TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND- DAY 4

"Now we're back with Total Drama Island." Maverick appears in front of the camera alongside Chris as he claps twice. Chris laughs a little.

"The Screaming Gophers and The Killer Bass faced off in the first challenge of the series ever! They jumped on an extraordinarily high cliff with shark-infested waters! Leshawna threw Heather into the water, Geoff was butt-naked for half of the challenge, and Owen tried to strangle Justin too!" The scene cuts in order as Chris explains.

"Despite being the more balanced team, the Gophers lose! It was between Beth and Justin, one didn't jump, but the other kept complaining about his looks all day! So Justin is the first out in the story of the competition, not long after having… A nice spa treatment in the middle of the challenge."
"The Bass celebrate with a bowling party as new sparks appear! Will the Bass keep their lead? Will anyone be fighting today? And who's Maverick for the contestants?" Chris raises his arms, making Maverick smile as he shakes his head.

Island!"

The first shot depicts the resort in full, leading up to a giant forested cliff and zooming past Chris as he sips a coffee before diving into the water below the cliff.

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine,
You guys are on my mind.

We see Ezekiel and Owen snorkeling together. Owen farts. Geoff and Bridgette are seen talking on different surfboards, and bubbles of Owen's fart get to the surface. A fish rises to the surface, and an eagle carries Geoff. Bridgette just laughs, mildly concerned.

You asked me what I wanted to be
and now I think the answer is plain to see,
I wanna be famous.

The eagle drops Geoff down as it soars past the sun. He falls down a few tree branches. DJ is relaxing around animals but as Geoff lands on his lap, the animals panic and scramble all around the two. DJ holds Geoff closer because of this, and Geoff has an uncomfortable face because he's holding him too tight. Duncan is seen laughing at them but stops as he sees Courtney disapproving.

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

Heather is in a canoe with LeShawna going down the stream, bickering with each other. The canoe comes careening off the stream and down a waterfall, making both falls to the water below as they scream, passing by Harold as he practices a few fighting poses on a log bridging over two cliffs. Izzy swings on a vine and knocks him, then knocks on the outhouse, where Cody falls with his pants down.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way
I'll get there one day.

Inside the resort's kitchen, we see Chef preparing some interesting green soup, and another cook is present as well. He looks behind him at Noah, who is reading something as one book is alongside him. In the dining room itself, Eva's arm wrestles Tyler, easily beating him and dislocating his arm.

Next to the pool, we see Lindsay in a purple one-piece swimsuit. Then we move to Katie and Sadie, who keep talking with each other. Katie points towards something, and Sadie quickly follows. Then they go down a set of stairs, chasing each other on the beach.

Beth uses her fire batons, swinging one into the air. As it lands, it turns into night, and Gwen and Trent are seen together, with Trent using his guitar. Everyone then whistles in tune.

It's early in the morning. Most people are awake, either swimming in the pool or relaxing for a while in a deckchair. Tyler is seen near Lindsay.

"Hey, Lindsay." Tyler tries to act flirty.

"Oh, hi! You must be Tyson!" Lindsay doesn't receive his flirt, as she looks at Heather.
"Let's talk to each other later. Heather! You promised me we could braid each other's hair today!" She quickly runs away.

"Oh. Not again!" Tyler punches the counter he was leaning on.
"Ow!"

Geoff, DJ, and Duncan are sitting inside the hot tub.

"This is the life, dude." DJ relaxes and puts his hands behind his back.

"Yeah, the chicks here are delicious. I wonder if I could flirt with Maverick's staff people… The nurse of the resort looks hot as fuck." Duncan moves around slightly. He notices something.
"Geoff? You're bathing naked again?"

"Man, as long as no one sees beside you bros it's not an issue. You know how big it is." Geoff pats Duncan's shoulder strongly, and DJ giggles for a second.

