Chapter 6,
Izuka walked happily through the park, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It took her a little while to find a bench with a stream not far from it. She let out a content sigh as she listened to the water rushing. It didn't take long for Hizashi to join her.
"You picked a nice place." He commented as he sat down next to her. Izuka looked up at him and frowned.
"Where's Tomura?" She asked, not seeing the blue-haired boy.
Hizashi sighed, "He got a bit violent with one of his game controllers and is now being punished by helping Kuroguri clean the bar."
"Ahh. Tomura will be at that for hours." Izuka chuckled. She knew how protective the misty man could be over his bar, and he would probably hover over Tomura the whole time to ensure that he didn't destroy anything.
The two fell into a comfortable silence, enjoying the other's company. Izuka was the one to break it, "Do you want to get coffee?"
Hizashi raised an eyebrow. "It's not healthy for people your age to drink such things. You barely even need sleep anymore, do you?"
She blushed, it was true that with her quirk Multitask she could keep her water body active almost indefinitely, but there was something about the bitter beverage she loved.maybe it was a side effect of the quirk.
The two made their way through the park and towards the coffee stand, having an idle conversation and enjoying each other's company. As they joined the line at the coffee stand, Hizashi asked, "Izuka, you've been learning about the process of creating a Nomu and have learned how to do it yourself mostly, but I want to know what quirks you would give one?"
Izuka frowned in contemplation, "I think I would want one to have a copy of water body as it is very versatile, but as for other quirks to go with it… a shapeshifting and a levitation quirk. It could serve as an unbreakable shield and an unblockable sword."
They slowly inched forward in the line as Hizashi contemplated Izuka's idea, "It sounds interesting, but I have a concern." He looked directly into her eyes, "The Nomu would be incredibly strong, but it would have its weaknesses. For example, the hero Manual, who has the power to control water, could completely incapacitate it with ease even though he is a weak support hero. You currently share the same weakness."
She frowned as she scanned the types of coffee listed on the menu, "What do you mean?"
Her fellow quirk stealer chuckled, "Not including water body, most of your quirks are based in your hands. What if someone has a quirk to disable limbs?" Izuka stayed silent and didn't like the answer, "You would be powerless; you wouldn't be able to take their quirks or fight back with any of your other quirks. You should try to branch out and start making new combinations. Most seemingly useless quirks can become incredibly strong when paired with another, and then there's your Multitask quirk. You have started using it almost all the time, you are even using it right now to read the menu and talk to me, but you're only scratching the surface. You should get more mental quirks, telekinetic or elemental quirks. Your attack power would increase greatly, and those quirks can come in handy."
She mulled over Hizashi's words as she made her order to the nice barista. It was true that she had wanted to be like him and she had realized on some level that she had several weaknesses. But an opportunity never arose to get the quirks and cover her weaknesses. But with Hizashi's resources as All For One, she could make opportunities, and she was sure that he would be more than happy to help her out.
Just as she came to that conclusion, she noticed something. It was quiet. To quiet. There were no birds singing, and a glance around revealed no one in their immediate surroundings. Hizashi stopped walking; she frowned and looked up at the man.
The expression on his face made her pause. It was one she had never seen before, one of absolute hatred. And the person he was looking at made her freeze in fear. Her coffee slipped out of her grasp and fell to the floor as she met the eyes of someone she wished she would never have to face.
Standing before them stood the number one hero of Japan All-Might.

As soon as Nighteye came back with the information they made their move. The meeting would happen at noon and there were preparations to be made. Tsukauchi made some calls and brought in the pro hero Averter. His quirk could make undesired people avoid entering a particular area.
This meant that they could start evacuating the park without giving the villains any warning. Then they had several mid-ranked heroes set up a perimeter around the park's entrances to know if any of the two could escape.
And then there was his part of the plan. His job was to deliver justice. Because as the symbol of peace it was his duty, and he would take great pleasure in doing it.

