"I'm not sure I can keep this up much longer!" yelled Vegeta, while repelling fireballs with his ki. Mario, dressed in his iconic white Fire Mario outfit, was unleashing an onslaught of fireballs in the direction of Vegeta. His ki was depleting rapidly, and Mario did not appear fatigued in the slightest, despite his repeated attacks. Without Goku around, Vegeta knew this fight would be more than he could handle on his own.

"That's okay, Vegeta. Sometimes we all need a little help!" It was Bluey! She descended from above and deflected several fireballs before flying forward and kicking Mario to the ground. Before he could recover, Bluey rushed to Vegeta's side to help him up. "Thank you, little blue dog from the hit Australian animated children's series," sighed Vegeta. Bluey nodded in response, turning to face Mario, who had risen from the ground.

"Replenish your ki, Vegeta. I'll hold him off!" Bluey kicked off from the ground and sprinted at Mario faster than the untrained eye would be able to see. She launched four blows, each landing harder than the last. As she brought her foot down for the final attack, Mario's eyes flashed. With one swift motion, he caught Bluey's attack mid-air and slammed her into the ground. He pointed his palm toward her head, and shot a raging fireball into her face.

Before the attack could land, however, Bluey quickly rolled out of the way and jumped to her feet. She and Mario traded blows, neither of them letting up. For each punch thrown by Bluey, Mario responded in kind with a sweep of the leg and a fireball blast. Having not been trained in ki detection by the saiyans or the Turtle School, neither of them noticed as Vegeta watched in anticipation, boosting his ki and preparing to strike. While doing so, he whipped out his LeapFrog® My First Learning Tablet, which had been modified to establish communication with exterior devices.

"I have to call for support!" cried Vegeta, receiving the attention of Mario. Before Vegeta could even see his movements, Mario was right in front of him, leaving Bluey alone on the battlefield. He snatched the LeapFrog® My First Learning Tablet from the hands of Vegeta and jumped into the air with a resounding "Wa-hoo!" Vegeta started, as he realized Mario's intention. "Bluey!" he yelled, "He's calling for backup!"

But Bluey couldn't make it in time. Mario, still mid-air, threw the LeapFrog® My First Learning Tablet to the ground, shattering it. Flames enveloped his body as he slowly descended, having learned the power from his brother Luigi before his death in Vietnam. His eyes glowing red, Mario straightened his cap as his feet touched the ground, the flames around him being absorbed into his body. As the last flame entered his body, Mario recoiled, unleashing a forceful torrent of fire as he posed.

"It's-a me!"

Vegeta and Bluey were overcome with dread at the sight of Mario. His aura was overwhelming, and even without boasting the power of ki, Vegeta could tell that he was no match. Mario leaped into the air, spinning in circles and unleashing fire in all directions. Vegeta, his ki now replenished, flew towards Bluey and picked her up. "We're going to Riverwood! I know someone who can help us," said Vegeta. They flew off, away from Mario, who simply tipped his hat knowingly, as though he awaited their challenge upon return. As the two disappeared over the horizon, Mario chuckled to himself, "Mario numba one!"

"Hyaa!" came a cry from behind. Mario turned, seeing that the backup he had called for had arrived just in time to prepare for the final confrontation. "Wahoo!" said Mario. "Ha! Ha! Yaah!" replied Link. Link took a bag off of his shoulder, placing it on the ground. He rummaged through it for a moment, pulling out a LEGO minifigure. It stood up, waving at Mario from below. Mario smiled, but didn't wave back. He turned his head and watched the horizon, awaiting the return of Vegeta and Bluey.

"We're almost there, Bluey!" Vegeta yelled over the rush of the wind. "Who are we going to meet?" asked Bluey. Vegeta's eyes lowered, and then looked forward with determination. "Just an old friend."

