"How long as it been raining?" Rotor asked Silver was they were on the rooftop of the Sonic Adventure's Station Square Pizza Hut.
"All night, actually. I know, I've been hearing it whenever I went up to do my usual bathroom checks," Silver remarked as he stretched his arms.
Rotor shrugged as he wrapped his right arm around Silver. "Well hey, at least it's better than the usual plain weather, right?"
"I guess." Silver agreed as he simply shrugged, blinking a couple of times. "I do wonder how this affects the temperature. I mean, it's chilly out here, but not as cold."
"Good point." Rotor stated as he felt a sneeze coming on. "Let's go before... ahhh-" He then sneezed, groaning as he placed his left hand on his forehead. "Never mind."
Silver sighed as he shrugged. "It can't be helped."
Back inside the Pizza Hut, with Silver and Rotor going back to work on pizzas, Charmy was watching the rain hit the windows, holding his hands together.
"It's too bad that I'm a bee and that bees hate water," Charmy remarked with a sigh, "Because I just love watching rain fall!"
"Then why don't you do something about it?" Espio suggested as he was cleaning the tables.
Silver nodded his head in agreement as he was handing prepared pizzas to the customers waiting at the counter. "Yeah. Given where we live, you should be able to find all kinds of cool stuff to utilize!"
"I know, but..." Charmy sighed as he closed his eyes, shaking his head. "It's just not the same. I want to be out in the rain as my natural self, not as a robotized freak!"
"Hey!" Dr. Eggman angrily growled as he slammed his fists on a table he was sitting at, glaring at Charmy. "I'll have you know that I take pride in stuffing annoying cutesy animals like you into a robot, making them suffocate until they no longer breathe!"
Everyone looked at Eggman with shocked looks, except the badniks because they were used to the mad scientist. Eggman mumbled as he folded his arms, trying to boast about his ego once more as Orbot sighed in annoyance, with Cubot putting way too much hot sauce on his chilli peppers topped pizza.