"Okay, okay, but… Him… is not going to be happy about it." Duncan rolls his eyes as he crosses his hands. Geoff jumps for a second as something is touching him inside the water.

"Yeah, sure man." Geoff throws his hat at DJ's head, who claps for him as he does. Maverick appears right behind him, making a little cough.

"Geoff, if you're going to get your clothes later, you won't and you don't. So run now as the challenge could begin at any minute." As soon as Maverick says that, Geoff gets his shirt and towel for a pair of bottom clothing.

Gwen and Trent are seen alongside each other on top of a rock.

"So, how's the resort?" Trent asks.

"This is probably the best place I have been in forever."
"I should probably work more on this next challenge, though."
Gwen is drawing something in her sketchbook.

"Huh. Nice drawing." Trent looks at it.

"Gee, thanks." Gwen frowns for a second before leaving a giggle.

An air horn is heard from the distance. It's Chris, coming back with a new challenge.

"Okay, dear guests! The challenge is coming in 15 minutes! Get ready!" Chris tells everyone as he walks away.

"Wait, Chris! When's breakfast coming since- oh, he's gone." Owen feels his stomach grumble.

Not long after, everyone is in the campfire area. Eva is using her mp3, and Cody wants to take a look at it. She almost bites him, and he instantly jumps back.

"Huh, Chris. Nice shorts. They make you look buff." Heather points to his nice calves.

"Thanks. The rules of this challenge are: have a nice run all around the island! You'll need to run on the path close to the beach."

"Oh, you want to be funny again? Want to see what's funny again?" Eva runs, trying to punch him, but DJ and Duncan stop her.

"Eva! Try to control your temper!" Courtney whispers to her.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" Eva threatens Chris again.

"A little."

[Confessional-Eva
"Alright, I know I might be a hothead,
BUT CHRIS MCLEAN! YOU'RE SO DEAD!"]

[Confessional-Courtney
"Okay, that girl Eva needs to take a chill pill.
She already had to apologize to Mr. Leroy because she threw a plate trying to hit someone."]

"Well, anyway, the challenge begins now!" Chris uses his air horn again.

"You, mean right now?" Harold asks.

"Yes, now MOVE!" Maverick walks behind him, scaring him.
"Move, now, move!" He double-claps, and everyone runs.

"Huh, how many times he did that clap thing so far?" Leshawna says as she starts running, looking at Gwen.

"Why would I know?" Gwen rolls her eyes. She only starts walking.

Later in the morning, a group of people can be seen running.

"Do you know how much longer?" Harold talks with Gwen.

"Don't walk beside me." She fastens her pace a little bit. Heather is seen walking as well, and Noah bumps into her.

"Do you mind?" Heather mumbles.

[Confessional-Heather
"I don't run. And I especially don't run in high heel wedges!"]

Heather walks towards Owen, who's licking the water from a small streamlet.

"So tired… Must. Have. Condition!"

"Yeah, it's called overeating. Look into it." Heather steps over him to get across the stream as Leshawna passes by.

"What's your excuse? You skinny, annoying…"
"Ugh, too tired for insults." Leshawna pants as Heather walks away.

"Come on people! If you don't return by dinner time, you don't eat!" Chris talks through his megaphone as he travels with a scooter.

"UGH! I hate him so much!" Heather grumbles.

We're almost at noon, and most people already arrived by the campfire, sitting on the stumps. Maverick is seen giving a sheet of paper to Chris.

Owen was carrying Noah, who fainted through the run.
"Clear a table, stat!" Owen shouts. Maverick points to the closest table there is, and Owen tries to 'reanimate' Noah. Leshawna is the last one to arrive on her team.

"Oh! We've made it." Leshawna crawls to a free tree stump.

"Ah! Fuck!" Harold's breathing heavily as he holds his chest.

"What took you so long? We've lost the challenge!" Courtney rests her hands on her hips as she reprimands him.

"Heart palpitations! Ah!" Harold pants more heavily.

