I may as well say, for the readers, the full episode title is "Journey to the Centre of Earth Island" But that doesn't fit on FF's title limit so I had to cut it down slightly lol

Hello again folks, how're you all doing? Pretty decently I hope. Hopefully this means this next episode makes it slightly better! (Or at least the same level of quality

Well, without further ado, I think I should just get the episode started, right?

Chris begins the episode on the dock, an annoyed expression on his face as Don stands next to him. "Last time on Total Drama Elemental Islands! Our final eight experienced true fear at the start of the merge!" The final eight's shocked reactions to the merge are shown, alongside one of Lauren's numerous yelps of fear.

"For it's not zombie rage viruses or mutant weresheep that they had to fear the most in the woods… but their very own fellow humans, as they lived out a horror movie requel." [1]

Don looks over at Chris, asking, "Mutant weresheep?"

"Trust me, that movie exists out there." [2]

Don shrugs, not questioning Chris further.

"Our resident Scream Queen Lauren, and horror movie buff Xavier managed to secure immunity for themselves, by unmasking the real killers! Former competitor Katrina, the cantankerous Chef Hatchet, and some unimportant intern background guys." The two winning campers deductions are proven, as footage of everyone with their masks off shown as their names are revealed. Morgan is included with the interns.

Don steps ahead, continuing the recap, "Their luck did not extend to Carol, who in one day, got her relationship with Bob revealed to everyone still competing, fell out with Susan even more than before, made an enemy of Chef, and got eliminated by her own hands." Corresponding clips are shown, including the other six members of the final eight all standing around Carol and Bob, Susan and Carol's shouting match, Chef's threats to Carol and Carol getting launched away. "To be honest, I thought she might have had the best chances of winning the whole game."

"And yet, she lost. Sucks to be her!" Chris laughs at his comment, which Don simply ignores before continuing.

"Now that we're down to seven, will the immunity idol be played? What will Jemma and Susan do together now that they've formed an alliance? And who is getting the fireworks tonight? Find out on this exciting episode of-."

Chris cuts Don off, saying, "TOTAL! DRAMA! ELEMENTAL ISLANDS!"

"Wasn't I supposed to do that one?"

"Too slow," Chris smirks, the camera fading out into the intro.

Opening Guitar Riff:

The intro starts with the rock theme that is known so well to Total Drama fans, before a camera pops out from under some water, a microphone comes from the side towards some ground that hasn't been touched by raging fire around it. A light turns on from the side of a cave, illuminating it and a second camera pops from the bottom of a chunk of land floating, with a gopher holding on to it.

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doin' fine,

The camera zooms past the dock speeding through the elimination area and the cabins before it goes towards one end of the island.

You guys are on my mind.

The camera goes past Chris arguing with Don before it zooms into the sky showing all five islands and zooms to Water Island.

You asked me what I wanted to be

On Water Island, Hannah and Tegan, both in Scuba gear, attack each other angrily. Meanwhile Jake and Nadia find a yellow rock before Nadia turns around and angrily yells at the two fighting above.

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

Inside a cave on Earth Island, Myron, Megan and Carol walk inside, with Carol holding up a comic book and excitedly commenting on it to a not interested Myron and Megan, who look at each other worried about the cave.

I wanna be famous.

Susan writes in a small notebook furiously while making a small smile before she looks at the camera and smiles and waves at the camera.

I wanna live close to the sun,

Inside the confessional, Lauren looks around excited before she looks at the camera and makes a determined smile to the camera.

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

On Air Island, Bob punches a punching bag clean off what was being hanged, while Jemma watches and writes something on her notepad before Scuba Bear comes out of the bushes and prepares to attack them, which scares both of them.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

Xavier is seen showing Gary a few costumes, first a cowboy costume where he's swinging his hat on his finger, then a 1930s mobster suit and making finger guns and finally a rapper costume where he pretends to rap. Gary isn't paying attention and instead makes a small smirk

I'll get there one day.

Fire Island appears with Richard standing there bored before he looks at the camera

Cause, I wanna be famous!