The two touched down in Riverwood. The river gently meandered by, pushing the bridgeside waterwheel. The few citizens of the town walked the streets, stopping to purchase goods and talk about the Stormcloak rebellion. The sun caught the mountain snow in such a way that the world almost seemed to glow. A peaceful town. Bluey followed Vegeta through town. Vegeta sighed, stopping in front of a small house. He knocked, his expression somewhat worried. The door opened, and a man with braided blonde hair stepped out.

"Ralof, it's been quite some time." Ralof gave a brief half-smile, but then his expression turned serious. He leaned against the doorway, shaking his head. "He won't see you." Vegeta was silent for a moment. "How is he?" he asked. Ralof sighed. "The Hylian military forces did a number on him while the two of you were in Limgrave. Physically, he's recovered fine- but, I'd say he's still working some things out in his head." Vegeta nodded.

Ralof stood straight. "You're not here to take him away, are you?" he demanded, "Vegeta, last time the two of you fought side by side, Link nearly killed him." Footsteps sounded from behind Ralof.

"It's alright, Ralof. I'll go." A tall black man appeared in the doorway, his mustache dark and thick.

"Steve, I don't think that's a good idea." Steve Harvey shook his head. He looked at Vegeta and smiled. "I made a promise, Ralof. Vegeta and his wife showed me great hospitality when my show went off the air. Without him, I might've died. Sure, I never thought he'd come back to ask me to fight in another war, but I'm sure as hell glad to do it." Ralof frowned, but turned to go back inside. "Steve- when this is over, I don't think it's such a good idea for you to come back. Our town has avoided trouble for decades, I don't want it following you home." Steve nodded, and turned away from Ralof's home. Vegeta clasped hands with his brother in arms.

"I'm assuming you need a ride? I have Bluey here with me, but I can carry you both," said Vegeta. Steve shook his head. "While I was laid up, Kirby dropped by to give me a gift so I could still leave town when I needed to." He raised his arms, summoning a Warp Star. vegeta nodded, and the three of them took off into the air.

"We'll need to make one more stop. I'm sure Mario's backup has already arrived," stated Vegeta. Steve's eyes widened. "Vegeta, you're fighting Mario? Seems to me a fool's errand. He's defended the Mushroom Kingdom for decades, and ever since the kingdom collapsed, I hear he's been training endlessly for the next fight." Vegeta sighed. "That's why I'm gathering the strongest warriors I know. Bluey and I have already tried going one on one with him, but it's clear to me that we can beat him with enough manpower. Our last warrior will be trickier to get. I'll explain more when we get there."

The pits of Hell were not kind to Wubbzy. Hellfire licked the stone walls of his cell, yet the temperature was always impossibly cold. Tortured souls wailed in despair every hour of every day. He could not rest, nor could he die. Each waking moment was filled with pain and hunger, while each fleeting moment of sleep was met only with nightmares. He didn't deserve this. His name defiled, his home burnt to the ground. Widget, Daizy, and Walden were likely dead, and to the rest of the world, he was to blame. How many years had passed since that fateful day, he could no longer say. The concept of time was dead to him, as the eternity of Hell had set in long ago. All the while, damned souls around him whispered those dreaded words...

"You switched up... Wubbzy!"

He hadn't. He never switched up. He never betrayed Walden. He would never sell Wuzzleburg out to the Mushroom Kingdom Secret Police and their captain, the Dread Knight Super Mario. It was a plot- he knew it. A plot from Princess Toadstool to wipe Wuzzleburg off the map and lock away the secrets that he and his friends had learned. They never should have been dealing those Super Stars... but those Koopa Troopas were relentless. It was either that, or pay them off. Wubbzy knew he would only ever get the money for that by dealing those Stars anyway. If they hadn't found that cache of Stars, they never would have learned that-

Knocking on his cell. Food. Wubbzy looked down at the tray- a putrid mess of biomass and burnt foliage from outside. He threw the tray against the bars and lashed out, only to be struck down by the guard with a whip made of pure Hellfire. The freezing cold sting struck down to his bones, and he fell to the ground.

A pointless song and dance, repeated day by day...

