AN: I know, I know another new fic. I couldn't resist. This fic just wrote itself in one sitting and I just can't stop myself from posting it. Like my other fic 'Celestial Console Command' which is set in the Worm-verse, Hermione Granger is going to be extremely overpowered in this fic because she receives the same power as Taylor Hebert in the 'Celestial Console Command' fic, which is the power to change the fabric of reality with just console commands and lets not forget The Celestials.
Hermione Granger knows that she died.
She knows that a stray killing curse managed to hit her during the Third Wizarding War.
She remembers the moment when the green light approached her, where she didn't have enough time to dodge it because she was far too busy fighting the other Death Eaters.
So why the hell did she wake up in her old bedroom with a blue translucent screen hovering before her like she is living in a game?

*You have slept in a bed. Your body has fully recovered from the previous day's ordeal.*

"What the hell is this?" She says out loud as she tries to touch the hovering screen, but only for her hand to go through it.
Then, the words on the screen change in front of her.

*You are currently in the World of 'Harry Potter written by J.K. Rowling'. Do you want to choose the level of difficulty for this world?*

"What?! What do you mean that I'm currently in the World of Harry Potter written by this person J.K. Rowling?!" she exclaims, completely confused. "And why am I still seeing this screen?! Is someone messing with me?! Alright! I had enough! Stop messing around and come out right now before I do something drastic!"
She orders the unknown person to reveal themselves while she looks frantically around her old bedroom in search of the person responsible. However, the only changes she notes are the words on the translucent screen, which remain floating in front of her.

*You have just received a message from the Random Omniscient Being. Do you want to read the message?*

Hermione continues to look around for a moment but she still can't find anyone there. She then glances at the screen again and wonders what to do next.
Since no one has revealed themselves to me, is it possible that what I am seeing is real?...However, the person might be underneath the disillusion spell or an invisibility cloak. Then, I'm going to curse them once I find my wand. And where is my wand anyway? She thinks and finally notices the true extent of her surroundings.
Why does everything look grayed-out and appears to be frozen in time? She thinks worriedly.
As if reading her thoughts, the words on the screen transform again.

*You are currently accessing the Gamer System and because of this reason everything else is on pause, except the player.*

"First of all, how do you know what I'm thinking?!" She asks the thing in surprise. "Also, I obviously know what a Gamer System is but why do I have access to it in the first place?"
She observes as the thing responds to her inquiry.

*All questions will be answered once you have read the message from the Random Omniscient Being. Do you want to read the message?*

A message from a Random–what?...She thinks for a second right before she shrugs and inwardly decides. Well, I will try to answer this screen's question and see how it goes.
Wary but a bit curious, Hermione decides to play along and clicks the 'YES' button. Surprisingly, her index finger touches a solid surface, but the screen disappears soon after and another screen pop-up in place in the shape of a scroll.
Hermione Granger begins to read the message contained in it.

Dearest Hermione Jean Granger,
You must be wondering why you are still alive right now and back in the past, especially when you remember dying in the Third Wizarding War. You can stop wondering now because I am the reason you are still alive and back in time. I have decided to take pity on you and because I now lack a Celestial Entertainer due to the previous one falling into the Eternal Void because of his stupidity.
Anyway, I have plucked you from your previous location and thrown you back in time with the intention for you to entertain me for as long as I wish because I am bored out of my mind. Just so you know becoming my Celestial Entertainer is non-negotiable. You can not escape from your new found role Hermione. It is inevitable. You can't die even if you desire it because I will it so. And if you do die, you will just respawn again at a certain Starting Point. You can never die because I have given you a gift called the 'Celestial Console Command', where you can use it alongside the Gamer System that I have also provided you with.
Now that I have informed you of your new role as my Celestial Entertainer, you can proceed to explore your new gifts and learn everything you can before shit hits the fan. And I assure you that shit will be hitting the fan before you know it. Because when I dropped you in the past, there was a disturbance in the time stream that can be felt by every magical beings in your world, especially the dark kind. Soon you will be facing a horde of them at your doorstep, you better prepare yourself and protect your family before they come and investigate.
I suggest excessively using the search feature of the Gamer System to arm yourself for what's about to come. Good luck! I really just can't wait for you to entertain me! Be interesting and I will be sure to provide you with some extra help. However, I am sure you won't need it because you will probably be using 'The Celestials' before the day is out.

Once she finishes reading the message, the screen containing the message disappears only to be replaced by the previous question.

However, Hermione Granger is far too busy staring at nothing to notice anything. If this is truly real, then she just learned that she can't die because apparently she is the sole entertainer for some bored Random Omniscient Being.
"Damnit!" She curses and starts to pace. "What am I going to do?! A Random Asshole just dropped me in the past with the intent to entertain him while making my life difficult! Bloody hell!"
For a long moment, Hermione Granger continues to pace and rant, but after venting a while she instantly falls silent.
She then stares at the translucent screen in front of her.

"To hell with it! I might as well go with this craziness since I clearly don't have a choice on the matter!" She tells herself.
She sees the (i) button just below the YES and NO options and quickly understands that the (i) is short for information. So she clicks on it.
Then, she watches as a second small screen pops up.

However, the truth of the matter is that your world is randomly created by the R.O.B and JK Rowling happens to catch a glimpse of some parts of the main storyline of a certain orphan, which she then writes in her books. Rowling is simply a Glimpseer of a different world than hers, which made her richer for it. Other than that, she is merely a speck to the rest of the Multiverse, like many others like her.]

"So my world is considered to be a work of fiction by other people in the Multiverse huh?" She mutters to herself. "And I can probably guess what JK Rowling's books are about…just judging by its title, it's probably about Harry."
Afterward, Hermione clicks on the [x] button at the upper edge of the screen and watches as the small box shrinks and disappears into the (i) button.
The previous question remains on the large translucent screen, which she is ready for.

"I will pick 'YES'," She decides out loud and presses the button.
As soon as her finger hits the 'YES' option, another question becomes visible.

Hermione Granger is not stupid so she chooses the 'EASY' option to somewhat mitigate what the R.O.B warned her about. She definitely doesn't want a horde of monsters and evil wixens to come after her and her family. Thank you very much!
After picking the 'EASY' level, a new question appears before her.

When she reads the question, Hermione hesitates at first.
Should I make it a MULTIPLE PLAYER which will include my parents or my friends? She silently wonders. But I need to tell them about everything first if I do that…and I am not ready for it…It's better that I choose SINGLE PLAYER instead of the other one. Perhaps in the future I can select the second option when I have already told them of my secrets.
She shortly presses her fingers on the first option. Then, the next question takes shape in front of her.

Hermione notes the (i) button at the bottom again and she clicks on it next. She observes as a second small pop up appears beside the large screen.

Afterward, Hermione picks 'YES' and watches as new words manifest on the screen.
