Kyle's just about to finish his morning shift before he has a two-hour break before his evening shift. He's looking forward to the break, he's exhausted. Just then his big brother walks in.
"Hey, Kylie!" Heath grins as he walks up to the bar giving Kyle his signature annoying smirk.
"What can I do for you, Heath?" Kyle huffs, he hates when he calls him Kylie and he's not really in the mood for his brother at the moment.
"What's the rest of your day looking like?" Heath asks curiously. Kyle looks up and furrows his eyebrows. Why's Heath so interested in what he's doing?
"I'm about to finish my morning shift in about half an hour, then I'm having a two-hour break, then I have my evening shift," Kyle says, shaking his head lightly. He still doesn't get why his brother seems so interested.
"Sweet, can I please order a chicken fettuccine to take away?" Heath questions.
"Yeah, sure," Kyle says, now he's super confused by the sudden change of subject.
"Cool, then I need you to deliver it to Bianca at 12." Heath grins. Kyle looks up at him. Now it all makes sense.
"No. No way, I'm looking forward to my break." Kyle argues. He can't believe his brother is asking him this.
"Look, Kylie," Heath says, causing his brother to glare at him. "I have work. You have a long break, so you are going to drop it off." Heath says, giving his brother a hard glare.
"Or what?" Kyle challenges only to get a hard thump around the head. He instantly grabs his head and groans.
"Owww Heath! What the hell was that for?" Kyle questions.
Heath looks at him like he's stupid. "You asked or what!" Heath says laughing as Kyle's still rubbing his head. "Oh harden up you girl. Now drop that order off to Bianca or I'll thump you again." He threatens.
Kyle looks up at his brother and can see that he's not bluffing. "Fine!" He huffs. This causes Heath to wear his signature annoying smirk again. He then starts to walk away.
"Heath you have to pay!" Kyle argues. His brother is always doing this and it's so annoying.
"You've got me, don't you baby bro." He laughs.
Kyle glares at him, he hates that name just as much as he hates the nickname Kylie.
"Good boy. You're so sweet." Heath laughs when he doesn't get a reply.
He walks away again, this time leaving the restaurant. Kyle wants to argue but just knows all he'll get is another thump around the head. As soon as Heath is gone Kyle goes and orders his pizza, Bianca's chicken fettuccine, and a loaf of garlic bread. He knows Heath didn't order one, but he knows Bianca loves them. Kyle thought that she deserved a treat, especially because she was married to Heath. Afterwards, he goes back and finishes his morning shift.

At the end of his morning shift, Kyle picks up his order before getting into Brax's Ute that he's borrowing for the day. He then drives to the school. He gets out grabs Bianca's pasta and garlic bread off the front seat gets out of the car and then locks it, if a kid managed to somehow steal the Ute, then Brax would kill him, probably slowly.
Kyle walks through the school and heads towards the office to sign himself in, afterwards he walks through the school. He walks up to the principal's office, knocks and waits for Bianca to welcome him in.
"Come on in," Bianca calls, Kyle opens the door and smiles at his sister-in-law.
"Hey, Bee." He says but then he catches sight of a beautiful girl sitting across from his sister-in-law. He freezes lightly, she's gorgeous.
"Hey Kyle, Olivia this is my brother-in-law Kyle," Bianca says causing Kyle to smile lightly at Olivia.
"Hey." He says smiling, this girl is gorgeous.
"Hi, Kyle," Olivia says causing Kyle to hold out his hand for her to shake. Bianca can't help but smile, Kyle tries to put on a tough guy persona, but he is secretly a big softie.
"Olivia is the new maths teacher," Bianca explains.
"Oh, nice! Maths was one of my strongest subjects." Kyle says and immediately cringes. That's got to be one of the worst pickup lines ever!
"Really? Beauty and brains." Olivia says causing Kyle to blush slightly. "Impressive."