Vegeta, Bluey, and Steve Harvey arrived at the gates of Hell. Cerberus had long since been retired, and Hell was free to enter following the case of The People v. Astaroth, where the courts of the world ruled the greater region of Hell to be too large to bar entry to. Getting into the prisons was the difficult part, but Vegeta had planned for this.

"Listen, this guy- he's solid," Vegeta explained, "Let him work his magic and he'll be granted audience with Satan. We'll follow in disguised as his legal team." Steve appeared confused. "Legal team?"

"Hey folks. Saul Goodman- attorney." A man dressed in a brightly colored business suit appeared and shook the hands of everyone there. "This had better be worth it, by the way. I don't know if you knuckleheads know what you're getting into, but I'm seriously sticking my neck out doing this. If I didn't owe Bluey a favor for that whole ordeal with the ice-cream truck, I would never have considered Vegeta's call." Vegeta grunted. "Just get to it, 'Magic Man.'" Saul sighed. "Just follow me and wait at the door to Satan's Chambers. If this goes right, I'll be there with Wubbzy in twenty minutes."

Saul followed the winding path through Selva Oscura, the Forest of Night, where he finally reached the prisons. The guards stood upright and prepared their weapons. "Hold on, hold on, geez," exclaimed Saul, "Listen, I'm here on official court business, so unless you creeps want to be neck deep in a lawsuit, I suggest you step aside." The two guards didn't budge, and continued eying him. Saul groaned and put his head in his palm. "Okay, okay. Bring out your captain, he'll tell you he was expecting me." Still nothing. "Chop chop, I'm serious. It'll be your ass on the line!" One guard rolled his eyes, and went inside. The other stood squarely in front of the door, weapon still readied. Saul chuckled. "Do I look armed? Do you really look at me and see the greatest enemy hell has ever known?" he asked, exasperated. "I'm not joking, if you knew me you would know I might as well be running the place."

A large man in armor walked out of the prison door, followed by the other guard. "Saul Goodman, you bastard!" the captain exclaimed, jokingly. The guards stepped aside begrudgingly. Saul followed the captain inside. "Don't forget, you owe me for this," whispered the captain. "Yeah, right, right," replied Saul. He continued through the hall, until walking up to Wubbzy's cell bars.

Wubbzy heard footsteps, and prepared to once again lash out at whichever guard had come to offer him slop today. "Wubbzy. Heard a lot about you- big fan. My name's Saul Goodman, and I'm your attorney." Wubbzy paused. This was different. He didn't answer, watching Saul cautiously. "Listen, Wubbzy. I'm here to get you out. I have a ten o'clock with Satan to discuss proving your innocence. Not everybody in the world thinks you switched up, you know. Come with me." The captain walked up and opened the cell door, and Wubbzy silently followed Saul out and back through Selva Oscura, his limp tail dragging behind him.

Wubbzy's face lit up when he saw Vegeta, Bluey, and Steve. "Wow-wow! I never thought I'd see you guys again! Does this guy really mean it, am I getting out of here?" Saul quickly stepped in. "Okay, Wubbzy. I'm coming clean- this is a long shot, even for me. The chances of you getting out are actually quite slim." Wubbzy frowned.

The door to Satan's Chambers slowly opened, scraping the stone floor. The chilling cold breeze that blew through the doors made Saul and Bluey shiver, but Wubbzy and Vegeta did not react. In the center of a large circular room, a massive demon sat frozen in ice from the waist down. Three grotesque faces protruded from his head, and large bat-like wings spread out from his back, casting a shadow over the entire room. A resonant and chilling voice rang out in the air.

"Through me, you pass into the city of woe. Through me, you pass into eternal pain, through me, among the people lost forever. Justice the founder of my fabric moved. To rear me was the task of power divine- supremest wisdom, and primeval love. Before me things create were none, save things eternal, and eternal I shall endure. Abandon all hope... ye who enter here."

Saul gulped. He stood forward, and presented himself to Satan. "Your Unholiness, I, uh, I have a ten o'clock?" One of the Faces looked down, it's cold eyes piercing Saul.

