Chapter 14: Helping the Harem Queen and Recruiting the Witch
As the three sat on Izumi bed a knock could be heard "Izumi, are you alright? What with all the noise it's seven in the morning sweetie." Miki said as the door knob twisted. Before Izumi can stop her mother the door opens.
"Izumi what is-" Miki said before she stopped and saw Izumi straddling Lobo with Rias behind her daughter as all four blush at their predicament. Izumi turned to her mother "M-mom its-" she said before her mother interrupted her "IMSORRYFORINTTERRUPUTING,MAKESURETOWEARACONDOM.IMTOOYOUNGTOBEAGRANDMA." Miki said before slamming the door and retreated. The three heard Miki shout to her husband about what happened.
"Honey you won't believe it, our daughter is having a threesome with a foreign woman and Yasutora Iori." Miki said as they heard Gorou shout "What". Izumi covered her face in embarrassment as Lobo and Rias chuckled at the newly reincarnated pawn.
For a moment, silence reigned, the air thick with unspoken words and the weight of their shared mortification. Izumi's cheeks were aflame, a deep crimson that matched her feelings of embarrassment and dread. Her eyes darted nervously between Lobo and Rias, her heart pounding in her chest.
Rias giggles, "Well, that was quite the entrance. Izumi, your mother has impeccable timing." Rias said.
Izumi bit her lip, trying to stifle her nervous laughter. "She… she's going to think all sorts of things," she murmured, her eyes wide with a mixture of worry and amusement.
Lobo chuckles, "Let's not dwell on it too much," he suggested "Also we probably should get dressed before your mom comes back, Izumi." Lobo said.
Izumi nodded before realizing that she is still naked and still straddling Lobo, she quickly got off of him and started to gather her clothes. Lobo and Rias followed suit, moving with practiced ease despite the awkwardness of the situation.
As Izumi put on her underwear and school clothes, she couldn't help but glance at Rias and Lobo, who were similarly occupied. Rias, her back to Izumi, struggled momentarily with her bra, her fingers fumbling with the delicate clasp.
Lobo noticed this and took the bra straps from her hands "Here, let me help you with that." Lobo offered his fingers deftly, hooking the clasp in place. The intimate gesture was performed with a practiced ease, and Rias sighed in relief as the garment settled comfortably on her shoulders.
Rias glanced over her shoulder, a grateful smile playing on her lips. "Thanks babe." She said as she began putting on her clothes. Then she turned to face Izumi, who was now fully dressed, though still visibly flustered.
"You okay, Izumi?" Rias asked, her tone gentle and concerned.
Izumi nodded, though her cheeks remained a vibrant shade of pink. "Yeah, I think so. Just… trying to process everything."
Rias smiled warmly. "Don't worry too much. Your parents will understand, or at least they will once we explain things to them." Rias said.
Izumi laughed softly, the sound tinged with nervousness. "I hope so. She and dad can be a bit much." Izumi said
Lobo stepped closer as he hugged the newly reincarnated pawn. "We'll handle it together, Izumi. Don't worry." he reassured her.
Izumi's expression softened, gratitude shining in her eyes. "Thank you, both of you." Izumi said as Rias stepped forward, placing a reassuring hand on Izumi's shoulder.
Lobo idly surveyed Izumi room, something caught his eye, a series of drawings on the desk. Curiosity piqued, Lobo walked over as he squinted at the sketches, realizing with a jolt that the figure in them was unmistakably him.
The drawings depicted him in various dynamic poses, capturing his demeanor and expressions. Each drawing seemed more detailed than the last, almost as if the artist had spent countless hours perfecting his likeness.
Just as Lobo was about to pull away, another set of drawings tucked underneath the pile caught his attention. He peeled them back, revealing images that made his eyebrows rise. These were not just action shots—they were far more intimate, showing him in suggestive poses, his muscled frame accentuated by scant clothing. The further he delved, the more explicit the drawings became, each one more erotic than the last.
From her position, Izumi let out a panicked cry. "No! Don't look at those!" She rushed over, her face a bright shade of crimson Izumi, in her desperate attempt to retrieve her art, lost her balance.
She stumbled forward, colliding with a stack of boxes that toppled over, spilling their contents across the floor. DVDs and toys scattered everywhere, and Lobo his expression shifting from amusement to surprise as he recognized the covers she had.
They were DVDs of the videos he and Verosika had made, featuring not just him but other girls as well. His eyes widened slightly at the sight of them, but before he could say anything, something else caught his attention. Amid the chaos, a body pillow slid out from beneath the boxes, landing at his feet. It was a perfect replica of him, half-dressed and provocatively posed.
A sweat drop formed on Lobo's forehead as he took in the scene. Rias took in the sight of the flustered Izumi, the DVDs, Toy's and the body pillow. She couldn't help but giggle. "It seems Izumi is a huge fan of yours." Rias said as she giggles.
Izumi buried her face in her hands, her embarrassment palpable. "I... I can explain," she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper.
Lobo, shaking his head with a wry smile, walked over to Izumi and gently lifted her to her feet. "Hey, it's okay," he said softly, his tone unexpectedly gentle. "I'm not going to judge you."
Izumi peeked through her fingers, her eyes wide and glistening with unshed tears. "You... you really mean that?"
Lobo nodded, his expression sincere. "Yeah. Everyone's got their thing, right? If this is yours, then that's cool with me." Lobo said.
Rias stepped forward, placing a reassuring hand on Izumi's shoulder. "Lobo's right. There's nothing wrong with having a passion, even if it's a bit... unconventional."
Izumi looked between them, her mortification slowly giving way to relief. "Thank you," she murmured, her voice trembling slightly. "I was so afraid you'd think I was a freak."
"Nah," Lobo said with a chuckle, "it takes a lot more than some drawings and a pillow to freak me out. Compared to some people I know and their questionable interests, you are more tame." Lobo said
He began to help her gather the scattered DVDs, carefully placing them back in their boxes. Rias joined as Izumi watched them, a grateful smile slowly spreading across her face.
As they finished tidying up, Izumi opened the door and led her friends to the living room. They walked through the hallway, the sound of muted television coming from the living room where Izumi's parents were waiting.
Miki, Izumi's mother, looked up as they entered. She was a kind woman in her early forties, with gentle eyes and a warm smile. She has the appearance of a middle-aged woman with dark brown hair that is tied into a ponytail and hazel eyes.
Gorou has the appearance of a middle-aged man with brown hair and brown eyes which his daughter inherited.
Miki motioned for them to sit. "Please, have a seat. Would you like some tea?" They nodded as they settled onto the couch, Miki disappeared into the kitchen. The tension in the room was palpable, but Lobo and Rias kept their composure.
When Miki returned with a tray of tea and biscuits, Miki served each of them a cup, her movements graceful and calm. "Here you go. It's chamomile, good for calming the nerves." She said,
Lobo accepted his cup with a grateful nod. "Thank you, Mrs. Hyoudou." Rias mirrored his gesture "Thank you. Mrs. Hyoudou" Miki waved them off.
Gorou cleared his throat "Now tell me how did my little Zumi end up in the bed with the both of you?" he said as Izumi let out a squeak at her dad's nickname for her.
"Mr. Hyoudou I assure you, nothing inappropriate happened between your daughter and us." Lobo said
Rias, sitting next to him, nodded in agreement and for a brief moment, her eyes glowed a vibrant red before returning to their usual, striking green blue color "Izumi was helping us with the Occult Research and unfortunately, she passed out from exhaustion." She paused, allowing her words to sink in.
"We brought Izumi home and since it was quite late, Lobo and I decided to stay the night to ensure her well-being. We were simply too tired to change into proper sleepwear. And well," she chuckled lightly, "it's not uncommon for young people to... be a bit more casual these days." Rias said.
