"Why did we keep him Jules? He's a freak." Anti Bernadette said with a scowl, looking at Anti Sonic from a distance, who was chasing a nearby butterfly.
"Well it was either him or those other two." Anti Jules replied.
"...Gotcha!" Anti Sonic exclaimed, as he held the butterfly in his hands. The butterfly had yellow wings with black spots. Anti Sonic gently touched at its wings.
"Why can't he be a normal kid? I mean seriously? Super speed?" Anti Bernadette scoffed. "Everyone in town looks at us weird because of him."
"I know." Anti Jules replied.
Anti Sonic took a closer look at the butterfly and placed it on his shoulder. He smiled at it. Butterflies were such gentle creatures.
"Hmph, even if he was a normal kid, he'd just be a financial burden to us like he's always been. He truly was a mistake, Jules." Anti Bernadette vehemently spat, earning a nonchalant nod from Anti Jules.
"Mom! Dad! I made a new friend!" Anti Sonic said with a smile, as he ran back to them. They turned their heads away. "...Mom? Dad?"
Anti Sonic and his parents went home, with him singing a little tune to himself which had calmed him down.
"Can we get ice cream on the way back?" Anti Sonic's voice squeaked.
"No." His parents replied in unison. Anti Sonic drooped down his head, continuing to hum the song that calmed him down.
"That really was a fun night, Breeze." Scourge said as he was standing out her door. She had lived in a large mansion.
"Don't mention it," Breezie said, giving a seductive look. "See you later on tonight~" She said with a wink.
Scourge flashed a smile at her and left. Clouds were dark and gray as it began pouring, much to the chagrin of the green hedgehog.
"...Fuck you Mother Nature." He said to himself with a frown. Moments later, the little hot pink Flicky from before was flying right next to him.
"Huh? The fuck do you want?" Scourge said as he turned to the Flicky. "Oh, it's just you. What are you doing here? Aren't you afraid to get your wings dirty, huh birdbrain?" He asked.
The little hot pink Flicky just happily chirped as she circled around Scourge. Scourge just growled in response and kept on walking. Everyone on the sidewalk had their umbrellas. He was getting drenched on, but Scourge didn't care. The little pink Flicky eventually perched on Scourge's shoulder.
"Uhhh, what the hell?" Scourge gawked, his eyes darting at the Flicky. "Do you wanna die today you pink doofus?!" He asked in a low tone. The hot pink Flicky just blinked at him. They exchanged stares and blinks for a while. "Heh. I should threaten the pink monster with that." Scourge said to himself with an evil smirk.
Eventually, Scourge had reached Amy's place, all soaked.
"Scourge?" Amy's voice rang in the green hedgehog's ears. "Where have you been?"
"Shut the fuck up, you pink monster." Scourge bitterly replied back. "Don't get on my fucking nerves."
Amy was taken aback. Pink monster? That was a new insult. Amy had to admit that had stung a little bit.
"Well jeez, I was just concerned!" She said with a huff.
"Yeah, yeah whatev-" Scourge grumbled, but not before he remembered that little pink Flicky had followed him home. Her chirps filled the silence of Amy's house.
"Awwww, who's this little guy?" Amy asked as she looked at the Flicky.
"Girl," Scourge corrected. "You can tell because of the markings and color on her." Scourge explained, receiving a dumbfounded look from Amy and not before realizing what he said.
"...What the hell did I just say?"
Amy giggled a bit. "Anyways, she looks so cute! What'cha gonna name her?"
"Beats me." Scourge frowned. "I'm gonna dip in my room, I gotta prepare for Breezie tonight~" He said with a flirtatious tone.
Amy nearly spit out her water upon hearing her name. "Breezie?! Breezie the Hedgehog?!" She gawked.
"Uh, yeah?" Scourge replied back. "That's her name right?"
"Yeah, it is. But..." Amy started. "She's bad news Scourge! She's a big manipulator!"
