Hello my name is Chifuyu Orimura and just moments ago and unstable I.S core exploded releasing a field that took my brother and the kidnapper I.S pilot and made them vanish there was many thoughts going through my head at that point but the main one was "he's dead and it's my fault if i was faster if i was stronger than that wouldn't have happened and he wouldn't be gone with nothing left of him" i was alone in the abandon warehouse and still in my I.S I dropped to my knees and started crying because my only family left is now gone i am alone 15 minutes later the cops arrive they are confused to see the strongest woman in the world the champion of the first Mondo Grosso with the unconscious bodies of unknown men and women on her knees not moving and inch the cops were understandably confused
" what happened" one of the cops asked
Hearing this Chifuyu could only say one thing "my brother was kidnapped now he is …gone"
The cops heard that and were shocked "what do you mean gone?" the other cop asked
"An unstable I.S core exploded" chifuyu said the cops immediately understanding after that they went down to the local police station
after Houki Shinonono ichika's old friend heard this she was devastated and went into a state of depression that lasted for months but chifuyu pulled her out of it speaking of chifuyu she was angry at herself she never forgave herself for what happened to Ichika she was in a nearly constant state of self loathing after 3 years she after recommendation from a friend she decides to become a teacher at the infinite stratos academy being the champion of the the first ever I.S tournament she was almost immediately given the position over this time she had no contact with Tabane Shinonono when Tabane went to the funeral to give her condolences Chifuyu immediately punched her in the face and told her to leave transition to the funeral the doors open revealing a beautiful purple haired woman wearing an all black dress with black high heels and black stockings as soon as she walks in chifuyu walks up to her with her hair shadowing her eyes once she got close enough she said "Leave"
"Please at least let me say sorry" Tabane asked
"Leave" she asked again
"Please jus-" Tabane gets cut off by chifuyu's fist getting put in her face
"YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO COME HERE AND ASK TO SAY SORRY WHEN YOU BUILT THE THING THAT KILLED HIM IF IT WERN'T FOR THAT FUCKING MACHINE YOU BULIT HE WOULD STILL BE HERE" chifuyu started crying her voice breaking down she stops yelling "because of that dam machine my only family is gone my little brother the only family i had left is dead"
it's at this point Tabane walked away scene break
After that Tabane never spoke to chifuyu after that
Until she got the call scene break chifuyu was walking down the hall of the I.S academy doing her prep for the new school year her phone started ringing it was Tabane she was confused "what why is she calling we haven't talked sense" she grimaced she ignored the thought of the funeral she answered the call "tabane why do you call"
"Chifuyu get down to my lab under the academy you know where it is i told you when you became a teacher" she abruptly cut off the call
Chifuyu confused and curious she went down to the lab scene transfer the door of Tabane's underground lab chifuyu knocked on the door "Tabane i'm here" the door opened she walked in to see a large table in the center of the room with a few empty bottles of beer layed on the table along with a snub nose 44 magnum this concerned chifuyu so she checked how many bullets were loaded her concern grew immensely when she saw a singular bullet in the gun and it was chambered hammer pulled back ready to fire this worried her greatly she looked around the room to see tabane behind a curtain looking over what seemed to be a hospital bed tabane notices chifuyu and comes out from behind the curtain "so why did you call me here tabane" in response tabane moves the curtain away to reveal a boy about 15 maybe 16 with dark navy hair and brown eyes conected to an absurd amount of life support and covered in medical gauze and banages "so what is it why bring me here just to see this kid that looks similar to" her breath hitched if he was still alive the boy would look exactly like ichika
Chifuyu glared at tabane "is this why you brought me here to look at a boy that looks like my dead little brother" chifuyu was pissed
"He is"
chifuyu was confused "What do you mean"
"I ran a Dna test his Dna perfectly matches you meaning either he is a male clone of you or" Tabane trailed off
Tears welled up in chifuyu's eyes she pulled the boy's hand out from under the sheets and looks at his palm when ichika was 9 he asked chifuyu to teach him how to use a katana at the end of the session like an idiot her grabbed the blade leaving a scar on his palm and when she turned over his palm there is was that same scar It was at this point chifuyu was on the verge of letting the tears flow then she heard him
"Chifuyu"
Chifuyu started crying
"Am I dreaming?"