"Wait a whole minute, if they lost, does that mean we won the challenge?" Gwen looks around, and then the Gophers cheer. Since Noah still is not awake, Owen tries mouth-to-mouth. And suddenly…

"Uhm- Owen! I'm fine-" Noah woke up, but the only thing he sees is Owen kissing pushing air into his mouth. Owen gasps.

"Oh geez, I'm so sorry!" Owen covers his face. Noah just got his face closer to him.
"I didn't mean to kiss you like that."

"Let's talk about this later…" Noah leaves the table satisfied.
"This is going so quickly."

[Confessional-Owen
"Oh crap, oh crap, CRAP! Did I just kiss him?
I wonder, if… uhm. Actually, I don't think he is.
But he did leave with a smile. So is he?
Okay, calm down Owen."]

"That wasn't the challenge." Chris crosses his arms.

"Wait, what?" Gwen raises one eyebrow concerned.

"Who wants to eat? We have a fixed single menu today." Maverick welcomes everyone in the resort.

[Confessional-Gwen
"Something is very off, why would we run and then eat?
But I won't complain, Maverick's cooking staff is quite good."]

[Confessional-Heather
"I need to protect myself from any votes since the 1st vote sponge is gone.
Who can I pick that is dumb, desperate, or crazy enough to ally with me?"]

As they're eating, Heather gets Lindsay, Beth, and Izzy's attention to talk separately.

"Okay, I have a plan to get me and three to the final four, and I chose you guys.

"Really?" Beth sounds incredulous.

"You should know that this is a very big deal. I'm placing my trust in you. And trust is a two-way street. So you'll do everything that I say, then?" As Heather asks, all four nod.

"Sure! Yay, we're going to the final four!" Lindsay yaps excitedly.

[Confessional-Izzy
"Oh wow, I barely did anything. It's obvious she's gonna backstab us."
"Now, if only I have a way to make her plan backfire…"]

[Confessional-Beth
"Oh my gosh! Heather is taking me to the final four! I'm going to the final four! The final four!...
I wonder what would happen by then."]

"What if I want to date somebody?" Lindsay curiously asks.

"As long as it's not from the other team." Heather shakes her head.

"Not that there are options in our team." Beth looks around to see where the Gopher boys are seated.
"Noah and Owen have been very close those few days."
"And Trent has eyes on Gwen."

"What about-" Lindsay looks at the other guys on the other team, but she quickly gets interrupted by Heather.

"Oh, no no no no. You can't date them." Heather rests her hands on her hips as she blocks the view

"Why not?" Beth looks a bit sad.

"Because they're on the other team."
"You can't inter-team date. It's against the alliance rules of trust. Of course, you can always leave the alliance if you want to follow them. If you do, I can't protect you from getting kicked off." Heather threatens the two, as Izzy tries to walk away.

"No, wait! I want to be in the alliance!" Lindsay swings her arms panickly.

"Good. Then it's settled." Heather walks away with Beth. Lindsay sees Tyler, and she waves at him awkwardly.

[Confessional-Lindsay
"Heather said I couldn't date someone from the other team.
But what if I want to like them?"]

[Confessional-Ezekiel
"Wow, the food couldn't be any better, eh?"
"It would be nice having some good drinks alongside it, eh!"]

Everyone leaves the resort indoors, stuffed, they all look dazed off.

"What was in that…" DJ hiccups.
"…food? I feel so weird."

"Yeah! It was good as always… But I'm hit like a truck. Have we been through enough?" Gwen accidentally burps.

"Weird goth girl is right! What's next anyway, have we got enough torture today?" Heather grumbles as she holds her belly.

"Okay! This one is easy. The challenge you'll have to face is the awake-athon! The last guest standing wins!" Chris speaks through his megaphone.

"What's an awake-athon?" Owen holds the bone of the chicken leg he just ate.

