Previously…
"Nice work, fellas. Good job." Woody congratulated the toys, as Buzz saluted to the soldiers and Lockdown, and Daphne waved to them, and even shook hands with a calm and pleasant Crimson Typhoon.
"Hey. Coming out of the ground like Terrorcons. That's was a touch, a great stroke of genius." Braedimus commented on the monster truck and Crimson, and their little trick party. "Very well done."
"Have to say, that was awesome." Ken added in.
"We have got to do that again." Jennifer teased, the others all laughing in response to this.
"Woody. Braedimus Prime." Buzz now called to them, and the two climb up to the Space Ranger. Buzz now held out a hand to them. "Thanks." He thanked them, and Woody and Braedimus shook his hand.
"Braedimus." Daphne called out, and Braedimus walked around to her. "Thank you." She thanked him, and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Anytime." Braedimus nodded back.
But then, a car's horn now got their attention. They looked over, and they saw Naomi, Braedey, and Jessie in the van, ready to go and leave for the new house.
"It's time to go, everyone!" Naomi announced.
"Prime! Woody! The van!" Buzz called. Braedimus quickly removed the guide wire from the rocket. With that, the four toys, Daphne finally cutting herself free and out of the tape, all ran for the fence.
"We gotta run! Thanks, guys!" Woody thanked.
"Thanks for everything!" Braedimus added in as they ran.
Jennifer and Ken both look to one another, then they nodded in agreement. They were going with those toys, since they had helped them. Now, it's their turn to help get them home.
Once Woody and Braedimus go through the fence, along with Daphne, they saw the van had started up its engine, ready to go. "Quick!" Woody called. They ran to the van's back door, but Buzz was having trouble getting through, no thanks to the rocket. The two toys look back, and saw Buzz and Daphne stuck at the fence, Ken and Jennifer trying to help out.
"Stupid rocket…" Ken grunted out.
"Just go. We'll catch up!" Buzz called.
Woody and Braedimus both look at one another, then they jumped off the van as it began to roll away. Once forcing Buzz out and through the fence, the six toys immediately ran down the driveway out to the road, but they couldn't reach the van as it now drove away down the road.
"Great. Just great." Daphne sighed.
Jennifer then had a thought. "Guys? If the van is leaving and it's over there, where's the moving truck?" She asked, then a roaring engine immediately got their attention.
They turned around, and saw the moving tuck driving forward with a rumble, now heading towards them!! The six toys immediately ducked down, and the truck rolled over them with a roar and rumble that shook the ground, heading down the road. As they look back at the e departing truck, they saw a yellow strap tie fluttering in the wind, and the truck was slow to speed up. This was their chance!
"Come on!" Buzz yells, then he, Woody, Braedimus and Daphne, the latter sitting on the former's shoulders, sprinted after the truck, since it was going at a slow speed, Ken and Jennifer running alongside.
But, unbeknownst to the six toys, Scud, who was fast asleep on the porch, now heard the truck rolling away from the houses, then as he looked over, he saw the six toys catching up. He grinned evilly, whilst growling.
Buzz ran ahead of the other toys, jumping up to the strap, and he climbed up to the rear bumper and guard of the truck's trailer. Braedimus and Daphne were next, but with a big leap, the red/blue Autobot, along with his redhead passenger, jumped up to the bumper with ease. Ken and Jennifer are up next, the former running on all fours like a leopard before he leaps up and grips onto the rear bumper, then he climbs up. He looks back and he holds out his hand to Jennifer, who jumps and takes his hand, Ken pulling her up.
Finally, it was Woody's turn. The cowboy reached for the strap, but didn't catch it the first try. "You can do it, Woody!" Buzz coached him on.
"Come on, cowboy!" Ken called.
"You got this!" Jennifer added.
Woody ran as fast as his stuffed legs could carry him, then with one more herculean jump, he grabbed on to the strap and made it. "I got it! Woo-hoo-hoo!" He laughed, as he began to climb up. "I made it."
But then, Daphne, Jennifer, Ken, Buzz, and Braedimus now heard a bark coming up, and they all gasped in horror at what they saw coming after them. Woody heard it, and he looked back. To their horror, it was Scud, chasing after them, running at full sprint!!!
Woody screamed out, just as Scud grabbed him by the leg. "Aaah!! Get away, you stupid dog!" He then began to kick the dog in the nose. "Down!" But then, Scud began to pull him back.
"Woody!" Daphne and Jennifer both try to reach out to him.
"Hold on, Woody!" Buzz yelled to him.
