Anyway, I've wanted to write a story here but didn't know how to start it off.

Anyways here we go, guys. First story here in and it's a crossover of Spider-Man and the DC universe. I don't know how will I write the story but I do know I have some ideas for it.

I don't know much about the whole, you know, the DC universe. I haven't read a lot of its content. The only things I remember are mostly the Justice League animated series and the Batman Animated series from Cartoon Network. So I'm pretty much out of the loop. I do occasionally watch the DC animated films but not a lot of it. I didn't enjoy the DCAU films but I do like the new ones. So I appreciate you guys helping me out with that and what period and arc I would go first when Spider-Man interacts with the DC Universe.

Also correcting my grammar and spelling is appreciated.

Spider-Man would be a combination of several types of media but leaning toward the Earth-616 comic Spider-Man, MCU Spider-Man after No Way Home, and Spectacular Spider-Man. Peter Parker would be 19 years old because I don't want him to start as a teen. I've been reading a lot of that. I want to have a bit of experience but too mature.

I might turn this to a harem fic but I'll think about it. The reason why is because I don't know which girls I would choose to partner up with Peter. The top choices were Batgirl, Supergirl/Powergirl, Zatanna Zatara, or Wonder Woman, or Donna Troy. That is the reason why.

The story is an inspiration by several fanfics mostly:

The Amazing Spider-Man: True Purpose by Secret Agent Man Jp

Heaven or Hell by HandAssassineSpider-man

I'll also try to figure out my writing style as well. So please tolerate me.

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN MARVEL OR DC OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS AFFILIATED HERE

Prologue

"Shit!"

A four-letter word with an exclamation point at the end was the only thing Peter could mentally utter as he was flung into the metal wall of the Fantastic Four's headquarters. Flint Marco, a.k.a. Sandman, had morphed his arm into a massive sledgehammer and smacked Spider-Man across the face with it.

Spider-Man grunted as he slammed flat on his back, the impact creating a large dent in the metal. Sandman reverted his arm back to its humanoid form, a smirk spreading across his face as he stomped toward the fallen hero.

"Hahaha! Splat like a bug on the wall!" Sandman cackled, pride and smugness plastered on his face as he watched Spider-Man slide down, leaving a trail of blood before collapsing on the floor.

As Sandman closed the distance, two more figures loomed above. One wore a green bodysuit with a metal vest that glowed with electric currents. The other was clad in an all-yellow padded suit with large, thick metal gauntlets enveloping his forearms. Electro and Shocker stood by, prepared to back up Sandman if needed.

You might be wondering what is going on and why Spider-Man is fighting his usual foes inside the Baxter Building. During one of his nightly patrols, Spider-Man received an urgent alert from Reed Richards, a.k.a. Mr. Fantastic. The Sinister Six had launched an assault on the Fantastic Four's home, and Spider-Man, ever the hero, swung into action without hesitation.

Arriving just in time, Reed explained the situation while Johnny and Ben kept the villains busy. Doctor Octavius had infiltrated the base with his chosen allies: Electro, Shocker, Sandman, Rhino, and Kraven, to steal the Ultimate Nullifier.

What's that, you ask? Reed explained it was a powerful device capable of reality manipulation on a cosmic scale. In the wrong hands, it could cause destruction on an omnidimensional level. The thought of such a thing in Doc Ock's hands made Peter sweat. With brief words of encouragement from Reed and Sue, who was busy protecting their children from the attack, Spider-Man launched himself into action.

And that's how he ended up in this situation.

"What's the matter, Spidey, got no quips for little old me?" Sandman taunted, crossing his arms over his broad chest.

Spider-Man struggled to his feet, his black suit torn from the battle. Small and subtle tears marred the fabric, with metal shards protruding and blood seeping from his wounds.

"Oh, I got plenty, but you see, I got a bit of sand in my eyes," Spider-Man quipped, his voice strained but defiant. He took a defensive stance, eyes darting around for an opening.

"Whinin' over a little sand, Spider-Man?" Sandman snarked. "I expected you to be tougher than that."

"Hey, it's better than what you got," Spider-Man shot back.