Lobo nodded in agreement, adding, "It might seem strange, but it's just how things are now. There's no harm in it."
Gorou exchanged a glance with Miki, uncertainty written across his face. However he seemed to relax slightly, nodding in understanding. "I see. If you say so..."
Izumi's jaw nearly dropped. She couldn't believe her parents were buying this story so readily. She had expected anger, or at least a stern lecture, but they seemed to be accepting the explanation at face value.
Gorou turned to his daughter "Alright. But, Zumi, you should have called us. We were worried sick." As Izumi nodded quickly. "I'm sorry, Dad. I didn't mean to worry you."
Miki smiled, her concern melting away. "Just be more careful next time, alright? And make sure you get enough rest. Studying is important, but so is your health." She said.
Rias and Lobo both nodded, their expressions earnest. "Of course," Rias said. "We'll make sure to take better care in the future."
Gorou bows "Thank you for looking after my little Zumi. Please look out for her well-being." Gorou said.
Lobo nodded earnestly. "Absolutely, sir. We will look out for Izumi." Rias smiles, "Yes, we promise." Miki's smile widened as she reached for the teapot to pour more tea. "That's all we ask. Now, let's enjoy this tea. You still have one hour till school starts." Miki said.
The trio wave goodbye to Gorou and Miki as they head to school. As they walked to Kuoh Academy the sun was rising, casting a warm orange glow over the city, as Lobo held his phone to his ear, his voice calm and steady as he wrapped up a call "Yeah, we'll be there soon," Lobo said, nodding slightly. "Thanks for the heads up. See you in a bit."
He ended the call and slipped his phone into his pocket, his gaze shifting to Rias, who looked at him with a curious smile. "Who was that?" she asked.
Lobo returned her smile "Kaguya called and said that she and Kuroka are waiting for us at the school." he replied
Izumi, who had been quietly listening, Izumi turned to Lobo and her curiosity piqued "Wait Kaguya your PA is coming and Kuroka Toujou, one of the best hentai Va, is coming to Kuoh." Izumi said as she was excited to meet one of her voice actors.
Lobo chuckles as he watches Izumi become excited to meet Kuroka. Hopefully nothing chaotic can come from the two meetings as he knows how Kuroka can get. Gods forbid if Izumi met Verosika as he shudders at the thought of these two ever meeting.
Rias chuckled, nudging Lobo playfully with her elbow. "So they are the only ones who accepted your offer when Sona asked," she asked.
Lobo laughed, "Yeah, But i think Orihime and Erza will join later." Lobo said.
Rias pouted as she whispered "Can't believe you have some of my favorite anime characters in your set. You think you can jump into their worlds and take me with you." Rias asked.
Lobo rubbed his chin "Don't know I'll probably have to talk to Ophis and Red and see. Don't worry i'll bring you along." Lobo said.
As the three kept walking towards Kuoh Academy they spotted Kaguya and Kuroka waiting for them. As they got closer Izumi got a closer look at them.
Kaguya was a pale-skinned woman with soft facial features. Her white was styled in a hime cut. Kaguya possessed white clear eyes and her eyebrows were cut very short and rounded. She wore a red shade of lipstick on her lips. For clothing she has on a blue and white striped button-down shirt with white cuffs and a white collar. She pairs this with high-waisted, black pinstripe trousers and black high-heeled shoes. She is also holding a black clutch purse and she completes her look with dark sunglasses.
Kuroka is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, long black hair with split bangs, and hazel-gold eyes with cat-like pupils. Kuroka is wearing a white sleeveless crop top and white skinny jeans with lace detailing at the ankles. She completes her outfit with a pair of gray slip-on sneakers. She is accessories with a white watch and a bracelet on her right wrist.
Kaguya and Kuroka bow to them "Morning Lobo-Sama. Rias-Sama" Both said as Izumi gained a question face as to why they said Lobo instead of Yasutora. Lobo noticed this "Don't worry Izumi-chan all will be explained. Right. Rias." Lobo said
Rias nodded "That right Izumi-chan we'll explain everything but first let go to school first ok." Rias said as Izumi nodded as the five of them started walking to the school building.
As the group walked, whispers and murmurs followed in their wake. Students clustered together, casting curious glances and speculating about how Izumi was suddenly friends with Rias and Yasutora.
The speculation grew louder as the group approached the main doors of the school. Izumi, aware of the attention but trying to maintain her composure.
As they reached the entrance, Rias turned to face the group, her eyes settling on Izumi with a warm, reassuring smile. "Alright, Izumi, I'll send someone to bring you to the Occult Research Club later. We'll see you then." She said.
Izumi nodded "Ok." Nodded as she spotted Aika and walked towards her.
Rias inclined her head slightly, then turned to Lobo, Kaguya, and Kuroka. "Follow me," she instructed. The trio nodded in unison and followed Rias through the door.
Aika waved at Izumi "Hey, Izumi! How the hell were you able to walk with Rias-Senpai and Iori?" Aika asked
Izumi smiled "Oh, it's a long story. I'll tell you later when we get to class." She said before she could head to class, the perverted duo, Matsuda and Motohama, appeared beside her, their faces lit up with curiosity and excitement.
"Izumi!" Matsuda exclaimed. "How did you manage to hang out with Rias Gremory and the other girls? Spill the details!" He said as he stared at the girl's rears.
Motohama adjusted his glasses, his eyes gleaming with interest. "Yeah, you've got to tell us everything!"
Izumi chuckled at their enthusiasm. "Well, like I told Aika, I'll explain everything in class." She said as she, Aika and the perverted duo head to class.
-With the others-
As the group entered the school building, the noise of the bustling students dulled, replaced by the soft echo of their footsteps on the polished floors. They walked in a comfortable silence, their destination clear as they headed towards the stairway leading to the student council room.
Reaching the top of the stairs, they were greeted by Sona. She offered them a warm smile, her usual reserved demeanor softening in the presence of friends. "Lobo, I'm happy to see you. I take these two are the only ones to join the academy." Sona said, her voice warm and genuine. She extended her hand, which Lobo took with as he gave it a kiss.
"Well for now, I know Orihime and Erza will join later on as both are still on their long term contract they took on." Lobo replied.
Sona nods in understanding then turns her attention to Kaguya and Kuroka, who both bowed respectfully. "Welcome, Kaguya, Kuroka," she said. "It's a pleasure to have you here as well."
Kaguya inclined her head gracefully. "Thank you, Sona-Sama. It's an honor."
Kuroka bowed "Yeah, it's great to be here. Thanks for having us. Sona"
Sona nodded, pleased with their courtesy. Finally, she turned to her friend "Rias, I see that you've reincarnated Izumi Hyoudou into your pawn." She asked as she saw Izumi walking to class with Aika and the perverted duo's.
Rias nodded, her expression serious. "Yes, I have. Unfortunately Izumi was attacked last night. Luckily, Lobo and I were able to intervene before anything worse could happen." Rias said.
Sona's brows furrowed slightly. "Attacked? By whom?" She asked.
Rias sighed "She was almost assaulted by a fallen, luckily we were able to stop him from defiling my pawn any further. For now, Izumi is safe and that fallen will think twice before attacking again."
Sona nodded as she didn't like when other people were working unannounced within her and Rias shared territories without her knowledge.
The school bell rang as Rias glanced at the group "Since Sona sent me your schedule I'll have Kiba to get you guys along with Izumi. See you later." Rias said as she left the group to Sona.
Sona led them into the student council room as Lobo noticed that Tsubasa and Tome in the room as they bow in respect. Sona gestured for them to sit around a large, polished table. As they settled into their seats, Sona sat at her desk as she tooks some paper from the drawer "Here are your schedules," Sona said, sliding three pieces of paper across the desk toward them.