"Don't let go!" Braedimus added, but as he tried to reach out, Woody was pulled back further.
Woody now held onto the very end of the strap, and he groaned out in pain. "I can't do it." He called to the others, making Buzz look worried for his new friend. "Take care of Braedey for me!" He cried, as the sound of cloth ripping was heard.
"No!" Buzz suddenly leaped off the truck, right onto Scud's face. Then, he grabbed onto the dog's top eyelids, pulled them up, then let them go, making them snap back, and hitting Scud in the eyes, and the dog yelped out in pain, whilst letting go of Woody's leg, and stopping in the middle of the road.
"Buzz!" Jennifer, Daphne and Woody yelled, as the two and Braedimus saw Scud trying to shake off Buzz.
With a hardened expression, Woody now climbed up to the door of the truck's trailer. With Braedimus, Ken, Jennifer, and Daphne's help, they unlocked the latch of the trailer door, and held the handle. As they pull up on it to try and lift it, a red light came up, and the truck came to a gentle stop with the hiss of its brakes. With the stop, the trailer door sudenly lifted up, lifting the five toys up off their feet and up in the air. As they held onto the door, they looked around, and they spotted the box on the floor that was labelled 'Braedey's Toys'. Woody and Braedimus smiled, since the two now had a very good idea.
Back with Scud, he growled and snarled, trying to shake Buzz off. Then, he managed to get the white Space Ranger off him, and Buzz ended up under a red car. Scud ran to the car, and he barked loudly at the toy underneath it.
Onboard the truck, Woody and Braedimus were pulling and pushing boxes off the 'Braedey's Toys' boxes, whilst Daphne looked over to where Scud was. As Woody opened a box, it revealed Slinky, Potato Head, Hamm, Rex, and the muscle toy known as Rocky.
"Are we there already?" Rex asked, waking up from his sleep, then he saw Braedimus and Woody. "Woody! Prime!"
"Woody?" Slinky was shocked.
"How'd he get here?" Hamm asked. "Who's the new fellas?"
"Uh, hi?" Jennifer waked.
Woody pushed the box over to the side, as Braedimus and Daphne now looked through another box. The other toys looked, as Braedimus tried to find something.
"What's goin' on?" Hamm asked, as Daphne found R.C's remote control. "What's he takin'?"
"Aha!" Woody found R.C, and both he and Braedimus helped him out of the box. "There you are!" Then, the two carried him to the edge of the truck, Braedimus now finding his trailer - a long silver trailer with blue lining as well as the Autobot logo in chrome.
"R.C, you need to listen to what I'm about to tell you..." Braedimus began to whisper to the blue and green RC car about his plan, then he shifted into truck mode beside R.C, the trailer now hitched up behind him.
"Hey. What's he doing?" Potato Head asked, as Braedimus revved his engine, with R.C revving his own motor as well. Daphne and Woody took the green remote control, ready for the launch, Ken and Jennifer watching on from the sidelines. Then, to the other toy's shock, both Braedimus and R.C launched off and out of the truck!
"He's at it again!" Rex yelled out, as the other toys yelled out also, and Hamm narrowed his eyes.
Braedimus Prime and R.C immediately raced at speed, the former with his engine roaring at full chat, with the green and blue RC car just behind him. As they reach the red car, R.C beeped his horn, as Braedimus blared his truck horn, making Scud jump back in response, and the two slid under the car. Then, to R.C's shock, he saw Buzz, and he was okay!! He made his front bumper show a smile, and revved his engine as he hops on his front wheels.
"Let's go, old buddy." Braedimus told Buzz.
"Yes! They made it!" Jennifer smiled.
At that moment, the traffic lights had gone green, and the truck began to roll forward. "Get them!" Potato Head yelled out, pointing at the two toys, and the toys then fell out of their opened boxes.
Both Woody and Daphne saw this, and gasped. They immediately took control of R.C, and began to drive the green and blue RC car. In response, R.C launched out from under the red car, Braedimus Prime following close behind, whilst Scud followed after them.
"Wait!" Daphne screamed, once the toys reached her and Woody.
"Ah, ah, no, no!" Woody tried to stop them.
On the road, Buzz looked back over his shoulder a few times to see Scud getting a bit closer, then look ahead at the road, but each time the dog did, Braedimus would blare his truck horn, making Scud fall back, but he kept chasing them.
"No, no, no, no! Wait!" Woody was then picked up by Rocky, and was spun around like a helicopter. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!!" The other toys, along with Daphne, who was pulled to the side by Bo Peep for safety, watch Woody being spun around.
