"Tobias? Where did he go? He was just here, in front of me."

She found herself alone and lost a lot quicker than she'd ever hoped, and only the sounds of birds were there to entertain her. She could feel fear overtaking her the further and further she went into these woods, until she saw a glimmer of light from a fire through the thick bushes and leaves.

The fire was a torch on the side of a rock wall. The rock wall had a gaping hole in its front, leading to a dark, damp path deep within the cave. She mustered up all of her courage and entered.

"Tobias? Tobias! Oh Tobias, where are you?"

She ignored the feeling of a cold unending darkness, determined to find Tobias. A dim glow came from her, slightly illuminating the walls around her.

"Tobias?!"

Her yell echoed throughout the entire cave, becoming more faint the further down it traveled.

"Did I just say things? With my mouth?" She came to the conclusion that yelling his name would be better than staying lost.

"Tobias! Tobias, where are you?!"

"Rex," she heard up ahead, "did you hear that?"

"Yes," Rex replied. "But that voice was too young to be the Lady Red."

She sped towards their voices. "Tobias! Tobi-"

She crashed into the wall. The Tobias and Rex she thought she saw was actually a reflection from a crystal. She finally got the chance to see herself for the first time.

She was nothing more than a black ball with an aura around it that was the color between pink and purple. Her mask was a pleasant gold, her iris kelly green.

"What...am I?"

"We found it!" Tobias cheered. His voice was close now.

"Tobias!"

"Who's there?" Rex demanded.

She stopped. Rex was holding out a sword, and Tobias was holding a large chest, a single pearl necklace sticking out from its slightly open lid. She peeked over a large stalagmite.

Tobias dropped the chest. "What are you doing here? I told you to stay in the closet! Do you have eyes now?"

Rex glared at Tobias. "You had that thing in your closet this whole time?! You know what the elder said! He warned you that bad things were going to happen if it stayed with us!"

"She's not an it or a thing! She's a beautiful young woman and I don't care if she's 'just and orb' like you said. Yeah, I remember you saying that."

She emerged from her hiding spot. "Tobias! I followed you here! I want to help!"

Tobias looked at her, seeming confused and terrified. "Y-you can talk now too?"

Rex examined her. "Tobias, is it just me, or is she a lot...bigger than she was a few years ago?"

"You're right. But let's talk later. We need to get out of here, and now."

They took off, her following close behind them. "Let me help you!"

"Buzz off!" Rex yelled. "You're just slowing us down!"

"B-but..."

"Don't be mean, Rex." Tobias was a lot calmer than Rex. "She meant well."

Rex tossed the sword aside. "But thanks to her, we lost our loot! This place is caving in, and it's all her fault!"

"Don't talk to her like that! She's trying her best!"

She felt ashamed. The first time she ever got to come with Tobias and Rex, and she'd failed them.

"If she wants to be a part of the Elder Bunch, she needs to go through training, at least." Rex hopped into the caravan. "Get it, quickly!"

Tobias grabbed her and tossed her in, then hopped in himself. "Alright, let's skidaddle!"

Rex snapped the reins, and the horse took off in a full gallop. Tobias looked back at her.

"How you feeling? Did you start seeing and speaking because I grew a connection to you?"

"You did what?! Tobias, I warned you not to get attached to her! Once you get attached, you'll give it a name, and then it's all downhill from there! You're lucky us Bunchlings stick together like grapes, otherwise I would have thrown you off the caravan by now!"

"'Like grapes?' Grapes...Grape...That's it!"

Rex almost crashed the caravan into a tree when Tobias startled him. "Watch it, idiot!"

Tobias faced her again. "How does the name Grape sound? It fits you pretty well, I think. You're purple, your eyes are green, and you're roundish like a grape! Plus, it fits in with the Bunchling and Elder Bunch names."

"S-sure...?" She stuttered. "But...what's a 'grape?'"

"Aww! She's just like a little Bunchling! She doesn't know what anything is! Can we keep her, please?"

Rex sighed. "Fine! But if you want to keep, her, she needs to become a better thief. And you need to teach her everything and whatnot. I'm not going to help whatsoever. You understand me?"

Tobias nodded. "But I think that would go just fine. Isn't that right, Grape?"

"R-right!"