"Huh?"

THWIP!

In his confusion, Sandman was caught off guard when Spider-Man fired a wad of webbing at his face. Sandman grunted, his hands instinctively going for the webbing, which ended up sticking to his fingers.

"Bitch!" Sandman cried.

Seizing the opportunity, Spider-Man fired two web lines at Sandman's chest and propelled himself forward. Electro quickly jumped in, charging a bright yellow bolt. He fired at the hero, who dodged mid-air, maneuvering away from the blast. Shocker was next, unleashing a shockwave from his gauntlets. Spider-Man was hit, sent flying, but recovered quickly, clinging to the wall and sprinting away.

"Oh no you don't, bug!" Electro roared, launching a long stream of electricity, following close behind, leaving a trail of burn marks.

Flipping and avoiding attacks from both Electro and Shocker, Spider-Man swung toward Shocker. Shocker instinctively fired, but Spider-Man shot a web line to the side, pulling himself away from the blast, which struck Electro instead.

Electro cried out in pain, crashing into the wall. Shocker winced, and Spider-Man quickly moved behind him. Shocker turned, only to be met with a clothesline from Spider-Man, sending him flipping and crashing to the floor.

Panting heavily, Peter was exhausted, his black suit a hint of his foul mood.

It wasn't Venom, Peter had clarified to Reed, Sue, Johnny, and Ben when they saw the wise-cracking hero enter their home through the broken window the villains had created. They were worried, but Peter reassured them it wasn't the symbiote. He was just going through things, he explained. Reality had been hitting him hard lately, and he felt like wearing the black suit. This gave the hero group some relief, but their concern lingered. Peter scoffed at their worry, avoiding his problems by focusing on the present.

"You know, guys, I would love to make fun of you right now, but honestly," Spider-Man grunted, speaking through gritted teeth, "I'm so not in the mood. So be good little criminals and turn yourselves in."

Spider-Sense!

With quick reflexes, Peter twisted to avoid a blast of electricity aimed at his back. He now faced Electro, who panted heavily, a sharp look in his eyes.

"I'm gonna fry you, bug!" Electro roared, charging up another attack.

"How original," Peter muttered, rolling his eyes.

Electro launched his attack, and Spider-Man jumped away, dodging the blast. He then fired a web line at the electrokinetic villain and zipped toward him, fist cocked. Electro was too stunned to react as Spider-Man's knuckles connected with his jaw, sending him flying.

Electro crashed to the floor, the electric currents dancing around his body dispersing, leaving a knocked-out Max Dillon.

Spider-Sense rang again, and Spider-Man rolled away from Sandman's enlarged arm, which crushed the spot where he had been.

"You're gonna pay for that," Sandman growled.

"Sorry, dude, but I'm a little short on cash. Would you take an I.O.U. instead?" Spider-Man quipped.

They lock eyes. Silence filled the room as the two stood against each other. Spider-Man swiftly launched himself and struck the villain with a roundhouse kick to the temple. Sandman's head explodes in the sand and reforms back to his head. Spider-Man dodged the hammer fist that swung down at him and countered with sharp body shots. Sandman grunts but in all honesty, the punches did nothing to his sand-made body. Spider-Man dodged again at the wide swing of Sandman's fist while launching a vicious two-combo haymaker. That struck and destroyed his jaw.

"What's the deal?" Sandman questioned as his mouth reformed launching several hammer fist swings at the hero who simply hopped back from the attacks. "Why are you hitting hard nowadays?"

Spider-Man back off with his fist raised high in a boxing guard. Knuckles clench and form rigged. "What can I say, I got somethings to get off my system. And a walking-talking sandbag is all I need to let loose."

Shocker groaned as he regained consciousness, the throbbing pain in his head a stark reminder of his brutal encounter with Spider-Man. He slowly pushed himself up onto his knees, lifting his mask just enough to spit out the metallic taste of blood pooling in his mouth. As the crimson liquid splattered onto the floor, his eyes widened in horror. Amidst the puddle of blood lay several of his teeth, gleaming like grim trophies.