"Oh yeah? Says who?" Scourge asked.
"She just is!" Amy exclaimed. "She flirts with Sonic, and she's evil!"
"Pfft, that's nice Pinky, though do you seriously think I give a shit?" Scourge retorted back. "I mean, you're an absolute nutcase who rides Sonic's dick all the time, so of course you'd think that. Besides, I LIKE girls who are bad, remember?" He stated.
"Yeah, I remember." Amy replied tensely. "Like Fiona."
Scourge froze upon hearing the forbidden fox's name. "Yeah. Like her. What about her?"
"What happened to you two?" Amy inquired. "Did you two get into a fight and break up or something?"
"Why is that any of your business." Scourge replied darkly.
"I'm just asking, I mean, you did say that you liked Fiona and that her turning to the dark side was hot," Amy replied, recalling the words Scourge had said via what Sonic had told her.
Scourge was fuming. He didn't want to hear any more about her, but of course, he couldn't let Amy know. "Well, Breezie's my side bitch ok?! In fact, maybe I even like her more than Fiona!" He huffed.
Amy raised an eyebrow ridge at this. "Yeah... like Fiona's gonna REALLY appreciate that!"
Scourge huffed as he sat down Amy's dining table. "Anyways, did you make something to eat or what? I'm starving!"
"I was in the middle of making lunch actually," Amy replied with a smile. "I made homemade pepperoni pizza!"
"...Ok? Then where is it, pink monster?" Scourge replied in an irritated tone.
Amy set out the aforementioned pizza from the oven and let it rest for a bit. Scourge smelled it from where he was sitting and his mouth watered. The crust looked so golden brown that it was cooked to the right temperature. The cheese to pepperoni ratio was perfect, and the pepperonis themselves were aligned to make a smiley face.
"I didn't know how many slices you wanted," Amy began, "So I made you a personal sized pizza." She said, setting down the pizza with an oven mitt.
Scourge wasted no time eating and devoured it right in front of her.
"Wow, you must have really liked it, huh?" Amy asked, a bit dumbfounded by Scourge's rapid eating.
"...Fuck you." Scourge replied. Amy frowned, before she let out a cough. "...What the hell?"
"Sorry," Amy apologized. "I must have gotten it from you, after all, you were sick,"
"...Gross! Then get away from me! I don't want your disgusting germs!" Scourge cringed as he headed to his room, leaving a mess on the table.
Amy frowned and glared at him, but not before she let out another cough again.
The oven timer rang in the kitchen as Anti Sonic opened the oven door wearing a chef's hat that was much too big on him. But Anti Sonic didn't care, because he took what he had made, which was a nice medium sized pizza.
"Ooh, it smells so yummy!" He said with a smile. He used a nearby oven mitt which was so oversized that it covered his entire arm. He placed it on the dinner table and waited for his parents to come back. The door opened.
"Hi Mom and Dad!" Anti Sonic said with a beam. "I made you guys and the guests some pizza! I learned how to make it myself! Do you like it?" He asked.
Anti Jules and Anti Bernadette just brushed past him. Anti Sonic rushed over there and began serving them.
"Come on! It's hot though, so make sure you blow it out!" Anti Sonic instructed, setting the plates on their tables. However, they had ignored him as Anti Jules went up to get the door for his members and Anti Bernadette read the latest newspaper.
Anti Sonic waddled up to the Great Peace members. "Um, hello, I made food if you guys want some," He said nervously.
Nobody noticed him as they walked up to the dinner table. Anti Sonic's heart broke as he saw his parents ignore the food he made for them and his eyes started tearing up. He went up to get the rest of the pizza and he ate a slice. It tasted good, so why didn't they eat it, let alone try it? He thought to himself with a slight sniffle.
Scourge let out a loud, long sigh as he laid down on his bed. The hot pink Flicky was busy as she circled around his room, chirping. The Green Menace let out a growl as he observed her.
