Elliot chuckles and remarks, "Oh, classic Fin. Why do I feel like there's more to the story?"

Fin explains with a hearty laugh, "Well, Fin ate some expired food, claiming it's not really expired, just some conspiracy talk from the government, you know, typical old man stuff."

Cassidy smirks and probes, "Hey, where's Olivia?"

Elliot's irritation flares, and he steps closer to Cassidy, replying curtly, "What do you mean 'where's Olivia?'"

Fin intercedes, attempting to calm the situation, "Elliot, relax. He's not worth it. Let's just go."

Fin grabs ahold of Elliot, slowly guiding him away to focus on their task at hand.

Cassidy's Pov

One new text message Cassidy to Kathy

C: I need a favor

K: I told you I'm done doing favors for you. Decide to cheat on me. How many times, Brian?

C: What if I told you you can win Elliot back?

K: I'm listening

C: Come to the predict, and wait for Elliot to kiss him, and I got the camera ready to go, and tomorrow, come in and yell you're pregnant right in front of Olivia. She won't believe him.

K: Cassidy, you're a genius, then Elliot will be mine.

It's the end of the shift. Elliot hasn't seen Cassidy. Thank you, Lord, he says to himself. He texts Liv

E: Hey baby, I'm going to grab some clothes from my house and then walk to yours. Are you okay, love?

L: That's fine, babe. Yes, doors are unlocked.

Elliot is forcefully pinned against a wall as Kathy kisses him.

Elliot exclaims, "Kathy, what the hell are you doing?"

Kathy confesses, "I miss you, Elliot. I want us to be together again."

Elliot retorts firmly, "Kathy, it sucks to be you. I'm in a blissful relationship now. Go f*ck yourself and leave me alone before you mess everything up."

He then walks away, unaware that Cassidy snaps photos of the encounter. Lost in his thoughts, Elliot contemplates, " I can't see Olivia tonight; I can't face her right now. I need to sort through this first. "

E: Babe, I'm so sorry, but Alex needs me. I will see you tomorrow at work. I'll make it up to you, baby. I love you.

L: I understand, Elliot. Do you want me to sneak over later? I love you too, babe.

E: No, babe, that's okay. I can give you time to miss me. I'll text you goodnight, though, before I head to bed

L: Okay El

Olivia feels increasingly puzzled as two months pass, and Elliot consistently backs out of their plans. She ponders over the possibility that Alex might require his attention, but she would have informed Olivia about it, right?

Hours later, a gentle knock resonates through the apartment, catching Olivia's attention.

knock knock

Olivia's voice calls out, "Door's open."

Cassidy enters, and Olivia exclaims, "Brian, get the f*ck out right now before I shoot you!"

Cassidy responds, "Liv, you're going to want to see this."

Olivia threatens, "If it's not good, I will shoot you, and don't call me Liv again."

Cassidy reveals, "Well, it's Elliot who's cheating on you... with Kathy."

Olivia's voice rises sharply, her anger palpable.

"You're f*cking lying! Get out!"

Cassidy produces photos of Kathy holding Elliot against the wall and kissing him. Without context, it appears as though Elliot isn't resisting.

Olivia's voice quivers with anger. "I-I hate f cking men! F ck you, Brian! F ck you, Elliot! Just get the fu ck out!"

Cassidy leaves Olivia's apartment with a smug grin, feeling satisfied with his work. Prior to visiting Olivia, he had stealthily photographed her and Elliot in their dorm. He subsequently knocked at Olivia's door, leaving an envelope marked "Alex Cabot."

Alex, who answered the door, discovered the envelope and opened it, revealing pictures of Olivia and Elliot kissing, holding hands, and laughing. She was seething, feeling betrayed by her best friend and brother's secret relationship. Filled with questions, she immediately calls Olivia.

Olivia answers, her voice laced with a mixture of surprise and defensiveness.

"Hey, Lex."

Alex's voice thunders in response, filled with anger and betrayal.

"Olivia, I can't f cking believe you would go behind my back with my own f cking brother! How could you do this to me? After everything we've been through! After so many families were off-limits! Liv, I f cking trusted you, and you f cking broke that!"

Olivia's voice trembles with guilt, tears streaming down her face.

"Alex, please, let me explain. I'm so f*cking sorry," Olivia pleads.

Alex angrily responds, "No, our friendship is over. Don't call me, don't text me, just go be happy with Elliot!"

