Kara (quickly becoming exhausted): I can't push anymore
Marcellus (providing extra body support for Kara): You shouldn't give up
Kara (panting): Okay
Alex (adding pressure to Kara's stomach): It is mandatory that you get this baby out
Kara (giving into her pain and sorrow again): AHA...AHA...AHA...AHA...AHA
Marcellus: Kara, you can do this. You are making a lot of progress.
Alex (witnessing the baby crown): The baby is crowning
Kara (experiencing a burning ring of fire): It hurts and burns
Alex (checking for the umbilical cord): The baby's head is out. I am checking to see if the cord is around the baby's neck.
