HALLOWEEN 4 (1988)/EVIL DEAD/Army of Darkness (1992) Prompt 1:
(The Evil Dead has come to Haddonfield)
When Ashley 'Ash' Joanna Williams is sucked into a time vortex, while fighting and killing Deadites, all caused by readings from the Book of the Dead (Necronomicon Ex-Mortis), instead of being transported to Middle Ages, he is transported to and lands outside the Ridgemont Federal Sanitarium, October 30th1988. Ash is found and captured by the security, as well as his Chainsaw, Boomstick shotgun and the Necronomicon being confiscated from him.
While Ash is being questioned, one of the staff examining his confiscated items, mainly the Necronomicon, and begins reading some of the pages within the book, unintentionally releasing more of the Deadites within the pages, but they travel down to the lowest level of the sanitarium, where they enter the comatose & bandaged up body of the most dangerous and evil patient: Michael Myers, causing him to wake up from his coma… just as an ambulance from Smith's Grove Warren County Sanitarium arrive to transport Myers back to Smith's grove…