Overwhelmed with anger and tears, Olivia dials Elliot's number.

"Hey babe, what's up?" Elliot responds.

"We are f*cking over, Stabler." Olivia's voice is filled with hurt and resentment.

Elliot, puzzled and bewildered, responds, "Liv, what's going on? Why are you breaking up with me?"

Olivia's voice resonates with hurt and anger as she screams, "Don't f cking play stupid, Elliot. We are done. Go have f cking fun with your whores!" She hangs up.

Elliot strides through the house, utterly baffled. He comes across Alex, sitting on the couch, radiating anger.

Alex greets Elliot with a mixture of anger and sarcasm.

"Hello, best friend stealer."

Elliot, attempting to feign ignorance, replies, "What are you talking about, Alex?"

Alex, fury coursing through her, exclaims, "Oh, I know that you and Liv have been f cking dating behind my back! You're the f cking worst for taking her away from me. We are not friends anymore, Elliot, thanks to you, because you just gotta make every woman who f*cking meets you fall in love with you!

Elliot's voice is remorseful as he responds, "Alex, I am a piece of shit, and I am sorry. Don't blame Olivia. This was on me to pursue her. Alex, I do love her."

Alex, filled with anger and hurt, states, "Save it, you both are fucking dead to me." She stomps to her room and slams the door shut.

Elliot stands there, sighing, contemplating the situation. He decides to pay Olivia a visit and bangs on her door.

Elliot addresses the closed door, "Olivia Benson. I know you're in there. Open up."

Undeterred, Elliot persists.

"Olivia Benson, I know you're in there. Open up."

Olivia remains silent, refusing to open the door. Elliot's voice rises in frustration.

"Olivia, please open the door. I don't know what's going on, and I want to talk to you, Olivia."

Elliot argues urgently, "Olivia, I didn't kiss her; she kissed me, and I pushed her away."

Olivia responds with a mix of sarcasm and anger.

"Yeah, yeah, that's what the f*ck they all say, Stabler. Don't bother talking to me tomorrow."

The next day arrives, and Olivia, as expected, doesn't show up.

"You can go communicate with your tongue in Kathy's mouth," she says through the closed door. As her phone begins to ring, she goes to answer it.

The next day, Elliot enters the squad room a little later than usual, still preoccupied with thoughts from the previous night. As he walks in, he sees Olivia laughing with a tall man with swooping black hair.

Fin chimes in, "Relax, he's with the FBI. He's here to help with a case."

Elliot's response is immediate and possessive.

"Well, I don't like him. He's way too close to her."

Fin replies nonchalantly, "Well, your girlfriend is beautiful, El, but she can handle her grown."

Elliot, stung by the reference to Olivia as his girlfriend, corrects Fin.

"Ex..."

Fin's surprise is evident as he asks, "What happened!?"

Elliot responds in a hushed tone, "Fin, keep it down. Olivia wouldn't tell me; she hung up, and then Alex told me Liv and I are dead to her."

Dean introduces himself with a firm shake.

"Dean Porter."

Elliot's mind races with jealousy as he thinks, "This man definitively wants my Livie Love."

As if on cue, Kathy bursts in, her voice shrill and desperate.

"Elliot! Elliot! Elliot!"

Olivia, catching wind of the situation, chimes in with a sarcastic remark.

"But nothing was going on, though, right Elliot? You're such a fucking idiot."

Kathy cuts in, demanding attention.

"Elliot, there you are. We need to need to talk right now." Says Kathy

Olivia's words hit hard, and she storms out, with Fin giving chase. Alex walks into the squad room, witnessing the chaos unfolding.

Elliot turns to Kathy, his voice sharp.

"Kathy, I don't know what sick f*cking joke you're playing, but we haven't had sex in five months, and every time we did, I used a condom!"

Kathy, barely containing her laughter, responds, "Well, I don't know, but it's yours."

Elliot's frustration boils over.

"It couldn't be f*cking mine because I used a condom, and we haven't had sex in longer than five months!" Elliot yells. " Says Elliot

Kathy's attempts to hold back her laughter grow visibly strained.

Elliot's voice takes on a sharper edge as he asserts, "It couldn't f cking been because I have been with Olivia for two months, and I would never f cking cheat on her! Then I want a DNA test."

Kathy's facade cracks, and she begins to stammer.

"That's what I thought. Now tell me what the f*ck is going on, Kathy."

With a huff of resignation, Kathy admits, "Fine, I'm not pregnant."