"So the 20k run and the resort's cuisine was…"
"Your evil plan for us to stay awake less?"
"Man, you're good." Gwen sighs as Leshawna agrees to her statement.

"You can only stay in the campfire area! The challenge starts, now!" Chris uses his air horn once again, but then Maverick walks towards him with a group of servants all around him.

"We need to talk." Maverick pulls Chris by his collar as the servants circle the area.

"Wait, what? Let me go, hey!" Chris struggles as he disappears alongside him.

"So, how long do you think it'll be before everyone's out cold?" Trent walks to talking distance to Gwen.

"Half an hour. Give or take." Gwen looks at how everyone looks wasted around her. Owen walks by, and he looks extremely full as well.

"Maybe even less."

[Confessional-Gwen
"The awake-athon was definitely the most brutal thing I've done in my life."]

"This is the most boring and painful thing I've been going through in my entire life," Gwen repeats her words.

"Could be worse." Trent hiccups.

"Oh yeah? How?" Gwen looks at him.

"I could be stuck here without you to talk to," Trent says sincerely. Gwen blushes for a second.

"I'm going to the bathroom." Eva stands up and walks to near the resort, accompanied by the watch of one of Maverick's servants. Her mp3 falls near Heather as she walks right beside her. Heather slowly takes it with her foot before hiding it in her pocket as soon as she's far away from viewing distance. A servant pushes a clock which tells how much time has passed.

"Uh, isn't that." hic
"Eva's mp3 player? Isn't she gonna get super mad once she, like, realizes it's gone?" Lindsay stares at the mp3.

"That's exactly what I'm counting on…"
"Ugh! My head hurts so much."

Not even an hour passes, and Noah, Owen, Izzy, and Leshawna are down on the Gophers, while Bridgette is the only one down on her team. Geoff lies on DJ, who falls like a tree.

"Timber!" Gwen hiccups.

"Why it feels like it's been ages since we've been here?" Courtney moves to not fall asleep. Servants set up umbrellas to protect everyone from the strong rays of the afternoon sun.

"So, yeah, at what tier would you put Cody?" Katie talks with Sadie.

"I mean, he's cute, but he's kind of a dork. C perhaps?" Sadie giggles a little.

Tyler looks at them, and as soon as he blinks, he sees a bear attacking them.
"AAHH!"

"Huh?" Sadie turns her head around.

Cody lies on Owen… But he farts, making him cough over and over. As he now needs to vomit, luckily a servant is holding a trash bin. And it's all out.

"Why, I am so tired." Gwen yawns.
"An hour passed?"
"How on earth time can go this slowly?"
"Ugh… I don't feel so good…"

"I dunno…" Trent hiccups and yawns as well.

Two hands bang on a table. We're inside Maverick's office. It's full of documents, and there is a photo of Maverick's father right behind him. His father has a huge beard.

"Excuse me? You legitimately spiked all the drinks of the contestant?"
"With a strong one as well?" Maverick asks Chris threateningly.
"One thing is a sleeping pill, another thing is an experimental drug!"

"Yeah, but it's not a very big deal-" Chris is about to excuse himself but Maverick smacks his hands again.

"You know how people are. We're already lucky to have a decent content rating on this show for it to be broadcast on the best networks. With actual drugs, we move the content rating again! Do you know how much money could be lost by losing a big market?"

"We can cut that part. Yeah, but aren't those contestants-" Chris keeps getting interrupted by the table smacks.

"Yeah, yeah, those people are a bunch of horned-up people. We already have the family-friendly version available, but there is so much content you can cut on a reality show until it stops being a reality show! And also, how do we excuse the drugged contestants?" Maverick stood up from his chair.

"Uhm…"

"Exactly. While I like how much stuff we can throw at the contestants, please keep the toggle at a reasonable level. Go back to the contestants, I need to do some paperwork. Half of the contestants are down at this point." Maverick shoos Chris away, who looks a bit worried.

