Elliot strides into the office, holding two coffees and muffins in his hands. A cheerful smile brightens his face as he addresses his colleagues."Hey guys!" he greets, setting the cups and pastries on the nearby table.

Elliot responds assertively, his smile even wider now.

"You bet your ass I am. I had an amazing night."

Fin teases, "Dani, Angela, Kathy?"

Elliot shakes his head, his gaze filled with a hint of secret excitement.

"Someone even better," he replies, leaving them to speculate.

Olivia walks in

The office falls silent as Olivia enters, a vibrant presence in the room. Munch, always observant, chimes in with a playful remark.

"I think I found the reason why Stabler's so happy," he teases.

Elliot grins and holds out a coffee and a muffin for Olivia.

"Hey, Liv, I brought coffee and a muffin," he says, his eyes gleaming with affection.

"Aw, thanks, El. I appreciate it," Olivia replies, accepting the coffee and muffin with a warm smile.

Elliot grins back, his eyes lingering on her for a moment longer than necessary.

Captain Cragen addresses Elliot and Fin, assigning them a task for the day together.

"Elliot and Fin, I'm putting you guys together for today since Brian isn't here. Jeffries had personal matters," he begins. "You two go get our suspect, and Olivia, I need you on paperwork duty." Says Cragen

Olivia heads to the file room to begin her paperwork. Suddenly, she feels strong arms encircling her waist, guiding her into a more secluded area.

"Elliot, what are you doing?" Olivia asks, her voice a mix of surprise and amusement.

Elliot confesses, "I couldn't go all day without kissing you. I couldn't even stop thinking about it since last night."

Olivia, unable to resist, gives in with a slight huff. "Okay, only for a few moments." She wraps her arms around his neck, returning the kiss. They begin to make out, their bodies pressed together.

Fin calls out, "Elliot? Elliot?"

Olivia, still flushed from their stolen moment, watches Elliot reluctantly pull away.

"Sorry, Liv, I gotta go," he apologizes, planting another kiss on her lips before giving her waist a gentle squeeze. "But I'll catch you later. I'll pick you up at 8."

With that, he turns away and rejoins Fin, leaving Olivia yearning for more.

Olivia tries to steal one last kiss before they part, but Elliot playfully backs away.

"No more kisses till tonight," he teases. "I need you to miss me."

Olivia laughs, conceding. "That'll be no issue, but be safe," she says, her words filled with concern and affection.

"Will do, Liv," Elliot replies, planting a quick kiss on her cheek.

Olivia jokes, "I thought no kisses."

Elliot grins, his eyes sparkling with affection. "Couldn't help myself. You have kissable cheeks."

Olivia giggles and shoos him away, reminding him to avoid being caught.

"Go, El, before Fin comes in here and asks questions," she says, watching him leave.

Elliot emerges, and Fin catches up to him.

"Hey man, what were you doing in there? I've been looking for you," Fin teases.

Elliot tries to play it cool. "Oh, nothing, just looking at something."

Fin grins, knowing exactly what Elliot was looking at. "Oh, so Olivia's backside?" Fin says, chuckling.

Elliot panics, "Fin, shhh, please don't tell anyone."

Fin reassures him, "Your secret's safe with me, pal."

Olivia gets ready in her apartment, puts the finishing touches on her makeup, and chooses a stunning black dress. She glances at the clock - 7:30 pm. As she puts on her earrings, she hears a knock at the door.

Excited, she opens the door, and there stands Elliot, looking handsome as ever.

"Hey, oh my Olivia, you look absolutely breathtaking," Elliot says, taking her hand and twirling her around.

Olivia blushes at the compliment, reciprocating, "Thanks, El. You look very handsome."

Elliot grins and carefully places a blindfold over her eyes, igniting curiosity.

"El? What's with the blindfold?" Olivia asks, perplexed.

Elliot reassures her with a comforting tone, "It's a surprise. Don't worry; I'm not a serial killer, and I will make sure nothing happens to you."

