When the events of the final war that rocked all of Japan were reviewed in the history classroom to his dorm's students. Become a heavy mood killer since most of them were left questioning. Some where appealed at what Edgeshot has to do to get Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight's heart going again. Others were taken with the last ditch attempt All Might put up against his former enemy. Not a few found how Uravity stood alone against Himiko and survived the ordeal. While the fact Yuga was a traitor was shocking among the other little things they learned.
"Those live action accounts were so cool."
"Actually meeting them that rocked."
"I am still trembling from when I shook their hand."
One of many phrases Shu heard when his students came back from the packed day of academics. One of them was what their new history teacher surprised them upon working with their heroics teacher. They got to meet the class A students that defined the latest hero generation. Learning from their POVs of how those history defining moments went down. Revealed what the public didn't know or emotional meanings that went into their actions.
"I could just listen to them all over again."
"I got my copy of their memoirs signed."
"Fact I got to meet them was enough for me."
Shu quietly taking in when he was in and out of the room dusting corners or checking the bins. Knowing the excitement that still lingered in the air over the day's events at school. Group lectures on historic moments took place with newsreels and news prints as back up. Pictures from social media platforms and other photographic means were on display. Found in the U.A library by anyone wanting to further learn about the manner.
"Cafeteria closes soon," Shu cut through the chatter, "I like to gush as much as the next person over meeting my role models. Time put that aside, go eat with the time you guys have left. Since some of you have homework to do and battle trails to prepare for."
When everything went quiet, he knew his small lecture soaked into those ears and minds. Had them shifting around the communal area deciding who was going to do what. Who hadn't eaten had to hurry to get actual food or get stuck with vending machine meals. Ones that needed to catch up home work to be allowed in battle trails. Scrambled to pull out what needed to be done or studded with what energy they had. Allowed Shu to make his way to the dormitory's front door and greet their special guest with an overnight bag. Still in their hero attire under a haori and scarf in his father's hero colors.
"The principal gave me special permission to sleep over," Shoto blushed as he stumbled over his words, "I kinda decided to stay here."
"Not a fan of arrangements that could be made in the teacher's dormitory?" Shu asked, jokingly.
Expression he got from that statement left Shu to laugh while being welcomed in. Not needing to be told where to go since he knew his way around. Shoto put his bag down and looked around the foyer as Shu closed the door behind him. Going on to notice and welcome their closeness when Shu stepped in his space.
"Hey," Shoto reached a hand to stop Shu, "Can you take a minute?"
"Forgot." Shu stood still.
Being reminded of how busy he has been with his own job watching after the class A students. Picking up after them as they got busy with school work. Kept him busy since he was kept on his toes as days passed. Treat sore muscles and sprained joints after a hard day. Left him barely able to call his mom let alone Shoto. Not like Shoto had time for their hours long calls with his hero work. Public appearances and interviews of all kinds took place during his down time.
"I hear you have an admirer?" Shoto brought up the subject.
"Complete meathead," Shu recalled the last time he got hit on, "Been able to handle it."
"When were you going to tell me?" Shoto asked as he slightly frowned and his brow furrowed.
"When I showed you off," He sidewards grin, "Like now."
He pointed out the spying eyes of his students that had been watching them. Trying to stay hidden from the eyes of the only adults. A few blinked while others just flat out stared at the two.
"Say hi and then leave." Shu told them.
Waves were given to Shoto by each of them when they passed them. One stopped for a second to talk about Shoto's brother. How she prayed for him to get better with his treatments. Others did the same thing before rushing out the door.
"Are you ever going to tell me about Dabi?" Shu asked him, "Being that I already met your family."
"One day at a time," Shoto wore a tired smile, "We're currently looking for someone to term care for him."
"I may have someone for that," Shu walked backwards, "I have one distant cousin that just graduated nursing school as a RN. Her ability to create barriers of varying shapes may help us."
"Just send her information to my parents," Shoto walked after Shu, "Right now."

Being allowed to watch the battle trails each student on Grounds Gamma and Beta. Felt like an honor for Shu when he turned down playing the role of a villian. Not like stories of his father playing her role weren't shared with him.
"I couldn't believe it," Izuku looked at Shu, "Yagi- San had a son from a fling."
"You're not the first to say that about me," Shu wasn't bothered by his reaction, "Since looking at one of the last users of One For All. A living legend. Wow."
Shu ended up rendering Izuku quiet when the other ended up blushing at the compliment when the crowd roared. Sights on the screen of two of Class A successfully getting past the first stage. Brought a smile to Shy since he gave them a prep talk a moment ago when they were nervous.
"You should be proud," Principal Nezu complimented Shu, "I have never seen this batch so determined."
"Just doing my job." Shu nodded to him.
"Please keep it going." Nezu passed him.
Koshi soon stood beside Shu handing him a bottled tea while noticing Izuku still hadn't said a word. Left him to wave a hand before his face to see if he was going to react to his presence. He got slow moving head and blink in his direction with a barely a groan passing his lips.
"He's alive?" Shu was asked.
Trying to explain how Izuku just froze up was hard since all he did was share his thoughts about him. Made Koshi laugh while Izuku started to show more signs of consciousness upon watching them.
