Chapter 1602 The Tribe
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
In the middle of the night Victor, Yang, Aka, Velvet, Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Zack were walking forward down a path.
"Are you sure about this?" Weiss said.
"Yes, I need some closure." Yang said.
Ruby was worried. "Yang."
"Don't worry Ruby, we're all here for her." Victor gives her a smile.
"With all of us here it will be easy." Zack said.
"I'm surprised Draco didn't come." Blake said.
"Hey, i'm the expert on this." Victor said. "Plus i'm still the second in command."
"Still would have prefered if Draco came." Weiss pouted.
"Don't worry, he'll take you out in a date later." Aka said.
They kept going before they saw Tomio walking around.
"Huh? Tomio." Aka said.
"What are you doing here?" Victor said.
"I was traveling around the land before arriving here." He said.
"Wow, he looks cool." Ruby said.
Victor goes to Tomio's side. "Don't you dare try anything to Ruby."
Tomio stares at him. "I didn't even think of it."
"Say how about he joins us. With one more guy it won't be that bad."
Qrow watches them from a distance. "Well at least the girls have those guys helping them out."
He knows his sister can be dangerous but with Victor and the guys, it will be easier for them.
The group then saw a tribe in the distance.
"There it is." Victor said.
"Let's go." Ruby said.
"Not so fast. We need to think of something first." Aka said.
"He's right." Blake said.
"What do you think Victor?" Velvet asked.
He thinks and looks around before he saw a spot on the back.
"From the back." He said.
The group followed and they went to the one blind spot.
"She leaves this spot this empty." Weiss said.
"One thing you gotta know, is always use they're ego against them." Victor said.
They went back and saw two guards looking around before Zack sneaks up behind them knocking them both out.
Victor sees more coming and they fought them off.
Blake and Zack worked together.
"I love fighting by your side Blake."
She smiles at his words.
Weiss sends many back and a girl comes out. She has short black hair with black fingerless gloves and a vest.
"Who are you?" Weiss got ready.
The woman smiles and takes out a bladed weapon attacking Weiss.
The two traded blows with each other and she knees Weiss surprising her at the low blow.
She then kicks her down and goes to strike but someone grabs her arm.
"Huh?" She looks to see Draco.
"Draco?!" Weiss said.
He frowns and knocks the attacker back. "Nobody touches her."
Victor noticed and frowns. "Just when I thought I can look cooler in front of Ruby."
Tomio goes to face the woman. "Allow me."
"Very well." Draco said.
The woman looks at Tomio. "Well you seem different."
"Tell me your name if you wish to fight." Tomio said.
"Oh, your one of those guys. Well i'm Vernal remember that." She said.
"I am Tomio Harlock..." He said. "Now answer me this did you come to fight because someone told you or it's what you want?"
"What the heck do you even mean? I'm the one that's the most loyal so for her i'll do it." She said.
"Then you are weak." Tomio said.
"Huh?" She said before he shot her with his gun as she falls down.
She grunted and holds her chest with her aura saving her life.
"Those that follow the command of others blindly will fall weak." He said.
"Your calling us weak?!" She said.
"It's something my own father passed down to me. Fight for no one's sake... only for something deep in your heart. I don't serve another and I don't have others follow my own ideals." He said.
Vernal got surprised hearing that.
Here was a man standing before her that didn't follow the orders of others but for what he believes in.
Yang punches many back and they saw a woman come out with black hair.
"You..." Yang said.
This was Raven and she smiles. "Yang. So good to see you."
"So your her." Victor goes forward.
"Well the son of Sparda. I see that you brought a team here." She said.
"Did you think I would let Yang go on a suicide mission, she's still family to me unlike you that left her." Victor said.
She frowns. "If Tai came with me we could have been together. But my tribe is my family."
"Family?" Yang frowns.
"Well now you can stay Yang." She goes forward.
But then Victor went in front of her pointing his sword at Raven while Aka goes to Yang's side.
"You think we're letting you and corrupt her. You think this tribe is a real family. They're nothing more than little puppets." Victor said.
Raven frowns. "Puppets, well maybe I should teach you a lesson. Maybe i'll have you join after losing since you are strong and can do much better than that Team Light."
Victor grunts. "Yang, Aka, step back."
The two nodded and walked away from him.
"Hope your ready because when the sword is pointed at you, you better not regret it." He said.
She smiles and takes out her own sword Omen, she slashes at him. He blocks it with rebellion before he kicks her back. He takes out arbiter and swings it making her dodge it.
She swings with fire dust making a fire slash with Victor using cerberus to stop it.
He then takes out Ebony and Ivory shooting at her as she moves around.
"You are good, and I can see it. The strong will survive in this world and the weak will die." Raven said.
He frowns. "Yeah right."
He summons his bow and shoots many arrows before going to the quincy hybrid form. He shoots many arrows making Raven block many as some hit her.
She winces and her eyes glow.
"She's a maiden." Victor said
She sends a gust of wind that was powerful to attack him and Victor crosses his arms to take it.
"He must be idiotic to even face Raven." A man said.
"Yeah he doesn't stand a chance."
Victor frowns as he breaks through it.
"What?" She got surprised before he transforms into his devil trigger form punching her away.
Yang followed with Aka, Victor hits her outside while beating Raven up many times. She tries to attack but he blocks her sword with his arm.
Victor punches her many times. "I've been fighting and improving against many powerful enemies while you stayed here and got soft."
He then headbutts her down and Raven looks at Victor as he goes towards her.
She then backs away from him and he changes back in shock.
"Your a coward... A filthy coward. You don't actually believe that stuff, you just use those guys as meat shields. Now I see what's going on, your just a big bully that picks on the weak. Your only more confident because Salem is gone but when the big kid comes you get scared."
Victor was disgusted and he walks away. Raven then saw Yang saw it all.
"Yang..." She got up.
Yang shook her head. "No way."
"Why are you looking at me like that. I even saved your life once." Raven said.
"And you think that's enough." Yang narrows her eyes.
"I'm your mother."
"My mother was Summer." Yang declared.
Raven gasped hearing that. She got rejected by her own child.
Yang leaves her there and Victor said: "Now I won't say anything but I don't care what your tribe does but if you go after another innocent I will chase you." His eyes glow making Raven flinch.
Victor leaves as Raven stood there defeated, by the son of Daisy, the sister of Summer.
She was disgusted by Victor as even Erik views of might made more sense since he fought to the end and not hide behind others.
Note: Raven appeared and she got dominated, while she was picking on the weak Victor was getting stronger through many intense battles.