Morgan then runs over and pushes him over so he can appear in the camera lens. An angry Rory then runs over and helps up Richard, who just sighs and shrugs.

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!

Back at the dock of Base camp, Alfred looks at the camera, a smug smile plastered on his face before he starts bossing around a couple of interns, including Katrina who was chatting with them before. Katrina and the interns get annoyed and push him into the water, the resulting splash of water covers the camera and the time changes to night.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous (Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!)

Rory and Susan look at each other lovingly before they lean forwards, only for Chris to get up and blast his megaphone, making them jump back in surprise, Susan puts her hand on her heart in shock and Rory holds his head, as the camera zooms out to the rest of the campers whistling the closing notes of the song.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

The episode begins with Jemma opening her eyes, sitting up and blinking a few times as she yawns. Turning her head, the journalist notices Susan rubbing her eyes with one hand, her head with the other.

"Didn't sleep well I guess?" Jemma decides to question.

Susan shakes her head, before questioning, "How do you sleep on this thing?"

"Getting used to it," Jemma admits, shaking her head. "Seriously, it's not fun trying to sleep the first night. I had to get out and chat with someone before I was even tired enough to actually sleep here."

With a frown, Susan adds. "Well, that just means I'm never losing again."

"Not if I have anything to say about it," Jemma chuckles back. "Just cause we're in an alliance doesn't mean I'm gonna lose out on the spa hotel."

This causes both girls to chuckle, as Susan stretches. "Well, since Lauren's not here…?"

"Strategy?"

Susan nods back. Jemma smirks, before spinning to face her alliance member, her legs dangling to the ground. "If that's the case, I want info about her. Your byline from your own experiences. I'll give info on Gary in return."

Thinking, Susan pauses, sighing before she comments. "Well, the big thing? She is obnoxiously good at making herself not look like the biggest threat. Catch her out and I dunno how she'd recover. She'll definitely try to though."

"So she manages her threat level well," Jemma nods. "That's her main way of skating by?"

"Pretty much," Susan nods. "She also mentioned having the idol, but I'm basically fully sold on the fact she's lying."

Jemma's mouth drops open at this reveal. "Seriously?" She shakes her head. "We have to treat it seriously then."

"I am." Susan puts her hands up quickly. "I think it's a bluff, but even on the small off chance it's real then we need to keep it cool around her. Especially me. We need to make sure we try to take her out and have her lose the idol before she can even play it."

"Either way, this is bad," Jemma gulps. "If this is real, then she can play it on either herself or Gary."

"She's also Lauren," Susan notes. "It's not like she'd never lie." She then shrugs. "Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm sort of her rival. If she wants me to be the rival, why give me important info you want to keep hidden?"

"You being the rival is the exact reason why," Jemma reveals. "She's a big fan of Total Drama, right? If she wants to be the villain and you to be the rival, she wants to make it fun for the viewers, right? One side always beating the other by a large amount isn't fun after a while."

"So she's handicapping herself for better TV?" Susan raises an eyebrow. "Honestly, I wouldn't put it past her. Still, I want to confirm yes or no today."

"Alright then," Jemma nods. "We both keep an eye out today. See if she or Gary have the idol, and then meet back up and tell the other."

Susan gives a smirk back. "Got it. If we find them with it?"

"We have to try and find a way to spend the idol in a bloodless way." With a frown, Jemma adds, "Or beyond that, give them a target and make them waste the idol."

The two look awkwardly, before Susan adds, "So we're losing a line of defence either way."

"Unless we get Jake, Xavier and Bob to agree to split the votes, then yeah, probably." With a sigh, Jemma continues. "But it's better than letting that thing stay around."

The two girls look at each other determined, nodding, before they stand up.

"Then let's get ready for whatever Chris has planned!" Susan lets out a loud cheer. The two girls then high-five before walking outside.

The scene changes to Don and Chris, sitting in the production tent, slowly and awkwardly sipping from a couple of coffee mugs. Chef then walks into the tent with a mug of his own.