Then she gestured to the Kuoh Academy Uniforms that were hanging up "I've tailored these to fit that will best help you blend in. Remember, while I can bend some rules to accommodate you, it's crucial that you avoid drawing any undue attention to yourselves."
Lobo nodded with a snap of his fingers, the casual clothes the trio had been wearing transformed into the Kuoh Academy uniforms. The transformation was seamless, but it was the way the uniforms highlighted Kaguya's and Kuroka's curves that drew Lobo's approving nod.
"Nice touch," he remarked, his eyes flicking over Kaguya and Kuroka as Kuroka decided to show off to Lobo. 'Agree with you there partner' Ddraig said.
Sona cleared her throat, ready to continue, but was interrupted by Kuroka. "Nya I have a request," she said. "I'd like to be in the same classes as my sister, Koneko. If that is ok" Kuroka said.
Sona looked at Lobo for a moment. He merely shrugged. "It's fine by me," he said. With a sigh, Sona turned to her computer. Her fingers flew across the keyboard as she adjusted Kuroka's schedule. After a few moments, the printer whirred to life, and she handed Kuroka her revised schedule.
"Here you go. You're now in the same classes as Koneko," Sona said, her voice carrying a hint of resignation. "Just remember to keep a low profile." Then she looked at Lobo. "If anything happens you are responsible for her actions." Sona said as Lobo nodded.
Kuroka took the schedule with a satisfied smile. "Thank you, Sona, Nya."
Sona then looked to her two pieces, Tsubasa and Tomoe, who stood respectfully by the door. "Tsubasa, Tomoe, please escort them to their classes."
Both girls bowed deeply. "Yes, President," they said in unison.
As Lobo, Kaguya, and Kuroka rose to leave, they bowed to Sona in a show of respect. The two student council members led them out of the office, and Sona watched them go, a thoughtful look in her eyes. The door clicked shut, leaving her alone in the quiet office once more.
Sona leaned back in her chair, contemplating the situation. Having Lobo at Kuoh Academy was a potential risk, but it was one she had decided was worth taking. She trusted her judgment and the capabilities of her student council to handle any complications that might arise.
She glanced at her schedule, seeing her own classes and meetings for the day. With a sigh, she straightened the papers on her desk, ready to tackle the responsibilities ahead. The day was just beginning, and there was much to be done to maintain the delicate balance of power and peace within the academy.
-With Izumi-
As Izumi, Aika and the perverted duo arrived in class suddenly as Izumi and Aika sat down, the classroom was abuzz with chatter as a group of students surrounded Izumi's desk. They were curious and eager, their eyes wide with fascination.
"Izumi, is it true? You really were walking with Rias and Yasutora?" one of her classmates asked, their voice filled with disbelief.
Izumi leaned back in her chair, a smug smile playing on her lips. "Yes, I do," she replied casually. "And now I know them on a personal level."
The students murmured among themselves, clearly impressed and somewhat envious. Another classmate leaned in closer. "So, what's it like? Are they as amazing as everyone says?"
Aika smirked with amusement as she nudged Izumi playfully. "Sounds like there's more to the story than you're letting on. Come on, spill it!"
Izumi sighed, a smile tugging at her lips. "Alright, alright. It started-" Before Izumi could continue, the teacher entered the room and clapped her hands as all the students sat in their seats. The teacher went to desk as the plague was labeled Ms. Suzuki.
Ms. Suzuki is in her mid-thirties. She has an average-height stature. She has olive skin and brown eyes, and her chin-length brown hair is in a simple bob. She has perky breasts and a modest butt. She is wearing a casual white button-up shirt, a mid-length black skirt, and black pumps.
"Alright, everyone, settle down and get ready for class." The teacher said.
Izumi noticed some of them sneaking glances her way, clearly still curious about her connection with Rias and Yasutora. She reveled in the attention, feeling a sense of pride and newfound confidence.
Just as Ms. Suzuki was about to start the lesson, there was a knock on the door. The room fell silent as everyone turned to see who it was. Tsubasa stepped in "Excuse me, Sensei," Tsubasa said politely, bowing slightly. "We have two new students joining us today."
Suzuki nodded, acknowledging her. "Of course, Tsubasa. Please, show them in." She said.
Tsubasa turned to the hallway and motioned for the new students to enter. As they walked in, the classroom erupted in chaos. Gasps and whispers filled the room as Yasutora and Kaguya made their way inside. Their presence of two prominent figures immediately caused a stir among the students.
Tsubasa bowed before she left, closing the door behind her. The teacher raised a hand to calm the class.
"Settle down, everyone. Please, let's welcome our new students." She said as she walked up to Lobo as she wrote something on a notepad and tore a paper out. Then she placed the paper in his shirt pocket as Kaguya's eyes twitched.
She then whispered to Lobo "Call me sometime for private tutoring." She said as some of the girls heard this yelled at her as she told them to butt out. Then she composed herself. Some of the boys grumble how the hell did this bastard rizz up the teacher in seconds of showing up.
"Would you two kindly introduce yourself to the class?" Ms. Suzuki said as Lobo and Kaguya stood at the front of the room, facing their new classmates.
Yasutora spoke first "My name is Iori Yasutora. It's a pleasure to meet you all. Hope we can get along." He said
Kaguya followed "And I am Kaguya. I look forward to studying with you." Kaguya said.
The teacher nodded approvingly. "Thank you. Yasutora, Kaguya, please take the empty seats next to Izumi and Aika." The teacher said.
As they made their way to the back of the classroom, the students couldn't contain their excitement. Whispers and murmurs followed them, eyes tracking their every move. Yasutora took the seat next to Izumi, and Kaguya took the seat between Aika and Izumi.
Ms. Suzuki began the lesson, but it was clear that the students' attention was divided. Every so often, someone would steal a glance at the newcomers, their curiosity palpable.
-Later that day-
The sun streamed through the tall windows of the classroom, casting a warm glow over the bustling students of Kuoh Academy.
As the conversations swirled around them, the door to the classroom slid open, and Kiba stepped in. Her entrance caused a ripple of murmurs to spread through the room, her reputation preceding her.
Ignoring the whispers and curious glances from her classmates, Kiba made her way towards Lobo, Izumi, and Kaguya. The trio looked up as she approached, their expressions curious.
"Kiba," Lobo greeted, his voice low and calm. "What brings you here?"
Kiba bowed slightly, a gesture of respect. "Rias has sent me to collect you, Kaguya and Izumi." Kiba said.
"Understood," he replied.
As they rose from their seats, the classroom erupted into a flurry of activity. The boys, who had always harbored a mix of envy and admiration for Lobo, couldn't help but grumble among themselves.
"How does he always manage to be around the prettiest girls on the first day?" one of them muttered, a hint of jealousy in his voice.
"It's not fair," another chimed in. "What's his secret?"
Meanwhile, some of the girls in the class sighed dreamily, their eyes following Lobo as he stood up.
"He's so cool," one of them whispered to her friend. "I wish I could be close to him like Izumi and Kaguya."
"Maybe if we get to know him better," her friend suggested, though the hint of doubt in her voice made it clear she didn't believe it would be that easy.
As the four of them exited the classroom, the hallway seemed quieter, the noise of the classroom left behind. The sunlight filtered through the windows, casting long shadows on the polished floors as they walked towards Occult Research Club.
As they approached the clubroom Kiba knocked, and after a moment, "Come in," she beckoned, her voice warm yet commanding.
Kiba opened the door and gestured for the three to enter. Izumi, Lobo, and Kaguya stepped into the room, their eyes immediately drawn to Rias Gremory. "I have brought them as you requested President." Kiba said
"Thank you for bringing them, Kiba," Rias said.
Izumi's gaze shifted to the couch, where she noticed two more familiar figures. Kuroka lounged comfortably, Next to her was Koneko the mascot of Kuoh Academy, engrossed in a manga and eating cookies.
