Abhijeet nodded while standing while Vivek was already headed to grab the wheelchair and soon after shifting Daya on the wheelchair, they left towards the Qualis…
Reaching near the Qualis, oldie DUO respectively spreading hand on their younger son's head, stamped soft "Get well soon" kisses on his forehead as it was the only time when they all could actually see or touch him without any fear of scaring him… And after assuring their son about their presence with him, no matter what, they moved back still unsure if that assurance had reached to the latter's heart and soul or not… While junior DUO also gave him their well wishes in silence with hurtful eyes though hopeful hearts…
Seeing they bid bye to Daya, Sunil after politely requesting from Vivek, moved behind Daya's wheelchair and carefully wheeled the wheelchair inside the Qualis… When turning his attention towards the elder son…
ACP sir, like always, asked him in care-filled tone as: Ghar pohanchty hi phone kerna, hmm…?
Abhijeet nodded in assuring smile and then throwing a smiley "Good Night" glance over the other family members standing there, he nodded them "Bye" and receiving the same smiley nods in return, he left towards the driving seat of the vehicle… Sunil who was returned now after getting satisfied from Daya's side, bid farewell to those standing there and then left towards the passenger seat of the vehicle… Soon Qualis moved out from that apparently deserted godown under the blessings of their loved ones…
After DUO with Sunil leaving from there, soon, because of their homes present in the same direction, Dr. Salunkhy with Vivek in his car and ACP sir with Freddy in his car too left the place in the same secrecy they had arrived there… As they could not take risk by letting much people know about the place or Daya still being with them therefore oldie DUO rather than coming there with their drivers, preferred to trust and relay on each other…
On their way back to home, seeing ACP sir sitting there while looking outside in silence, Freddy did not disturb him instead focused on the driving where that silence-filled journey made ACP sir's mind moved from the present to the past where…

ACP sir after leaving his elder kid in the care of a nurse had just arrived the Bureau and seeing him coming junior TRIO already present there greeted him with morning, receiving a nod in reply and then turning towards Freddy…

ACP sir turning angry, told him as: Tou ja k ussy bttao k Abhijeet mission sy wapis aa gaya hai aur agli baar yeh sawal tum nahin, woh pouchhy ga uss sy aur main ussy rokon ga nahin, jao…
Vivek nodding to him left from there the same instant while…
Freddy asked silently as: Sir, Abhijeet sir ny Daya sir k barey mein tou pouchha ho ga…?

ACP sir nodding to them, left towards his cabin while instructing them to move back to their works…
And the same time the ringing of ACP sir's mobile broke his trance and pulling out his mobile, he looked at the caller ID to find Abhijeet's name there, bringing a soft smile on his face and he attended the call which his elder kid had made to inform his father about them reaching home safely, and then after wishing good night to each other, the call ended from both sides…
DUO's Home…
After reaching home and shifting Daya in his room, Sunil left towards his home in spite of Abhijeet's suggestion to stay there which he gently refused, saying he would be having more magical dreams while ducking inside his favorite blanket and sleeping while hugging his favorite pillow and hence Abhijeet lost the argument…
After seeing off Sunil and asking him to inform after reaching home, Abhijeet left towards his room to take shower and then changing in his night suit, he returned in the younger one's room and closed the room door behind…
Daya's Room…
Sitting near his brother, Abhijeet softly started weaving in his hair in silence while looking at his weak-pale face holding love and care in his eyes while thinking about what would he do once he woke up and that worry and scare, slowly drifted him from the present to the past where…
DUO's Home…
It was around seven of the morning when Abhijeet emerged from the bathroom after taking shower and changing in casuals, looking a little relaxed and positive after yesterday night seeing Daya had taken dinner with him in the terrace… While heading towards the room door, Abhijeet thought to first boil the milk he had grabbed from the doorstep along with newspaper before going to take shower, hence had directly made his way towards the kitchen… After getting freed from there, he left to check the younger one if he was sleeping alright or not to find him already awakened, sitting on the bed in half-lying posture while looking far in space with fixed gaze…
Daya's Room…
Abhijeet stopped in his track even without him trying and then inhaling deeply to hold himself together, he moved forward and reached to the latter, who was looking completely unaware about his surroundings, present in some other world… Abhijeet stretched his hand towards the latter, but then shaking head to himself, he pulled back his hand and clearing his throat…
Abhijeet called him softly as: Daya…! (Getting no response in return, Abhijeet tried again, this time a little loudly though still softly as…) Daya…! (Resulted Daya with a little jerk moved back in the present world and looking around, he looked towards him and instantly though unintentionally he moved back… Abhijeet completely ignoring that, greeted him in polite smile with…) Good morning bchcha…
Daya tried to reply as: Gg… (And then clearing his throat to get back his voice, he tried again with…) Good morning…
Abhijeet who had noticed something else too including fear in the latter's eyes when he had looked at him, asked him softly as: Daya yahan daikh mairi taraf bchcha… (Daya looked towards him in silence and after looking at his red swollen eyes, Abhijeet asked him in silence as…) Tu raat bhar sooya nahin kya Daya…?