He carefully guides her to the car, opening the door for her and ensuring she's safely seated. As he drives to the secret location, the suspense builds, leaving Olivia both intrigued and slightly anxious.

Olivia's patience wears thin as she attempts to pry information out of Elliot.

"Come on, El, where are we going?" she asks.

Elliot chuckles in response, teasing her with his reply, "Patience, Livia, we're almost there."

After ten minutes of relentless questioning from Olivia, Elliot laughs, finally revealing their destination.

"We're here," he says, getting out of the car and opening her door, carefully guiding her to a spot. He removes her blindfold and says, "And open."

Olivia is awe-struck by the sight before her.

"Oh my god, El, this is beautiful!" she exclaims, taken aback by the setting.

Elliot grins, his eyes sparkling with satisfaction at her reaction.

"I was hoping you'd say that," he replies, giving her a tender kiss on the head before guiding her to the table.

Olivia is amazed by the effort Elliot has put into Planning this surprise, and she voices her astonishment.

"Elliot, it's amazing how you managed all this."

"Sit down, get comfy," Elliot says, placing the salads on both plates and then the pasta and meatballs. He also pours two glasses of wine.

They begin their meal, enjoying the salads first. Then, Elliot takes a noodle and holds it up to Olivia, gesturing for her to take the other end. She giggles and does so, and they share a playful noodle kiss. They then transition into a passionate make-out session before reluctantly pulling away.

During dinner, they engage in lighthearted conversation while relishing the food.

Elliot takes a sip of his wine and turns the conversation to a more personal topic.

"So tell me about Olivia Benson," he starts.

Olivia ponders for a moment, contemplating what to share.

"What would you like to know?" she responds, taking another sip of her wine.

Elliot, genuinely curious, continues, "You never told me about your parents. It just dawned on me that you've never really talked about your family, not even when we were kids."

Olivia tries to downplay it, not wanting to burden him with her family history.

"Oh, um, I don't want to bore you with the details," she replies, glancing down.

Elliot senses her hesitation and gently lifts her chin with his thumb. His gaze is warm and understanding.

"Hey," he says softly, his tone full of reassurance. "Liv, nothing you tell me would bore me. Trust me."

Olivia shares her painful family history, her voice tinged with melancholy.

"I didn't know who my father was. I'm a child of rape. My brother used to cause casual mental and emotional harm to me. He would call me useless, worthless, saying I ruined her life."

Elliot listens quietly, his heart aching for her. He gently picks her up, placing her in his lap and allowing her to rest her head against his chest. His arms instinctively wrap around her waist, and he showers the back of her neck with soft, comforting kisses.

Olivia's voice trembles with emotion as she pours her heart out, "She used to never stop drinking, and she still does to this day. She is an alcoholic, and I haven't seen her for years, which makes me feel guilty."

Elliot's heart breaks as tears stream down her face. He turns her around in his lap so she's facing him, cupping her face in his hands.

Elliot's reassuring words wash over Olivia, providing comfort and reassurance.

"You're strong, compassionate, good with the victims," he affirms, his hand gently stroking her cheek. "And I'm so lucky to have met you."

He pecks her lips, and as their gaze meets, Olivia's smile returns, touched by his understanding and love.

Olivia utters a heartfelt "thank you," her voice filled with gratitude. Elliot responds, his voice gentle and sincere, "No need to thank me, Liv."

He kisses her passionately, and they remain blissfully entwined, watching the sunset together.

"The sunset looks so beautiful," Olivia remarks, her gaze fixed on the scenic view.

Elliot glances at her lovingly, his eyes filled with adoration. "Nothing is as beautiful as you, Olivia," he whispers, his words laced with affectionate reverence.

Olivia lets out a soft giggle and teases him lightly.

"You're so cheesy, Stabler," she says, her voice filled with affection.

Elliot grins, not denying the accusation. "The cheesiest," he admits, his smile widening.

As the sunset fades into the night and the stars twinkle overhead, Elliot carefully lays Olivia down on the blanket. He positions himself beside her, their bodies close.

Elliot glances upwards, then turns to Olivia and intertwines his fingers with hers.

