The Galaxy King continued shaking for a few moments before finally stopping.
"Ughhhh." Klonoa groaned as his eyes were x's.
"Did anyone get the number of that planet that hit us…?" Emo groaned as he picked himself up and looked out the window, seeing a familiar looking, star-shaped planet. "Oh hey, we made it to Popstar."
Sectonia and Francisca slowly got up to see it at a distance.
The iconic Star-shaped planet was in view, but something was wrong as a large sphere with five mechanical legs was on top of it.
"What in the world is that?!" Sectonia asked in surprise of the mechanical sphere.
"Whatever it is…" Shantae said seeing the legs planted into the planet's five corners. "It's planting itself into Dreamland."
"Wait a second… This tech… Yep. That's from Haltmann, alright." Miu said.
"That's the same company Susie works for right?" Mari asked.
"That's right. This is a company that specializes in inventions and scientific breakthroughs. Ohhh… What I wouldn't do for some of their tech right about now…" Miu said blushing in a trance, starry-eyed.
"Um… Is she always like that?" Klonoa sweatdropped.
"Well, she is the Ultimate Inventor, so of course she's passionate about this kind of stuff." Tenko said.
"Oh… Right, we keep forgetting…" Klonoa said.
"If I remember right… Dreamland was mechanized when this thing arrived." Roy said.
"We'll need to get down there, then. But… Is Sectonia gonna be okay? It wasn't long after she died that this happened, so Kirby and the others are probably gonna be surprised to see her." Tsumugi said.
"I understand your concern, but remember: this is Kirby we're talking about." Scarlet pointed out.
"Yeah, the guy teams up with Dedede and Metaknight just as much as he fights them. Working together with you is probably just another Tuesday to him." Sachiko said. "So, you've got nothing to worry about."
"Well, if you say so. Let's find a place to land, then." Sectonia said.
The Galaxy King soon descended onto Planet Popstar as it landed in a wide open area near one of the legs and opened its hatch doors, allowing the group to step out as they saw the area before them. It was a mechanized grassland with tubes and mechanical grass scattered around, as well as robotic trees.
"What on earth?" Rebecca asked.
"So this is what the Haltmann mechanization process looks like…" Pearl remarked. "It looks unnatural. It reminds me of Homeworld in a way."
"And…we're sure Robonyan can use Haltmann tech to get his upgrades back?" Glimmer asked.
"Quite possibly, if the technology really is as advanced as they require it." Keebo said.
"I've heard about how hostile Haltmann Corp was under Star Dreams influence though. If we want to get Robonyan those upgrades, we're gonna have to fight for them." Adora said.
"Not to mention find those other robot Yo-kai." Mark added.
"Soon as we link up with Kirby, we'll figure everything out from there." Hope said. "I always like venturing around with the little guy. Probably because his style of doing things is a lot like ours."
"Well, that and he has that charm to him. It's kind of impossible to hate him." Sectonia said.
"Well it'll be exciting to meet him then." Shiki said.
The group then began their trek through the Patched Plains, fighting through partially robotic versions of Dreamland's native creatures before stopping as three Waddle Dees ran past the group in panic.
"What was that about?" Weisz asked as the ground was shaking a bit.
"Everyone, brace yourselves!" Sectonia said.
The source of the shaking was a familiar tree entity of Dreamland, except it was mechanized.
"Is this Whispy Woods? Wait… Something's different." David said.
The being has metallic tan "bark" and two long bionic claws replacing its small tree stubs on its sides that connect to the missile-shooting cannon in its mouth. It also had two pink circular eyes, four drills that replaced its roots and acted as his legs, and pipes connecting to a bunch of green steel balls atop its trunk that replaced its leaves.
Mechanized Dreamland Forest Guardian - Clanky Woods
"Whispy Woods has become Clanky Woods." Stoj said.
"Ouch, he's seen better days…" ZS winced. "We should probably do something about that, right?"
Clanky Woods let out a roar as it then began chasing after the group.