"So uh," Don begins. "How are you doing?"

Chris sips his mug, taking a deep breath. "... I'm fine."

The awkward silence continues to fill the room. Chris' replacement frowns slightly, before saying, "Look uh. We don't have to always argue."

"But we're going to, eh boss?"

Don rolls his eyes in annoyance. Noticing the tension, Chef sits down, deciding to join the conversation. "Alright. What do you want to talk about?"

"Anything," Don simply shakes his head, a small hint of desperation in his eyes. Chef pauses to think before Don asks. "Well, Sasquatchanakwa's supposed to be here any minute now."

"Why?" Chef tilts his head.

Don looks just as confused. "Don't you know about his contract? He had one signed right at the start of the show saying he's supposed to be in every season in some way."

"Wait, really?"

Don nods. "Yeah. Most of these are challenges, but in Pahkitew he just decided to accept being frozen as the appearance."

"And then we haven't used him yet," Chef notes, to which Don agrees.

"Exactly. We called him back. He's hired for a few challenges." Chef nods in understanding at that. This leads to another awkward silence between the two. "Look, I'm just uh… I'm going to just go and get Hannah ready. You'll see Sasquathanakwa around."

Don then quickly leaves as Chris gives Chef a disapproving look. "Good job talking to him!"

"We've got to play nice," Chef shrugs. "Seriously, you're an idiot if you can't tell what they're trying to do." Chris' confused expression causes Chef to facepalm. "They're trying to make you look unreasonable. Your adoring fans won't like you if you look like a jerk around him."

"What a jerk! I can't believe he's doing this!"

"Not Don," Chef glares in anger. "The producers. Think about it, they tell you you're fired, get your replacement with you, and then leave the two of you to fight. Don's the replacement, but he's the soldier, not the general."

Chris stares at Chef, blinking a few times. "Ehh, I'm not too sure."

"Keep going then," Chef shrugs. "Up to you." with one last gulp of coffee, Chef sits across from Chris, who, despite his previous nonchalant attitude, does seem to put him into thought.

The scene then fades to the spa hotel, with Xavier walking down the stairs, stretching with a big smile on his face.

Confessional:

Xavier:

"That's the best sleep I've gotten all game!" He cheers. "If I knew this is what we'd have gotten if the Lions won the first challenge, I'd have pushed Alfred up to the slingshot myself!"

Confessional Ends:

As Xavier makes it to the bottom of the stairs, Lauren sits at the dining table with her breakfast. She looks up, questioning, "You enjoying this place?"

"Definitely," Xavier answers with a giddy tone. The Method Actor then sits on the other side of the table, shovelling eggs onto his plate.

"Yeah, this place is divine," Lauren says with a smile, before standing up and walking over to him. "There's more immunities to earn though, and I think we can help each other out here."

Xavier raises an eyebrow. "Uh, what?"

"Okay, here's the deal," Lauren begins her pitch. "You, me and Jake as the final three. Gary's a snake, but we let him stay an elimination or two so we can gain the majority. After that, you and Jake can thrash me in the penultimate challenge and you can have a couple final two like Mike and Zoey or Heather and Alejandro! Sound good?"

Confessional:

Xavier:

"And there's the reason she was buttering me up just then." With a scoff, he continues, "As if I'd vote with her anyway. Still, I can't just say no…."

Confessional:

Xavier pauses. "Why would you want to lose at the final three, though? It's a million bucks."

The fangirl pauses a moment, before admitting. "Because I want what's best for the show, if a couple final two is what's best, then ah well. Imagine the drama of the Romeo and Romeo of this game working together only to have to duke it out in the big finale?"

"Romeo and Romeo?" Xavier mutters to himself, quickly shaking his head before smiling. "You know what? You've got yourself a dealeo, to the final three!" The two then clink their glasses together.

Confessional:

Lauren:

"I might have believed him if it wasn't for me being in an alliance with Gary and learning bits of the way of the actor," Lauren admits. "Still, my target is gonna be one of the lovebirds. They're a couple, I'm not gonna let them both reach the final six if I can help it."

