"Silver, can I ask why do you look so festive?" Charmy asked as he noticed Silver was wearing a more vibrant attire than usual, with the Pizza Hut having a lot of color infested in it.

"There's actually a good reason for that," Silver explained as he brushed back his silver quills, smiling as he used his psychic to grab a slice of honey topped pizza and munch on it. "It's because today is a special celebration!"

"For what, dare I ask...?" Shadow started as he felt rightfully nervous, sipping some Dr. Pepper he got from the soda machine.

Suddenly the rooftop of the Pizza Hut collapsed, with it landing on Shadow as Vector emerged from the top, looking triumphant as the green crocodile had his hands on his hips, with there being giant birds made entirely out of green dollar bills soaring behind him.

"Today's a good day to be rich!" Vector exclaimed as he then jumped on a nearby slide made of dollars, laughing as he went up and down and all around the Pizza Hut at the speed of sound while enjoying the smooth feel of the dollars that were billed up together to form the slide, getting cash everywhere as the customers and employees of the Pizza Hut took this in celebration since they knew Vector would never allow this on a normal day.

"Just another day at the Pizza Hut, it seems," Dry Bowser commented as he was going to get a pizza, only to see what was occurring before him as he simply shrugged and went somewhere else.

Silver was sleeping in his bed at his apartment in Sonic Adventure's Station Square as he was having a good dream about simply relaxing in a beautiful tropical beach... which was ruined as he was suddenly teleported from his bed to the cold floor of the Pizza Hut by a new invention from Rotor, who cheered as he was drinking some cold water from the cooler.

"Huzzah! It worked!" Rotor boasted as he gave himself a PRRRROMOTION. "My teleportation device is running smoother than I anticipated!"

"Wha... the hell is going on?" Silver questioned as he woke up, groaning as he noticed he was in the Pizza Hut. "Rote! Can't you see that tonight is my night off?"

"Oh come on, what harm is it for me to test out my inventions?" Rotor chuckled as he rubbed his silver colored technology, which was shaped like a old reel camera. "I had to get some samples of your DNA from your quills to get you in, and it's a smashing success!"

Silver made himself some pizza to munch on as he sighed, folding his arms together as he waited for his pizza pie to warm up in the oven. "Did you at least tell the others about it?"

"Well, um... technically, no." Rotor admitted as he shrugged casually, chuckling nervously.

"...You think girls get more gassy from eating here than guys?" Silver asked as he was taking several pizzas out of the ovens.

"Look what I can do!" Charmy exclaimed as he began burping the Chaotix theme song, buzzing around while holding several cinnamon sticks.

Espio was cleaning up the counter as he turned to Silver. "Well what makes you say that?"

Silver shrugged as he shook his head. "I know Charmy can get filled with gas, but it's not like what we see with the gals." He then pointed at one of the nearby tables, with an incoming flatulent scene between Amy and Toadette more or less proving his point.

Amy let out a big bassy fart as she blushed, rubbing the back of her head while eating her honey topped pizza slice. "Goodness, that one really smelled."

"You think that stinks, get a load of this!" Toadette laughed as she leaned forward to release several wet farts, with both of the flatulent girls laughing as they kept letting out more farts.

"Show me a picture of Inspector Gadget." Manic stated as he and Sonia both chuckled, talking into his smartphone while sitting at a table in the Pizza Hut.

"I'm not sure what you mean." The smartphone app responded.

"I am not him!" Sonia added as she and Manic kept laughing.

"Go Go Gadget Siri!" Inspector Gadget exclaimed as he crashed through the window, causing all the pizza to go soaring into the air and then landing right on him, causing him to malfunction. "Wowzers!"

"Oh boy, not again..." Silver sighed as he was putting a pizza into the oven, placing his right hand on his forehead.

Silver The Hedgehog was rolling the pizza dough as usual, with the silver colored mammal thinking to himself deeply, looking up at the ceiling as he began to whistle, nodding his head.

"I sure wonder where the others went..." Silver muttered to himself as he used his green psychic to grab the various pizza toppings to put them on the pizza.

"Are they doing important work elsewhere, or are they just shirking work?"

"Who are you talking about?" Espio asked as he came into the kitchen, checking out the soda machine to see if it was in working order.

"Oh Espio, I'm just talking to myself again." Silver said as he used his psychic to grab a fully cooked pizza pie that was honey topped, taking a slice using the power of his mind and munching on it as he spoke up again. "It seems that everyone seems to appear and then disappear."

"Well Silver, it just so happens that we all have lives beyond working at the Pizza Hut." Espio responded as he placed his hands on the cleaned counter. "I used to be an actual detective doing legitimate detecting, and a real ninja before that."

"And I used to be from a hellish future that's been constantly changing for the fact that the future never stays the same." Silver responded as he brushed back his quills. "But I don't feel like that's any important. What is quite noteworthy is why we haven't heard from the others."

"Because they're all having fun!" Vector interrupted as he stepped out of his office, counting the dollar bills he had stashed away with him. "I often let them have one day off every week or so, and they just so happen to choose this day!"

"Yeah... but why?" Silver murmured as he tilted his head, frowning. "...and why couldn't me and Espio go with them?"

"Because I need you two!" Vector laughed as he wrapped his arm around Silver, which didn't make him feel better.