"Please, sit," Rias said, her voice warm. She gestured to the couches opposite Kuroka and Koneko. Izumi moved to one of the couches and sat down, her mind racing with questions. Lobo took a seat on the other couch, his posture relaxed yet attentive, Kaguya stood beside him.
Kiba smiled and nodded, then moved to stand near the door, ready to assist if needed. Rias was about to speak when a soft knock interrupted her. She looked towards the door and called out, "Come in."
Kiba opened the door, and Izumi recognized the person who entered: Akeno Himejima, the second big sister figure of Kuoh Academy. Akeno carried a tray laden with a teapot, cups, and a plate of biscuits. Her presence added a comforting warmth to the room.
"Ara Ara, Lobo-Sama it an honor to see you again," Akeno greeted with a bright smile. "It's good to see you well Kaguya-Sama." Lobo and Kaguya acknowledged her with nods and polite smiles. "Hey Keno-Chan." Lobo said.
Akeno then turned her attention to Izumi, her expression softening even further.
"Izumi, it's wonderful to see you, I'm glad you are fine," Akeno said warmly. "I brought some tea and biscuits. I hope you enjoy them." She said.
"Thank you, Akeno-Senpai," Izumi replied, smiling back. The presence of Akeno, with her nurturing demeanor, always had a way of easing tensions.
Akeno set the tray down on the coffee table between the couches, and as she poured tea into the delicate cups, the aroma of the brew filled the room. She handed a cup to each person, her movements graceful and practiced.
Once everyone had their tea, Rias began to speak "Izumi," Rias began, her voice gentle yet firm, "what do you know about the supernatural?"
Izumi blinked, a bit taken aback by the question. She hesitated, glancing at Lobo for a moment. "Well, not much," she admitted. "I know a little about Japanese gods from stories from my mom and some basic things about Christianity because one of my friends is a follower." Izumi said
Kiba eyes twitches at that information as Lobo notices this but keeps to himself.
Rias nodded, her expression thoughtful. "That's a good start. But there's much more to it than just stories and basic knowledge."
Lobo stepped in to elaborate "What Rias means is, what do you think about the different pantheons that make up various religions? Do you believe they coexist, that there's more to them than just myths and legends?"
Izumi furrowed her brow, considering the question seriously. "I guess... I've always been open to the idea that there could be more out there, more than just what's written in books or taught in schools. But I've never seen any real proof, so it's been hard to fully believe." She said.
Rias smiled slightly, appreciating Izumi's open-mindedness. "That's understandable. What I'm about to tell you might be difficult to accept, but it's the truth." Rias said.
Izumi leaned forward slightly, her curiosity piqued despite her apprehension. "What is it?"
Rias took a deep breath "The Occult Research Club is a facade. In reality, some of us here are devils." Rias said
Izumi's eyes widened, shock rendering her momentarily speechless. Before she could respond, Black bat-like wings emerged from Rias' back, spreading out gracefully behind her.
Then Kiba, Akeno and Koneko had the same wings but when she saw Lobo, Kaguya and Kuroka who had her cat features out had dragon-like wings instead.
She points to Lobo "Lobo, I've noticed that your wings, and those of Kaguya and Kuroka, are different from Rias-Senpai. They're more... dragon-like. Why is that?" Izumi asked.
A chuckle escaped Lobo's lips "Izumi do watch Isekai animes?" Lobo asked as Izumi blinked, taken aback by the unexpected question. "Yes, I do. Why?"
Lobo's smile widened "Well you see my life is somewhat like that one. I'm not part of this verse."
Izumi's eyes widened, her interest piqued even further. "What do you mean by this verse?"
"My first name is Lobo de la Luna or just Lobo as my father named me. Iori Yasutora is the second name my mother gave to me in my old life. I died in my old life and was transported here," Lobo explained "The one who brought me here was Ophis, the infinity dragon goddess. She tasked me with a mission, to slay her sister, Great Red, the Dragon of Dragons."
Izumi listened in awe, hardly believing what she was hearing. Her idol had been isekai'd into this world just like in her favorite anime.
"So you're not human, nor devil?" Izumi asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Lobo nodded. "Correct. I am neither. Let me show you." Before Izumi could react, Lobo's form began to shift. His body changed as he stood before her in his hellhound form. Izumi gasped in shock. Lobo's transformation was both terrifying and awe-inspiring.
After a moment, Lobo reverted to his human form, his features softening once more. "Ophis created this verse to find a strong champion to slay her sister. That's my purpose here." He said.
Izumi stared at him, her mind racing with a thousand thoughts. "So, you're here on a mission from a dragon goddess? That's... incredible." She said in awe as Lobo chuckled at her enthusiasm.
Then he turned to Kaguya who nodded as she undone her genjutsu as bone-like horn shaped as bunny ears and slit on her forehead. "As you can see Ophis knew about other verses and created them with this world she created. Kaguya here was created from Ophis and placed in this world. There are other people and items made in this world as they are hiding or walking among this world." Lobo said
Rias smiles as well as she can hardly believe her shared love is an anime protagonist. Hopefully Ophis and Red can allow Lobo to jump into other anime so she can start her 'Grand Tour'.
Then she coughs to get everyone's attention as she stares at Izumi "The two people who attacked you," Rias continued, her voice steady and clear, "were fallen angels."
Izumi's mind reeled "Fallen Angel?" Lobo took over for Rias "Yes. There are different factions within the supernatural world. The one we belong to is the biblical faction, as currently we are in cold war with the Angels and Fallen Angels. Various other entities from different mythologies and religions. As devils, you have certain powers and responsibilities. The fallens attack you experienced was because of the sacred gear you have." Lobo said.
Rias placed her hand under chin "Izumi, the female Fallen you knew as Yuma, was the one that killed you." Rias said.
Izumi's eyes widened at the mention of Yuma's name "You... you know about Yuma?" Izumi asked, her voice shaky. "How? No one else acknowledges she existed." Izumi said.
Rias nodded, her expression serious. She produced a photograph from her desk and handed it to Izumi. The image was of Yuma, but not as Izumi remembered her. In the photo, Yuma looked different, Izumi took the photo, her hands trembling slightly.
"This is Yuma," Rias said softly. "But her real name is Raynare." Izumi's eyes darted between the photo and Rias, trying to process the information. "Raynare?" She said.
Lobo spoke up "Raynare is her true identity. She is a Fallen Angel, sent here with a task. Her task was to kill you," Lobo said bluntly. "Because of the Sacred Gear you possess."
Izumi blinked, stunned. "Sacred Gear? I don't understand. What a Sacred Gear?"
Akeno took over "Sacred Gears are powerful artifacts created by the biblical God. They were designed to give humans extraordinary abilities, and some of them are capable of killing even gods." Akeno said.
Izumi's mind raced as she tried to comprehend the magnitude of what she was hearing. "So... I was killed because of this Sacred Gear? But I never knew I had anything like that."
"It's not uncommon for people to be unaware of their Sacred Gear," Rias explained. "Many people go their whole lives without ever discovering their true potential. But those who do possess these gears are often targeted by beings who seek their power."
Lobo nodded in agreement. "Raynare, or Yuma as you knew her, was assigned to eliminate you before you could become a threat. But there's more to the story."
Izumi's heart pounded in her chest as she waited for Lobo to continue.
"The man who assaulted you last night was Dohnaseek. He was part of Raynare's group. However, we recently discovered that they were acting on false orders from someone higher up in the Grigori. You were not supposed to be targeted." Lobo said
Izumi's eyes filled with a mixture of anger and sorrow. "So... I was attacked and killed because of a mixed order? Because someone wanted to use me as a pawn?"
Rias reached out and gently took Izumi's hand, offering her comfort. "Yes, and I'm truly sorry for what happened to you. But now that you're here, with us, we can protect you and help you understand your abilities."