Izuka was not ready for this. She was panicking, and every part of her multitasking quirk was scrambling to figure out what to do next. Standing in front of her was a man with one of the most powerful quirks in the world, and he was looking furious. She usually would not hesitate to take it using floaty hands, but this quirk could not be taken, not by Hizashi, at least. Izuka had no idea what would happen if she tried, but it would probably have the same result.
She looked to Hizashi, hoping he would tell her what to do. He was the strongest person she knew, and he had dealt with the last seven users of the quirk, so he was clearly going to be able to get them out of this.
"There will be no more running All For One! For you or your little friend." All-Mights snarled the words out like a feral dog barely restraining itself from attacking.
The hero's words caused Izuka to take an involuntary step back though Hizashi didn't seem fazed, "Familiar words All-Might. I believe your master said something similar before I killed her." Izuka's face paled. What the hell was Hizashi thinking-provoking All-Might?
As if hearing her thoughts, the symbol of peace let out a scream of rage as the ground crumbled under his feet as he flung himself at them. Izuka barely had time to use Devil's deal to increase her defence as the man slammed a fist into her solar plexus. Due to her water body constantly being active, she popped like a balloon instead of becoming a smear of blood, her water body being scattered across the area but undamaged.
Izuka was stunned. She couldn't even see him move. He was on her in an instant, and Devils deal did nothing to protect her. Like a magnet, the water making up her body joined back together, and Izuka deactivated the quirk, shuddering as she did so. She did not enjoy her body being popped like a balloon.
Izuka took stock of herself and immediately noticed that she was naked. She frowned and scanned the area. She immediately saw where Hizashi and All-Might were fighting as the park was destroyed around them, sending rocks, dust and trees flying in all directions. Not far from there, she spotted her clothes. Her T-shirt was nowhere to be seen, but her trousers still seemed to be intact.
She quickly made her way over and searched to pockets breathing a sigh of relife as she pulled out her phone that seemed undamaged. She immediately phoned the one man who she knew could help. The phone was answered on the first ring and, Izuka did not waist time in greeting the man, "Kuroguri! Please come quick, it's All-might! He's fighting Hizashi."
Kuroguri only answered her with a single word, "Understood," before he hung up the call. And she assumed warping to the park. Izuka felt the ground quake, and as she turned, her heart dropped. Hizashi was on the ground, his many healing quirks bearly managing to heal the damage All-Might was dealing. But Izuka knew they needed energy to function, and Hizashi was in no position to counterattack or use a quirk to replenish his energy.
Izuka's body moved on its own. She found herself running back towards the fight as fast as her legs would take her. Once her mind caught up to what her body was doing she activated her quirks, water body, floaty hands devil's deal.
Izuka detached a hand as her body shifted into water, defence was discarded in favour of speed in order to reach her target as soon as possible. It took seconds for her to close the gap between herself and All-Might, in that time Hizashi's guard had been broken, and All-Might was pulling back a fist to finish the fight, "UNITED STATES OF SM-mph", Izuka cut the man off as she wrapped her body around his head covering his mouth and nose cuting off his air supply and stunning him for a moment, but it was long enough.
Her detached hand grabbed his ankle and she activated her original quirk. And then everything faded to black.

Izuka opened her eyes and found herself standing in a void of black, "Where am I?" she tried to activate devils deal to improve her vision but she couldn't feel it, "What the fuck?" Fear filled Izuka as she tried to call on her quirks to no avail, the only one she could feel was her original quirk but it felt odd like it was tangled with something.
"That won't work here." Izuka's eyes snapped to the new arrival and scowled. Standing before her were seven figures. Most of the group were glaring at her.
As she eyed the group before her, her eyes were drawn to one in particular. This one was not glaring at her, but his face was filled with sorrow. Izuka's eyes widened. "You're his brother…" she stared at him intently. He had the same white hair as Hizashi, but they didn't look very similar. Other than that, his body was thin to a concerning degree.
The man nodded solemnly, "He needs to be stopped."
Izuka felt rage build up inside her, "I Won't let you. I won't let you take him from me!" Izuka felt her quirk twitch starting to squeeze whatever it was tangled with. The ground cracked under her feet and lines of red mist filled the sky, flowing past Izuka and into the void behind her.
All the past users of One For All grimaced, "It's time for you to leave." Hizashi's brother raised his hand, before Izuka could say anything else she felt a lurch and her quirk losing its grip on whatever it was holding and the group of Heros started getting further away before fading to black.
Izuka opened her eyes and immediately grimaced as she met the eyes of the Symbol of peace scowling down at her.

Hizashi was surprised. He had not expected All-Might to be so powerful and he was barely keeping up. At first the fight was pretty even, as soon as Izuka had started to flee he let loose an explosion fueled by over a dozen quirks which was quickly neutralised by a punch from his nemesis they continued exchanging blows And then All-Might did something he never expected. All-Might fought dirty. All the defensive quirks in the world could not of hoped to stop the attack as instead of doing another punch the symbol of peace and justice slammed his knee into Hizashi's crotch. His healing quirks immediately healed the damage but the pain made him fall on his back where All-Might started throwing punch after punch at him.
And as All-might broke his guard and was pulling back his fist for the final blow she appeared. At first Hizashi watched on with horor as Izuka in water form covered All-Might's mouth and nose. But his eyes widened as he saw the floating hand grab onto the man's knee causing the two of them to freeze. Izuka reverted to her standard form and collapsed to the ground seemingly out of it. He knew what would happen next and knew he didn't have long until the connection was broken. So he activated the quirks he would need: Spearlike bones, Rott and piercing force.
This combo would kill All-Might if he hit a vital area, but he still needed One For All, so he would need to aim precisely. His stomach should be a good target. As soon as the quirks were ready, the connection broke, and All-Might glared down at Izuka before turning to him. But it was too late.
The attack stabbed into the left side of All-Might's torso just under his ribs. It hit in between his stomach and left lung. Not fatal but the lung would be damaged. All-Might coughed up some blood but did not fall, the man stumbled, his eyes seeming to blaze with power as he turned to him, raising a fist into the air. Hizashi's eyes widened as it came down faster than he could react and everything went blank.