She then pauses. "Seriously, dealeo?"

Confessional Ends:

After the end of the confessional, we change to Jake and Bob, standing by the trees. A punching bag is set up against a branch. Bob wails on it, a determined look on his face.

Jake puts his hand up, deciding to ask, "You feeling good?"

"Never better," Bob mutters, winding his fist back, before sending his fist through the punching bag and breaking the stick off the tree. He pulls his hand out of the bag, throwing it to the ground as he takes a deep breath.

"Sorry, I just want to make sure you're doing alright after-."

"Jake." Bob turns back, staring directly at him. "Carol's elimination hurts. It really does. But it's helped me realise something."

Concern flashes on Jake's face as he asks, "What?"

"It's that anyone can go in this merge. Carol was the friendliest, strongest person here, and she just got booted like that. I need to be ready 'cause I'm definitely getting targeted soon. I need to win these challenges."

Jake pauses. "You don't have to push yourself though," Jake smiles lightly. "I'm not gonna vote you out, Xavier isn't, Jemma probably isn't either. That's more than half the votes not going for you."

"And then the idol takes me out." Bob glares. "But, it's fine." He turns around, picking the punching bag up.

Confessional:

Jake:

"As much as he tries to deny it," Jake begins. "Bob's not taking Carol's elimination well." He grimaces. "I know we haven't been friends for long, but I hope I can help him somehow. I know it's probably just something that just takes a bit of time to heal for, but the question is, how long?"

Confessional Ends:

Jake frowns, before saying, "We'll get the people that voted Carol out of the game, don't worry."

Bob's face softens, as he lets out a deep sigh. "Y-you're right… I'm sorry. Look, just go talk to Xavier, I shouldn't take up all of your time."

Jake puts his hand on Bob's shoulder, saying, "Seriously though dude, talk to me if you need someone."

"I'll think about it." As Jake starts to walk away, Bob turns around, saying, "Gary's the target, alright? Carol told me before she left to focus on him."

Jake turns back, nodding in understanding before walking away.

Outside the loser cabins, Gary puts his spoon in a bowl of gruel, putting it in his mouth as he cringes.

Confessional:

Gary:

The actor has seemingly brought his bowel in as a prop. "Before the merge, I could just sit down, shut up and eat this junk while sleeping in those infernal beds, because hey, I don't have a choice in the matter. Sure I get good food if we win, but I can't win a challenge to get access to the beds at least. But now knowing I have access to that cabin… no, no this is not going todo at all. I need to win that cabin!"

Gary growls in anger, before adding, "Stupid Lauren, she's the only one of the seven of us to never sleep in one of these beds now!" He facepalms. "Though at this point, I have to keep her happy and loyal, if she's right about one thing, it's that if she goes when the eyes are all on me, then that means my game is… not looking good. Especially if they the heroes unite."

Confessional Ends:

Gary's stomach grumbles as he frowns. "Stupid gruel." He throws his bowl at the ground.

"How many challenges have we lost again?" Jemma questions as she sits down. "You've eaten so much of it already, shouldn't you basically be immune to it?"

"I deserve to be in that cabin," Gary complains.

The journalist rolls her eyes. "Oh shut up already. I literally outlasted you there. In fact, the only person who didn't was Jake, stop being a baby."

"Whatever," The theatre kid grumbles, standing up and walking off. Jemma shrugs, eating a mouthful, before taking her bowl and walking away in another direction.

As Jemma walks away, Susan watches Jake and Xavier having a conversation. She sighs to herself, "It's worth a try I guess…."

The brainiac walks over to the couple, a smile on her face. "Hey guys!"

Jake and Xavier look over at her, the latter with raised eyebrows, and Jake looking at his boyfriend awkwardly. "Hey Susan," Jake begins, giving a fake smile.

"Why are you here?" Xavier cuts to the chase, giving her a disapproving frown.