Izumi looked at the photo of Raynare once more, her mind filled with conflicting emotions. The betrayal, the pain of the girl who she shared heart with and also stabbed. A new resolve formed within her.
"What do I need to do?" Izumi asked, her voice steady.
Rias smiled, a hint of pride in her expression. "First, we will help you awaken your Sacred Gear. Izumi, I want you to hold out your hand and imagine the strongest character you know," she instructed.
Izumi nodded, swallowing hard as she extended her hand. Her mind raced through a myriad of characters, each more powerful than the last. Finally, her thoughts settled on Goku from Dragon Ball, the epitome of strength and determination. She pictured him in her mind's eye, his golden aura blazing with energy.
Taking a deep breath, Izumi mimicked Goku's iconic Kamehameha pose, her body trembling slightly as she concentrated. Rias watched her intently, her eyes never leaving the determined expression on Izumi's face.
"Now, Izumi," Rias continued, her tone encouraging, "try to bring out your Sacred Gear. Focus all your energy on that feeling of strength and power."
Izumi furrowed her brow, her mind straining to connect with something deep within her. She felt a spark of something, a faint glimmer of power, but it was fleeting. She tried harder, pouring every ounce of her will into the effort. Minutes passed, and sweat began to bead on her forehead.
But nothing happened. Izumi's arm dropped to her side, and she fell to her knees, tears welling up in her eyes. "I can't do it," she whispered, her voice breaking. "Maybe I'm not special after all."
Lobo stood up from the couch and approached Izumi as he crouched down beside her, his stern expression softening. "The fallen angels didn't make a mistake, They saw something in you, something special." He reached out and gently poked her forehead with his fore and middle fingers, then he ruffled her hair, a faint smile tugging at his lips.
Rias stepped forward, "It's okay, Izumi," she said softly. "The power of the Sacred Gear can be elusive, but it's there within you. We just need to find the right way to unlock it."
She extended a hand to Izumi, helping her back to her feet. "You're part of our family now," Rias continued, her voice filled with conviction. "And we'll find that power together."
Izumi nodded, wiping away her tears. "Thank you, Rias. Thank you, Lobo. I won't give up. I'll keep trying."
Rias smiled, a look of pride in her eyes. "That's the spirit. We'll train harder, and we'll discover your potential. You're stronger than you know, Izumi."
Izumi looked up at Lobo, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears. The kindness in Lobo's actions gave her a glimmer of hope. "Lobo," she began hesitantly, "do you have a Sacred Gear?"
Lobo chuckled as he nodded, a knowing smile playing on his lips. "I do, Izumi. But I'm a bit of a special case," he said.
Her eyes widened with intrigue. "A special case? How so?" She asked.
Lobo raised his right hand, and with a flick of his wrist, a dark red gauntlet materialized on his arm. A large green gem glowed on the back of his hand, pulsating with an inner light. "This is the Boosted Gear," he explained, "which houses the soul of the Red Dragon Emperor, Ddraig. This gear doubles my power every 10 seconds. I can transfer increased power to other people or items. And allow me to penetrate through defensive abilities that would be considered impossible."
The gem began to pulse "You have the scent of a dragon, whelp" Ddraig said, addressing Izumi directly. "Which one, I don't know." Ddraig said.
Izumi took a step back, startled by the sudden presence of the dragon's voice. "A dragon? Inside me?" she stammered.
Lobo dissipated the gauntlet with a wave of his hand, the powerful presence of Ddraig fading into silence. "Yes," he confirmed. "Your Sacred Gear has a scent of Dragon in there, but until you bring it out, we won't know what it is."
Izumi nodded, then a brilliant light enveloped Lobo's hand. When the light faded, a sword materialized in his grasp.
"This is not just any sword." As he spoke, as a second figure appeared beside him. The woman was clad in a Shinigami shihakushō, her presence serene yet commanding. She wore a white long-sleeved haori, beneath which a further white robe was fastened near the center of her chest.
Kyouka stepped forward, wrapping her arms around Lobo in a gentle embrace. "This is my Zanpakutō, Kyouka Suigetsu," Lobo said, introducing the spirit beside him. "Kyouka, meet Izumi."
Kyouka Suigetsu smiled warmly at Izumi. "It's nice to meet you, Izumi," she said, her voice like a soft melody. She held Izumi's gaze for a moment before stepping back and merging with the sword once more.
Lobo dissipated the sword, the air around them returning to its usual tranquility. "Now you know," he said, his tone gentle. "I have two Sacred Gears. The Boosted Gear, and my Zanpakutō, Kyouka Suigetsu."
Izumi looked at Lobo with newfound respect and wonder. "I didn't know it was possible to have two Sacred Gears."
Lobo shrugged. "It's rare, but not impossible. And now, it seems, you have one of your own. We just need to discover what it truly is." Lobo said.
Then Rias cleared her throat "Izumi, as a member of the Gremory household, you have certain responsibilities," she began. "One of these is taking on contracts."
Izumi furrowed her brow in confusion. "Contracts? What do you mean?"
Lobo chuckled softly "Think of it like a video game. You know how in games you take on quests, and when you complete them, you get rewards? It's kind of like that. We take on contracts from humans or other beings, fulfill their requests, and in return, we gain rewards and recognition."
Izumi's eyes widened in realization. "Oh, so it's like a video game."
"Exactly," Rias nodded, pleased with the understanding dawning on Izumi's face. "These contracts can be anything from granting wishes to solving problems. Each contract you complete will not only help you grow stronger but also elevate your status within the devil society."
Izumi felt a surge of excitement at the prospect. "That sounds amazing! But... how do I get these contracts?"
Rias smiled. "We use flyers." She said as she pulled out a flyer that Izumi recognized. It was the same one that cosplayer girl gave her. "Humans and other beings who know about devils can summon us using these flyers. When you're summoned, you listen to the request, decide if it's something you can handle, and then complete the task." Rias said.
Akeno prepared a summoning circle as Rias held out the flier, its parchment glowing faintly with magical energy. "Before you go, there is one more thing. To ensure your safety and to recognize you as a true member of the Gremory household, I need to mark you with our sigil."
Izumi nodded, holding out her hand as instructed. Rias pressed her finger into Izumi's palm, and a warm glow emanated from the point of contact. Magic flowed from Rias into Izumi, and the Gremory sigil began to appear, etched in a brilliant crimson on her skin.
"You are now officially one of us," Rias said, her voice filled with a sense of finality. "This mark will protect you and identify you as a member of the Gremory family."
Izumi looked at the sigil on her hand, feeling a deep connection to her new family. "Thank you, Rias. I will do my best."
Rias smiled, a hint of pride in her eyes. "I know you will. Akeno, is the summoning circle ready?" Akeno nodded "Yes, Rias. The circle is prepared." Akeno said as she stepped aside.
Rias nodded, turning to Izumi once more. "Stand in the middle of the circle. It's time." Rias said.
Izumi moved to the center of the intricate design, the lines and symbols glowing faintly with magical energy. She took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves as her body began glowing. As she stood there, the circle began to fluctuate, the glow intensifying.
Suddenly, the energy within the circle surged. The light grew blindingly bright, and the symbols began to twist and warp. Something was wrong. The summoning circle exploded in a burst of raw magical power.
Izumi felt herself being pulled in multiple directions at once, her body caught in the chaotic energy. Just as the force threatened to tear her apart, Lobo pulled Izumi away.
The blast of energy rippled through the room, knocking everyone off their feet and shattering nearby objects. Lobo wrapped himself around Izumi, using his own body to shield her from the explosion.
When the light finally faded, the room was a mess. Smoke hung in the air, and the remnants of the summoning circle were scorched into the floor. Rias and Akeno were getting to their feet, their expressions a mix of shock and concern.