"Now we look at the stars," he says, a smile on his face.

Olivia's admission that this is her first beach date or stargazing under the night sky causes Elliot to raise an eyebrow.

"No guy has ever taken you on a date like this before?" he inquires, surprise evident in his voice.

Olivia giggles, but before she can respond, Elliot answers the question with a serious tone.

"Only the ones I'm serious about," he replies, locking eyes.

With a smile, Elliot gazes at Olivia, his eyes filled with affection.

"Just the one I'm falling for, with beautiful brown hair, bangs, honey brown eyes, and a face card that never declines," he says, his words laced with sincerity.

Olivia giggles but tries to downplay the compliment.

"Aw, El, you can't say things like that if they aren't true," she responds, her gaze fixed on the stars above.

Elliot gently turns her face to look at him and says firmly, "But they are."

Elliot's intense gaze locked on Olivia. He spoke with unwavering conviction.

"I'm crazy about you, Liv, and nobody else compares," he said, determination in his voice. "I'm willing to let go of everything for you. Olivia Benson, will you be my girlfriend?"

Olivia's response was immediate. "I would love to be, Elliot," she said, a smile lighting up her face.

She leaned in, kissing him passionately, their mouths melding together. Her tongue traced his lips, seeking entry. Elliot reciprocated, allowing her access as their tongues tangled.

Elliot's eyes gleam with excitement as he helps Olivia up from the blanket. He turns on the radio, a slow, romantic tune filling the air. He extends a hand to Olivia, his smile warm.

"Olivia, may I have this dance?" he asks, his voice soft.

Olivia smiles in return, her heart fluttering. "Of course you may, Stabler," she replies, placing her hand in his.

They move gracefully in a slow dance, Elliot's arms encircling her waist while Olivia's hands rest around his neck. There's a peaceful quiet between them; the only sounds are their footsteps and the music playing.

Olivia eventually leans her head on his chest, and they gently sway in harmony.

"You really are better than what I made you out to be," she says, her voice tinged with a hint of surprise.

Elliot chuckles softly.

"Yeah, I know I come off as a dick, but there's more to me," he confesses.

Olivia looks at Elliot with a smile, her heart growing more fond of him.

"I'm glad I'm getting to know the real Elliot Stabler," she says, appreciating his genuine nature.

Time seems to slip by as they continue dancing, though it turns out to be only about half an hour. Elliot packs up the blanket and cooler and opens the car door for Olivia.

"Do you want me to drive you home, or can we head back to my place to make some cupcakes for dessert and watch movies since we don't have work tomorrow?" Elliot proposes.

Olivia smiles warmly as Elliot suggests heading to his place to bake cupcakes.

"I would love to, El," she replies, her enthusiasm evident.

They embark on the short drive to Elliot's house. Once inside, Elliot jokingly admits he doesn't know how to make cupcakes from scratch.

"Alright, first, we need to get the box," he chuckles, referring to the pre-made mix. Olivia laughs along with him, equally amused.

Elliot takes out the ingredients and begins mixing them together to prepare the batter. Olivia assists him, fully engrossed in the task. Unbeknownst to Olivia, Elliot sneakily places some batter on her face, making her laugh.

In retaliation, Olivia grabs some batter and throws it back at him, getting it all over his clothes.

Elliot chuckles, a playful demeanor in his voice. "Olivia Benson, you're going to get it now," he warns, starting to chase her around the table. He quickly catches her, wrapping his arms around her and spinning her around.

Olivia protests about her expensive dress, but Elliot reassures her, promising to buy her a new one now that they're a couple. He grabs more batter and begins drawing on her dress with it. They both laugh, exchanging batter on each other's clothes.

Thirty minutes later, after laughing and playful antics, Elliot points to the remaining batter.

"Well, um, there's a little batter left," he chuckles. "We can have a few cupcakes, and if you want to shower, feel free to go ahead."

Olivia turns to Elliot, a hint of concern in her voice. "El, I have no clothes," she informs him.