Rage surged through Shocker's veins, his vision narrowing with anger. The humiliation of defeat and the searing pain of his injuries fueled his fury. Gritting his remaining teeth, he aimed his gauntlets at the unsuspecting back of Spider-Man, who was currently engaged in battle with Sandman.

"You're gonna pay for this, Spider-Man," Shocker muttered under his breath, his voice a low growl filled with venom and determination.

With every ounce of strength left in his battered body, Shocker charged his gauntlets, the air around them crackling with raw energy. He poured his hatred, his pain, and his desperation into the blast, creating a devastatingly powerful shockwave. He unleashed it with a primal scream, the sound echoing through the room, shaking the very walls of the Baxter Building.

The force of the blast was immense, a concussive wave of energy that tore through the air, rattling the metal structures and sending vibrations through the floor. The room itself seemed to tremble under the onslaught as if the entire building might crumble from the sheer power of Shocker's attack.

Spider-Man's Spider-Sense blared a frantic warning, a tingling sensation racing down his nape. Despite the chaos, he remained calm, trusting his instincts. With a swift sidestep, he narrowly avoided the incoming blast. The powerful energy wave struck Sandman instead, the impact so intense that it shattered him into a cloud of dust. Spider-Man watched, apathetic, as Sandman disintegrated.

Shocker gaped in shock at what he had done in his hasty action. Spider-Man quickly seized the opportunity, sprinting toward him with incredible speed. In his panic, Shocker tripped over his own feet, unable to react quickly enough.

Spider-Man delivered a powerful uppercut, striking Shocker under the chin and launching him into the air. Shocker crashed to the ground, dazed but desperate. He tried to raise one of his gauntlets to aim at Spider-Man, but before he could fire, Spider-Man snagged the device with a web and yanked it free from his arm.

"NO!" Shocker screamed, his voice filled with desperation and horror.

Without missing a beat, Spider-Man hurled the active gauntlet at the reforming Sandman without turning his head to look at him. The weapon, still emitting a high-intensity vibrating frequency, struck Sandman and halted his reformation mid-process.

Shocker scooted back on his, trying his best to keep a distance. His breath was uncontrolled and his heart beating rapidly as his scared eyes stare at the approaching hero in a black suit.

"S-stay away from me!" Shocker desperately warned using his only gauntlet left to fire a stray blast.

Spider-Man simply leaned his head away from the attack, the blast striking the wall behind him. He grabbed the gauntlet and crushed it with his bare hand, making Shocker scream in pain. Indifferently, Spider-Man lifted the man from the floor and tossed him aside like a piece of trash.

Shocker rolled as he landed on the ground. When he finally stopped, he didn't recover, clutching his injured arm and squirming in agony.

"Stay," Spider-Man commanded like Shocker was simply an animal to him as he web swing to Doc Ock.

Otto Octavius is many things but no matter what he will always get the short end of the stick. Stolen credentials, a ruined reputation, no wife, no family, and a path of criminality. But he was also relentless.

His robotic arms lifted up in the air to give him a closer look at the glorious device in front of him. His eyes observed and scanned the ultimate Nullifier which rested inside Reed Richards's laboratory.

Spider-Man appeared, swinging and clinging on the wall with his body directed towards him.

"Sup Doc, how is my favorite cephalopod doing?" Spider-Man quips.

Side-eyeing the hero he did not give a direct response. "Spider-Man, though your presence is to be expected but to appear in your black suit is… is a variable I never thought to consider."

"I was dealing with things and right now you ruining a well deserve self-loathing,"

"A man who can't stop spouting ludicrous witticism like yourself is having such a thing is staggering to me," Doc Ock snarled at the hero as his arms continued to tamper with the Nullifier.

"Hey, I like my Adele and maybe some Passenger on a cold dark night. I don't judge you for how you handle emotional collapses," Spider-Man quipped again, trying to lighten the tension. "But seriously, what are you doing with a weapon like this?"