Susan pauses, before nodding, "Yeah, I guessed as much. Just wanted to gauge how you felt about me." The genius then leaves the duo, disappointment on her face.

Confessional:

Susan:

"Yeah… Carol's elimination has sort of… made me very unpopular." Susan sighs. "I'm not a quitter though… it's tough for me, but I will go to the final two, whether it's with Jemma, or someone else if I have to, and I will win the game or die trying!"

She frowns. "If I can prove anything, it's that I'm better than I was last elimination… but really… is it that hard to be better than rock bottom?"

Jake:

"Look, Susan can't expect to act like a raging child, whine about not knowing Bob and Carol were in a relationship, be a big factor in Carol being eliminated, and expect everything to be hunky dory with the rest of us." He grimaces, before adding, "Still, Bob's going to have a lot worse of a reaction if she tries talking to him."

He frowns. "I don't… dislike her right now, but I'm very disappointed in her and it sort of sealed the fact that I'm not really willing to work with her anymore unless I need her. Though I probably will tonight if we're targeting Gary. Five votes to secure us winning out."

Confessional Ends:

Jake and Xavier turn to each other, as the latter asks, "Is she always like this?"

Jake sighs, before explaining, "It's… complicated with her. When Susan thinks thinks she's messed up or backed in a corner, she gets really sensitive about herself and desperate to keep herself in. I don't think it's… meant to be manipulative… but it sure as heck seems like it sometimes."

Xavier grimaces back, "Ah, hypersensitivity. I get it."

"Yeah," Jake frowns. "She's not worse than Lauren… but if I had a choice, after Gary and her, it'd probably be Susan next now."

Xavier nods, "I can agree to that!" Jake chuckles, before pausing, looking downwards, slightly blushing.

Confessional:

Jake:

"Xavier is so cool, and fun, and great… and I feel like I want to take the relationship to the next level. Y-y'know… kiss him. But I'm uncomfortable with myself kissing him on camera." The leader blushes, happily. "Still, maybe if we're on Earth Island I can do it in the dark!"

Xavier:

"Jake and I are doing really well right now. We're a couple, and I'm chill waiting for a kiss whenever Jake wants it. If it's off-camera, it's off-camera."

Confessional Ends:

Jemma walks towards the woods, leaning against a tree, she then begins to speak to herself, using a stick to draw into the dirt.

"Okay, so if Lauren or Gary does actually have the idol, then we need to find some way to get the votes in a spot where we won't have to worry." As the girl talks to herself, a figure from the trees pokes its head out, slowly walking towards Jemma.

"If we can just steal that immunity idol or something…-."

"Nice plan."

Jemma nearly leaps into the air, yelling in shock. Landing on the ground, the Journalist turns around, seeing Tegan, arms folded with a smile on her face. The reporter's face immediately changes to a smile as calms down. "Tegan!" The girls quickly hug.

"The one and only."

"What are you doing here?" Jemma quickly pulls away.

Tegan shrugs. "I'm the cameo apparently, snuck out of the place I'm hauled up in to meet up with you." From the distance, Don watches the pair meet up, nodding.

Confessional:

Don:

"Production left me with a mission… try to get Tegan to not turn up to the challenge explanation and see how Chris reacts." Don shakes his head slightly, "Honestly that seems a bit much to me, but it's a direct order I can't ignore so I hired some help… with extra cash involved if he doesn't actually hurt them."

Confessional Ends:

Tegan quickly looks at Jemma, asking, "How're you still in, anyway?"

"Huh?"

"Everyone turned on us," the complainer explains further. "You even stayed in longer than Katrina, so you had to be doing something right. Especially with that jerk Bob still around."

"Oh yeah," Jemma smiles. "Gary's alliance pretty much imploded on itself right after your elimination. Plus I'm cool with Bob again."

"He flipped on us though!" Tegan raises her arms. Jemma looks confused.

"He'd have had to make some confessionals about the blackmail, right?"

"He was blackmailed!?"

Jemma raises an eyebrow, "You didn't know?" Tegan shrugs at this.

