Silver was back up in the kitchen of the Pizza Hut, placing in a bunch of finished pizzas as he turned around to see Mayor Pauline, gawking. "W-whoa, it's a surprise to see you here!"
Pauline chuckled as she waved her right hand, wearing her regal red dress. "Well it is tough being the Mayor of New Donk City... even a busy woman like myself needs a break!"
"Can't blame you! Making sure all those buildings in the Metro Kingdom are up to shape... it's no easy task!" Silver exclaimed as he placed his hands on the green counter. "So, what can I help you with?"
Pauline smiled as she brushed her luxurious brown hair. "Oh you know, just one of your finest pepperoni pizzas will do..."
Silver and Pauline then turned around to see Toadette farting, who was fanning the air while trying to carry a bag full of various rare items.
"Phew! Pulling this stuff while letting out stinky gas... is not exactly a smart thing to do!" Toadette admitted as she was blushing in embarrassment, making her way towards the counter. "The collection I've amassed is pretty to look at, I can promise you that!"
"What are we going to do with you...?" Silver sighed as he placed his hand on his face, using his other one to spin the fans above via his psychic power.
Pauline chuckled as she placed her hands on her knees, facing Toadette. "I guess you had a bit too much to eat at the festival, huh?"
"Oh definitely!" Toadette replied to Pauline as she placed the sack of assorted goods on the nearest counter chair, continuing to fan the air. "I guess I got carried away from all the fun I was having with you and the boys...!"
"Speaking of which, where are the others?" Pauline responded as she looked around the Pizza Hut, with it being quite empty outside a few generic animal customers. "I could have assumed they would be here..."
"...Oh, they're definitely around." Silver sighed, with the office door opening to prove his point.
"Silver! I got a new money making scheme in the works, and-" Vector blabbered as he stopped himself upon seeing what was going on, his gaze fixated on Pauline as he smiled, clearing his throat as he acted more proper. "Hello, what do we have here?"
"Oh, Mr. Vector, you remember me don't you?" Pauline said with a laugh as she waved, removing her hat, "Don't you remember the New Donk Festival?"
"...Yeah, it's coming back to me now!" Vector laughed as he placed his hands on his hips. "What brings you to our humble Pizza Hut?"
"Humble? This Pizza Hut?" Silver scoffed as he shook his head in disbelief, placing away the pizza filled cardboard boxes at the corner towards the water cooler. "It's anything but-"
Vector chucked a counter chair at Silver, knocking him out cold as he faced Pauline, placing his right arm on the counter as he leaned, smirking. "Forgive him, he's just naive, that's all."
"Err... well, if you insist." Pauline shrugged as she then proceeded to take a seat, coughing as she squinted her eyes. "Hey, if you don't mind-"
"I know when I'm not wanted." Toadette sighed as she slowly made her way into the kitchen, continuing to fart as she turned on the fans to help fan away the stench.
