After Abhijeet left the cabin, ACP sir too left towards his chair and now sitting there he pulled out a file from the drawer and started struggling to concentrate on it… When soon understanding well that he couldn't, not like that, closing the file he pulled out his phone and dialing a number, attached the mobile with his ear… Soon the call got attended from the other side and after talking for around a minute or so, sidewise noting down some details on a paper-pad, ACP sir ended the call with thanks…
Now noting down those details in a message on his mobile, ACP sir pressed the Send button on his mobile and outside Abhijeet's mobile beeped, moments later followed by a call… Glancing over the mobile screen, Abhijeet confusingly looked towards ACP sir's cabin and then attended the call when without any moment's delay…
ACP sir told him in calm-straight tone as: Tumhien kuchh details send ki hain, Heera ko kehna k kal shaam char bjjy tk yahan pohanch jaye, nokri mil jaye gi ussy… (And even while sitting in his cabin, he knew his son must be smiling at the moment, so added little teasingly as…) Zada muskurany ki zarorat nahin hai, nokri Mumbai ki nahin hai… (Abhijeet's smile got more deepened clearly sensing ACP sir's try to keep that man on as much distance from his son as he could while ACP sir elaborated, trying to sound casual as…) Woh abhi jail sy wapis aaya hai apni szza puri ker k tou Mumbai mein kaam milna mushkil tha uss k liye, iss liye Goa mein baat ki hai main ny…
Abhijeet hiding his smile replied as: Jee sir, aap ny bilkul theek kia…
ACP sir asked him annoyingly as: Tumhara approval maanga hai kya main ny…? (Abhijeet just placed his palm on the mouth-piece to hide his chuckle while ACP sir grumbled sounding little furious as…) Maira informer hota na yeh tou… (And stopping there while jerking his head, he told him in straight tone as…) Btta daina ussy k yeh nokri main ny lgwae hai, koe problem hua tou mujh sy contact kry, theek hai…?
Abhijeet, who got it well that in other words ACP sir was asking him to tell his informer not to contact Abhijeet anymore, replied in soft smile as: Jee sir, main keh dun ga ussy…
ACP sir nodded slightly with: Good… (And taking a momentary pause, ACP sir told him in firm tone as…) Aur yeh bhi kehna k humary kaam ki neev hi vishvas hai, aik baar woh vishvas khatam tou sath kaam kerny ki wajah bhi khatam…
And he ended the call on that note, without waiting for any reply…
As he knew that his son knew it too that if it wasn't for Abhijeet, ACP sir would had never showed any interest or put any efforts to settle that very man who had put his son's life in jeopardy… But he did so, so that Abhijeet did not have to, as he did not want his son to talk to any person for that man who had returned a day before from the jail after completing his imprisonment for his crime but for a father, no punishment could ever be good enough for someone who had gambled with his kid's life…
Placing the mobile on his table, ACP sir giving himself some time to calm down his emotions had smoothly attached his head with the headrest and started looking far away in space when slowly the scare-filled-anger of his heart took him to the time where…

It had been more than twenty-four hours since ACP sir had successfully confined his too-desperate-to-run-away kid in the hospital room… And now ACP sir could be seen sitting on the bench, outside his son's room, waiting for Dr. Shubham to return, who, with his team was inside the room at the moment, examining Abhijeet's health…
After few more minutes, seeing Dr. Shubham returning now with his team…
ACP sir leaving towards the doctor, asked him in composed tone as: Abhijeet kaisa hai ab, Shubham…?

