sam" Danny said he and Amity helped Edric
"Edric be careful you need to rest so you can heal"
"I'm fine too thanks for asking" Sam said
"Sorry I just wanted to hug my sister" Edric said sheepishly looking to Sam "didn't mean to fall for someone as pretty you"
'Wow that was a cheesy line' Luz thought
"It's fine" Sam said fixing her hair
Amity tried to look angry but she smiled instead after less than a minute "oh I missed you two" hugging her siblings who hugged her back well Edric sort of hugged her as best as he could being in a full body cast
The PA system buzzed "will Captain Tholomule bring the people you brought before the council" Boschas voice said
So Boscha was still safe that was sorta good she supposed
Wait a second
"Has Tholomule been your last name the whole time" Gus asked a weirdly smirking Mattholomule or just Matt
Yeah introducing yourself by your whole name as one name was weird even by Luzs standards
Amity was not bitter that it took a literal apocalypse for a student council to form
No not at all
She and the others followed Mattholomule into Principal Bumps office there nine mismatched chairs had been gathered around an old cafeteria table from a table with legs held together with spell table
A reminder to Amity of the struggles people on the isles had gone through trying to survive the Collectors playing Owl House
The Council was definitely a mismatch of witchlings from all over the isles
Amity recognized Boscha sitting in the center of the council to her right was a red demon in a St Epiderm uniform with abomination track colors there was something familiar about her but Amity to steal a human realm phrase couldn't put her finger on it 'not sure if I'm using that right why would you put your finger on something you're trying to identify'
Next to the red demon was a witch with black hair in a ponytail wearing a Hexside uniform for the plant track
Than a short brown haired witch with a gold flower pinned behind her ear that looked to be Ed and Ems age in a Glandus uniform with healing track blue sleeves
To the Glandus witches was a young biped demon boy with black hair green skin multiple arms his uniform was a red tunic with tan colored sleeves and pants tied with a Beast Keeping orange sash the uniform for Brewers bog located in the swampy toes
To Boschas left was a hulking figure in a cloak also in a St Epiderm uniform but for the Construction track
Sitting next to the giant wearing a Illusion track blue fur lined vest over a grey high collared sweater black pants and boots was a fox like biped demon with robin green fur and golden yellow eyes Amity wasn't sure of his age since he was on the shorter side the uniform for Frost Marrow school in Costaedell on the Snowy Ribs
Sitting next to the Frost Marrow student was a black haired witch with warm brown skin dark hair wearing a white shirt with patches over the sleeves with a vest over it and white pants with a sash the uniform for Hanniboil school of sorcery located in Palm Stings both the vest and the sash were the purple of the oracle track Amitys least favorite magic because of Odalia
'There's something familiar about her I don't know what though' Amity thought
Finally sitting at the end was a biped demon with grey hairless skin a tail instead of legs dressed in a sailors uniform with a red neckerchief tied around his neck a bard track uniform for Carrolls Conservatory in Clavicle Cove
"Surprised to see you alive Amity" Boscha said barely looking at her "we haven't found any more survivors in the last couple of weeks"
"I'm sorry to hear that" Amity said really she was seeing the patched up dirty uniforms the sorry state of the school people sleeping on the floor living like this hadn't been easy for anyone
"Madam president how can we be sure that this really is Amity Blight like you said we haven't seen any survivors in weeks and now this group appears it could be a trap from the Collector for all we know" the Abomination witch said
There was something familiar about her voice
"The Collector hasn't used spies before why would he start now" the Oracle witch asked
"This might be his first time luring us into a false sense of security before he strikes" the Beast Keeping witch rebutted
"What sense of security we're hiding in a school from those freaky star things" the Healing witch said "it's driving me crazy being all cooped up like this"
"If you'd rather be a puppet blondie be my guest" the Illusion witch said "things here aren't perfect but they're better than being turned into a toy"
Everyone began to shout at each other as an argument broke out
"This is madness" Gus exclaimed as everyone bickered
"This is politics" Hunter said with a long suffering sigh pinching his brow
The arguing only stopped when the construction witch banged a fist on the table breaking it "will you stop breaking the table Roca"