"What makes you think I'll watch the episodes after my elimination? If you would have been booted I'd have watched the episode you got sent home with you so I could figure out why, but I'm not watching the rest of them."

The journalist pauses. "Okay, do you know the elimination order then?"

"I know the order those guys got here… wasn't it that bird girl last time?"

"Carol? Yeah."

Tegan shrugs. "Just tell me when someone goes home and I'll probably figure it out."

"I mean, sure," Jemma shrugs. "So around when Myron got booted, Bob revealed the blackmail to everyone, and that sort of wrecked Gary's game entirely."

"But Gary's still in though?" Tegan raises an eyebrow.

Jemma sighs. "Yeah, well, unfortunately, you're gonna hate this. I was pretty much forced to truce with him temporarily right before the merge."

Tegan frowns at this, admitting, "Okay, yeah, I hate it. It kept you in though so I guess you had your reasons."

"If it was literally anyone else would you be mad?"

"Obviously."

Jemma smiles. "If it makes you feel any better, I'm planning to get either him or Lauren out next." She turns back to the ground. "I just need to figure out a few details first.

Tegan shrugs back, "Alright, let me help out then." Not paying attention to where she's going, Tegan trips over a purple bump on the ground.

As she lifts herself up, she asks, "That… didn't feel like a bush."

Jemma helps her friend to her feet, saying, "Bushes aren't usually purple, either." She awkwardly chuckles, saying, "D-darn technology errors am I right?"

The lump stands up, its shadow looming over the duo. Sasquatchanakwa wearing a hat, as well as holding a suitcase in one hand, and a pair of binoculars in the other.

"Oh… oh no…." Tegan fearfully responds.

"RUN!" Jemma screams as the duo quickly run away, dust clouds in their silhouettes still there for a split second. All the while, the purple sasquatch chases after them.

Just as they start running, Chris calls out over the loudspeaker "Alright campers. We've got an important announcement for the eight of you today." The scene cuts between the other six, as Chris seems to have a hint of worry in his voice.

"Eight?" Xavier raises an eyebrow.

Jake shrugs, before saying, "I'd say the guest competitor's already here."

The scene then cuts back to Jemma and Tegan, still running. "Eight?" Tegan yelps. "But that means us!"

"We'll just have to be late!" Jemma responds between breaths as the pair continue to run.

Chris adds in more detail, worry in his voice again. "Meet me at the beach between here and Earth Island as soon as possible."

The girls stare at each other, concern on their faces, before the scene fades to everyone barring Jemma and Teagn standing in front of Chris. The host taps his foot impatiently.

"Chris?" Don asks before deciding not to question him further.

"I'm bored." Chris glares. "Let's just start the challenge."

Don raises an eyebrow. "Shouldn't we wait for them to arrive?"

Chris chuckles to himself. "If they wanted to hear it on time, they should have arrived. Anyway, we're overtime." For a moment, the scene cuts back to Jemma and Tegan screaming in fear as they run away from Sasquatchankwa.

The other six campers look at Chris with a mix of boredom, annoyance, and confusion as Chris turns them with a smirk on his face.

"How'd you all like my scared acting back there? None of you are in danger!"

This causes a few annoyed glares at Chris, who chuckles. "Anyway. It's time for your next challenge!"

Confessional:

Gary:

"I've seen better," he admits, pointing at himself. "Anyway, two scared roles in two challenges? He better go back to regular explanations soon, I swear, or he'll lose the magic of a good scared role."

Confessional Ends:

"Today's challenge is gonna be on Earth Island!"

In the background, Jake cheers. "Yes!" This causes everyone to turn around to look at him, as his eyes widen in embarrassment.

Don steps ahead to address the group. "For this challenge, you have to make your way to the control room and press one of the special buttons there to secure immunity." The campers look on in mild interest as Don adds. "Now, of course, it isn't going to be a straight shot there. Hannah is one of our special guests for today, and she is here to stop you."

Chris then pushes Don to the side next. "Are you ready for a bombshell though? Cause you're getting one! Tonight, you're not voting anybody off!"