Daya hid his eyes unintentionally as a response of that query while trying to reply as: Sooya tha, tum ny hi tou sedative diye thy dinner k baad, bhool gaye kya…?
Abhijeet just inhaled a deep breath understanding well from the latter's tired exhausted face that even if he had slept, it won't be more than two to three hours' disturbed sleep, having flashes as dreams of his past horrors, eventually waking him up completely…
Hence leaving the topic there…
Abhijeet asked him in light smile as: Achha chalo uth jao ab tum aur jaldi sy fresh ho k aao, aaj mil k breakfast bnaty hain, hmm…?
Daya nodded in a very faint and vacant smile and then standing from there, left inside the bathroom without having any other word with the latter while Abhijeet got busy in arranging his room and then waiting for him to return while trying to figure out some work for him in the kitchen which would not involve any sharp object or fire near him…
Soon Daya returned after getting fresh, knowing well that Abhijeet must had to go to Bureau and he would be waiting for him on breakfast, hence Daya had postponed to take shower for latter and returned in the same casuals he slept…
Seeing him returning…
Abhijeet asked him softly as: Chalien…?
Daya nodded silently in reply and quietly followed him towards the kitchen, hoping to get involved in daily activities in his struggle of not wasting the elder one's efforts to bring him back into life…
Kitchen…
Coming in the kitchen Daya stood there idly while looking around blankly like had no idea what was his purpose of coming there and the elder one, who was very much aware of what he was doing and what was running in his mind, called him softly to get his attention and after succeeding in it…
Abhijeet asked him in soft smile as: Daya maira aaj breakfast mein Corn Flakes khany ka dil ker raha hai, tum bnna doo gy please…?
Daya nodded while asking absent-mindedly as: Kahan prry hain…?
Abhijeet though shocked but managing himself well in time not to reflect it through his facial expressions, signaled towards the cabinet with: Uss cabinet mein…
Daya nodded quietly without even realizing that he was asking the location of the things in his own home, even though it was him who was the frequent user of such delights, not the elder one who took them occasionally…
Seeing Daya was heading towards the cabinet now, Abhijeet too jerking off such thoughts, tried to focus on preparing some healthy breakfast for the younger one… While Daya after pouring the Corn Flakes in a bowl, left towards the refrigerator and after looking in the refrigerator…
Daya closing the refrigerator's door, turned towards Abhijeet with: Abhi, dodh nahin hai kya ghar mein…?