This sudden movement actually had an effect on both Buzz and R.C, as they both were suddenly being spun around in a circle formation, much to the confusion of both Scud and Braedimus, as the two sat on the road and watched. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" Buzz yelled out.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" Woody yelled, then was thrown by Rocky to the side of the trailer, this making R.C stop spinning, and both Braedimus and Scud continued their chase.
"Pig Pile!" Hamm announced, then he jumped down on Woody.
This caused R.C to jump up into the air with Buzz, much to Braedimus's confusion, then the two land safely on the ground and continue going ahead, with Buzz now facing backwards, seeing Scud and Braedimus right behind him and R.C.
But there was worse to come now. The three toys and dog were now approaching an intersection, and the traffic was going from both sides of the street, instead of going up and down the one the four were on.
"Buzz, you better hold onto something!" Braedimus called out, as he accelerated past R.C and the Space Ranger.
Buzz now looks behind him to see what Braedimus had meant, and he saw the traffic getting closer!! He screamed out, as he, R.C, and Braedimus now raced under the passing cars, and Scud ran into traffic. As Scud ran out onto the intersection, he heard a blue car honking its horn at him, and skidding away to a stop and try not to hit him. Scud slid to a stop, just as a red car ran into the front of the blue car. Next, two more blue cars and a red car ran into each other, creating a cage around Scud and blocking the intersection, ending his pursuit of the three toys, but now leaving a mess down at the intersection.
Buzz looked back at what happened. "Phew." He sighed, knowing he, R.C, and Braedimus had escaped from that entire mayhem unscathed.
"Too close…" Braedimus muttered.
"No! Please! You don't understand!" Woody tried to tell the other toys, as they were carrying him and Daphne to the back of the truck. "Buzz is out there. We gotta help him." He tried to tell them, then smacked off Potato Head's facial pieces with the remote control.
"Toss him and her overboard!" Potato Head called out, as his body tried to get his parts back on.
"No, no, no! Wait!" Woody and Daphne tried to call, then the toys threw the two out! "Aah!" Woody fell first to the ground, and rolled for a bit, until landing on his backside, then Daphne landed in his lap.
"So long, suckers!" Potato Head called out, as the truck drove away.
"Oh, great." Daphne sighed. Then the two got up, but then ducked down as a car nearly ran them down. They looked at the car, and sighed. "Now what do we do…?"
"Oh! Woody!"
"Scrap! Daphne!"
Suddenly, the two dolls were picked up from the road, and were racing along at maybe 40-60 miles an hour. The two saw it was R.C, Buzz, and Braedimus Prime.
"Oh! Well, thanks for the ride." Woody thanked Buzz.
"Look out!" Buzz pointed ahead, and Woody saw they were about to be crushed by the car's rear tyre!! Woody then turned the wheel on R.C's controller to the left, and they raced underneath the car.
"What do we do now?" Daphne asked, as she held onto Braedimus's roof, and held onto her headband.
"Now, let's catch up with that truck." Woody replied back, then he flipped the 'On' switch on R.C's controller to 'Turbo', and the green and blue RC car launched forward, catching up to the moving truck.
"I love his plan." Braedimus then shifted his systems to 'Turbo' mode, or rather... "Maximum Overdrive!" Then, the Peterbilt launched forward, his engine running flat chat and roaring out loud, and they caught up with R.C, then they race after the truck.
"How are you going so fast?" Daphne asked.
"I've been outfitted with more powerful motors, plus additional battery cells, one for lights and sound, the other for my vehicle functions." Braedimus explained.
"Oh." Daphne replied back softly.
On the truck, the toys were celebrating, but as they do so, Lenny saw something not far away from the truck. As he looked closely, he could see Woody, riding on R.C, but with Buzz Lightyear with him, and Braedimus Prime and Daphne alongside them!!! "Guys! Guys! Woody's riding R.C." He got the other'a attention, as they looked over.
"What?" Bo Peep was shocked.
"And Buzz, Prime, and Blake are with him!" Lenny added.
"You see them?" Jennifer asked.
Bo Peep picked up Lenny, and looked for herself. She saw what Lenny had confirmed, and as she did, both R.C and Braedimus honked their horns and siren.
"There they are!" Ken pointed out.
"It IS Buzz!" Bo Peep announced and looks at the others. "Woody and Daphne were telling the truth!"
"What have we done?" Slinky asked himself.
"Great!" Rex moaned. "Now, I have guilt."
"We're almost there!" Woody yelled, as R.C and Prime neared the truck.