After a moment of silence, everyone starts cheering.

"-because tonight is an automatic elimination challenge!"

This causes the cast to gasp, before a few groan in disappointment.

"Cool your jets, you are still playing for immunity tonight," Chris explains.

"How, exactly?" Jake tilts his head.

"Whoever wins this challenge… is immune from elimination next time." The six campers there widen their eyes. "That's right, win this challenge and you have a free pass to the final five. You don't even have to compete in the next challenge if you don't want to, though you could also compete, win immunity there and then make sure nobody else is safe. You're on your own from the final five though, no handouts."

The campers there begin to look around, excited at this reveal.

Confessional:

Gary:

"Oh, I'd kill for a chance to not compete in the next challenge and know I'm safe anyway." He then smirks, "Mixing that with the idol gives me a pass to the final four at least."

Susan:

"An immunity next time!?" Susan calls out in disbelief. "F-for free!?" A massive smile forms on the brainiac's face. "Holy crap I need that! It'd get the heat off of me for a little bit!"

Jake:

"Okay… that just made things interesting. If Xavier and I both survive and we grab the immunity from this and the next challenge, suddenly we're both in the final five, which on the one hand is very good for us… but it's also paradoxically bad because it gives us a massive target on our back at the final five." He thinks, before adding, "Still, if we can get Bob in the final five with us, it's hopefully a safe majority."

Confessional Ends:

"Oh yeah, and a little mini challenge for you guys," Chris adds, a smirk slowly forming. "You're not allowed to let Tegan, our other special guest who's not turned up yet; know that this is a challenge. She is to believe for at least most of the challenge that this is real and Hannah is trying to kill you all. Tell her, and you're our loser, straight up! No last place needed."

He then chuckles, "This challenge also goes for little miss 'I'm too good for the challenge explanation. Telling her is fine, but if she lets it slip to her buddy, she can say goodbye."

Confessional:

Lauren:

"That's low even for me," Lauren admits. She then laughs, "Is it wrong that I kind of want to see that play out first-hand?"

Confessional Ends:

Don turns to Chris, whispering, "Are you sure this is a good idea? You're just scaring them, right?"

"It's a great idea," Chris responds. "And try me."

Don turns back to the campers, a perturbed expression on his face. "Your boats to Earth Island are supplied at the water." The camera pans over to a group of four rowboats nearby. "You are to make your way to the control room and press one of the seven buttons. The contestant who doesn't press one of them is eliminated."

"Question," Gary raises his hand.

"Sure."

"You have seven buttons. I'm assuming that accounts for Tegan, but what if Tegan is the one who misses pressing it? We'd all be safe in that case."

Don looks over at Chris, before clarifying, "Well, I guess in that case, the second last person gets eliminated."

Confessional:

Gary:

"Expected," he admits. "But I still wanted to make sure anyway."

Confessional Ends:

"Now, the six of you better go before you waste the headstart I'm giving you all." Chris' comment causes the group to prepare.

"Three, two, one, race!" Don performs the countdown, leading the group to all go running to begin the challenge.

Jake and Xavier quickly run over to the first available boat, pushing it into the water, while Lauren and Gary run into the second boat.

Susan and Bob stop, looking at the remaining two boats.

Confessional:

Bob:

"I can't just leave Jemma without a boat," the giant reasons.

Susan:

"-So as much as I hate it…," Susan continues Bob's thought. "I have to row with him."

Confessional Ends:

Susan and Bob sit in the boat, with Bob in the front and Susan in the back. Unfortunately for them, due to the difference in weight, the boat leans forward, sending Susan flying into the water with Bob overturning the boat and falling in next to her.

Both quickly resurface before Susan lets out a mumble of thought.

"We need to think this through a little," Susan nods. "We're literally the exact opposites muscle-structure wise, we're not gonna make it together going like this. We're gonna have to both be in the middle or something to even have a chance."

Bob groans, before admitting, "I think I have an idea…."