"Don't you have anything better to do than annoy me, you stupid bird?!" He exclaimed, flaring his sharp teeth to scare her away. The hot pink Flicky just blinked at him.
Scourge opened the window and gently grabbed her and tossed her out. "AND STAY OUT!" He said with a toothy frown. He let out a loud groan as he face planted onto the bed, slightly cursing under his breath.
"I HATE EVERYTHING!" He shouted, as he began to wreck everything in his room, causing such commotion that Amy grew slightly concerned. She was cleaning up after his mess, being by the sink as she washed the dishes.
"Hm, I wonder what that's about," Amy pondered herself out loud. Her energy was down as she wasn't quite feeling like herself, ever since Scourge had called her a pink monster.
Why?
Meanwhile Scourge was still moping around, he left his room, slamming the door shut which nearly startled Amy, but she ignored him. He left the house.
Scourge felt the cold breeze on him, smirking as he made his way to Breezie's house. Every little thing had annoyed him though. Why the hell was her house so far away? Why did everyone who had shared the sidewalk with him looked so stupid and punchable? Why was Amy so annoying? Eventually, he reached her house. They had their fun.
"...I hate Amy." Scourge said with a frown as he laid next to her in bed.
"Oh? Whatever do you mean by that?" Breezie inquired.
"She's so fucking annoying. She's so girly, weird and just..." Scourge cringed as he recalled the moments he had with Amy. "Why do I have to live with her?"
"Oh? You live with her?" Breezie inquired again, having a twinkle in her eye, unbeknownst to Scourge.
"Unfortunately." He snarled. "However, I don't hate you~" He turned to her with a smirk.
Breezie merely smiled, "Tell me more about her," She stated.
"What's there to tell? Other than the fact she's an annoying bitch who won't shut the fuck up!" Scourge exclaimed, as Breezie listened.
The house was a little dim as Amy was organizing her tarot cards in the kitchen table, however she was too focused on what Scourge called her to finish.
Pink monster.
Amy's face faltered as those two words rang in her head.
She once again glanced at the drawing Scourge had made, only she took a closer look. It was still the same amateurish style that had looked like a child had drawn it. However, upon her closer inspection, her heart had sunken down deep into her chest.
That pink monster in question, was indeed herself.
She dropped the deck of cards from her hand, and stomped over to the fridge. visibly shaking and upset.
"...Does he really hate me that much?" She asked herself in a cracked voice. Her vision turned a bit cloudy as she suddenly saw the room spin and saw all of her friends staring at her. There was Sally, Cream, Knuckles, Tails, Team Dark, and even her beloved Sonic were all glaring at her.
"Guys...?" Amy muttered out.
"Don't talk to us, you pink monster!" Sally exclaimed.
"Mother said you and I should not hang out anymore!" Cream said as she turned her head away.
"Chao chao!" Cheese said as he too turned his head away in disgust.
"Wow Amy, I never knew you were some big pink LOSER!" Sonic said. Amy's heart shattered. He let out a cruel laugh as he pointed at her. The pink hedgehog had a confused look on her face, this was out of character for Sonic, though her heart was still in pain. As he laughed, his blue quills had melted and morphed into green ones... Master Emerald green quills that is. Amy glared at Scourge who was now staring at her. Her "friends" all disappeared, and it was just her and him.
"...What are you doing here?" Amy said in a low tone.
"The same thing I always do, toots." Scourge replied with a smug grin. He went up to her and gave her a punch in the gut, causing the pink hedgehog to falter. "It's so funny that no one likes you, you pink monster." Scourge cruelly laughed at her. Amy closed her eyes and waited for Scourge to kick her in the face.
But nothing came.
Amy opened her eyes and saw that she was still in the comforts of her own home, tears streaming down her face as she saw down in a dining room chair and let out a sigh of relief. It was just her imagination. She let out a cough again, however it was much more severe, because this time Amy thought she was coughing up phlegm. As she coughed in her mouth, she didn't see phlegm however.
She saw blood.