"No"
"Am I dead?"
"No"
"Then this is real….I'm back."
"You're home"
Ichika would have let tears flow if he had any left after what happen with Tekkadan and chifuyu cried with ichika for a good hour and a half
"Sorry sis"
Its at this moment chifuyu started to panic
"What do you mean sorry you have nothing to apologies for" she said fast
"I'm going to get some sleep" an with that Ichika passed out again
Chifuyu wiped away her tears and for the first time in years she had a massive smile on her face cause she finally had her little brother back "so tabane you got an explanation for this"
"I am trying to figure out what's going on to as soon as i got done making sure he wasn't going to die of blood loss or lose the ability to use his left leg and got him stable i passed out then when i woke back up i called you"
This got chifuyu on edge immediately "what do you mean die of blood loss"
"When i found him he had a ton of blood coming out of his eyes nose and mouth as well as several wounds on his torso arms and hands"
"What the hell happened to him"
Tabane grabs a large cable dragging it over to another curtain "i don't know but i found him inside of this" tabane pulls back the curtain to reveal the damage and missing an arm but still imposing figure of the barbatos lupus rex but noticeably shorter and hooked up to a machine tabane connected the large cable to the machine the barbatos is hooked up to
Chifuyu was to say the least surprised to see the barbatos and that her brother was inside of it "tabane what is this thing"
"I don't know that is what i am going to try to find out here momentarily" tabane goes to her large computer with 6 monitors on the other side of the room
Chifuyu runs her hand across the damaged barbatos head now a helmet
"While you were crying your heart out I ran some tests on that machine the frame is composed of a metal that's as strong as tungsten, as hard as diamond and dense as osmium but it seems it's naturally occurring rather than chemically altered and it seems to be much lighter. And the armor is coated with a metallic paint with a multi-layered molecular arrangement that's been vacuum deposited on. At first glance the armor seems hard, but in principle it's like a very thin cushion with several layers. I ran a few tests on a shard and it seems capable of rendering beam weaponry ineffective by diffusing and deflecting the fired beam, minimizing the damage done. I dare say it can even handle physical attacks due to its energy bearing molecules with minimal damage." tabane stated in a amazed tone of voice
Chifuyu spoke "so this thing is a tank"
"Calling this thing a tank would be an insult to the man who made it every other tank A.P.C and whatever you want to throw in there on the planet is put to shame by this machine"
"So try hacking into it's systems to see what you can get"
"Already on it"
The screen brought up a strange looking sigil, like a magic circle before data began filling the space. Chifuyu leaned in closer to the screen. "ASW-G-08… Gun-dam… Frame type B-Bar…Baro-bay-toes…?"
"Barbatos the full name is Barbatos lupus rex"
"You know something" tabane asked
"Barbatos was a demon appearing in the Ars Goetia in the Key of Solomon the circle we saw is his while 'Lupus' and 'Rex' are Latin for 'Wolf' and 'King' respectively"
"Its power source from the looks of it; two devices called 'Ahab Reactors." Tabane studied the screen for a bit before exclaiming "Amazing!"
"What is it?" "If I'm reading this right, these babies generate enormous amounts of energy through transforming artificially generated vacuum elements. It's a perpetual energy source! I've been trying to do the same thing with the IS cores but kept hitting a roadblock. Whoever made this thing figured it out before me. I salute you, sir! Ooh, if I could apply the technology from this machine, the possibilities are ENDLESS!"
"Tabane. Focus."
