Lelouch POV

Lelouch was thinking about yesterday, he had plotted his revenge since he arrived in Japan, It wasn't like He always imagined it, after long years of planning, He would lead the charge leading hundreds of Knightmares, but it was quite the opposite, after staying whit Naoto and his group after having seen Tamaki taking a bullet for him... he changed, and when the opportunity presented itself He risked it all, and He won, Bartley, one of the most experienced generals in the empire was totally defeated, Zero was born, and now in front of him there were his troops; honestly he expected Katase to give him the worst he could find, and... he was not wrong, most of them were new recruits, they will have to work on this, at least the equipment was of this decade; Their operative base was just outside of Tokyo, Lelouch had to insist to get it, but after an hour Katase gave up.

It was time for him to talk to his man for the first time.

Lelouch "My name is Zero, many of you have never seen or heard of me, but those of you who did, know how I destroyed Bartley's force, and I assure you that if you follow me this will only be the beginning".

Many were skeptical, and some of them looked bored, but Lelouch was not trying to convince everyone, He was sure that persuading just a few would eventually convince the rest in the long run.

He then presented Kallen, who was wearing a visor that covered most of her face "Her name is Q1, and she will be my second in command and will supervise your training, I expect all of you to follow her like you follow me".

Initially, he was unsure, Naoto asked him to keep Kallen out of danger, not making her join the rebellion, but he doubted after seeing even him fighting against Britannia, that she would just stand still, knowing that that was only one possible way 'He would win with her at his side'.

Kallen POV

After Lelouch presentation she immediately put herself to work, the JLF provided them with four Knightmares, and now she had to find four pilots, they all tried 3 times on the simulator, for the best eight Kallen planned a training regime in the real Knightmare, in a few days she will chose personally the most skilled.

While looking at their attempt in the simulator she started thinking, when Lelouch announced that he joined the JLF and invited her to be his second in command she thought he had gone crazy, not because she found it a bad idea, she had always seen the jlf member as heroes, but the few time they talked he seemed to despise the way they led operations, but when he explained himself she understood, apparently the moment when Lelouch fired the first bullet he already chose to go to war, this was their chance to take, and Kallen was okay whit it, She worked whit Lelouch and he earned her trust, and... to be honest the life as a student was not her thing, she appreciated the time spent with her friend, but that it, in the last month planning their rebellion was all that kept her sane, returning home was like going to hell, failing or passing an exam didn't provide her any joy or sorrow, but doing what they had done made her feel alive, like she had a purpose, like when she was whit Naoto... he would not approve... but he lost his saying in this.

Naoto POV

Naoto was full of things to do these days, after the battle his group got a lot of notoriety, now many wanted to join them in their cause, what almost became their darkest day now was an opportunity, while details of the battle were for the most part censored, one thing was known to anyone, them and the biggest rebel army in japan fought together and won, in the view of many they become an alternative to the old JLF, something new in which the people can put their hope, and they are taking making the most of it, information, new recruits, and they gained the respect and collaboration from many other groups, it was mostly limited to the Tokio area, but it was a start, the more the merrier, after all it's easy to break a piece of paper, but put many of them together and it will be a challenge.

Nunnally POV

She was worried, in the last weeks Lelouch looked completely exhausted, obviously she tried to ask him what was happening, and obviously he simply said that everything was fine, it was not strange for him to disappear, but she didn't understand what could create him so many problems, why he was keeping it a secret? And while she would not make him notice it, she was a little bit scared.

Clovis POV

Clovis smiled while his hope was rising, maybe with this power He could find a way to keep himself and his family safe, never again he will lose someone like he lost Lelouch and Nunnally.

She was so close to finding Lelouch, and now she was locked, all of this because a random cop managed to stun her, Marianne making fun of her made it all worse, she fucked up.