"Lobo! Izumi!" Rias called out, rushing to the center of the destruction.
Lobo groaned, slowly uncoiling himself from around Izumi. Despite the burns and injuries covering his body, he had managed to protect her from the worst of the blast. Izumi, though shaken and bruised, was alive.
"Thank you, Lobo," she whispered, tears of gratitude in her eyes.
Rias knelt beside them, her hands glowing with healing magic as she tended to their wounds. "What happened?" she asked, her voice tight with worry.
"I don't know," Izumi replied, still dazed. "The circle... it just went out of control."
Rias turned to Lobo "Lobo, do you know anything about this? What could have caused the circle to blow up like that?"
Lobo looked up at her, his expression thoughtful. "I have a theory. When Izumi was standing in the summoning circle, I noticed something peculiar. As the magic flowed into her, it became unstable and then surged back out. It seems that due to her lack of control, her body rejected the summoning magic, which caused the explosion."
Izumi flinched at Lobo's explanation. She stared down at her feet, her cheeks flushing with shame. Rias turned her gaze to Izumi, then back to Lobo.
"What should we do?" she asked, her voice calm but firm. The well-being of her peerage was always her top priority, and she needed to ensure that something like this wouldn't happen again.
Lobo stood up, dusting off his knees. "I'll help her learn to control her magic. Until she can do that, she'll have to travel on foot for her contracts. But for today, I'll accompany her and ensure everything goes smoothly."
Izumi bowed deeply, her voice quivering with apology as her eyes tear up. "I'm so sorry for causing trouble."
Lobo looked at her with a small smile as he wiped the tears from her eye "Don't worry about it. We'll get you sorted out. So don't cry, ok." He said.
Izumi's heart pounded in her chest as a warm fuzzy feeling spread across her body. All the girls stared at the two as they had a knowing smile on their face as another girl fell for him.
Kaguya, Kiba, Koneko, and Kuroka began to clean up the mess in the room, Lobo pulled Izumi gently into a side embrace, causing her to blush furiously.
"We'll be back soon," Lobo assured Rias, who watched them with a mixture of concern and trust.
"Ok be careful, Lobo. Izumi." her voice is softer this time.
Lobo nodded before activating his own teleportation magic, a more controlled and personal spell that enveloped both him and Izumi in a soft glow. In an instant, they vanished from the clubroom, leaving Rias and the others to continue their clean-up efforts.
-With Lobo and Izumi-
The room was still, its air filled with the lingering essence of magical energy as the summoning circle glowed faintly on the floor. The symbols and lines hummed with residual power, and with a sudden flash, Lobo and Izumi appeared within the circle. The light around them faded, and they stood blinking in the dimly lit space.
Izumi recognized this room instantly as she saw the familiar bed that she slept on when she slept over. Then the picture on the desk was a picture of her and Aika. Which means that they were summoned by-
A sudden gasp broke the silence. Both Lobo and Izumi turned quickly toward the sound. Standing by the doorway was a girl with wide eyes and a look of utter shock on her face. Recognition dawned on Izumi almost immediately.
"Aika?" Izumi's voice was a mixture of surprise and concern.
Aika's eyes rolled back, and she collapsed to the floor, unconscious. Izumi rushed to her friend's side, her heart pounding with worry. She knelt down, checking Aika's pulse and breathing.
"She's just passed out from shock," Lobo said calmly, placing a reassuring hand on Izumi's shoulder. "She'll be fine."
Lobo gently lifted Aika and carried her to her bed, laying her down with care. He stepped back, allowing Izumi to sit beside her friend, holding her hand anxiously. Minutes ticked by, feeling like hours, until finally, Aika stirred and her eyes fluttered open.
"Aika, are you okay?" Izumi asked, relief washing over her.
Aika blinked a few times, then focused on Izumi. Her expression shifted from confusion to realization. "Izumi... you really became a devil," she said, her voice filled with a mix of wonder and disbelief.
Izumi's eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know that?"
Aika took a deep breath, then lifted her wrist, showing a bracelet that glowed with a soft red light. "My grandmother told me about my family's history. We're descendants of witches. This bracelet glows when in the presence of supernatural entities. It's glowing red because you are the devil."
Izumi looked at Lobo, who nodded in confirmation. She turned back to Aika, her expression serious. "Yes I was killed by a Fallen Angel and was reincarnated into a devil." Izumi said.
Aika's eyes widened, then she nodded, "Yuma killed you, didn't she?" Aika said.
Shock and confusion crossed Izumi's face. "How did you remember Yuma? When I asked you before, you didn't remember her."
Aika sat up slowly, her eyes meeting Izumi's. "My grandmother cast a ward that negates magic being used on my family. It protects me from any magical influence, including memory manipulation. When I heard you talking about Yuma and no one else remembered and Yuma never came back to school. I started connecting the dots." Aika said.
Izumi felt a mixture of emotions surge through her "Aika, I can't believe this. I'm so sorry you had to find out this way."
Aika shook her head, reaching out to take Izumi's hand and smiled "I'm just glad you're alive, even if it's as a devil." Aika said.
"How long have you known about the supernatural Aika?" Lobo asked.
Aika's smile faded slightly as she considered the question. "Since I was little," she said softly. "My grandmother taught me about our family history. We're descendants of a witch. She showed me things, taught me spells and rituals. It was... a lot to take in at first." Aika said
She then turned to Izumi, her curiosity getting the better of her. "What's it like to be a devil?" she asked.
Izumi hesitated, glancing at Lobo before answering. "It's... not so bad, I guess. But I haven't been a devil for very long. I only woke up as one this morning, next to Rias and Lobo." She said before realizing what she said as she clasped her hand over her mouth.
Aika's eyes widened in surprise. "Rias and Lobo?" she repeated.
Lobo sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "My real name is Lobo but Yasutora is my second name. There's a lot you need to know, but we'll explain everything tomorrow."
He pulled a small flier from Izumi's breast pocket and handed it to Aika. "Write your name on this as proof that the contract is fulfilled."
Aika took the flier as she signed her name. The moment the ink dried, a faint glow emanated from the paper, signaling the completion of the contract.
Lobo and Izumi stood to leave, but before they could reach the door, Aika enveloped Izumi in a tight hug. "Thank you, Izumi for understanding my reasoning, Izumi." she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Izumi returned the hug, a smile spreading across her face. "You're welcome, Aika. Everything will be okay." she replied softly as they stepped out into the cool night air, the door locked from behind them.
Lobo turned to Izumi. "That went better than I expected," he admitted, a hint of relief in his voice.
Izumi nodded "Yeah. Tomorrow's going to be interesting."
Lobo glanced back at the house, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Interesting is one way to put it," he muttered.
Together, they walked down the quiet street. Izumi, despite the late hour, felt a sense of unease. It was the unnatural quiet, the way the shadows seemed to writhe and dance, a feeling of something unseen watching them. She couldn't shake off the feeling that this wasn't just a normal night. Lobo pulled her close to him as it calmed her down a little.
'Are you sure that this will bring out her Sacred Gear, Lobo?' Kyouka asked as Lobo nodded 'From what Vali told me how she activated hers through intense emotional distress. Hopefully Izumi will activate hers.' Lobo said
Kyouka shakes her head 'I hope you know what you're doing Lobo. Rias will be mad at you for not telling her.' Kyouka said.
Lobo grimaces as he knows how Rias treats her peerage like a mother hen. Hopefully nothing too bad will happen. Then he heard Raynare voice in his head 'Lobo-Sama we are ready when you are.' she said as Lobo nodded then put up a veil to conceal their presence.
Suddenly, their walk was interrupted by a burst of laughter echoing from the sky. Three figures descended, their forms outlined against the moonlit clouds. Izumi's heart stuttered in her chest. She recognized the leader, her face etched in her memories, the one who had killed her. Raynare. Her eyes, cold and calculating, met Izumi's.