"I'm not as beautiful as you," Kyle replies lamely and immediately looks away. What is wrong with him?
Bianca decides to save her brother-in-law. "Kyle what brings you here?" she asks.
"Oh, Heath wanted me to give you some lunch. He couldn't bring it because he's got work." Kyle explains causing Bianca to look confused.
"He doesn't have work today. He's surfing with Brax."
This causes Kyle's face to fall. "You're kidding? Typical!" Kyle huffs as he hands the pasta and garlic bread to Bianca.
"Sounds like he's a character," Olivia observes causing Kyle to huff.
"He's something alright." He says and then turns to Bianca. "Sorry, Bee."
Bianca laughs lightly. "No need to apologise Kyle. I know he annoys you."
Just then Olivia gets up. "I'll see you later Bianca. See you next time Kyle." Olivia says and smiles at Kyle. Kyle smiles back, feeling his heart flutter.
Once the door shuts. Bianca calls out to her brother-in-law, getting his attention.
"Do you want to have lunch with me, Kyle?" Bianca asks. "Do you have any?" He questions.
"I've got my pizza in the car, you sure?" He questions. Bianca nods and smiles at her brother-in-law.
"Besides I'll give you the details on Olivia," Bianca says and laughs at her brother-in-law's face.
"I don't know what you're on about," Kyle says trying to bluff her.
"Oh please, Kyle. You are very different from your brothers, you lack the poker face." Bianca laughs.
Kyle groans. "Was I really that obvious?"
"A little," Bianca admits causing Kyle to groan again. "I think Olivia thought it was cute."
This doesn't help Kyle much. "Perfect, if word gets back to the boys I'll never live it down."
"Relax. Even if the boys don't tease you about that, they'll tease you about something else." Bianca says shrugging her shoulders and giving her brother-in-law a small smile.
Kyle looks at his sister law and sighs lightly. "Thanks, Bee, that's really comforting!" Kyle groans and runs his hands over his face.
"Will you relax? So what the boys will tease you. What matters is that Olivia may like you." Bianca says causing Kyle to look up.
"You really think so?" Kyle asks causing Bianca to smile, she grabs her food and then walks up to Kyle.
"Why wouldn't she? You're a great guy Kyle. Any girl would be lucky to go out with you. Now let's go get your food and sit down together." Bianca says as she grabs him by the arm and drags him out of her office.
After Kyle grabs his pizza the two of them sit down at a table outside.
"So Olivia moved down from the Gold Coast last month, she's a year older than you and she's single." Bianca smiles at Kyle who smiles lightly.
"She's really cute, but there are heaps of single guys in Summer Bay. I'm sure she could do better than me." Kyle mumbles only for Bianca to reach over and hit him on the arm.
"Oww! What was that for?" Kyle complains he has already been hit enough by Heath.
"Don't put yourself down! Why wouldn't she like you?" Bianca questions.
Kyle just shrugs. "Girls in high school never did, and I haven't had a lot of dates since being in Summer Bay."
"We'll those girls that went to your high school suck and you've just had some bad luck on dates here," Bianca says causing Kyle to shake his head.
"I don't call five first dates with no second dates bad luck, I call it a hint, it's not meant to happen," Kyle mumbles. Only for Bianca to hit him again.
"Owww! What's this? Hit Kyle day?" Kyle questions as he rubs his arm.
"You're 23 Kyle! I seriously doubt that you'll never find love." Bianca huffs causing her brother-in-law to look at her.
He sighs lightly. "Please don't tell the boys we talk like this, I'll never live it down."
"You worry too much about what they think," Bianca states causing Kyle to chuckle.
"It's kinda hard not to. When they all make fun of me." Kyle mumbles.
"They care about you Kyle. You know that. They just like to tease each other." Bianca says.
"Yeah, but I'm their favourite target." Kyle sighs.
Bianca shrugs. "You're the new brother. They haven't had as many years to tease you."