Elliot smirks and suggests, "Feel free to walk around naked, then."

Olivia blushes and laughs, a mixture of surprise and amusement on her face. "Elliot!" she exclaims, playfully chiding him.

"Fine," Elliot concedes, heading to his room and returning with a shirt, boxers, and shorts for Olivia. "Here, you can wear my stuff, and I'll get in after you."

Olivia pecks his lips in thanks, heading to the bathroom to shower. Meanwhile, Elliot is still covered in batter. After a while, Olivia exits the bathroom and is greeted by a spotless kitchen.

She notices Elliot still wearing batter, a mixture of disbelief and amusement on her face.

As Olivia emerges from the bathroom, wearing Elliot's clothes, Elliot can't help but compliment her.

"Hey, Liv, you look sexy as hell in my clothes," he says, his eyes roaming her figure before pulling her closer, taking her hips in his hands.

Olivia smirks, gently stopping him with a finger on his chest. "Thank you, but no touching until you clean up," she teases.

Elliot chuckles, puts a few cupcakes in the oven, and heads to the shower to freshen up.

Olivia is lounging on the couch and looks up to see Elliot exiting the bathroom, shirtless with just boxers on. She can't help but appreciate his physique, a cheeky grin on her face.

"Whatcha wanna watch, baby?" Elliot asks as he takes his place next to her on the couch.

Olivia thinks for a moment. "Hmm, let's watch the notebook," she suggests.

Elliot raises an eyebrow jokingly. "What's with you females and the notebook?" he teases.

"It's a beautiful story," Olivia defends. "Plus, hello, Ryan Gossling," she adds, giggling at the mention of the attractive actor.

Elliot smiles, conceding to Olivia's choice.

"Okay, pretty girl, but only because I'm with you," he teases.

Elliot smiles, conceding to Olivia's choice.

"Okay, pretty girl, but only because I'm with you," he teases.

They settle down to watch the movie, with Olivia snuggled into Elliot's side. After twenty minutes, the oven buzzer goes off, signaling the cupcakes are done. Elliot gets up, frosts them, and hands a cupcake to Olivia.

"Thank you," Olivia says, accepting it with a smile.

Elliot takes his seat beside her. Olivia picks up some frosting and playfully places it on his lips before licking it off. Elliot laughs and reciprocates the gesture.

Elliot and Olivia enjoy their cupcakes, even though they messed up half of them earlier.

"Yes, they're pretty good," Elliot agrees. "This night was amazing, and it was the best I've ever had,"

Olivia concurs, her eyes gleaming with contentment. "Me too, El," she says, pecking his lips.

As the movie continues, Olivia grows sleepy and dozes off, her head resting on Elliot's lap. He covers her with a blanket and continues to watch the movie, his hand tenderly stroking her head.

Alex walks in unexpectedly and teases Elliot, spotting the movie playing on the screen.

"Hey, are you watching The Notebook?" Alex laughs.

Elliot becomes slightly flustered and explains, "Um, hey, Liv's here. We had a bad case, so I wanted to give her a better day."

Intrigued, Alex jokingly remarks, "Oh, who knew my brother had a heart?" She glances around curiously. "Where is she now?"

Elliot informs his sister, "She's sleeping in my room. I'm going to take the couch, and there are cupcakes if you want."

Alex declines and indicates that she's coming back from a visit to Casey, who has work early in the morning. She decides to retire for the night.

"Night, Lex," Elliot bids farewell, tidying up the living room. He sits down on the couch, feeling a pang of loneliness without Olivia's presence. Deciding to turn off the TV and make it look like he slept there, he locks the door to his room.

He joins Olivia in bed. Elliot slides under the covers next to Olivia as she blissfully sleeps. He gently pulls her body closer to his, taking comfort in her proximity. With a soft kiss to her temple, he whispers, "Goodnight, Liv."

Elliot closes his eyes, the soothing rhythm of her breathing lulling him into a tranquil slumber. His arms wrapped around her form in a protective embrace, he drifts off into a peaceful, dreamless sleep, feeling content and at ease.