"Oh yeah, that was you," said the First Face of Satan, "Did you have any issues with the front desk? We've been getting some complaints recently. New receptionist, you know how it goes."

Saul blinked. "Um, no, Your Unholiness, Susan was very polite and brief when I called." He shifted his weight uneasily, unsure of if his response would please the Dark Lord.

"Oh, isn't she a peach?" The Second Face of Satan said, "We had some doubts here, but she's been really stepping it up since she dropped the ball on her first day." The Third Face grunted. "I still say we should have fired her. Who buys a whole grain donut? That, like, totally defeats the purpose of getting donuts. If I wanted something bagel-adjacent, I would have gotten a bagel." The other two Faces grunted. "Anyway, what purpose do you have before Satan?"

Saul wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Uh, I'm here to discuss the innocence of my client, Wubbzy."

"Oh, him. Yeah, he can go."

"Your Unholiness, I just want to stress the- wait, what?"

"Yeah, he's free to go. To be honest, I don't even think he switched up. Not sure why he's here in the first place," explained the First Face. The other two faces agreed. "Yeah, really not sure what he's doing here." "Oh, him? No, he shouldn't be here." Saul shifted again.

"Well, uh, I guess we'll get out of your hair then."

The team left Satan's Chambers peacefully, and convened at the gates of Hell. Bluey was asleep on Vegeta's shoulders, as it was nap time. Vegeta grunted. "Saul, if I'd known it would be that simple, I never would have paid you $50,000." Saul shrugged. "How was I supposed to know it would go like that? Anyway, whatever comes next- leave me the hell out of it, okay? I'm done with this, and I'm done with you. I don't want to hear from you again, this shit is way too deep for me." Saul got in his car and left.

"Vegeta, I have to once again try and talk you out of this," said Steve once Saul had departed. "Taking on Mario is going to get us all killed." Wubbzy's tail perked up.

"Did you say Mario?" Vegeta nodded. "That bastard and his Mushroom Kingdom secret police burnt my city to the ground. I'll join you, Vegeta." Vegeta nodded and smiled. Steve sighed, but did not press further. Wubbzy joined Steve atop the Warp Star, and Vegeta shook Bluey awake. "It is time, Bluey."

So they set out to face Super Mario and his cohorts Link and LEGO minifigure.

Atop the mountain's peak, Mario awaited the arrival of Vegeta and co. silently. Link stood next to him.

"Hyaa!" asked Link. Mario looked deep in thought. After a moment, he replied.

"Wa-hoo! It's-a me! Okey-dokey! Wa-hoo! Wa-hoo! All right! Mamma mia! Let's-a go!"

Link stood and pondered this for a moment. What Mario was implying would mean that everything the two had worked for together was for the cause of evil. Did any of that truly matter? He had been friends- hell, brothers with Mario since they were young. When Luigi died, Link and Zelda were there to offer their support. When the Mushroom Kingdom collapsed, they took him in without a second thought. Link had spent his entire life defeating the forces of evil, and to discover that truly, the greatest villain of all time had stood beside him his entire life? For some reason, it did not sadden Link, nor did it outrage him. What mattered now was that his friend's life was in danger, and he would have to step forward to defend it.

"..." Link thought for a moment before speaking.

...

"Hyaa!"

Mario looked up, tears in his eyes. Such a devoted friend, such deep compassion. He knew that no matter what, in the coming fight, Link would be by his side. They would conquer Vegeta and whoever else he may bring as brothers, bound by time. No matter what Mario had done to stain his soul, Link was the light of purity that would save him.

Two figures appeared through the mist. Vegeta and Bluey stood, facing Link and Mario. Wubbzy bounced from the mist on his tail, and Steve Harvey landed the Warp Star alongside them. Mario and Link readied themselves to fight, as LEGO minifigure speedily constructed a large suit of armor to compensate for the difference in size. Vegeta powered up to his Super Saiyan 2 form, and Bluey assumed a fighting stance. Wubbzy stepped forward.