"My sister is right we're setting a bad example for the newest members of our group" the abomination witch spoke up again "welcome I'm Miki the right hand man of our esteemed student council president Boscha leader of New Hexside the future of the Isles"
"What do you mean future of the isles" Mrs. Noceda asked
"Exactly what it sounds like adult human once the Collector eventually grows bored of the Isle and leave we will resettle and recolonize the isles leading it into a bright and glorious future" the red haired witch said
"What Miki said" Boscha said
"But what about everyone whose been turned into a puppet your family Cat and Amelia Principal Bump everyone" Amity asked
"You disappeared for months Amity what did you expect when you finally showed up a plucky resistance army who'd follow you into battle" Boscha asked looking down everyone else looked down "we're not trying to fight we're just trying to survive"
Luz stepped forward now
"Hi I haven't really been introduced to most of you guys I'm Luz Noceda"
"Aren't you that girl who was singing those weird sea shanties for snails a few months ago" the bard witch asked "I still don't know what a Wellerman and why is it chasing a whale"
"What's a whale it sounds terrifying"
"It is" Gus chimed in
"Wait weren't you that girl who was doing that rigged carnival game with the Owl Lady" the Beast keeping witch asked
"Okay some of you sorta know me my names Luz Noceda human witch apprentice of Eda the Owl Lady student of Hexside this is my mami Camilla my best friends Willow Amity and Gus my sorta brother Hunter my boyfriend Danny and his friend Sam"
"Hi nice to meet you guys"
"Look I don't know what you all have been through in the past few months but I've got a plan to stop the Collector and rescue your families I'm not asking for help I just need some memory shears from the photo lab assuming you guys haven't eaten them like the paperclips"
"Speaking as a vegetarian paperclips are not a good meat substitute" Sam added
The council whispered among each other "do what you gotta do but if your little plan fails don't lead the Collector back here to us" Boscha says quietly after looking to Miki
Amity frowned
Something was off
She'd known Boscha since she was five and despite being the quote unquote president of this council it was clearly Miki who was calling the shots she recognized someone giving discreet looks and orders
"Thanks and don't worry everythings going to be fine" Luz said "hopefully" she muttered quietly as she walked out
"I'll meet you guys at the photo lab I've got to check something" Amity said walking off
"Amity wait up" Amity turned to see Sam running to catch up with her
"Aren't you going to the photo lab with the others" she asked the human
"I don't think we should split up not with the way Miki was looking at us" Sam explained Amity nodded
"You noticed that too huh" Amity asked
"I've unfortunately had to deal with people like that since I could talk" Sam explained without saying it Amity nodded in understanding having also gone through a life with overly controlling parents not that she considered Odalia a parent as they made it to the library
"What are you looking for"
"My mother demanded that I be the top student in Abomination magic not just at Hexside but for every school on the Isles I had to score higher than them all" Amity explained a spell circle later and a lilac colored tome floated over landing in front of Amity with a heavy thud kicking up a cloud of dust
The Abomination track year book a magic tome that recorded name of every student who registered in the abomination track since the formation of the Coven system back when she obssesed over being the top student Amity had read this book dozens of times to know the names of her enemies
Looking through the pages Amity looked through the names "No Miki no Miki no Miki"
Amity turned pages speed reading through "no Miki no Miki no Miki" Amity muttered as she continued going back further and further until she finally found who she was looking for
"Oh no not her"
"What whose her"
"She's talking about me human" Miki said as she stood with the cloaked construction witch Roca holding a vial of sleeping nettles potion breaking it sending gas taking off her mask and goggles revealing it to be Kikimora
"Ugh not you" Amity groaned in annoyance before she and Sam passed out falling asleep thanks to the sleeping nettles
And this is the chapter
So yeah the student council is more than just Boscha in this version along with a few more schools
One in each of the places Gwen visited and one in a place I made up the clavicle the isles major port and home to aquatic witches and demons
Like I said in the authors note above things will go different in this part than in canon

Every member of the student council is a reference to a character from a Disney movie try your best to guess them all I'll give a shout out in the authors note to the ones who can guess the most some will be easier and some will be harder