"Sorry, I got excited" Tabane read further "Alaya-Vijnana?" tabane says in confusion
"Alaya what"
"It's listed as and interface system" tabane looks at the blue print and goes up to the damaged barbatos and removes the chest plate and awkwardly gets in the mobile suit turned I.S and feels something poking her in the back "so that must be what those are for"
"What is what for" chifuyu asked
"I think it's better if you see for yourself go over to ichika and gently turn him over to have a look at his back" Tabane responded
Chifuyu did as she said and gently turned him over and was mortified on his back was 3 protrusions "what is this" is all she could say
"It says here they are nano-machines implanted into the user's spine to let implant fuse with their nervous system that is one part of the Alaya-Vijnana"
She held that mortified look for a few seconds then a rage swept through chifuyu then she said "who did this to him"
Tabane looks up at chifuyu and Ichika "I don't know and it's likely only ichika knows" tabane looks back at her monitors and chifuyu walked back over to tabane's computer
moments later a loud growl echoes through the room chifuyu looks at tabane "have you eaten anything"
Tabane starts to sweat under the glare chifuyu was giving her "uhh not sense i found him" tabane said nervously
"And how long ago was that"
"2 days"
In response chifuyu grabbed her and dragged her off to the cafeteria her reasoning being "if you don't eat you can't help ichika" this took 20 minutes which was 20 minutes longer than the both of them liked but when they got back they not paying attention to anything but the curtain in front of ichika's bed when they pulled the curtain away but when they pulled the curtain away they instantly got overcome by fear ichika wasn't there he was gone they frantically looked around the room until tabane found him "chifuyu found him" she said shocked
Chifuyu looked in the same direction as tabane to see ichika using one hand to stand himself up against barbatos and one hand gently placed upon the head turned helmet of the barbatos for what felt like hours but what was really a few seconds all of them stood perfectly still
moments later ichika moved his hand and placed his forehead against the ornament that is on the barbatos helmet's forehead then ichika not noticing the girls spoke to the machine "don't worry i'll get you fixed i promise mika would beat my ass if i didn't in spite of his cripled arm and leg" ichika pulled his head away and looked into the eyes of the helmet "i won't leave you behind"
A few moments later chifuyu walked up behind ichika and put a hand on the gundam pilot's shoulder "ichika we have some questions"
"Ok just let me get back to bed firs-" ichika had started to walk back as he was turning around he stumbled and fell with chifuyu catching him
"Let me help you" chifuyu said
"Ok"
They get ichika back in bed and comfortable to answer questions "so first question what happened to you where were you" chifuyu asked
"Probably won't believe but I was on Mars but not our Mars"
"What do you mean not our Mars" chifuyu asked
"you probably won't believe me but" he breaths in and out then says "I was in another earth a different world but sorta the same it was still earth but different"
Chifuyu was about to say that's impossible then tabane cuts in "what was different"
He was surprised that tabane didn't call him insane "well for starters the mobile suits"
"So that's not an I.S" chifuyu says
"Ya that is mobile suit gundam model barbatos lupus rex the one I pilot along with mika"
"Who is mika" chifuyu asked
"Mikazuki Augus probably my best friend and fellow pilot and devil of Tekkadan" he responded with a smile on his face
"Devil of Tekkadan" chifuyu said in confusion
"Yes it's a nickname we picked up we got it cause the gundam frame and our fighting style which people say is a brutal as a demon and the fact that during the particularly long battles me and mika would swap out so the other could get some rest giving the illusion of tirelessness"
"Ok lets continue so you say you went to another earth but that's impossible"
"Well considering the existence of 60 foot (18.288 meters) tall giant robots a completely habitable mars and the nanomachines currently in my spine i'd say ya i was in a different earth but on the topic of giant robots the barbatos had shrunk apparently because his original height is 62.336 feet (19 meters)"
Both ichika and chifuyu look at tabane "Well uhh i don't have an explanation for that" she said sitting in her chair sitting like the statue the thinker "and i don't know what the barbatos was like before but it for all intensive purposes is an I.S and don't bother asking i have no clue how it happened" tabane said still in the thinker position but there was a look in her eyes that showed in her head she was banging her head against a wall they decided to not press the subject any further in order to not give the tired scientist a headache