"Link. We fought together for many years when we were stranded in the jungles of Vietnam with Luigi." Mario's eyes flashed. "Link, do you know what this bastard did to my home? Did you know about his involvement in the destruction of Wuzzleburg!?" Link looked down. "Did you know..." Wubbzy paused. He thought of Luigi. A dear friend to him when times were dire- a friend who he had been forced to leave in Vietnam. He thought back on his time in Hell. He recalled every moment of endless torture- the years of nightmares, the freezing cold sting of Hellfire. He remembered his friends, Widget, Daizy, and Weldon. He remembered their business in the Mushroom Kingdom, and the secrets they uncovered. Finally, he remembered that fateful day that those secrets were used against him. Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom Secret Police had orchestrated it all. They set in motion the events that caused those three words that plagued him for years...

"Wubbzy switched up..."

With tears in his eyes, Wubbzy began shouting. "Link! Did you know? Did you know that... that Mario was the one who sent us into Vietnam? Mario was the one who had us eating worms out of the ground and cannibalizing those Vietnamese soldiers for months! You had to use the Master Sword to kill innocent civilians! Mario... Mario was the one who had Luigi killed. He knew too much, and so he sent those Hylian soldiers in to separate us from Luigi under the guise of finding you... It was all him..." Link blinked away the tears and looked up.

"Hyaa!"

But Mario could endure no more. He went into a frenzy, leaping into battle. He scattered fireballs across the battlefield, but Vegeta and Bluey had leapt into the air before they were even fired. Steve boarded the Warp Star and flew above them, while Wubbzy used his tail to bounce out of harm's way.

Link swung the Master Sword several times, launching radiant discs toward Steve and Vegeta. Steve maneuvered through the field of projectiles, while Vegeta deflected them to the side. Link then reached into his bag and lobbed several bombs into the air. Vegeta easily dodged to the side, but found himself cut off by several fireballs launched by Mario. He prepared by blocking, and was blasted back through the air by the force of the bombs.

Meanwhile, Wubbzy struck LEGO minifigure with his tail several times, knocking several blocks off of his armor. Link, recovering from his attack on Vegeta, stepped backwards onto the LEGO blocks. He screamed in pain and fell to his knees. Before Bluey could step in and strike Link, LEGO minifigure had repaired the armor and was standing in front of him. Bluey's fist went into the torso of the LEGO armor, but the top half ejected from the rest of the body, the LEGO bricks crumbling around Bluey. Through the bricks, Link leapt out and slashed at Bluey, who masterfully dodged backward. Steve flew in on the Warp Star and recovered Bluey before Link could strike again, imbuing her with the spiritual power of game show hosts of the past. Bluey jumped off the Warp Star, landing on her feet. With renewed vigor, she resumed her assault on Link.

Vegeta flew down towards Mario, and shot a Galick Gun beam at him. Skillfully, Mario backflipped to avoid the blast. He retaliated by sending fireballs at Vegeta, who countered by destroying them with ki blasts from his palms. Vegeta continued to close in, avoiding and repelling Mario's fire, before landing a swift punch to the gut. Mario recoiled, but quickly punched back. They traded blows for several minutes, neither letting up.

"My biggest mistake," Vegeta said between punches, "Was underestimating you!" Mario landed an uppercut, knocking Vegeta back.

"Wa-hoo!"

Behind them, Steve was supporting Wubbzy in battle with LEGO minifigure, now detached from the armor's body and flying above the battle. Wubbzy's speed had increased due to Steve's power, and he was dodging as LEGO minifigure shot studs out of his cannons. Each stud appeared to have the approximate impact of a .50 caliber bullet. Wubbzy bounced up and slammed his tail down on LEGO minifigure, knocking him out of the sky. Before he could rebuild, Steve swooped in and grabbed him, separating his LEGO head from his body, and throwing the head away, leaving LEGO minifigure as an aimless wandering body.