"That makes me feel so much better." Kyle chuckles.
Bianca smiles at him. "You've had a rough life, Kyle, there's no denying that, but you're now able to start over. You're no longer the foster kid, no longer being ordered around by your father and you're part of this family." Bianca smiles. "A lovely girlfriend is all you need, I can put in a good word for you with Olivia," Bianca says. This causes Kyle to choke on a bit of pizza.
"No! Please don't." He says as he coughs.
"Okay, Kyle. But if she asks about you I'll have to answer." Bianca says causing Kyle to sigh lightly.
"Fine, I guess." He says defeated.
The two of them continue to eat their lunch until Kyle has to go. "I'll see you later Bee," Kyle says smiling at his sister-in-law.
"Bye Kyle, by the way. How much do I owe you?" Bianca asks.
"Don't worry about it, Bee," Kyle says with a smile on his face. "You married Heath and took him off our hands. You've paid enough." He says.
"I'm going to tell Heath you said that," Bianca says jokingly.
"Please don't," Kyle says smiling at his sister-in-law.
"Your secrets are safe with me, both of them," Bianca says smiling at Kyle. "But I do think you and Olivia would make a cute couple. So it'll be hard to not try to talk her into it."
"Thanks, Bee," Kyle says and walks away. He drives back to the restaurant and sits in the office. He still has a bit of time before he's due back on the floor.
He opens his laptop and starts to do some bookwork. Suddenly there is a knock at the door. He looks up and sees his older brothers standing in the doorway.
"Can I help you?" He questions as he rolls his eyes.
"Thanks for taking Bianca's pasta, Kylie." Heath smirks. "I've been so busy!"
"Save the bullshit! I know you were surfing!" Kyle grunts and looks back down at the bookwork.
Brax and Heath laugh at their brother.
"Okay okay we were surfing, what are you going to do about it?" Heath questions, challenging his little brother.
"Nothing," Kyle mumbles.
"What was that?" Brax questions with a smirk on his face. He doesn't tease Kyle as much as Heath, Casey or even Andy. But he still liked to tease him occasionally.
"Nothing! What can I do? We all know that if I do anything you'll just beat me up and probably embarrass me." Kyle huffs causing both his brothers to laugh.
"Very true little bro, anyway thanks again." Heath chuckles.
"Anyway, Kyle we are short-staffed. Get back on the floor." Brax orders.
"But it's my break!" Kyle protests.
"Not anymore it isn't, go tables need to be served," Brax instructs causing Kyle to huff and walk back into the restaurant.
"I'll be putting it on my timesheet," Kyle grumbles. As he walks past both of his big brothers they both ruffle up his hair and give him a slight shove.
In the restaurant Kyle sees Olivia sitting at a table, he tries to avoid her but Brax points to her and tells him she hasn't been served yet.
Sighing lightly Kyle approaches Olivia, in most cases he would be thrilled to serve Olivia, but with both his big brothers in the room, not such an exciting thought.
"Hey Olivia, how come you're not a work?" Kyle questions.
"I have no classes for the last two periods, so I thought I'd look around the bay," Olivia explains. "So this is your restaurant."
"Well, my brothers," Kyle says smiling at Olivia.
"The one who loves messing with you?" Olivia asks.
Kyle shakes his head "No my other brothers, although he also likes to mess with me." Kyle laughs. "Anyways what can I get you?" Kyle questions.
"A sprite and surprise me," Olivia asks flicking Kyle a smile.
"Cool." Kyle smiles back and scribbles down his favourite pizza.
Brax and Heath are watching the interaction from a distance. They can see their brother shaking his leg, a telltale sign that he's nervous.
"I'm pretty sure that's the new maths teacher at the high school," Heath says remembering Bianca had shown him a picture of her and explaining who she was.
"Oh, now this will be fun." Brax chuckles.
Kyle walks back with a slight blush on his face.
"A lot of fun." Heath agrees.