[Confessional- Courtney
"I figured, that if I kept moving, I could outlast all of them.
I just need to keep an eye on the ball."]

As soon as Chris returns to the campfire, the ones remaining are Courtney, Duncan, Eva, and Ezekiel on the Bass and Heather, Lindsay, Beth, Gwen, and Trent on the Gophers.

"Looks like nobody's surviving a day here." Chris laughs awkwardly.
"The food probably had a sleep-inducing drug, hehe!"

"No way!" Duncan gets a bit annoyed.

"Oh, shut it." Heather mumbles.
"Lindsay, Beth, we need to talk about our strategy." But both of them crashed on the ground sleeping.

"Okay, favorite song?" Gwen starts asking questions to Trent.

"Uh, She would be loved."
"Favorite color?" Trent asks a question back.

"Midnight… blue?" Gwen yawns.

"Huh, mysterious, very, very... so." Trent's eyes roll from the tiredness.

"Wait, don't go!"
"Favorite movie moment?" Gwen leans on Trent.

"Uh, that part where they…"
"Wait, it was the part in a movie where a soldier hugged her lover or something. You know, the one where the girl starts with shaving all her hair?"

"Oh right!" Gwen yawns again.
"It was a good movie that one." Suddenly, Owen is sleep-walking around naked, and Noah is sitting on his shoulders, lying his head on Owen's head for no reason. Chris looks at him but does nothing about it, laughing. Maverick's servants make space for him and lead him towards the resort. Another person picks his clothing. Sadie and Katie are seen snoring alternatively.

"Oh cool. They fell asleep together." Trent looks at them.

[Confession-Owen
"I dunno, but baked beans make me sleepwalk…
There were some beans on the menu! That was delish!"]

Duncan decides to make a funny prank on Harold. He puts Harold's hands on a cup of water, and as soon he does that, Harold pees himself. Ezekiel giggles at that, and Courtney tsks. Harolds suddenly wakes up jumps and gets red from the embarrassment, but he's still half asleep.
Four hours passed. But it's like at least 40 have passed instead.

"Ugh… I can't feel my face." Heather groans.

"Okay, guys! Maverick permitted me that I could have his servant carry the sleeping contestants inside the resort's lounge! Go on, do it! They're going to sleep all afternoon!" Chris double-claps, and some servants soon follow.
"Huh, it's quite fun. So here we have seven people left here, then?

Courtney falls like an unstable tower of cards.
"Six now." Chris sees her being taken away.
"You're not going to last any longer… The sleeping pills are going to take a full-on effect soon!"

"UGH! Why!" Heather can't handle the tiredness and she goes to sleep.

"Trent!" Gwen tries to keep him from falling and he falls asleep as well.
"Don't leave me!" The servants go carry them away.

After a little longer, Eva finally realizes that her MP3 is missing. Duncan is holding his bladder, as Ezekiel drops asleep, leaving three people remaining.

"MY MP3!"
"WHERE IS IT, MY FUCKING MP3! GWEN? DUNCAN?" She hiccups.

"Woah there! There is no way I'm stealing your stuff, strongwoman!" Duncan turns around.

"And why would I?" Gwen looks at her dejected.

"CHRIS! Give it back! Chris! Give…" Eva falls as she tries to run to Chris.

"Oh, finally! It's time for a bathroom break. Any takers?" Chris tells both Gwen and Duncan.

"I've held this long sweetheart, I can go all day!" Duncan holds his crotch as he tells Gwen.

"Yeah, but can you hold it for another hour?" Gwen yawns.

"You got five minutes!" Duncan follows another of Maverick's servants.

Not long after, the servant waits for more than five minutes. They hear snoring as something falling is heard. The servant quickly tells Maverick, who quickly arrives at the campfire. He whispers to Chris.

"And we have news! Looks like Duncan's diving into the can!"
"Which means,"

Gwen flops on the ground sleeping.

