Musume was pacing from one end of the temporary navy base, grumbling aggressively under her breath. "Know what!? Screw this! Those criminals aren't getting away!" she cried, kicking open the door and attempted to fly up to the castle. Nothing happened. She growled, turning back towards Mozu who was leaning on the door frame, arms crossed. "The king himself has pardoned them as long as they remain here," she informed, clear irritation in her voice. Musume noticed this, and started giggling to herself. "They can't stay here forever~" she said out loud, hiding the devious smile behind the sleeve of her kimono, her rose red eyes filled with murderous intent. "They could just... Disappear one night?" Mozu opened her mouth to say something, but she sighed instead. "Let's just let them leave on their own..." she said, waving the fellow Admiral back inside. Musume looked over at the castle in the distance, scoffing as she follows her back inside.
Kiwi couldn't sleep, having a feeling in his gut. He stepped outside, only to find Julio standing outside his room, a similar look on both of their faces. "Have you seen-" Kiwi started, but Julio put his hand up. "Stay quiet..." Julio whispered, waving Kiwi over. He peeked around the corner he was standing next to, seeing the royal guard carrying some gold mass. There were four men clad in golden armor, but these were dressed with silver rims and imbedded jewels, looking far fancier. Their helmets were all down, concealing their faces. Kiwi seemed confused, but then he focused on the gold they were carrying. He gasped as he realized it was a perfectly detailed statue of Kasai. The shortest of the four was still six feet tall, and was the one carrying the golden Kasai. The second smallest was also the second biggest bulk wise, and had more jewels than everyone else. He was hyping up the other, saying "Go! Go! Yea! Yea!" before getting yelled at. "Sir Polish! If you aren't here to help, go away!" the largest cried out. "I'm helping! Sir Skewer needs motivation!~" Polish exclaimed.
"Gotta say, it didn't not help," Skewer chuckled as he got the statue in a cart, causing both Julio and Kiwi to look at each other. Something was familiar about his voice, but neither of them could figure it out. The second tallest was very strange; his armor was not only super large for his skinny frame and held up by chains interlocking each piece, it was also very obviously horse armor. "Still, you're not weak yourself," horse guy said, causing Polish to scoff. "Whatever Sir Steed," he mumbled loudly, and Steed raised his hand up before the largest put his out. "No need for infighting," he said, and the other three saluted. "Yes Sir Pulverize!" they said in unison. "Our Majesty is currently getting the rest of the crew, and once that Blackchain pays him for the goldenified crew, we'll get our cut~" Pulverize chuckled, and a look of dread filled Julio and Kiwi's faces. "W-we gotta warn everyone!" Kiwi whispered, and Julio nodded as they backed up.
"Tch, felt too easy," Kagaku scoffed, sticking his pinkie up his nose. "We better tell the captain, she won't be very happy to hear about Kasai," he continued, everyone in agreement as they headed for her room, only to find it empty. "Ah shit! Did they already get her!?" Julio groaned, looking around before finding a note on her desk. Lifting it up, he read it out loud; "That Akio guy seems like he knows something. If you find this, I'm breaking him out. Zii's with me." Kiwi sighed, relieved she wasn't taken yet. But heading up to Minx's room, both he and Lia were being lead to Midas by some guards, laughing at their conversation. Kiwi stepped up, but both Julio and Kagaku pulled him back. "I wanna save them too, but right now they not knowing we know is our best weapon. Let's get to Arlos first," Kagaku said, and while Kiwi clutched his fists in frustration, he agreed with the notion. They headed up, but once Arlos' door was in sight, they dove for cover as Midas came out, smirking to himself. "Now for the bunny and that yo yo girl~" he chuckled, scampering away.
They headed inside once he left, and they winced at the sight. Arlos was clearly about to attack, but he just wasn't fast enough. "While we have him, maybe we can figure how to break them out," Kiwi said, and the others nodded as they inspected the statue. Kagaku scratched his chin before creating some kind of fluid from his finger and flicking it onto the golden floor. To everyone's surprise, the gold seemed to vanish, and created a patch of regular stone. "Heh, aqua regia, I knew memorizing your chemical formula was worth it~" he laughed, creating some more and dumping it onto Arlos, causing the gold to revert. Arlos lashed out, but once he noticed the gang he sighed. "Guys, Midas turns people to gold with his regular hands!" he cried out. "Good news is I can reverse it~" Kagaku said confidently. Four pairs of footsteps came from behind the door, and everyone froze as the door was opened.
Zii and Harmony were running on air as they headed for AU Prison, and found where Kasai had melted through, as it had yet to be fixed. They didn't care too much as it was the farthest wall from the prison blocks, so it probably wasn't going to be fixed. The path went by the security gate, and with the laziness of the guard here, the keys were just hung on the door knob, so they just grabbed them. The girls snuck their way to the cells, and started searching. A few nearby guards were conversing about earlier that day. "Yea, it was a royal pardon, not a break out. Our record's still pretty clean," the older one said, but the bearded one scoffed in reply, "Yea, but it's now one break out and like, three break-ins!" They were focused on that, so the pirates just awkwardly sneaked by, making it actually four. "There he is," Harmony said, spotting him in the bed like before. He looked up when he heard Harmony unlock the door with the key. "So Midas didn't capture you. Good," Akio smiled, jumping off the bed. "What do you mean..?" Zii asked, unlocking his shackles. He rubbed his wrists, sighing. "That Midas is just a greedy man who turns people to gold and sells them to whoever will buy. Be it family, friends, or some pirate looking for free gold," he growled in reply.
