Silver was finishing the last slice of honey topped pizza that he made, with the Pizza Hut having been nice and calm for the past several weeks due to not much craziness happening. To be fair, that's a blessing and a curse, especially given how hectic the days and nights at work could get.
"Mm, now this is more like it." Silver said as he finished up his pizza, burping as he patted his chest fur. "Just a nice slow night with nothing out of the ordinary... just a nice regular day at-"
Suddenly the Pizza Hut began shaking, making the hedgehog groan as he slapped his forehead. Rotor got out of the oven he was fixing as he looked around, adjusting his yellow cap.
"So much for that, huh?" Rotor laughed as he got knocked out by a ceiling tile that fell from directly above him.
"You got to be kidding me... not now..." Silver groaned as he shook his head. "Can't we just keep this streak going?"
The Pizza Hut then stopped shaking, making Silver sigh of relief. However, a loud thud was heard, which came from the office as Vector slammed the door open, having debris all over him due to the ceiling tiles having fallen on the crocodile.
"Get in my office. Now." Vector growled as he was referring to all of the employees, his eyes narrowed in a disgruntled mood.
"Uh oh... I think Vex is gonna cut off our paycheck again!" Charmy gasped while placing his hands on his face.
Espio slapped his forehead as he sighed. "He really should just get new ceiling tiles... there's plenty of improved ones to get now."