Lobo placed himself in front of Izumi as he turned to Izumi. "Run Izumi, I'll hold them off." Lobo said.
Before Izumi could react, a spear of light shot down from the sky, piercing Lobo's chest and out of his back. He staggered backward, clutching at the wound, a crimson stain blossoming on his shirt. He fell to his back, his gaze fixed on Izumi. "Get out of here," he rasped.
Izumi's heart felt like it had plummeted into a bottomless pit as tears sprung to her eyes as she knelt beside him, cradling him in her arms. His gaze remained fixed on hers.
Raynare's cruel laughter echoed "Couldn't protect your precious weakling devil boyfriend could you, Izumi?" she sneered. Her words pierced Izumi like shards of ice.
Then Izumi looked toward Raynare "Shut up, you bitch." Izumi snarled, her voice cracking with anger. Her hands trembled as she clutched Lobo tighter as she tried to pull the light spear out.
She didn't care about the pain that was burning her, all she cared about was saving him. After a couple of seconds she pulled the light spear out.
Raynare saw the anger in Izumi's eyes. She held up another spear of light, Kalawarna and Mittelt flanking her. "Well you and that trash will die together then devil." Raynare said.
Izumi felt a surge of rage course through her as she raised her arm then suddenly, a black gauntlet with gold design etched on the gauntlet. In her hand was a large antlered staff. The air crackled, red electricity arcing around her. It was as if something inside her had snapped, releasing a power she had never known.
"You. Will. Never. Hurt. Me. Again," she choked out, each word charged with fury.
A ball of red lightning the size of a car, crackling with raw energy, shot from the staff, striking Raynare and her allies. They were thrown back, their bodies spasming as they screamed in pain. The electricity coursed through them as they fell to the ground, unconscious.
Izumi lowered her arm, trembling with the aftershocks of her power. She looked down at her arm, as the gauntlet and staff pulsed with faint light as it disappeared.
"You did it, you have awakened your Sacred Gear, Izumi." Lobo said as the hole in his chest was closing.
Izumi's gaze darted between her arm and Lobo "My sacred gear…" Izumi muttered, her voice a mere whisper.
Lobo stood up as he pulled Izumi along. "I knew you could do it, Izumi." Lobo said as a wave of anger washed over Izumi. She swung a fist, connecting with Lobo's jaw. The blow sent him staggering backward, his jaw clicking. "Why?!" she roared, "Why did you put yourself in danger?" Izumi said.
'I told you she would react like that Lobo.' Kyouka said in disapproval as Ddraig laughed at Lobo predicament.
Lobo rubbed the bruise on his cheek "I'm sorry ok. You needed to experience the rage, the fear, the desperation, to unlock it. Only then could your sacred gear truly awaken. I'm sorry that I had to do this as it was the only way I know how."
Izumi's chest was tight, a mixture of relief and anger tearing through her. Slowly, her anger subsided, replaced by a wave of relief. She wiped away her tears, her gaze softening. She threw her arms around Lobo, burying her face in his chest.
"Don't ever do that again, I thought I was going to lose you." she whispered, her voice choking with emotion.
Lobo chuckled, wrapping his arms around her. "I promise to never do it again. Izumi" Lobo said as he tightened his embrace around Izumi as she shivered in his arms. The sound of three women groaning and muttering complaints was unmistakable.
"Ugh, I swear, if I get zapped one more time, I'm going to lose it!" Mittelt whined, rubbing her arms where the electrical currents had stung her.
Kalawarna chimed in, her tone equally irritated. "This wasn't part of the deal, Lobo. You never mentioned getting fried."
Raynare's voice cut through their complaints. "Quit whining, both of you. I took the hit hardest. You don't see me bitching about it."
Izumi, still held tightly by Lobo, could only manage a nervous laugh as she listened to the bickering. She glanced up at Lobo, her eyes wide with concern.
Lobo sighed deeply, a gesture that conveyed both exasperation and determination. He knew he had to address the situation before it escalated further.
Clapping his hands sharply "Enough! Knock it off, all of you." The three fallen angels turned their attention towards Lobo, falling silent but with clear displeasure on their faces.
As they approached, Izumi stiffened, her body going rigid with tension. Lobo felt her discomfort and gently squeezed her shoulders, whispering soothing words to calm her down "It's okay, Izumi. They are not gonna hurt you." he murmured, feeling her slowly relax against him.
Raynare, leading the trio, stopped just a few feet away and poke him in the chest. "You owe us for this, Lobo. Big time. And I'm talking a lot of hard-core fucking with hand holding." Raynare said as Mittelt and Kalawarna nod in agreement.
Lobo chuckled softly "I know, Raynare. And you'll get it. All of you will. But first, there's something we need to clear up." Lobo looked down at Izumi with a gentle smile. "I've known these three for a while now. When I learned the truth about their mission, as for their punishment I asked them for help. Help to unlock your Sacred Gear." Lobo said.
Izumi's eyes widened with a mixture of surprise and confusion. She looked from Lobo to the fallen angels and back again, trying to process this new information.
Lobo turned his attention to Raynare, his expression serious. "Now Raynare for your next part of the punishment, you need to apologize to Izumi. Properly." Lobo said.
Raynare's eyes narrowed, and she pouted like a child being forced to do something unpleasant. "Do I really have to?" She said.
"Yes, you do," Lobo insisted firmly. "If you don't, then no more hard-core fucking for you." He said.
Raynare growled in frustration but eventually relented. She turned to Izumi, her movements stiff and unwilling. Bowing slightly, she forced the words out. "I'm sorry, Izumi. For killing you." Raynare gritted out.
Izumi, still processing everything, nodded slowly then she slap Raynare face as Mittelt and Kalawarna eyes widen "I forgive you, but I won't forget what you did to me, bitch." Izumi said.
Raynare rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath 'Not like I care' as she straightened up and walked back to her group. Mittelt and Kalawarna exchanged glances but said nothing, their expressions a mix of annoyance and begrudging acceptance.
As the three fallen angels flew and made their way back to their base. Lobo continued to hold Izumi, offering her a reassuring smile. "They're a handful, but they mean well. And now, we can focus on you and your Sacred Gear."
Izumi leaned into him, feeling a strange mixture of relief and lingering apprehension. "Thank you, Lobo. But you owe me big time." Izumi said.
Lobo kissed the top of her head gently. "Always, Izumi. Always. Now let's go back to Rias and tell her the news." He said.
Lobo and Izumi materialized back into the club's room, their vision adjusting to the dimly lit atmosphere. They immediately noticed the room's current occupants: Rias, Akeno, and Kaguya. The three girls looked up, their expressions shifting from curiosity to a warm welcome as they saw Lobo and Izumi.
"Welcome back you two." Rias greeted. Lobo noticed that Kiba, Koneko and Kuroka were missing. "Where's the other three?" Lobo asked.
Rias smiled, "Kiba went on home as she didn't have any contract and as for Kuroka she left with Koneko to go with her sister. Kaguya allowed her to go." Rias said as Kaguya nodded.
Izumi stepped forward, a bright smile illuminating her face despite her exhaustion. She held out the flier "Here you go, President, The contract has been completed." she said, her voice tinged with pride and relief.
Rias took the flyer, her eyes softening as she looked at Izumi. "I'm proud of you, Izumi. Completing your first contract is a big milestone."
Akeno moved closer, her usual teasing smile replaced with genuine affection. She enveloped Izumi in a warm hug as she held Izumi's head between her breasts, "Izumi i'm so proud of you." she whispered, causing Izumi to blush deeply in embarrassment.
"Thank you, Akeno," Izumi mumbled, her cheeks tinged with pink.