"Yeah, let's." Sachiko said.
Just before they could though, a metallic disk flew right past them before cutting down a tree and returning to one of three figures. The light shined on them to show a robotic kappa, a robotic Komasan and a golden Robonyan.

"Fleshy humans detected. Preparing to apprehend for conversion." Robokapp said.
"Wait, wait just a minute." Hope started before another disk was thrown at him.
"Forget it, Hope. They're not in the mood to talk." David said.
"Seems the Haltmann company has been busy reprogramming them." Weiss said.
"Guess we'll have to re-reprogram them." Goku said.
"That's not really a word, but I agree." Mark said.
"I'm gonna try and hack one of them." 9S said as he initiated a Hack on Robokapp.
"Anti-hacking activated!" Robokapp said as 9S was electrocuted.
"Ah yes. All robot Yo-kai have measures to prevent hacking from outside forces. The wonders of the future never cease!" Robonyan said.
"Guess robots in the Yo-kai world evolve faster than we do. A pain in the ass, but based on what we've seen so far, it kinda makes sense." A2 said.
"No choice. We have to knock them out." Magnamon said.
"The hardest way it is then!" Ed declared as he charged the three robot Yo-kai, landing a punch on Robokapp. "Vengeance for 9S!"
"Ed's got robo-kapp, who's got Komasan's future form and Mr. Gold, and who's got Clanky over there?" Eddy asked.
"I can handle both of them with ease." 2B said.
"As for the robotic tree…" Jexi said looking up. "Our saving grace just showed up." he said as coming down from the sky was Kirby.
Kirby looked over to some flames before sucking them up and turning into Fire Kirby as he breathed fire on the robotic tree.
"Yeah, Kirby's got it covered. Go get 'em, 2B!" Moltar encouraged the android.
"Ready to engage." 2B said.
"Oh my bolts! You need to learn some manners, girl robot." Robokoma said as he started charging up a beam.
"Pod!" 2B said as 042 initiated R010: Laser and fired a powerful beam at Robokoma.
Robokoma fired his beam at the same time, the two beams colliding between them. 042's proved to be more powerful, however, as it overpowered the Yo-kai's Soultimate and surged forward.
"Oh my bolts!" Robokoma said as he shut down.
"Plain jane…Rocket Punch!" Goldenyan said, firing off both its fists and socking the pod, sending it flying.
"Time to switch targets." 2B said as she focused on Goldenyan now.
"You are no match for the ever-evolving power of robots!" Goldenyan said.
"It's true, you may be farther into the future than me… But I've always managed to overcome even the most difficult trials that stood before me." 2B said.
"Rocket…." Goldenyan said before 2B dashed past the golden robot as they collapsed.
"It is done." 2B said.
"Good…their reboot should return them to their state before being reprogrammed." Robonyan said.
"Excellent. As for Ed…" 2B said as they saw Ed beating on the robotic kappa with ease.
"The large one easily has it covered." Robonyan said.
"As for Kirby and Woods…" Double D looked over to the battle, seeing Kirby landing a finishing blow as Clanky Woods collapsed into pieces.
"Guess that's how the robot crumbles." Kaminari said.
"Now that we got a moment to breathe, how's it going, Kirby?" Jexi asked.
"Poyo!" Kirby said happily waving.
"Aw, he's so cute." Nemona said.
"Yep. Cutest thing on this planet." Sachiko said.
"Which is in the middle of being terraformed." Hope said.
"Which we have to put a stop to." Mark added.
"Which we should stop talking about and start doing." Emo finished.
"You're realizing this now?" Takeshi asked.
"There are four other locations being afflicted before we can raid the main HQ of the Haltmann Company." Robonyan said as he sent the robotic Yo-kai back to the Galaxy King. "Next is Resolution Road."
"Then let's get going. We can make introductions, and explain the whole thing with Sectonia, on the way." SE suggested.
"Yes, that would be most appreciated." Sectonia said.
And with that, their adventure on the mechanized Dreamland began once more.
