Mario as voiced by Chris Pratt was casually going through the New York City borough of Brooklyn getting a gift for Luigi; but suddenly he spotted a weird light in a pipe and went into it only to get sucked right through it: he was then spat out in a different dimension that appeared similar in regards to the various chapters of this story. "Mamma mia... what is this place?"
"Hey is that Mario?" Lucina asked upon everyone turning to the computer animated plumber. "He kind of sounds like a crisp rat..."
"Yeah I can really feel his presence!" Shulk exclaimed upon clapping his hands in excitement. "He's that ordinary guy who kinda has that New Yorker accent!"
"Great Scott...!" Doc Brown exclaimed in disbelief with him rubbing his hand on his hair in distress. "I fear we may have affected the timeline worse than expected!"
Suddenly Chris Pratt just casually strolled by the group and then noticed the newer Mario having a voice similar to his with him gasping. "Wait am I going to be the voice of everyone's favorite Italian plumber?"