"Gwen is the winner of the Awake-athon! Woo." Maverick announces in a very unexcited tone.
"Nobody's going to celebrate if everyone's sleeping, though. Probably they're going to wake up as dinner rolls around."

And time later…

"Uhm… what happened?" Gwen wakes up.

"You won!" Trent holds her hands as the team cheers.

"AAARGH! Where's my MP3 player, I NEED MY MUSIC!"
"Nobody's going anywhere until I see it and have it back!" Eva is trashing her room to search for her MP3 player. Eva throws a book, which strikes Harold's face. She already trashed some other rooms as well. Ezekiel also receives another book in his face.

"Okay, whoever took it give it out, now!" Courtney pointed to her.
"Before she destroys the resort."

"Hi, guys!" Heather walks close to the Bass group.
"Wow, this place is a real mess."

"Somebody stole Eva's MP3 player," Courtney says as he catches a lamp.
"HEY! Maverick's gonna get angry with that!"

"Oh, you mean this?" She has the MP3 in her hands
"I was wondering who it belonged to, you must have lost it by the campfire!"

"Oh, thank you! Thank you, thank you!" Eva thanks Heather honestly.

"Sure thing," Heather smirks as she sees her team angry with Eva.

[Confessional-Heather
"Turn a team against their team member?
That's the easiest trick in the book. Especially with somebody like Eva."]

"So… Sorry about that little misunderstanding."
"Guess no one's stole it after all." Eva scratches the back of her neck.
"Okay. Maybe I overreacted a little."

"What just happened?" Maverick appears behind her.
"Why are you holding a lamp?" He looks at Courtney. He then looks at Eva, disappointed.
He double-claps as a servant gives him a microphone.
"Announcement, everyone. Since the challenge… LUCKILY… led to you waking up late for dinner, the cooking staff prepared a buffet just right outside by the outdoor kitchen. Killer Bass, eat quickly because by 11 you need to prepare for voting!"

The scene goes back to the fire.

"You've all cast your votes and made your decision. There are only 10 marshmallows on this plate. When I call your name, get your golden marshmallow! For the one guest who doesn't receive it, go back to the Dock of Hope and get on the Boat of Loss! And leave."

"The first marshmallows!"

"Duncan!"

…

"Bridgette!"

…

"Courtney!"

…

"Katie and Sadie!"

The two cheer with each other.

"Next up…"

…

"Tyler!"

…

"Geoff!"

…

"Ezekiel!"

…

"DJ!"

…

"And this is the last golden marshmallow"

"Harold gets the last one!" Chris announces. Eva just sighs.
"Eva, the dock awaits you!"

"Nice…"
"It was my fault. Anyway."
"I'd like to apologize to Maverick… Again. And Chris?" Eva kicks Chris's knee.

"OW! Have a good night's sleep, everyone! The rest of you are safe."

[Confessional-Courtney
"See, you can't expect to act like a total raging psychopath,
and expect people to just forgive you, no matter how tough, strong, and fast you are.
She's never going to get a career. If she doesn't get her act together."]

[Confessional-Heather
"So Eva was one of their strongest players. And now she's out.
I'm so running this game!"

"Goodbye, Eva!" Courtney waved at her, but Eva completely ignored her.

Not long after, as we get far away from the resort…

"I guess my temper got the better of me. But whatever."
"They lost their fiercest competitor and I hope they realize that."

One of Maverick's servants appears with a laptop. Maverick shows up with a creepy smile on his face.

"Maverick! I'm so sorry that-" Eva closes her eyes in defeat.

"Oh don't worry, I'm just here to say…"
"Heather stole it," Maverick tells her laughing. Her eyes are wide open as she screams as loud as she can.
"Don't worry, even though you won't be able to go back, you're gonna get a nice cold-served revenge."

"Thank you Maverick." Eva holds her fists as a fire starts to envelop her completely inside.

Maverick logs off.