Doc Ock turned to him, suspicion and indifference in his eyes. "I know it's far from my better judgment, but you would cease to exist once my plan comes to fruition," he said coldly. "You see, Spider-Man, reality is often disappointing. Those old adages about hard work leading to rewards are nothing more than whims for the naïve. Reality is harsher. Your efforts for greatness will either be stolen or mean nothing to those in power. Life is ruled by nepotism and greed. Such forces caused my downfall. So, I will wield the power to manipulate reality, to reshape it into something more fitting for me."

"Playing God again, Otto?" Spider-Man retorted. "You should know this doesn't end well for you. Haven't you seen the movies?"

Doc Ock's sinister grin spread wider. "But with this power, I could change it all, Spider-Man. Change everything!"

Spider-Man fired a web line at the four-mechanically armed villain and zipped his way toward him.

Doc Ock's response was to simply ignore the hero and continue with his work.

SPIDER-SENSE!

Spider-Man quickly maneuvered himself from the thrown knives which were now wedged on the ceiling. Spider-man turned to the man who tossed them to spot Kraven himself standing with knives inserted in the gaps of his closed fist.

"Spider-Man!" Kraven roars."Come down and face me like a man!"

"Can I convince you to come up here and face me like a spider?"

Kraven tosses his remaining knives once again. Spider-Man swiftly moving away from the knives trajectories could feel his spider-sense tingle once again. Doc Ock's arm launched and whipped towards him forcing Spider-Man off the ceiling and onto the ground where Kraven went to pounce him like a lion he so desperately believed in. Spider-Man jumped above the hunter fired to lines of web at the man and zipped himself with a kick that struck the villain to the face.

SPIDER-SENSE!

Loud, vibrating stomps filled the room as the last member of the villain team made his grand entrance by charging at Spider-Man. The hero leaped as the 322-kilogram, 6'5" tall charging tank passed him and crashed into a wall. Rhino freed his horn, wedged into the metal contraptions inside Reed's lab.

"Spider-" Rhino's sentence was cut short when Kraven's body was sent flying at his direction, crashing into him.

Dizzy and confused, Rhino was unprepared when Spider-Man launched himself at him. A powerful dropkick with the speed of a bullet made direct contact with his face, forcing him to tip over.

As Spider-Man landed on the floor, his spider-sense rang again. He quickly dodged a knife stab by Kraven. In a low, animalistic stance, Kraven wielded the knife, which Spider-Man thought resembled Rambo's, in a reverse grip.

"Tonight, you die!" Kraven announces as he launches himself.

The villain only received two devastating right and left hooks. Stunned and woozy, Kraven's mouth bled, and a large cut adorned his cheek. Thrusting his knife in his dizzy state, Kraven hit nothing but air as Spider-Man ducked under the blade and struck Kraven's body, making him spit out in shock. Spider-Man followed with a swift spinning heel kick to the jaw, sending Kraven tumbling to his side.

"Such... ferocity..." Kraven muttered

Spider-Man was about to make a remark, but his spider-sense blared again. He rolled out of the way of a charging Rhino, who accidentally slammed into the Nullifier. Both Doc Ock and Spider-Man looked on in horror.

"You imbecile!" Doc Ock yelled, eyes glued to the now-stuck Rhino. "Do you have any idea what perils you have bestowed upon us?!"

Spider-Man had no response, too shocked by what he saw. A heavy, head-splitting headache detonated in his brain as his spider-sense throbbed. He tried to tone it down by squeezing his head with the palms of his gloved hands.

The nullifier was alive. A loud and devilishly alarming ringing erupts from the powerful weapon as sparks of electricity leak through the damaged parts.

"The nullifier is active but severely damaged," Doc Ock said in terror as the device's sounds grew louder. "If the device self-destructs it will be the end of this reality and many more!"

Spider-Man listened, dealing with the head pain. His spider-sense now worked against him.

"Spidey?" Spider-Man turned to the voice and saw Reed fast approaching with Sue, Johnny, and Ben, terror plastered on his face."What happened."

"The nullifier, it's damage!"

BOOM!

Blue-colored energy is emitted from the device, harming Rhino in the process.

"We got to get Rhino out of that thing and turn it off!" Spider-Man alerted as the heroes sprinted into action. Ben helped pull Rhino out of the device, who cried in pain, with Spider-Man assisting by pulling Rhino with two strands of webbing. Reed frantically searched for a fail-safe to shut it down. Johnny and Sue dealt with Kraven and Doc Ock.