"Ken!/Rocky! The ramp!" Jennifer and Bo Peep called to Rocky and Ken.
The muscle toy and Ken immediately ran over to the red ramp switch, and with their combined strength, they pushed it down. As the two racing toys reach the truck, the ramp now lowered down, but as it folded out, sparks immediately began to fly, and both R.C and Braedimus couldn't reach to the truck safely, the two of them swerving left and right to dodge the flying sparks. It was just too dangerous. Braedimus then got behind R.C, and held him in place, as Daphne held onto Buzz's shoulders.
"Oh, no! What do we do?!" Jennifer cried.
"Quick! Hold onto my tail!" Slinky told Potato Head, as he jumped down to the ramp, whilst Potato Head and Rex held on. Braedimus then forced R.C forward, and as Woody reached a hand out, he grabbed Slinky's arm.
"Attaboy there, Slink!" Potato Head called out, but then, Slinky was losing ground, and he was being pulled back away from the truck. The other toys saw this, and they grabbed onto Slinky's back end.
"What's going on?!" Jennifer grabs onto Slinky's back end with Ken, the latter digging his heels into the floor.
"Something must be wrong with the Autobot and RC car!" Ken called back.
"Woody!" Slinky called. "Woody! Prime! Speed up!"
"Speed up!" Woody called to Buzz and Braedimus.
"Their batteries!" Buzz and Daphne replied in shock and in unison, R.C looking like he's straining to try and go faster, Braedimus' engine now sounding like it's on its last legs. "They're running out!!"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!" Slinky cried, as his body was being stretched further and further apart.
Woody held onto both the slinky dog's front legs and held on with all his might, as both vehicle toys were forced into a curve by the truck. Braedimus's rear tyres began to smoke up because of the turn, and they were getting pretty close to some parked cars on the street. But, as the turn ended, Slinky wasn't looking good as he was being stretched out beyond any length he's ever been stretched out to.
"I can't hold on much longer!" Slinky groaned.
"Slink! Hang on!" Woody told him, but Slinky lost his grip, and he was flung back to the truck at speed, crashing into the other toys, leaving the others behind!!
Finally, with a sad and slow groan from their engines, R.C and Braedimus came to a stop in the middle of the road, as the moving truck drove away from them.
"No!" Daphne snapped aloud, and she fell to her knees down on the road.
"Great!" Woody groaned.
Braedimus now shifted into robot mode, and puts out the smoke on his tyres, since they were starting to burn up, kneeling down on one knee as he panted out. "Now, we'll never catch up with that truck." He muttered.
Buzz sighed to himself, but then, he remembered the rocket taped on his back. "Braedimus! Woody! The rocket!" He told them.
"The match!" Woody realised, then he pulled out the match from his gun holster. "Yes! Thank you, Sid!" That was a time that Woody thought he'd never say those three words in one sentence.
"Yes!" Daphne cheered, as Braedimus got into position to transform to truck mode, and hook up to R.C's front.
Woody lit the match, as the other three toys watch on. But then, before the cowboy could put the flame up to the fuse, the car from before now drove past them, extinguishing the flame, and leaving a dud match.
Woody looked at the match in shock and disbelief, as Buzz looked down in sorrow, along with the other two. "No! No, no! No!" Woody cried out, then fell to his hands and knees. "No! Oh, no! No, no, no, no, no, no! No!" He sobbed.
But then, the sound of something burning got his and Prime's attention. They saw Woody's hand starting to smoke, and it was from the concentrated light of the sun that was coming off of Buzz's helmet. Woody smiled as he now got an idea, and got Buzz to angle at a position, whilst holding onto the fuse, with the sunlight angled right at it.
"Woody! What are you doing?" Buzz was taken aback by Woody's actions, as Braedimus shifted into vehicle mode, and hooked up to R.C's front.
"Hold still, Buzz!" Woody told him, as the fuse got hotter and hotter. Then, with a shower of sparks, it lit, and began to head for the rocket!! "Ha-ha! Ha-ha!" He laughed, and sat down on R.C.
"Nice work!" Braedimus announced.
"You did it!" Buzz congratulated him with a smile. "Next stop, Braedey!"
Daphne then realised something. "Hold on a second." The two male toys now looked at her, as Braedimus eyed the road ahead, him commencing a 5-second countdown to launch. "Woody, you just lit the fuse to a very powerful and a very dangerous pyrotechnic rocket that is strapped to Buzz's back." She looked back at the rocket, just as the fuse reached the rocket thruster. "Rockets explode!" She screamed, but as she did, the rocket ignited.
