Cole:We're back live in London, England for The Best Of Professional Wrestling tournament. Up next, is a match that's not just about the Tournament,But also a grudge match that's worth more than points for both wrestlers. As Hangman Page will Face off CM Punk for the 2nd time in his carrer.
"Ghost Town Triumph"starts playing as Hangman Page comes out to the ramp, ready to destroy his opponent.
Excalibur:These two have only faced off once before for the AEW World Championship,which Punk won.
Page enters a ring, a determined look on his face as "Cult of Personality"hits as CM Punk makes his way to the ramp, much to the delight of the crowd.
Excalibur:and here comes the man who called himself "The best in the world". In case you've sleepen under a rock,you should know that Punk is a very controversial character in AEW.
Punk makes his way to the ring, giving Page a blank look.
The bell rings as the two opponents come face to face in the middle of the ring.
The two lock up in a test of strength in Which Punk locks Page in a side Headlock.
Page pushes Punk towards the ropes, but Punk keeps the Headlock and takes Hangman down. Hangman manages to slowly get back to his feet and delivers a back Suplex onto Punk. Hangman runs towards the ropes and lunges at Punk, who ducks underneath him. Hangman tries once again and this time, Punk jumps over him and in his third attempt, Punk hits him with a Lariat.
Punk than picks Hangman up, attempting an early GTS. But Hangman gets down attempting to Irish Whip Punk, which Punk reverses with one of his own, throwing Hangman on the Apron. Punk runs towards him but Hangman hits him with an elbow. Hangman than attempts a Buckshot Lariat but is caught by a kick to the side of his head from Punk.
Punk throws Hangman to the ringside floor, following him there. He attempts to send Hangman into the Barricade, but Hangman denies, sending punk into the barricade. Hangman than grabs Punk's head and smashes into the Barricade. Hangman than picks him up and Irish whips him into the steal steps.
Hangman throws Punk back in the ring and goes for a cover.

Punk kicks out at 1.5 . Hangman doesn't waste time as he picks Punk up and attempts a Dead Eye, but Punk rolls him up before he can connect for a 2 count. A furious Hangman runs towards Punk, but us met with a Rolling Elbow, taking him down.
Punk than goes on the top rope, attempting an Elbow Drop, which connects. Punk goes for the pin.

Hangman kicks out at 2.1.
Punk hits a few Stomps on the grounded Hangman before picking him up. Punk attempts another Rolling Elbow and connects, but Hangman is still on his feet. Punk than attempts another one, but is met with a Headbutt from Hangman. Punk is out on his feet, so Hangman Delivers a rolling Lariat and goes for the pin.

Punk gers the shoulder up at 2.7. Hangman picks him up and Sends him into the corner. He puts Punk on the top rope before going there himself. Hangman hits a superplex off the top rope. But he isn't done as he picks Punk up and hits a Dead Eye on him and goes for the cover.

Punk kicks out at 2.9, much to Hangman's shock and fury. Hangman, while still on the mat, argues with the ref about the count. This gives punk enough time to recover as he catches Hangman in an Anaconda Vice.
Hangman struggles in the submission, and Punk keeps on adding more pressure to it. Hangman manages to catch the rope by his foot.
Punk uses the full 5 count before letting Hangman go. He goes to the top rope, attempting another Elbow Drop, but Hangman moves out of the way in the last second. Hangman picks Punk up and hits him with a Power Bomb.
He than goes to the apron, Signing at the BuckShot Lariat. He goes for it, but Punk picks him up mid move, Hitting him with a GTS, into the cover.

Punk picks Hangman up once again and hits him with a second GTS. Punk goes for the cover.

Cole: It's over. Punk manages to get another one over Page in 14:17.
Excalibur:You can tell Hangman's not happy about that result. That puts him in a disadvantage right at the start.
Cole:Hangman us certainly not thrilled, and the loser of the next match won't be either, as Samoa Joe faces Evil in block A action.
"EVolve" hits as Evil, alongside his House Of Torture faction mates, Ren Narita and Dick Togo appear.
Excalibur:Who the hell even put this guy in this tournament? He has no right being here!
Cole: Like it or not, Evil has gotten a lot of wins in the past few years. His ways of getting those wins are... Questionable to say the least. But he's here and we have to endure it.
Evil enters the ring, taking his Jacket off, and standing, waiting for Joe to enter.
Coliseum Clash starts playing but there is no sign of Joe. As the HOT are waiting in the ring Joe pops up from behind them with a chair and hit Narita and Togo , taking out Evil's help. Joe throws the chair out of the ring and tells the referee to start the match.
The referee complied and rang the bell, as a mad Evil tried to jump at Joe, who moved out of the way, causing Evil to hit the corner of the ring.
Evil turns around only to meet a Lariat from Joe. Joe picks Evil up and Irish Whips him into the corner. He hits a back body drop on him, followed by an Enzuigiri kick.
Joe puts Evil on the top rope, looking for a Muscle Buster. He gets him up, but Evil relents by hitting a few elbows to the side of his head. Evil gets down and goes for Everything is Evil but Joe ducks under and gets him in a waist lock, followed by a German Suplex. Joe doesn't let go, as he delivers 2 more German Suplexes. Joe bridges into a pin

Joe picks Evil up and goes for the Kirifuda Clutch. But before he can take Evil down, He moves to the corner, taking the ref with him. With the ref being blind of the view, Evil hits a kick to Joe's Balls. He than turns around and hits Everything Is Evil for the pin.

Excalibur:Blind or not, Evil managed to get the win without hit House Of Torture buddies at 4:37. But certainly not cleanly.
Cole:The next match will be clean though, not only from a Rules stand point but also from a Technical stand point as Josh Alexander will Face Bryan Danielson
