Three months later...

"Are you ready?" Olivia asked.

Olly reached for the blindfold. "Does that mean I can take this off if I am?"

"Yes," Peach said. "That means you can take it off."

Olly untied the blindfold and looked up. There was a statue of him and his kingdom members and close friends, all fighting Castle Dareth together.

"A statue? Where did you get the materials for this? And how did I not know about this? This is in my kingdom's square! How was I so blind?"

Daisy laughed. "The metal was from Castle Dareth. It was the leftover material from when Peach and Mario built Travis his own house in Toad Town."

Travis waved.

Olly waved back. "Grape's up there too." He looked to Peach. "Have you seen her since then?"

Peach shook her head. "No, but I'm sure she's doing fine. I gave her some advice and she seemed to take it to heart."

"How's David enjoying the Origami Kingdom?" Mario asked.

David smiled. "It's great. But it's better being here with Dimentio." He slapped Dimentio on the back.

"Father, don't. You're going to embarrass me."

David laughed.

"Father's been enjoying it too," Olivia said. "And I'm happy he decided to move in with us."

Peter smiled. "I just wanted to be closer to my children."

Rosalina examined the crowd. "Where's Olive?"

"He went back to the Rift," Olly explained. "He said he wanted to go back to Zeth's homeworld to see if he could learn how to control the CHE even better."

"I see."

"But in all seriousness, how did you manage to build this without me seeing?"

Dimentio laughed. "I told them all your schedule, and they built it whenever you were in the castle or out of the kingdom. I had to teleport it out of town a few times. Oh, and we also had Fawful and Princess Shroob built something on the Rift too."

"Oh? What is it?"

Princess Shroob tapped a hand to her brooch. "A barrier protection system. Everyone puts their files into the computer, and depending on how safe they are, we let them through. The dangerous are under constant watch while in the other world, just to keep things fair."

Olly looked at the plaque on the statue. "What's this? 'To all of our protectors, and King Olly, who lead these mighty warriors into battle.' But why me specifically?"

"You were the one who brought us all together," Bowser stated. "And you were the one who redeemed first."

"Besides you," Rosalina said.

"Besides me."

Olly held back tears. "B-but I wasn't even that helpful! I was mostly just annoying..."

"No you weren't! You even created a unity between the Mushroom, Beanbean, and Demon kingdoms!" Peach comforted. "And one is from a completely different world, so that's pretty impressive."

Dimentio looked back up at the statue. He hadn't been able to see the finished product until now, and was enjoying the details. He noticed that not only he and Olive were in the statue's display, but also Shi.

They always wanted to be their own person.

"Hey Peach," Olivia said. "What are you going to do if you do run into Grape again?"

"I don't know," she answered honestly. "But I do really want to be friends with her. It's up to her if she wants to accept it or not. And if she does come back, it depends if she's there to talk or steal. But...she had that joy back in her eyes again, so I think things will turn out fine no matter what happens."

"Where's Magic and Magica?" Junior asked. "Weren't they in this kingdom?"

Olly nodded. "They're out trying to find their older sister. She apparently had been missing from before Magica got captured, so they're back in the World Beyond to find her. Bobby's gone because he's trying to find his sister, Bombette. They had gotten separated before and-"

Mario gasped. "Bombette? I-a know her! She helped me stop Star Rod powered-up Bowser!"

Bowser snapped. "I remember her! She was pink, and her windup looked like wings! Her fuse was braided too, I think!"

Olly looked around. "Where's Luigi?"

Mario smiled. "He's-a paying a visit to the Waffle Kingdom today. I-a didn't get to stop him before he ran off, so I didn't get the-a time to tell him today was the reveal of the finished statue..."

Olly snickered. "Waffle Kingdom? I've never heard of it."

"Weegee told me this-a whole story about it, but I'm not actually sure if it's true. I haven't see it-a either. I wonder if he'll pick me up a postcard or something. I wouldn't mind a postcard..."

Olly bowed. "Thank you, everyone. This gift means a lot. But it's not just gift, or the thought behind it; it's also all of you. You all mean so much to me. Y-you're going to make me cry...I'm just so happy! My kingdom's come so far and-and most of it wasn't even from me! You've all helped me so much and I don't even know how to thank you..."

"We get your point," King Boo sighed.

"We got it from the start, SCREECH!" Antasma said.

"W-well, thank you anyways. I love you all, so much! Now look at me, being all sappy..." Olly wiped off his tears. "Heh, I'm going to get soggy."

"It's not sappy," Olivia said. "It's sweet."

"But...let's just have fun today. Let's make the most of the time we have, because we don't know when something else crazy will happen."

Rosalina grabbed Bowser's hand. "Yeah, let's make the most of it. Together."

Author Note: By this point, it was the spring before the Origami Twins turned 14. Princess Shroob and Fawful were now dating (she liked his sweet talk) and Rosalina and Bowser are now married. (meaning Peach wasn't getting kidnapped anymore) Everyone's adventures (Olive, Bobby, Magic and Magica, ect.) are going to be side stories with The Rotating Circus, Ghost Hunter, Two of a Kind, and others. More stories are also on the way, such as a story focusing on Daisy, one about Pauline (who also showed up to the ceremony), and more!

Looking back at Plus Ultra!, I had planned it to end on Centuries but I still felt like it wasn't complete. If you started this series all the way from Legend of the Fallen to this one, I congratulate you! (I love you for being patient with me. Unfortunately, there won't be a prize for completing the main series apart from finally being done.)

I did forget about Cackletta, Phantasmagloria, and Mai (who showed up in Plus Ultra! and a tiny bit in Centuries) so I'll try to mention them. Specifically Mai, since she was supposed to be Scissors' girlfriend and future wife.

I know I said I'll start working on covers, but I'm going to tell you the truth here: I haven't had the motivation to finish anything in a while. Art, books, my own writing...That's why I keep switching from updating one story to another. I'm pleased I managed to push past that and finish this series, and now that Finalfest is coming up, I'll have to start working on Splatoon GENESIS again. I did draw a picture of Darethend and Grape's dance scene, but I stopped fixing the lineart shortly after starting because I lost the motivation. I have finished a few things recently though, like a SSBU-styled splash art for Grape, Grape in the style of Friday Night Funkin', and the cover for the second book of The Cold-Stone Heart. (Which might be named Cobblestone now, since that's what the cover image is called.) I also drew something for a future story Lost but not Forgotten, which will come after the Commander series. So I'm getting my mojo back, but it's taking a little bit for it to fully return.

Anyways, just like in the end of Plus Ultra!, I wanted to send out a few thank yous. (You know, like an actual story would have at the end.) I want to thank draco07 again. She always has my back, and gave me the designs for Olly and Olivia's beast forms. I want to thank my mom, for telling me about in the first place. I want to thank Ghost and pals, for inspiring a lot of my stories and chapters, (and finally being able to give me a voice for Olive/Shi) and my music in general.

I also want to thank the guy that cyberbullied me back in 2022. Even though I dislike him with every fiber of my being, he made me mad, and that fueled my writing passion. He caused the creation of Piper, Dimentio's backstory, and got me into Ghost and Pals and other creepy music (as what my parents said lol) because it was a way for me to vent.

I love you, my readers and followers! Thank you for supporting me and keeping my inspiration going!

As always, Stay Fresh, don't get cooked, stay Off the Hook, and I'll catch ya later!