ACP sir gave him a highly disappointed glare but before he could reply him anything, his mobile rang and throwing another disappointed look at his grumpy kid, ACP sir pulled out his mobile and looking at the caller ID…
ACP sir attended the call in composed tone as: Haan Mannu, kya ptta lgga…? (And listening to the other side, his facial expressions turned stiff and he instantly looked towards Abhijeet, who too had turned serious now, seeing him in anger… When standing from the chair, looking restless, ACP sir asked Mannu sternly as…) Tumhien andaza hai k tum kya keh rahy ho, Mannu…? Sahi sy ptta kia hai kya tum ny, saboot hai koe tumhary paas…? (And listening to the other side he threw another burning look at his son who had very well understood it till now that it was something related to him and it was certainly not something pleasant, when ACP sir concluded the call with…) Kuchh bhi ho jaye Mannu, tumhien chahy jo bhi kerna prry kro, lekin mujhy hr haal mein Heera aaj CID Bureau mein chahiye, iss sy pehly k koe uss ka bhi mun hamesha k liye bnd ker dy, samajh gaye tum…?
And listening to the reply from the other side he cut the call, looking really furious and turned towards Abhijeet, who was already alert and completely attentive towards him after listening to the name of his one of the very trusted informers and the only informer who had worked with him in the last mission…

ACP sir showing him his mobile's screen in real rage, told him angrily as: Mannu tha, maira khabri… (Looking like fuming in anger, he left towards him while asking him in chewing tone as…) Kya kaha tha tum ny, haan…? (Mimicking Abhijeet in his frustration as…) Sir maira bohut bharosy ka khabri hai woh… (In any other situation Abhijeet would be smiling if not openly then silently seeing his father mimicking him but right now, he was looking completely serious, in fact little tensed seeing his father's anger bar who told him in frustration-filled-anger as…) Naqli nikla tumhara woh Heera… Js raat tum yahan aaye ho, hospital, aik lakh ruppy ussi dopahar uss k bank account mein gaye hain jo uss ny khud bank ja k withdraw kerwaye hain… (Abhijeet looked at him in real shock-filled-disbelief while listening to his father adding as…) Aur ab woh aur uss ka priwar, sb k sb ghayeb hain… (Said more to himself looking really furious as…) Bs ab yehi hona baqi reh gaya tha CID mein k aik k baad aik informers ghaddar hona shuru…

ACP sir turned his fiery eyes towards him, snubbing him angrily as: Abhijeet chup raho tum bilkul, maira dimagh pehly hi bohut kharab hai iss samey, easa na ho Heera ka sara ghussa tum py uttr jaye, bilkul aawaz na aaye mujhy tumhari ab… (Abhijeet was already gotten quiet, clearing sensing the outcome of disobeying while ACP sir dialing a number on his mobile was continued in rash tone as…) Hdd ho gae hai yeh, logon py nazar rakhny k liye informers rakho aur phir unn informers py nazar rakhny k liye aur informers rakho, aur koe kaam hi nahin reh gaya humari zindagion mein ab… (And said on phone as…) Freddy bina koe sawal kiye number note kro aur Mannu sy coordinate ker k pohancho uss k paas tum… (After telling him the number, told him sternly as…) Aur Vivek aur Tasha ko bhi btta daina k mairy Bureau aany sy pehly Heera Bureau mein hona chahiye warna tum logon mein sy koe mujhy Bureau mein dikhy na bilkul… (And cutting the call, he unknowingly sat beside his son on the chair again, murmuring angrily to himself as…) Pehly Daya, ptta nahin zinda bhi hai woh k, aur phir Abhijeet yahan, iss tarhan, agli khaber ptta nahin ab mairi aana baqi…
Abhijeet, who was listening to his self-talking, couldn't help but cut him with: Sir please… (ACP sir shot him an angry look when trying to calm him down, Abhijeet smoothly grabbed his hand in his own and gave an assuring pressure on his hand with…) Sb theek ho jaye ga sir, aap shant ho jaien please…
ACP sir smoothly took out his hand from the latter's soft grip, telling him in straight tone as: Main ab tb hi shant hoon ga Abhijeet jb Heera ki grrdn mairy hath mein ho gi… Ranga tou mrr gaya iss liye bch gaya, Heera ager zinda hai aur chhupa hua hai tou bchy ga nahin woh bilkul…
Abhijeet tried in composed tone as: Sir, Heera k paas yeh pehla easa moqqa nahin tha, pichhly saat saal sy hai woh mairy sath… (Seeing ACP sir ready to burst out again, he added hurriedly, requesting-ly as…) Sir please, aik baar mairi baat suun lien please… (And seeing ACP sir had just turned his face away though hadn't said anything, taking it as green signal, he tried as…) Sir aap khud sochiye na, js tarhan Ranga k ghar sy paisy mily, ussi tarhan ager paisy dainy wala chahta tou Heera ko bhi uss k ghar py paisy dy sakta tha aur jaisy aap ny kaha woh ghayeb hai tou unn paison k sath woh ghayeb ho jata aur humien kabhi ptta bhi na chalta k uss ny paisy liye hain… (Seeing ACP sir's gaze turning towards him, he tried to convince him, adding as…) Sir ussy phasaya ja raha hai, jaan boujh k uss k account mein paisy daaly gaye hain ta k humien ptta chal skky, aur shaid uss ka priwar bhi ghayeb hua nahin hai, ghayeb kia gaya hai… (Concluded little worriedly as…) Sir mujhy lg raha hai woh kisi masibet mein hai iss samey…

