Charles took out a device as he sat with the Bat family of Earth- Prime and said, "This is my data log. I've been working with Superman-Blue on mapping the multiverse for three years now. There's not a lot I haven't seen yet. Any suggestions on what we should watch?" As the room was still silent, he sighed and said, "Dealer's choice then." before looking through his data logs and finding one, "Ah, Earth 752, one of the odd ones." before standing up and saying, "It'll be a lot easier when I connect my data log to the Bat computer."

As the others sat and watched, Dick asked, "So, how many Earths are there out in the multiverse?"

Charles started uploading the data logs and encrypted them in ways that would leave even Batman stumped, and he looked at Dick and said, "So far, Superman-Blue and my team have explored a total of 2971 different Earths. Even more if you take the Dark Multiverse into play."

Stephanie's eyes widened when she heard how many Earths that Charles had visited, and asked, "You said that 752 was odd, on a scale of one to ten, by your standards, how odd is it?"

"11. Imagine a version of Bruce Wayne who was raised by Ra's al Ghul and groomed to be his successor in the League of Assassins."

Damian hid his grin from the rest of the family and said, "Sounds interesting."

"You would say that, Damian." Jason spoke, but in all seriousness, he found the idea interesting as well.

Charles played the data logs and the Bat Computer lit up, "Data Log 752 recognized."

As the computer lit up, it showed a younger Bruce training with a girl about the same age. Bruce spoke to her as they trained, "So, you're not upset that your father chose me instead of you?"

"Not at all Bruce, quite the contrary actually. I've been training since birth, you've been training with the League for only two years, and you're already my equal, if not my better. Father was right when he chose you as his successor."

"Thank you, Talia, that means a lot coming from you."

As the two continued their sparring session, the camera panned to Ra's al Ghul, watching them closely. It was evident that while Bruce wanted to avenge the murder of his parents, Ra's believed he wasn't ready yet. Bruce, despite his rebellious spirit, reluctantly agreed with Ra's assessment.

The Bat-family absorbed the footage, their reactions a mix of astonishment and thoughtfulness.

"So, in this universe, Bruce became the leader of the League of Assassins," Tim summarized, trying to wrap his head around it. "And he married Talia."

"And had Damian," Stephanie added, nudging the real Damian with a playful grin. "Hey, mini-assassin."

Damian rolled his eyes, unable to suppress a smirk. "I can't believe Father would choose that path," he said, sounding both amused and thoughtful. "But it explains so much."

"That's certainly an interesting one, I never would have expected a universe like that." Barbara asked, leaning forward. "Must have been a hell of an adventure getting all that info."

Charles grinned; his demeanor easy-going. "Exactly. It's one of the most fascinating realities I've come across. Shows how life can take wildly different turns."

"A whole lot of 'what ifs'" Dick remarked. He then placed a hand on Charles's shoulder. "Thanks for sharing that. It's mind-blowing to see the different paths."

Jason laughed. "At least it wasn't me leading a league of assassins this time."

Everyone burst into laughter, the tension completely diffused.

"So, what's next?" Tim asked eagerly.

"We keep doing what we do best," Charles said, with a sparkle of excitement in his eyes. "But with the understanding that there are countless other worlds out there. Adventures waiting to be discovered."

Everyone nodded enthusiastically, their imaginations fired up by the glimpse of an alternate reality. They had seen a different destiny, and it fueled their resolve to protect their Gotham, their world.

After Bruce returned from the Watchtower, he walked back into the Batcave after changing out of his Batsuit, he smiled at his children as they were laughing, welcoming Charles as a member of the family as if he'd been there the whole time. He did notice that the Bat-Computer was on, and asked, "You haven't been using the Bat-Computer to watch a movie, have you?"

Dick shook his head, "No, of course not."

Tim rubbed the back of his neck, "That depends on your definition of watching a movie. Charles was showing us one of his adventures through the multiverse. I guess you could call it research?"

Bruce nodded, "I'll accept that as a reason. Mind if I look at those files sometime?"

"They're highly encrypted. Some of those universes are pretty sick, and we all know how paranoid you can get. I've known you my whole life, it's easier for me to read you than it was for Dick and Jason. Tim on the other hand, he wasn't bad at it, but there were times I could take a hint where Tim couldn't."

"I'll respect your privacy, although I'd still like to see some of them every once in a while."

Charles nodded, "I guess there are some that don't need to be as heavily encrypted, just don't go trying to go through things you shouldn't see. Anything labelled negative is off limits, the Dark Multiverse is a messed-up place, even by our standards."

"Got it, I'll keep that in mind."

As the night drew on and the Bat-family dispersed, each member took a moment to reflect on the remarkable revelation. Charles glanced one last time at the frozen image on the screen—a world eerily similar yet profoundly different. Before he turned it off, he couldn't help but smile, feeling closer to this family of heroes.
