Not long after they started heading up the mountain, in a cable car, Ash, Serena and May, saw a red helicopter, flying pass the cable car, and went straight to the top of the mountain.

"Is that who I think it is?" Serena asked, as soon as she saw the helicopter.

"I'm pretty sure that it is." Ash said, glaring at the helicopter, while it went into the distance.

"Why are they here?" May also realized who the helicopter belongs to.

"Don't know, and don't care," Ash said. "But we have to stop them."

"How," Serena asked? "We are here in the cable car, and who knows where they are going."

"Before Ash could reply, the cable car stopped, and the three young trainers, got stuck in it.

"Oh, this is just great," Ash groaned out, starting to get angry. He has always had slight problems with his temper, but he usually kept his anger, deep inside himself.

Lately though, he has started to feel an intense rage, every time a word criminal is brought up, or when he even sees a criminal. Ash knew that that is because of what happened to Swampy, and from then on, his hatred toward the criminals of the world, has increased to astronomical levels.

There is also a fact that ever since he came to Hoenn, he has had several close run-ins with Team's Aqua and Magma, and every time, they somehow managed to escape him… like they did in Slateport City, where Team Magma, escaped with half of the meteor rock.

And here they are again, most likely trying to pull some shit, in their quest to release Groudon, from whatever hole, it's currently in.

Ash will not let them get away from him again. He will stop them, no matter what.

May and Serena looked at Ash, as he was standing in the cable car, and noticed that he is getting angrier by the minute, judging by the way his eyes are glowing.

They knew that angry Ash, is not good for anyone. Serena knows this better then May, but even May could tell that Ash needs to calm down, so that they can at least try to find a way to get off of the cable car, and back on the solid ground.

"Ash, you need to calm down," Serena said, and as soon as she did, Ash turned his head, and glared at her. Serena recoiled in fear, as she saw that look on Ash's face, and backed away from him. May did the same.

Somehow, Serena managed to calm down, despite the look on Ash's face, and before Ash could say anything, she continued. "Getting angry will not help us in any way. You need to be calm, if you want to get us out of here, so that we can go and stop Team Magma, from doing whatever they are doing here."

Ash continued to glare at Serena for a few moments, his eyes glowing red with anger. In an instant, his eyes changed from red to black, which nearly scared the life out of May and Serena. Even though his eyes were glowing with different color, Ash's glare, didn't diminish at all.

As soon as Ash's eyes turned to black, the cable car shock, and stared to move again.

Serena and May looked around themselves, and then through the window of the cable car, only to see that the top of the cable car, which is attacked to the cables, is growing the same color as Ash's eyes.

The eyes of the two young girls, widened, before they quickly looked at Ash, who was still standing at the same spot, and still looking at Serena, with his glowing eyes.

Seeing all that was happening, made Serena and May, scared. Very scared.

Far away, on top of a mountain, a silver haired man was seating cross-legged. He seemed to be meditating, but was, in fact, watching at what was happening with Ash.

At that moment, he was not happy. Not happy at all. He was annoyed. Especially since he knows what's coming, and what he has to do.

Somehow, Ash has used some kind of power, though Serena and May didn't know which kind; and has pulled the cable car, all the way to the top of the mountain.

To Serena and May, it looked like Ash has just used telekinesis, but Serena has known Ash for a while now, and knew that he can't do telekinesis. May simply assumed things, but she didn't know all of Ash's powers, like Serena did.

As soon as they arrived at the top of the mountain, Ash, without saying a word, and with his eyes still glowing black, walked through the door of the cable car, and walked away, leaving a stunned Serena and May, behind.

"What's happening with Ash?" May asked.

"I don't know," Serena replied. "Somehow, he was able to use psychokinesis, which should be impossible."

"Why," May asked? "He is a psychic, so why couldn't he use psychokinesis?"

"He couldn't do it up until now," Serena said. "He mentioned at one point that telekinesis and its sub form, psychokinesis, is a possibility for psychics, and that one day he might be able to use it, but that it will be a while, because telekinesis is very hard. Even harder than telepathy."

"But Ash does know telepathy?" May questioned.