ACP sir asked him in a relatively calm tone as: Mairy aik sawal ka jawab doo tum mujhy… (Abhijeet looked at him silently in question so he asked him in straight tone as…) Tumhary elawa koun jaanta tha k tum ks din, kitny bjjy, kahan sy, ks raasty sy ghar jao gy…? (Abhijeet getting quiet had turned his gaze away while ACP sir coming in anger again, asked him as…) Tumhien andaza bhi hai Abhijeet k ager persoon raat wahan police patrolling na ho rahi hoti tou kya ho sakta tha, haan…? (Added in frustration as…) Heera ager kisi masibet mein tha, ussy phasaya ja raha tha tou kya kisi bhi tarhan sy btta nahin sakta tha woh tumhien ya humien, koe code-language, koe signal, koe aur tareqa, kuchh bhi… Pichhly saat saal sy khabri hai woh tou itna bhi nahin seekha kya uss ny k easi situations ko sensibly handle kerty hain, vishvasghat nahin kerty…
Abhijeet just kept silence, not knowing what to say now, as in his heart he knew that Heera couldn't be a traitor but he knew it too that selling him out could not be the only option to handle the situation and just like ACP sir, he too was sure now that it was Heera who had given all that information about his return to that sniper…
When thinking to use his high anger-bar a little more in his favor…
ACP sir told him in cold tone as: Aur haan, tumhary uss pehly sawal ka jawab hai, "Haan"… (Abhijeet, who had completely forgotten his query, gave him a confused-questioning look so ACP sir elaborated his answer in straight tone as…) Haan, tumhien doo din yahin rehna ho ga… (Seeing Abhijeet ready to open his mouth in protest, ACP sir glared at him hardly with…) Shoq hai na bohut tumhien Heera ki tarafdari kerny ka, raho ab yahan doo din aur, tumhari taraf sy Heera ko thanks main bol dun ga… (Abhijeet was already looking in his lap now, looking really Bechara because of that continuous snubbing and teasing while ACP sir warned him stiffly as…) Aur ager mujhy Shubham ya uss k staff ki taraf sy tumhari aik bhi complaint aai na Abhijeet, tou yeh doo din aik hafty mein bhi bddal sakty hain, samajh gaye tum…?
Abhijeet, who was really cursing himself in his mind for ignoring his father's anger-bar and taking side of his informer, nodded obediently in silence, thinking to be as much obedient as he could today so that could somehow convince his father to take him home at night, knowing it was completely useless to even think of getting discharge before the night now…
When a soft door knock saved that poor soul from any more snubbing and the two turned their gazes towards the door to find Vivek coming inside and…
ACP sir asked him stiffly as: Tum yahan kya ker rahy ho Vivek…? Freddy sy baat nahin hue tumhari…?
Vivek glancing over Abhijeet, tried nervously as: Sir call aai thi sir ki aur unhon ny btaya bhi k aap… (Stopping there, thinking to use some more apt words, tried again as…) Mm-matlab Abhijeet sir akely hain yahan… (And seeing ACP sir's facial expressions turning hard, followed by Abhijeet's muffled giggle who had received a burning look as an instant reaction and hence was now struggling to maintain a serious face, Vivek understood well that he was just making the situation worse for himself hence he tried to change the topic with…) Sir woh, video, video hai aik, aap dono ko dikhani thi please…
ACP sir inhaled deeply with: Lagta hai koe aur buri khaber hai jo video ly k yahin aa gaye tum… Aur sketch-artist ka kaha tha main ny kal, sath nahin laye tum ussy…?
Vivek glancing over Abhijeet, who too was looking serious now, turned back towards ACP sir, replying as: Sir woh shaid sketch-artist ki zarorat na prry ab… (ACP sir gave him a questioning look when leaving towards Abhijeet, Vivek showed him a photograph looked like printed out from some video footage, and asked him as…) Sir daikhiye please, yehi tha kya woh auto wala…?
Abhijeet grabbing the photograph looked at him for few moments and then glancing over ACP sir, nodded to Vivek in silence when grabbing back the forwarded photograph…
Vivek addressing the two, told them as: Sir main aur Freddy sir kal gaye thy Basant-nagar ki uss basti mein js k bahir sy sir ny auto lia tha persoon raat… Aaj kal security reasons ki wajah sy taqriben sabhi jaghon py CCTV cameras lggy hoye hain, wahan bhi aik lgga tha js ki footage humein mil gae aur ussi sy iss auo waly ka printout nikala hai… Footage bhi main laya hoon yahan aap dono ko dikhany k liye…
And taking out the tab from his jacket's pocket, he opened the video on it and grabbed the tab to Abhijeet, who held the tab in such an angle that the video was visible to both ACP sir and him, and he played the video…