Elliot, his tone filled with frustration, responds, "You're so f*cking unbelievable! I told you I'm in love with Olivia."

Elliot, his tone filled with frustration, responds, "You're so f*cking unbelievable! I told you I'm in love with Olivia."

Kathy counters, with a hint of satisfaction, "Well, it seems like you already f*cked that up."

Cassidy, standing nearby, catches Kathy's wink and returns it.

Elliot's voice rises in anger as he accuses Cassidy. "You! You did this!!!"

Cassidy feigns innocence, replying with a smirk, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Elliot's fury reaches its peak as he lunges at Cassidy.

"You! You showed Kathy kissing me to Olivia! Then you told my sister about me and Olivia when we were about to tell her! F*ck you, Cassidy! I will kill you!"

Elliot walks into the house, his emotions still raw. He grabs a beer from the fridge, lights a joint, and takes a deep puff.

Alex follows him, taking a seat beside him.

Elliot, anticipating a lecture, mutters, "If you're here to tell me I deserve this, please leave me alone."

Alex's gentle question catches him off guard.

"Well, I am not, but did you mean what you said?"

Elliot takes a swig of his beer and looks at his sister.

Alex's question hangs in the air, and Elliot takes a deep breath before answering.

"Yes, Alex. I fell for her the day at the airport," he admits, his voice filled with a mixture of nostalgia and longing. "All those little moments, and we just clicked. She understands me; she's so beautiful, strong, and dedicated. And I was the luckiest son of a b*tch to be her boyfriend."

Elliot sighs heavily, the weight of his emotions palpable in the room.

Alex's voice carries a mix of anger and realization.

"I still am passed at you two, but I didn't realize how serious you two were about each other until I saw you dart at Cassidy and actually tell Kathy to fu ck off. Never thought I'd see the day."

Tears well up in Elliot's eyes as he admits the grim reality.

"Yeah, but you did not. I will never be with Olivia again."

Alex responds by wrapping her arms around her brother, offering comfort in his moment of sorrow.

Alex soothes Elliot, her voice filled with determination.

"Shh, Elliot, it's okay. We will figure this out."

Elliot admits he's in the dark, unsure of who informed Olivia.

"I have no idea; she won't tell me."

Alex's revelation adds another piece to the puzzle.

"I got an envelope under my door with pictures of you and Olivia," she reveals.

Elliot connects the dots, realizing Brian's involvement.

"Assuming that was Brian.. now he probably did the same thing with Olivia," he concludes. "That explains why she called me the same day we broke up!" Elliot's voice is filled with frustration and understanding.

Alex reassures her brother, "I will make up with Olivia tomorrow, but now you go get your girlfriend back."

Elliot expresses his gratitude, his voice tinged with regret.

"Thank you, Alex. I promise you won't regret this. And I'm so f*cking sorry for us not telling you."

Alex pushes Elliot out the door, urging him to go. Determined, Elliot heads towards Olivia's house. He approaches and calls out to her.

"Hey, Liv, it's Don."

Olivia responds, "What's up?"

Olivia's eagerness is palpable as she enthusiastically accepts the undercover assignment.

"Yes, Don, I would absolutely love to!"

Cragen responds, "Well, good, because I have a car outside your house, and your flight leaves in thirty minutes. You shouldn't be gone longer than four weeks. Thanks, Olivia. Call me soon."

With that, Cragen hangs up, leaving Olivia excited for her upcoming undercover mission.

Olivia laughs at the thought of Elliot taking care of Kathy's pregnancy, and she is hopeful that this undercover mission will give her some space from the recent drama. She packs her bags and heads out to the waiting car, ready for the adventure ahead.

Meanwhile, Elliot arrives at Olivia's house, urgently banging on the door.

"Liv, Livia, Olivia Benson, Olivia, babe, Liv, please open," he pleads. "If you don't, I will get the key."

Frustrated and defeated, Elliot tries his best but gets no response from Olivia. He finally gives up and returns home, dejected.

Alex awaits him, asking, "So, did you get your girlfriend back?"

Elliot admits, "Nope, she wouldn't respond to me at all."

Alex reassures him, "Give her some time, El. She'll come around, and I'll try to talk to her tomorrow."

"Thanks, Lex," Elliot responds, expressing his appreciation to his sister. He hugs her, kisses her head, and walks into his room, desperately trying to find sleep.