Abhijeet looked towards the slab where the milk-pot was present and then inhaling deeply, wearing composed-casual expressions on his face…

Daya following the signal, got a little shocked on himself as the pot was present just in front of him but he was so absent minded and single tracked that he couldn't see it and…
Daya avoiding looking at Abhijeet replied slowly as: Sorry woh dikha nahin mujhy…
Abhijeet gave him a soft assuring smile with: Koe nahin yar, mairy sath bhi ho jata hai kabhi kabhi…
Daya just gave him a silent glance receiving an assuring smile in return and he left towards the slab grabbing the bowl having Corn Flakes in it with himself… Daya was about to grab the milk-pot when the elder one, who was very much alert from his side, instantly coming in action, hurriedly grabbed his wrist and pulled back his hand leaving the latter in scared-shock behind because of that sudden movement Abhijeet had just made though thankfully Daya did not make any un-deliberate move that could result in hitting the latter while…
Abhijeet said in worry as: Daya bchchy kya ker rahy ho, patili garam hai bohut, thori dair hue hai ubala dila k rakha hai issy…
Daya looked towards the milk-pot, then towards the elder one, then the bowl now present on the slab, then at himself, he was continuously moving his gaze around those when suddenly he just burst out in tears, not understanding what was happening with him or why was he even crying… Abhijeet looked at the younger one in extreme hurt who was now sitting on the floor while crying with voice not understanding what was making him cry so hard and still he did not want to stop…
Abhijeet understanding very well what was hurting him as he was the part of his own soul, just sat beside him and without saying a word, smoothly wrapped him in a supportive, love-filled, comforting embrace, assuring his trust-filled presence beside him, resulting latter had started crying more bitterly now…
Abhijeet did not try to stop him even once but kept sitting there while softly rubbing his fingers in the younger one's head, feeling his shirt turning wet with the latter's constant rain of salty drops falling directly on his heart but still he kept himself composed and together listening to the now turning loud teary cries into slow tired sobs…
Abhijeet was positive though knowing that Sunil was going to start his counseling from today, as he could clearly see the younger one was slowly going into depression now, that lost appetite, sleeplessness, staring blankly in space for hours, crying without any apparent reason, losing weight, they all were the indicators of that…
Seeing Daya was quiet now, though still present in the protective embrace…
Abhijeet called him out politely as: Daya…! (No response, Abhijeet tried again more softly this time as…) Daya, baita breakfast nahin kerna kya aaj, hmm…? (Daya nodded though still did not move resulted Abhijeet moving a little, very smoothly separated the latter from that embrace and wiping off the moisture from his face, cupped his face and looking deep in his eyes, tried to assure him as…) Main tairy sath hoon bchcha, hamesha, samjha…?
A silent drop slipped from the latter's eye who asked him helplessly with: Abhi mairy sath yeh sb kya ho raha hai…? Mujh sy koe bhi kaam theek sy nahin ho raha, maira dimagh kaam hi nahin ker raha, mujhy bina baat k roona aata rehta hai hr samey, mujhy kuchh samajh nahin aa raha Abhi, kuchh bhi nahin…
Abhijeet stamping a soft kiss on his forehead, tried to assure him with: Kuchh nahin hua tujhy Daya… (Freeing his face, smoothly grabbed his hand in his own while trying to assure him with…) Ho jata hai easa kabhi kabhi iss mein itna sochny wali koe baat nahin hai… (Trying to lighten the younger one's really disheartened and depressed mood, he added in a little light tone as…) Aur jb bchchon ko bhook lggi ho na tou unhien yunhi bina baat k roona aa raha hota hai… (Daya just looked at the elder one in silence as the love and care he was able to see in those eyes were like some kind of medicine for his aching heart and wounds, unknowingly decreasing his pain… Abhijeet giving a soft pat on his cheek, asked him politely as…) Ab tu jaldi sy uth ja aur mairy Daya ka yeh pyara sa chehra dho k aa, phir mairy liye cereal bhi bn'nana hai na tu ny, hmm…
Daya just nodded looking much calm and composed now and with the support of the elder one, he stood up… Daya soon left the kitchen and Abhijeet let allowed his pain to fell down from his eyes in complete silence and before the younger one came, he was composed again…
Daya left towards the kitchen slab where now the Honey bottle was also present which Abhijeet had intentionally placed there, trying not to make the younger one feel depressed again if he did not realize by his own that the elder one prefer Honey in his cereal instead of sugar… And like he had thought, Daya did not realize the "By its own" presence of Honey bottle there though he quietly used it in preparing cereal for the elder one who too was almost ready now with the younger one's breakfast… And soon DUO left towards the lounge to have their breakfast now…
And the same time, Abhijeet's ringing mobile grabbed his attention and he looked at the mobile screen to find Sunil's name present there…