"Please, help me!" Rhino begs as Ben and Spider-Man do their best to pull the man out.

"There is no use, this world is doomed!" Doc Ock cries in terror.

The building shook and crumbled above them. Spider-Man, with a fast-beating heart, had to think quickly. They managed to free Rhino from the device, who fell limp on the ground. Spider-Man then went to Reed to see how he could help but found no solution.

In a desperate call, Spider-Man yelled.

"Everyone out!" Spider-Man commanded. "NOW! EVERYBODY!"

Before the heroes could protest. Spider-Man had fired several lines of webbing at launched them out of Reed's office. He then proceeded to shut the door behind him.

Johnny recovered first and went to slam himself at the metal door to try to get it open. When that didn't work he was planning to fire a strong heatwave to get through but was stopped by Reed when another powerful earthquake erupted.

"Johnny there isn't much time!" Reeds warned as the earthquakes get even stronger. "We got to get out!"

"But Peter!" A powerful boom blasted within the building having both heroes and villains stumbling on their knees.

"We don't have time, let's go!" Reeds commanded. Ben grabs a knockout Kraven and carries Johnny in his arms. While Sue lifted Doc Ock and trapped him inside an invisible bubble.

Johnny screamed for Peter but it went to deaf ears as they went further away from the door. Reeds could only turn back in sadness as they proceeded to escape.

Inside the lab, Spider-Man cursing up a storm. As he fiddles with the software of the device to have to turn off. Checking every possible solution.

"Come on, Spidey!" Spider-Man verbally hype himself. "You're a smart guy, find a solution."

But he couldn't he was no where nearer on shutting the device. His fingers rapidly readjusting the device while his spider-sense guides him and his high intellectual capacity help in locating the answers. Spider-Man slowly believes he was succeeding on defusing the device.

The weapon was slowly loosing is scary vibrant light a the electric current that sparks were now fading.

A happy sigh of relief escaped Spider-Man lips.

"I-I think I got it-"

BOOM!

Spider-Man moaned in pain as he writhed on the hard ground. Every move sent waves of agony through his battered body, each motion a reminder of his suffering. With slow and barely tolerable effort, he managed to stand on his two feet, taking in his surroundings.

"What happened?" he groaned to himself.

His suit was battered and torn, his right bicep sore as he tried to soothe it with gentle pressure from his other hand. As he turned his head, he realized he was outside, standing on a rooftop in a city. But the landscape was shockingly unfamiliar. Gone were the common skyscrapers of New York City. Instead, towering structures in art deco and gothic styles loomed over him. Gargoyles perched ominously on the edges of buildings, their stone faces twisted in perpetual snarls. The city was shrouded in smoke and fog, filled with the sounds of car horns, gunshots, cries, and police sirens echoing through the streets. Shadows seemed to move of their own accord, giving the city an eerie, almost malevolent feel.

Spider-Man limped to the edge, his eyes scanning the area. He saw narrow alleys winding like dark veins through the urban sprawl, neon signs flickering in and out of life, casting ghostly glows on the damp pavement below. The air was thick with a sense of foreboding, and a chill ran down his spine.

Only one thought echoed in his mind.

"Welp, this definitely isn't Kansas."

Welp this ends the chapter here. I hope you guys enjoy the prologue. I had a few problems here and there just by writing this. Now the hardest part for me is the next chapter.

You see, I don't know a lot of the DC Universe lore and plots. So far Peter will be in Gotham for a little while learning the ropes and probably dealing with the bat family but I don't know anything about the situation. I don't know what conflict should I enter or timeline to be place it.

I'm pretty off with my DC universe reading. So if you guys want to help me, hit me up. PM or something. I'm just going off by a whim.

Anyways leave a comment, a review, and PM me if you want me to answer some questions. Tell me how you feel about the story.

Is it shit? Amazing, Sensational, or Spectacular even? Don't be afraid to ask. I'll see you in the next chapter.

FUCK YOU PAUL!