"He does," Serena confirmed. "But not psychokinesis. As such, I don't know what to think of this situation. I don't know what to expect nor what will happen with Ash. He didn't seem like himself at all. And those black eyes. This was the first time his eyes have glowed like that. So far, they have glowed blue, yellow, grin, red, when he is very angry; but never black."

"We should go after him," May suggested. "That way, we will find out what Team Magma is trying to do here, and we will probably find out what's happening with Ash."

Serena agreed, and as soon as they took their backpacks - along with Ash's, as he has left his back in the cable car - Serena and May left the cable car, and ran after Ash.

While Ash, Serena and May were still in the cable car, a research professor by the name, Cozmo, was on the top of the same mountain Ash and the girls were heading. He has been searching for a meteor rock, and was able to find it after a long search.

As he was going across the mountain, he was intercepted by members of Team Magma, who asked him to give them the meteor rock, but he refused, so, they got violent, and sent their Pokémon to attack the professor.

Few minutes later, Cozmo was lying on the ground… still alive, but beaten-up and bruised, while Team Magma members, have taken the rock, and have placed it inside of some machine, before they started to fire a laser at the magma at the bottom of the dormant volcano, they were currently standing at.

Ash walked toward where he could sense that the members of Team Magma were.

He has completely lost himself in his rage and power, and at that point, Ash didn't even know where he is, or what's going on. All he knows, is that he has to end Team Magma, even if it's the last thing he ever does.

After some walking, Ash found himself standing next to a bleeding man, who was lying on the floor. He didn't care about him, though. Ash was looking in front of himself, at the members of Team Magma and Team Aqua, who were currently in the middle of the battle, with their Pokémon doing the battle.

Even though he was lost in his own mind, and his powers and instinct have taken over, Ash knew that the people in front of him were the enemies, and were the cause of what's happening.

So, Ash went and attacked them all, not even bothering to release his Pokémon. He himself created an Aura Sphere in his right hand, and threw it at the Team Magma's, Mightyena, who was hit by the attack, and sent flying far away, and down the mountain.

This made the battle between the two opposite teams, stop, as they all looked at what's happening and where the Aura Sphere came from. What they expected to see, is not the same as what they saw.

"What the hell was that?" Shelly from Team Aqua asked, as she was looking at Ash, wide-eyed. She has never had a run-in with Ash before, so she didn't know who he was, and what he was capable of. The same goes for the squad leader of Team Magma. What they did know, is that Ash isn't normal.

"I don't know," Tabitha, said. "But that kid looks like trouble." He ordered all the grunts on his side, to order their Pokémon to attack, Ash, while he did the same with his Pokémon.

Shelly did the same with Team Aqua's Pokémon.

Before anyone could attack anyone, Serena and May came running from behind Ash, and saw him facing off against Team Aqua and Team Magma. They knew that they were in trouble, as they were heavily outnumbered, and Ash is not in his right mind. In fact, at that moment, Serena and May had a feeling that Ash is a bigger threat to them, then the villainous teams.

"Ash, you need to calm down!" Serena yelled at Ash, but it was no use. Ash wasn't responding to anything or anyone. "Come on, Ash! We can't do this alone! We need you!"

The members of Team Aqua and Magma saw what's happening, and knew that Ash is a big problem for them. They didn't know him, but just his appearance and his glowing eyes, not to mention that fact that he threw an Aura Sphere and took out one of the Pokémon on their side, suggests that, he will be very hard to deal with.

Ash though, didn't listen to anything Serena was telling him. His powers and anger have taken over his mind, and as such, he is practically running on instinct. That instinct was telling him that Team Aqua and Magma are enemies, and that they need to be taken out, as soon as possible. Luckily for Serena and May, as lost as Ash currently is, he doesn't seem to be having any interest in them, which means that, unless they interfere, and try to stop him, he wouldn't attack them.

Ash created another Aura Sphere, at the palm of his right hand, and then threw it at the Aqua and Magma grunts.

They were surprised by the fact that a human is throwing Aura Sphere's with such ease, that even Pokémon like Lucario, whose specialty are Aura Sphere's, would have trouble to accomplish. They were able to dodge the spheres, though, by running away from them.

Ash subconsciously, knew that the opponent is dodging, so he started to create the spheres, faster, and threw them harder, which made the dodging, that much harder.