As the group settled down, the room's atmosphere calmed, becoming more relaxed. Lobo cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention back to him. "Rias," he began, "you were right about Aika, she confirmed that she is indeed a witch and she knows about the supernatural." Lobo said
Izumi nodded in agreement, her expression serious. "She's aware of more than we initially thought."
Rias leaned back, contemplating this new information. She looked thoughtfully at Izumi. "How do you think Aika would feel about becoming a devil?"
Izumi hesitated, her mind racing through her interactions with Aika. "I don't think she would agree to it readily," she admitted. "But I can try to talk to her, see if there's any way to convince her."
Rias nodded, considering this. "Good. It's worth exploring. Is there anything else?" Rias asked.
Izumi's eyes lit up with excitement as she remembered. "Yes, actually. I finally unlocked my Sacred Gear." She extended her arm, and in a flash of light, the black and gold gauntlet and staff appear.
Rias and Akeno leaned in, their eyes wide with awe. "Incredible," Rias murmured, her fingers lightly tracing the intricate design of the gauntlet. "How did you unlock it?"
Izumi glanced at Lobo, who gave her a reassuring nod. She took a deep breath and began to explain. "Lobo had Raynare and her allies attack us. During the fight, he took a spear to the chest and used the emotional intensity of the moment to trigger my Sacred Gear." Izumi said.
Rias listened intently, her expression shifting from curiosity to anger. She turned to Lobo, her eyes blazing. Without warning, she slapped him hard across the face. "How could you put her in such danger?" she demanded.
Izumi quickly intervened. "Rias, please. I've forgiven him for that as it helped me unlock my sacred gear." Rias turned back to Izumi, her anger not fully dissipated. "Even if you have, I haven't." she said.
Then she turned back to Lobo as he jabs her finger into his chest "If you ever hurt my precious kohai again, Akeno and I will make sure you regret it." Rias said.
Akeno's eyes sparkled with a dangerous light as she stood beside Rias "Please do it again so I can punish you Lobo-Sama. Fu fu." She said as lick her lips.
Lobo rubbed his cheek as he made a whine sound, Ddraig was laughing at him, that asshole "I understand, Rias. It won't happen again." He said.
Rias sighed, her anger slowly cooling. She turned back to Izumi, her expression softening as she pulled Izumi into a hug."You did well today, Izumi."
Izumi smiled, feeling a warm sense of belonging. "Thank you. President." Izumi said.
Lobo glanced at the clock on the wall, noting the late hour. "It's getting late," he announced, his tone a mix of exhaustion and relief.
Akeno stretched as her breast wobbled and Izumi blushed at the erotic sight. "You're right. I should head home and get some sleep." She smiled at everyone, her eyes lingering on Izumi. "Goodnight, everyone." With a soft wave, she teleported away, leaving a slight shimmer in the air where she had stood.
Rias turned to Izumi, a gentle smile on her face. "Izumi, I'll be staying at your house again tonight. Lobo and Kaguya will join us as well."
Izumi blinked in surprise. "Are you sure, Rias?" Izumi asked.
Rias nodded confidently. "Yes, I talked to your parents, and they're fine with it, especially after everything that happened today." She said.
Izumi nodded, feeling a mix of gratitude and relief. "Thank you, President."
The four of them then teleported to Izumi's room. The familiar surroundings provided a sense of comfort after the long day.
"I'm going to take a shower," Izumi announced, grabbing a towel and some fresh clothes. The others nodded, giving her the privacy she needed.
The warm water of the shower helped to wash away the fatigue of the day. As she stood under the stream, Izumi replayed the events in her mind, feeling a mix of pride and disbelief at how much had happened. Once she was done, she dressed in her pajamas and headed downstairs to bid her parents goodnight.
"Goodnight, Mom, Dad," she said softly, hugging them both.
"Goodnight, sweetie," her mother replied, her eyes warm with love. "Sleep well."
Izumi returned to her room, finding Rias already lying in her bed. Izumi glanced around, noting that Lobo had already set up an extra bed with him and Kaguya sharing that bed together. Rias looked up and patted the space beside her "Come lay down, Izumi."
Izumi slipped into bed beside Rias, feeling the warmth of her friend's presence. As soon as she settled in, Rias pulled her closer, wrapping an arm around her protectively. "Goodnight, Izumi," Rias whispered.
"Goodnight, Rias. Goodnight, everyone," Izumi replied softly.
"Goodnight, Izumi." came the collective response from Lobo and Kaguya.
The room fell silent, the only sounds being the gentle breathing of the four. As Izumi drifted off to sleep, she felt a deep sense of belonging and safety.
-Next Day-
The next morning, sunlight streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow over Izumi's room. She stretched lazily, feeling the weight of the previous day's events lift slightly.
After the last of the day Izumi found herself walking to the Occult Club with her friend Aika. The two chatted casually, their footsteps synchronizing on the pavement. Izumi knew the conversation she needed to have with Aika was important, and she chose her words carefully.
"Aika," Izumi began, glancing at her friend, "how do you feel about the supernatural? Specifically, about becoming a devil?"
Aika looked thoughtful, her steps slowing slightly. "I've actually talked to my parents about it," she admitted. "They're aware of the supernatural and were cautious at first. But they told me it was my decision to make."
Izumi felt her heart race. "And what did you decide?"
Aika smiled, her eyes meeting Izumi's. "I've thought about it, and I want to become a devil. I think it's the right path for me. Of course I can't let my harem queen get the hottest man to herself." Aika said as Izumi giggles.
The two girls continued their walk, a newfound determination in their steps. When they reached the Occult Research Club, Izumi knocked on the door. Rias's voice called out from inside, telling them to enter.
As they stepped into the room, Aika's eyes scanned the faces present. Akeno stood next to Rias, who was seated behind her desk. On one couch, Kiba and Koneko sat, engaged in quiet conversation. On the other couch, Lobo sat with Kaguya beside him and Kuroka perched on his lap.
Rias greeted them warmly. "Welcome, Aika. Has Izumi told you about us?" Rias asked.
Aika nodded, her expression serious. "Yes, she has."
Rias leaned forward, her eyes searching Aika's face. "Are you willing to give up your humanity and be reincarnated as a devil?"
Aika glanced at Izumi, who gave her an encouraging nod. She turned back to Rias and smiled. "I've made up my mind. I agree, Rias."
Rias's eyes sparkled with approval. She stood and approached Aika, summoning three pawn pieces into her hand "These pieces will reincarnate you as a devil," Rias explained. "Are you ready?"
Aika took a deep breath and nodded. "Yes, I'm ready." She said.
Rias held the pieces over Aika, and they began to sink into her body, their light merging with her "In the name of Rias Gremory, I command thee Aika Kiryuu, that thou become my devil servant. Rejoice thou in thy new life, as my pawn." A soft, magical glow enveloped Aika, and she felt a rush of energy coursing through her veins. The process was brief but intense, leaving Aika slightly breathless but exhilarated.
When the light faded, Rias smiled warmly. "Welcome to the Gremory family, Aika."
The room erupted in applause, everyone expressing their support and congratulations. Izumi hugged Aika tightly, her eyes shining with pride and happiness.
"Thank you, everyone," Aika said, her voice filled with gratitude. "I'm looking forward to working with you all."
"Glad to have you on board Aika." Lobo said as Kaguya, and Kuroka all offered their congratulations, Kuroka giving Aika a playful wink. "Welcome to the devil club, Nya." she said with a grin.
Akeno stepped forward, her smile soft and welcoming. "We'll all be here to help you adjust, Aika. You have a strong support system."
Aika nodded, feeling overwhelmed but grateful. "I appreciate it. I really do."
For Izumi, seeing her friend make such a significant decision and join their family filled her with a sense of fulfillment and joy. She knew that together, they would achieve great things.