Link saw this, and in his rage, rushed forth and foolishly swung the Master Sword. He sustained damage when he had stepped on LEGO bricks, however, and could no longer conjure beams from the blade. This foolish miscalculation led to him receiving a blow from Bluey that sent him off the mountainside. Mario did not see this, locked deep in combat with Vegeta. Bluey, Steve, and Wubbzy prepared to attack Mario alongside Vegeta, but a blast from below startled them. Link had used a bomb to propel himself upward, and was now floating towards them with his glider. He dropped down, and retrieved the fabled Ocarina of Time from his bag. He tenderly played a sweet melody and plunged the battlefield into darkness. Where once was the sun, the moon and stars now rested.

In the light of the moon, Mario and Vegeta continued their battle. Despite how evenly matched they were, Vegeta began to fall behind. Mario threw a heavy punch towards him, and he blocked, sliding back.

"Clearly, the depths of my mistake are greater than I thought!" exclaimed Vegeta, powering up to the level of a Super Saiyan God. As he moved to strike, Mario looked to the sky, and seemingly plucked a star from the heavens. Before Vegeta's attack connected, Vegeta instantly retreated backward. Mario had activated a Super Star. His speed increased, and he set into motion his attack. He leapt into the air, destroying Steve's Warp Star. He dashed at Bluey, who dodged to the side, but was caught by a blow from Link's boomerang. Finally, he descended upon Wubbzy, knocking him down with the force of his ground pound. Pinned down, Wubbzy had no choice but to look Mario in the eye.

"... It's-a me, Mario!"

Wubbzy's body was gone in an instant, his atoms scattered to the wind. After what had felt like an eternity of suffering, the universe dealt one more blow to the pride of Wubbzy before finally giving him peace. As the power of the Super Star waned, Mario rose from the ground where Wubbzy had been. He let out a slow breath and turned to face Vegeta again. Unphased, but saddened, Vegeta once again launched into combat with Mario.

Steve, having fallen from the Warp Star, was left hanging on the cliff. Link rushed over to finish him off, but was intercepted by a flying kick from Bluey. Steve climbed up and began to expel the souls of game show hosts from his body toward Link. Between Bluey and Steve, Link knew he wouldn't be able to hold his own. He once again brought out the Ocarina of Time and began to play the Inverted Song of Time. The world around him slowed, and his opportunity was clear.

While Bluey and Steve rushed toward him and time was slowed, Link began to create a brand new melody. He recalled all his feelings, all the memories of his adventures, and played a concerto. Halfway through, he began to realize that this would take the rest of his energy from him. He weaved beautiful melodies together, telling the story of his life through song. Energy circled him as he played, and as he reached the grand climax, it began to expel outward in all directions.

From the perspective of Bluey and Steve, Link had sped up. His hands moved with inhuman speed as divine tones echoed through the air at an unimaginable rate. Before long, he exploded, his body left as a soulless husk on the ground, and the world around them began to shift.

The stars were drawn in, and the world became bright with starlight. The energy from the life Link had led flowed into Mario, and he began to grow and warp. Bright colors began to spread across the sky, and the mountaintop crumbled off of the mountain and began to float. Mario, now a formless amalgamation of energy and life, towered over Vegeta, Bluey, and Steve. The battlefield, now bathed in divine light, began to distort until it took the shape of the Mushroom Kingdom's main castle courtyard.

The heavens shook. Mario's formless body began to quiver and glow. Stars fell across the landscape, closing in on the battlefield. Vegeta understood what was happening. Mario would destroy the universe if he reached his full power. He looked over to his allies, Bluey Heeler and Steve Harvey. They looked back.

"I told you- I would repay you," said Steve somberly.