Elliot arrives at work the next morning, only to find Olivia's desk cleared. His heart sinks as he asks Munch, "Where's Olivia?!"

Munch responds, "I don't know, man."

Elliot searches for answers, approaching the squad.

"No idea, Stabler," Fin replies.

"Why don't you go ask Cragen," Jeffries suggests.

Elliot loses patience and barges into Cragen's office.

"Don, where is Olivia?" he demands.

Cragen's voice is stern as he informs Elliot.

"Son, you're on suspension, and she's undercover."

Elliot's outburst echoes through the room.

"Undercover!?" he shouts.

Cragen calmly responds, "Yes, son, she took the offer. Fin didn't want it."

Elliot loses control, screaming, "Well, you should've forced Fin to!"

Cragen's tone is firm as he reminds Elliot to keep his cool.

"Elliot, if you don't keep it down, I will have you removed," he warned. "Now you know I cannot tell you where she is, but she has someone with her keeping her safe."

Elliot protests, "I'm her partner. For better or worse, I should be the one keeping her safe. Not Dean Port!"

Cragen responds resolutely, "Yes. Now go home, relax, and take care of yourself, Elliot."

Cragen's words echo in Elliot's head as he silently heads back to his desk. The weight of the situation and his helplessness to protect Olivia weigh heavily on him. He takes a seat and lets out a deep sigh, contemplating his options.

Elliot leaves Cragen's office and finds himself staring at Olivia's empty desk. Fin approaches and asks, "Where's Olivia?"

Elliot's frustration boils over as he replies, "Oh, you know, just took the undercover gig that you didn't want!"

Fin responds defensively, "Man, listen, I'm sorry, but it isn't my fault she took the gig!"

As the squad discusses Olivia's absence, Jeffries chimes in, "Olivia is a grown adult, and she will be back in a few weeks."

Elliot's frustration bubbles over. "A few weeks!? He yells.

Munch weighs in, asserting, "Yes, Stabler, a few weeks or a few months, that's usually how it's always been."

Elliot goes home, consumed by worry and guilt. He tries calling Olivia over fifty times but only reaches her voicemail. Drowning his sorrows, he turns to alcohol again. A week passes, and he is due to return to work.

"Morning, Stabler," Jeffries greets him.

Elliot's impatience takes over, "Is Olivia here? Where is she?!"

Munch's sarcastic comment about Olivia having his love child strikes a nerve with Elliot, and he struggles to maintain composure.

Elliot glances over at Fin, who seems to be whispering on the phone. Curiosity piqued, Elliot snatches the phone from Fin and urgently shouts into it.

"Fin, is that Olivia?!"

Frustrated, Elliot desperately reaches out to Olivia on the phone. "Talk to me, please," he pleads. However, Olivia abruptly hangs up, leaving Elliot in the dark.

Elliot turns to Fin, accusing, "You know where she is, Fin!"

In response, Fin admits, "Elliot, you know I'm in the same situation. I don't know anything besides she called here on a payphone."

Cragen's voice interrupts the exchange, "Gather around, everyone. Elliot and Munch, go talk to our suspect in the case, as well as Jeffries and Fin.

Olivia pov*

Olivia makes her way to the airport and encounters Dean Porter.

"Hey, I told Fin I turned down the job, but I'm glad it's you," Dean says.

Olivia shares her excitement, "Me too, this is exciting. I've never done this before."

Dean nods, acknowledging the thrill and danger of the situation. "I'm glad this is exciting, but it's also dangerous. You're going undercover like Persephone James."

Once they settle on the plane, Olivia and Dean continue their journey to Oregon, eventually arriving at a hotel for the night.

Dean initiates a conversation, "So, what's the deal with Stabler?"

Olivia responds coyly, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Dean chuckles softly, seeing through Olivia's attempts to downplay her connection with Elliot.

"Oh, come on, Olivia," he gently teases. "I might have known you for a short time, but I can see that man loves you. I could practically feel the heat of his feelings when I was near you as we talked."

Olivia reluctantly opens up, sharing her past emotions with Elliot.

"It's a long story," she admits. "I thought we were in love, but it turns out I was just foolish to believe I could actually be happy."

Dean gives Olivia a quick glance and praises her.

"Well, that guy is a total idiot. You're a beautiful woman," he says.

Olivia humbly accepts the compliment. "Well, thank you, Dean. This time will give me time to work on myself and focus on my job."

Dean responds approvingly, "Well, that's what I like to hear."