The five toys were then propelled up to over 600 miles per hour, as they raced down the straight street as a streak of colour and with a trail of smoke left in their wake. Woody's face felt like it would fall apart, whilst the others were struggling to hold on tight. As they do so, they saw the moving truck now coming up fast.
"I should have held on longer." Slinky groaned, as the toys began to try and fix his slinky body.
"Easy, fella." Jennifer said softly to Slinky, patting his head. "Just rest up."
"Look! Look!" Lenny got their attention, as the sound of a rocket was getting closer to them. "It's Woody, Buzz, Prime and Blake comin' up fast!" Then, they saw a trail of smoke and fire racing towards them.
"Whoa! Those guys are moving fast!" Ken called.
"And they're not stopping…" Jennifer realised.
With the five toys, they were racing towards the truck, but as they do, R.C and Braedimus were starting to be lifted into the air by the rocket! Then, as they were up to 15ft in the air, Woody had to let go of R.C, and then he, Prime, Daphne, and Buzz launched up into the air, the Autobot shifting into robot mode and holding onto the rocket.
"Ahh! Take cover!" Rex called, as the toys ran out of R.C's crash path, but as Potato Head looked, his pupils grew smaller, and R.C collided right into him, again making his body parts fly all over the place, and leaving only his feet.
"That happened." Ken commented.
With the four toys, they were racing up higher and higher into the air, the ground falling further and further away from them, a column of white smoke, the toys rising hundreds of feet into the air.
"Ahh!" Woody screamed.
"This is the part where we all blow up!" Daphne cried.
"Not today!" Buzz announced. He moved his left hand, and pushed the big red button on the left of his chest. Suddenly, the wings pop out, cutting the tape, setting him free, and both he and Woody began to fall towards the ground, but both Prime and Daph were still on the rocket.
"Hold on!" Braedimus told her, and jumped off after the two, as Daphne wrapped her arms around his neck, and as he held her close to his chest. As the rocket continued into the air, it then exploded right behind the toys.
Woody saw the explosion, but as he looked down, he saw they were gonna hit the ground! He screamed and covered his eyes, but then, Buzz pulls up, and he and Woody were now gliding through the air! With Prime and Daphne, Braedimus has his trailer in hand before it then began to transform and change shape. The end result was that of a four-engine jetpack with large wings, which now attached to his back. With his new wings installed, and with the sound of a jet firing up, Braedimus Prime pulls up out of the dive, and now, he and Daphne Blake were flying like a plane!!
Woody now uncovered his eyes, and saw he and Buzz, along with Prime and Blake, were flying! "Hey, Buzz! You're flyin'!" Woody sounded amazed.
"This isn't flying." Buzz corrected. "This is falling..."
"With style!" Braedimus added lastly.
Daphne then looks down, and she could see they were really flying. "This is amazing!" She then held out her arms like Superman. "I can fly!"
"Ha-ha-ha!" Woody laughed, then held out his arms like they were aeroplane wings. "To Infinity and Beyond!" Soon, the four toys were gliding down to the moving truck, the other toys watching them gliding overhead from below. But, oddly enough, they glide straight over it. "Uh, Buzz, we missed the truck." Woody told Buzz.
"We're not aiming for the truck." Buzz clarified, and Woody saw what he meant. They were gliding in for approach to the car.
"Prepare for landing." Braedimus announced, as they got closer.
Then, as the four toys got closer, Braedimus and Buzz pulled up, then the Space Ranger retracts his wings, as he and Woody fell into a box next to Braedey's seat, who was fast asleep. Next, Braedimus and Daphne fell in, and they land in the seat right next to Braedey with a light thump, and this woke Braedey up.
"Huh?" Braedey rubbed his eyes, awaking from his small nap, then he looked over next to him. He was shocked by what he saw sitting there. "No way! They're here!" He cried out in happiness.
"What? What's the matter, Braedey?" Naomi asked, looking back in the rear-view mirror.
"I found them!" Braedey replied, then he hugged all four toys at once, being gentle with Braedimus's wings. "It's Woody! Buzz! Daphne and Prime!" He said happily.
"Oh, thank goodness! We found them!" Naomi was relived and let out a sigh. "Where were they, Braedey?" She asked.
"I don't know. I just found them in their boxes." Braedey replied, and smiled as he looked out the windows.
"I guess we were just too blind to see them. Either that, or they had gone off on an amazing adventure." Naomi laughed, as all four toys, secretly without anyone seeing, blinked to one another, and froze again.
Now, they were all heading off to the new home.