As the heavens descended upon them, Vegeta rose up and released all of his ki to form a barrier. He reverted to his base form, his godly ki spread out over the sky as the stars fell. Steve channeled every ounce of spiritual energy he had left into Bluey, allowing her to make an attack against Mario of the Heavens, Divine Hero of the Lost Fungal Kingdom. As Bluey attacked, bits of stardust that had passed Vegeta's shield were being blown around in the wind. Mario was slowly accumulating damage, but did not retaliate directly. The wind picked up, and the stardust began to swirl faster. Steve became overwhelmed by the burning hot masses of divine energy, and began to dissolve. Bluey's power began to drain as Steve's body was assimilated into stardust

Vegeta looked down, and saw that acclaimed host of Family Feud Steve Harvey was no more. Tears filled his eyes, and he fell from the sky, his body devoid of ki. Mario still towered over Vegeta and Bluey, completely motionless. As shreds of Vegeta's barrier disappeared, the stars once again descended.

"W-we couldn't stop it..." cried Bluey. Vegeta clenched his fists and slammed the ground. "If only I had been stronger!" he muttered.

As the two awaited death, the stars collided once more with a shield of godly energy. Below the mountaintop held aloft, a deep pit of inky darkness opened up. From it rose a cold wind, and then Satan, Lord of Darkness- still frozen from the waist down. Atop his head, above the Three Faces of Satan, was Saul Goodman.

"You guys are lucky my 'magic' works so damn well!" yelled Saul, "Lucifer and I were discussing, and he felt that Wubbzy's wrongful imprisonment was deserving of some sort of compensation, but then he felt the divine shockwaves from the battle and we rushed over to help!"

Vegeta and Bluey stood, now safe from the falling heavens. "What is the plan?" asked Vegeta.

The First Face of Satan sighed. "We've been putting this off for far too long, but it's never too late to accept responsibility for your sins." The world began to glow a soft golden light, and Mario's divine body began to distort, seemingly in anguish. The Three Faces of Satan set Saul onto the battlefield, and began to chant in unison, holding their hands together.

"Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power, and the glory, forever and ever."

Holy light enveloped the Earth, as Satan's body shrunk. The ice melted, and the beastial form of Satan was turned into that of an angel. Lucifer had been accepted by Him, and would face judgment not as a demon, but as an agent of Heaven once more. The falling stars were dispelled instantly, and set back into the night sky where they belonged. The moon fell as swiftly as Link had made it appear, and the sun began to rise. Mario's divine body was blasted apart by the rays of sunlight, and through the clouds came Jesus Christ.

"My children... you have done well to dispel the heretical Mario. I fear that his life was one of justice but corrupted by hate. As for Link, he has been sent to join Him in Eternity, where he will be judged accordingly for his dabbling in magic most dark. Wubbzy has finally found peace after his wrongful placement in Hell, and Steve Harvey will rest with God as well.

Vegeta, my boy. You who started your path as a villain and heretic have now come to wield such immense power in the name of this Earth and all that He has created for it. You have proven yourself a true soldier of God. When your time comes- which it will- you will rise up to Him and be given the highest honors.

Bluey, your dedication to stopping the heretical Mario and your brotherhood with Vegeta and his friends will never go forgotten. When you return home to your family, they will surely be proud of you. You have much life ahead of you, and I hope that you will continue devoting it to the protection of His world."

Jesus then turned to Lucifer, a warm smile on his face.

"Lucifer, you who have been cast from His Kingdom. You have proved that even those born of sin can shed their vile exteriors to reveal what He created. You will join me in Heaven and be judged, but you may once again know a peaceful Eternity." Jesus and Lucifer floated into the sunrise, the world still covered in a golden haze.

"Take care, Vegeta and Bluey," said Jesus, "Your time on this Earth is precious, and you have yet to explore all that He has created for you." Lucifer turned and smiled. "By the time you guys get up here, I'll be a full-fledged servant of God once more!" The two floated peacefully into Eternity, taking with them the souls of the great warriors Link, Steve Harvey, and Wubbzy.

Vegeta and Bluey sat for a long while, staring down at the Earth. The golden rays of the sunrise, just starting to cover the lands below, reflected beautifully off of the ocean on the horizon.

"So," said Vegeta, "Wanna hit the go-karts?"

THE END