In the video footage few auto-rickshaws could be seen standing near a footpath while the people were going in and out in that area, some were approaching the auto-rickshaws too… Two or three passengers had approached one of those standing auto-rickshaws too but it seemed like the driver either refused them all or told them such high fare that they ended up taking another auto-rickshaw… And minutes later, Abhijeet emerged from one of those narrow lanes and that very auto that had refused other passengers, himself drove in front of him and soon ended up leaving the spot with Abhijeet on the passenger seat now…
And seeing the footage ended there…

ACP sir warned him with: Abhijeet ab ager mujhy tumhari aawaz aai tou aik complaint mairi hi ho jaye gi aur mairi complaint sb sy zada count kerti hai…
And obviously he did not get any reply this time, instead seeing his son had closed his eyes more tightly now, a hidden smile formed on ACP sir's face who kept sitting there while softly weaving in his kid's head, trying to send him in a peaceful sleep…
Few more minutes had passed and in all that time ACP sir kept looking at Abhijeet's face who was looking like some innocent kid to him, now sleeping there wearing a small smile on his face, excited to be home tonight, unknown of the plans his father had in mind, who was obviously not ready to take any chances with his kid's health… When seeing Abhijeet was in deep sleep now, ACP sir smoothly freed his hand, he was still securing in his soft grip and resting it in a comfortable position on the bed, he stood up… Adjusting the sheet on his son, ACP sir bowing over his face stamped a soft "Get well soon" kiss on his forehead and moving back, giving a love-filled pat on his cheek, he soon left his room and then the hospital after sending a nurse in Abhijeet's room and hence being satisfied from his side…
And ACP sir slowly turned his gaze towards his cabin's door, listening to some voice from there as he was so deeply involved in reliving that past that it took him few moments to understand that it was the door knocking sound…
