Sonic and Blaze had arrived back at home after their eventful morning at Metal Harbor.
"Where do you think Silver and Amy ran off to?" Blaze asked as they walked in their house.
"I'm not sure, but wherever it is, I hope it's far away from here." Sonic answered.
"Think again." Amy said, making the two jump. She and Silver were standing in the living room.
"Just can't get enough, can you?" Sonic groaned. "What is your problem with us? Let me reminder you that you two cheated first."
"But you still cheated." Silver stated.
"You don't get to use that as an excuse and you know it!" Blaze exclaimed.
"Enough, it's time go put an end to this anyway." Amy said, pulling out a pistol.
"Whoa!" Sonic and Blaze gasped.
"Amy, where did you get that?" Silver asked, completely caught off guard.
"Doesn't matter." She shrugged it off.
"Amy, have you completely lost your mind?" Sonic exclaimed.
"Love is a crazy game, Sonic." She said, pointing the gun at Blaze.
"Amy, please put the gun down. This is going too far." Silver told her.
"Too far? I'm in the right mindset!" She yelled before pulling the trigger.
All Blaze could do was stand there and watch as the bullet came towards her, but at the last moment, Sonic pushed her out of the way, taking the bullet to his abdomen.
"GAH!" Sonic yelled in pain as he clutched his noe bleeding wound.
"SONIC!" Blaze screamed as she ran to his side.
"Amy, you've gone too far!" Silver exclaimed as he wrestled the gun away from Amy, who was froze with shock and fear.
"T-that wasn't supposed to happen. N-not Sonic." She said in a barely audible whisper before running out the back door.
"Let's get you to the hospital." Silver stated as he helped Blaze out.
Station Square Hospital
Silver and Blaze rushed Sonic to the hospital where they immediately got him into the back. Luckily for them, the bullet didn't hit anything serious and they got Sonic taken care of and he was going to be just fine. The hedgehog and cat were currently sitting in Sonic's room as the Blue Blur was sleeping.
"Blaze, I never meant for this to happen. This all got out of hand. I'm so sorry for all of this!" Silver groaned as he put his face into his hands and began bawling, in which Blaze pulled him into a hug.
"It's going to be ok. Yes, you cheated on me and kidnapped me, but I'm willing to forgive you if you're willing to accept the consequences of your actions." Blaze told him.
Silver sniffed and wiped his eyes.
"Yes, I am. I've done so many things that aren't like me, and I need to take responsibility and turn myself in. Just let me try to talk to Amy one last time before I turn my self in."
"We can talk, but I'm not turning myself in." Amy said as she walked in, shut and locked the door, and pointed her gun at Blaze.
"How did you get that in here?" Blaze asked.
"That should be the least of your worries right now." The pink hedgehog told her, malice in her voice.
"Amy, put the gun down, you don't have to do this!" Silver pleaded.
"Silver, we're too far into this. There's no stopping now so we need to finish the job!"
"What so you can just try to run back to Sonic, who's lying in this hospital bed because of YOU, by the way! In no sane universe is he ever getting back with you! Plus, I thought you loved me now! Was that all a lie?" Silver yelled.
"No, Silver, I do love you!"
"It doesn't seem like you do if you're doing all this. We messed up bad, Amy, real bad, and we need to own up to it before anything else happens. If you're telling me the truth, then put the gun down."
Amy lowered the gun and placed it on the floor.
"You're right, Silver. What am I even doing? I'm so sorry about all of this, Blaze. All of this that I've done to you, what I've done to all of you."
"My offer to Silver extends to you. Face the consequences of your actions and I will forgive you, and I can confidently say that Sonic will feel the same." Blaze stated.
"I can concur." Sonic said as he was now awake.
"Sonic, you're alright!" The group exclaimed.
"I'm a little sore but I'm fine."
"Silver, are we going to be together after all this?" Amy asked as she hugged him.
"If it's meant to be, then yes." He said as he pulled her into a kiss.
So Silver and Amy kept their promises to Sonic and Blaze and turned themselves in, which to say they'll be locked up for a little bit of time. Sonic and Blaze, after the Blue Blur recovered, went a vacation to enjoy some much needed rest.
"Hey, Blaze?"
"Yeah, Sonic?"
"This was pretty wild, wasn't it?"
"What, this whole thing?"
"Yep." The hedgehog said.
"Yeah, it definitely was, but at the end of the day, it lead us to each other." Blaze said as she walked over to Sonic and pulled him into a big passionate kiss that lasted for about a minute. She broke it and looked Sonic in the eye lovingly. "I love you, Sonic the Hedgehog."
"I love you, too, Blaze the Cat." Sonic smiled as the two began to relax and truly start their relationship.