Several grunts were hit by the Aura Sphere's and sent flying off the mountain, or if they were lucky, they were only sent flying, as far as the mountain edge. Those few who weren't lucky, went hurling over the mountain, and down to their death, with two of them actually being sent flying into the magma pool.

Serena and May watched wide-eyed, as Ash was killing people left and right, without even blinking. May didn't know that Ash has already killed someone before, but Serena did, and as such, she knew that Ash had trouble, and still has, forgetting that, and it's bothering him from time-to-time. She doesn't even want to know how Ash will feel and what he will go through, once he regains his mind, and finds out that he has killed several people.

As scared Serena and May were, Team Aqua and Magma grunts, which were still alive, along with their team leaders, Shelly and Tabitha, were even more scared. On top of several of the grunts who were killed, two Golbat, one Crawdaunt, and one more Mightyena, were also killed, by the Aura Sphere's sending them flying into the magma. They were so shocked, that they couldn't even start to comprehend, what is happening and what went wrong.

For the members of Team Magma, everything was going great. They got the meteor rock from Cozmo, and have started their experiment. As for the Team Aqua, they didn't get the meteor, but they could at least foil Team Magma's plans, and stop them from succeeding in their attempt to reawaken the dormant volcano.

But then, a kid showed up, and ruined everything. He has even killed over half of them, and their Pokémon. The remaining members, are now fearing for their lives, and are doing everything they can to survive.

They would try to run away, as that is the most logical thing to do in that situation; screw the mission. Survival is the most important. Unfortunately for them, even though Ash was running on instinct, his instinct was telling him to kill them all, and that means that there is no escape. It was proven when few of the grunts, tried to make a run for their helicopters, only to be intercepted by the Aura Sphere's, which sent them flying into the magma. The worst thing is, Ash hasn't actually moved a single step from where he stopped when he first showed up, and is only throwing Aura Sphere's at them. They shuddered at the thought of what would happen, if he actually bothered to move, and comes closer to them.

Some say that trouble never comes alone, and travels in pack. This was proven right, when the magma started boiling to the point that the whole mountain started to shake. Everyone there knew what this means. The volcano has reawakened because of the laser Team Magma used on it, and now it's going to erupt.

Team Magma was planning this from the start. They were also planning to be far away from there when the volcano erupts, but unfortunately, they didn't think that someone would show up, and ruin their escape plans. Now, on top of Ash, they had to worry about the volcano erupting, with them standing on top of it.

If they don't escape right then and there, they will all die. Everyone there, including Serena and May, and minus Ash, knew that, and they had to do something to stop Ash. The only question is. What?

The silver-haired man, set atop the mountain, and watched at what's happening with Ash and the others. He had his eyes closed, and is watching everything using, whatever powers he has, but he knows that Ash and everyone will die very soon, unless he interferes.

He hated doing this. He is someone who doesn't like to interfere in the businesses of the mortals, even when those mortals are his descendant. The reason he doesn't want to interfere, is because every time he did, it was to eviscerate one of his descendants, which have become corrupted by their powers, and had to be disposed of.

Right now, Ash has lost his mind to anger and to his powers. No mortal was ever supposed to have both Aura and Psychic powers at the same time. It was almost a law of the universe. The two powers are opposite to each other, and if one person has them both, they will try to take over the other, and become the leading force inside of that body. This leads to the human in question, slowly loosing themselves to those powers, and eventually, leads to death and destruction. The gods are the only ones who can withstand having both, Aura and Psychic powers, and they are the only ones not affected by the battle between the powers.

Right now, Ash is losing himself to his anger and powers, and as such, is a threat to himself and those around him. As such, the man himself has to interfere and put a stop at this, before it was too late.

He doesn't care about the Team Aqua and Magma members. They are nuisance, and unnecessary for the world, but Serena and May are innocent people, and they will die because of the actions of the criminal organizations, and because of Ash losing his mind.

The man watched at the volcano erupted, and the fire and lava started to rain down. At that moment, he opened his eyes, and the time around him seemed to have stopped, judging by the birds and insects, who have suddenly become suspended in the air.

The same thing happened at the mountain where Ash, May and Serena currently were.

One moment the volcano was erupting, and the next moment, everything stopped, before a pillar of light, enveloped the whole volcano, the surrounding area and everyone on it.