"Anyway after the core explosion and ending up on mars we being the kidnaper pilot were found by a patrol of some sort after we were found some men got out of a truck and they were all but friendly they immediately ripped of the clothes of the I.S pilot and violated her forcefully in front of me" it's at this chifuyu was pissed ichika noticed "sis if that made you this mad then you will not like what comes next" chifuyu tried to calm down even if slightly she looked at ichika her eyes telling him to continue "next after they 'had there fun' as they put it the grabbed the both of us and threw us in the back of the truck later i was sold off as human debris to Chryse Guard Security a paramilitary company human debris as you can guess are just slaves so i was pretty much a slave to the C.G.S" chifuyu was fuming with anger she was pissed chifuyu ichika got out of the hospital bed and hugged chifuyu when chifuyu got hugged by ichika her anger was replaced by sadness and for the second time that day chifuyu cried chifuyu cried for a few minutes when she stopped crying she frantically tried to get him back in bed after that ichika explained the rest of the first chapter
Editor's note: why am i not explaining the rest of it cause that would take way to long and i wait to play more elden ring i have shadow of the erdtree back to the story
After ichika explained his story chifuyu and tabane were deep in thought though about completely different things tabane was thinking about the technology of the world he was in the things like the ahab reactors the space stations holding up to 3 million of people per colony the mobile workers the space ships like the Isaribi and most importantly the gundams on the other hand chifuyu was thinking about all the mental and physical trauma he went though she cried more than a few times and when at the end when he told her how he was pincushioned she cried her eyes out
Then ichika asked the one question neither of the women wanted to think about right then "what what now" there was a silence that went on for a few minutes "I mean ya i'm back home but i have missed school since i was ten and i don't have tekkedan here" then again everyone is silent then for the third time ichika spoke up again "now that i think about it i was one of the more educated guys in tekkedan most of the guys there were from the slums and poor areas of the cities of mars that couldn't go to school that joined up with the C.G.S so they didn't die of starvation or trying to get money to send back to other kids in the slums or just human debris like me and Akihiro"
After that they had a long discussion about what ichika should do next eventually they agreed on enrolling ichika in the I.S academy because ichika made it very clear that whether they liked it or not he will be taking the barbatos with him even if it was still in it's damaged state which tabane would not let happen in her eyes such a awesome machine shouldn't be damaged like that "the new school year starts in a month tabane you think you can have the barbatos ready to fight by then"
"Come now this is me we are talking about i'll have it done with a week to spare"
Tabane said confidently
Both the orimura siblings looked at her then looked at the wrecked barbatos looked back at tabane then said "doubt it"
Tabane comically sulked in a corner then a few seconds later she zooms over to her computer and starts typing then ichika gets a funny idea "hey tabane you want to make a bet" he said with a confident smirk
This intrigues both the females in the room then tabane "says sure what's the bet" she says intrigued
"If you can rebuild the barbatos with a week to spare or not" he said with a mischievous grin
With a grin just as mischievous tabane said "ok if i don't finish it in time"
"You have to make me any one gadget of my choice" ichika said still with that mischievous grin
"Ok but if i do rebuild it with a week left to spare i get to dress you up in multiple different outfits" she said with a smirk just like ichika's
Ichika's smirk falters for a second then says "deal" stretching out his hand for a hand shake
Tabane shakes his hand with glee "i hope your ready to be in a princess dress a butler suit and another dress"
Ichika sweat dropped he was already regretting taking this deal but he did "well no turning back now"
Now we skip to 1 month later chifuyu is in her class room at the I.S academy "i am going to tell you now this will not be a normal class and i don't mean relative to other schools i mean relative to other classes at the I.S Academy"
One girl raised her hand "Ms orimura what do you mean"
"I mean-" as chifuyu is in the middle of responding to the girl there is a knock on the door of the classroom chifuyu smirked "come in"
Ichika walked in the door wearing an I.S academy uniform "hey my name's ichika orimura the first ever male able to pilot an I.S nice to meet you"
At the same time the whole class collectively goes "EHHHHH!"
And this is where i will end off this chapter i am sorry this chapter isn't as long as i wanted it to be and i'm sorry i haven't been able to get this out quicker i have been busy with 4 things 1: my oldest brother and my sister in law are trying to move closer to the rest of the family and he lives 2 states away he has been house hunting for weeks and he came down her a week ago to visit and look for houses 2: i have been playing a lot of shadow of the erdtree the DLC for a game called Elden ring 3: i am a player in a dnd campaign run by a good friend of mine 4: i am working on the first chapter of another story called the Wrought iron dragon if you can guess the cross over and put it in the reviews i will give you a shout out the next chapter only the first one to get it though anyway hope yall have a great day and have fun