Confessional:

Bob:

A look of fury is in the giant's eyes. "Don't you shippers DARE say a word!"

Confessional Ends:

The camera cuts to Susan, balanced on Bob's shoulders, while the giant has moved to the middle of the boat. Susan asks, "Are you sure about this?"

"We have to get to Earth Island, so yes." Bob declares as Susan sits down, her legs dangling onto Bob's chest. Bob then begins to row, pulling the boat ahead.

Susan frowns, a conflicted expression on her face. "Look, now might be a bad time, but about Carol.-"

"Don't… don't talk about her to me," Bob mumbles out loud enough for Susan to stop.

Susan grimaces, before saying, "I understand."

Bob turns his head back, a serious expression on his face as he asks, "Are you voting for Lauren and Gary the first chance you get?"

Susan pauses, before nodding, "Yes."

"Then I won't try to vote you off while they're competing, okay? After that, the gloves are off."

Susan quickly nods, however, Bob glares deeply.

Confessional:

Bob:

"I never get to be scary anymore," Bob admits. "I know,I don't want everyone to be scared of me anymore, but Susan? I don't care after what she did. When I get to Earth Island, she's learning the full details of our little… arrangement."

Confessional Ends:

The scene changes back to Tegan running away from Sasquatchanakwa. She looks over to see Jemma, who's disappeared.

"No! She's dead!" Tegan yells, tears in her eyes. A moment later, she's pulled into a bush, with Jemma inside, staring in fear. Tegan opens her mouth before Jemma quickly shushes her.

Sasquatchanakwa looks around, annoyance on its face as it tilts its head in confusion. After a few more moments, he walks away, picking up it's suitcase and hat in the meantime. The girls pop their heads out of the bush.

"The coast is clear," Jemma mumbles before the two girls run off to meet up with Chris.

The scene changes back to Jake, Xavier, Gary and Lauren all arriving on Earth Island, getting out of their boats and running to the entrance. Just behind them are Bob and Susan.

Bob and Susan get out of their boat, before Susan quickly says, "I'll uh… I'll just get off you now." Bob however takes this opportunity to grab Susan by the collar.

Bob pulls his fellow competitor to eye level before saying, "You're damn lucky Carol told me not to play for revenge for her, and that Jemma feels bad enough for you to give you a fiftieth chance. Don't talk to me about Carol, and don't try to apologise. After Lauren and Gary, you're next."

Bob then lets go of Susan's collar, dropping her to the ground with a thud. The giant then walks towards the entrance.

Confessional:

Susan:

Instead of saying anything, Susan simply shakes in her spot, a terrified expression on her face.

Confessional Ends:

Susan quickly scrambles to her feet, walking quickly over to the cave. Inside, three paths lay ahead. Left, Centre and Right.

After Susan enters, a loudspeaker near them roars to life. "Hey, dweebs!" Hannah laughs through it. "Hope you're ready to try and find me!" With a haughty laugh, she adds, "You've got two hours before I begin the 'crash', tick tock."

The loudspeaker turns off, as Jake, Xavier and Bob all run down the left path without a word. Gary and Lauren looks to each other.

"Two heads are better than one," Lauren shrugs to Gary. Susan pauses, looking at the duo.

Confessional:

Susan:

"Okay, dumb strategy ahead, but if Jemma's right about Lauren not wanting me to be too behind, it might work. And if it doesn't, that doesn't outright disconfirm it, I just need to do some more research."

With a chuckle, she also adds, "Plus, I can find out about that idol if it's a yes from them."

Confessional Ends:

Susan steps ahead to face the duo. "Then how about three heads? That's better than two." Gary turns around to her, eyeing her up and down.

"Why would I want to team up with you." With a smug expression, Lauren smirks at Susan as she and Gary run down the right path.

Susan grimaces in annoyance, waiting a few moments before following the duo from a distance.

Confessional:

Susan:

"Okay, so they didn't have to be so mean about it!" She folds her arms as she shakes her head. "Still. My plan works still. It's time for me to do some reconnaissance from the distance. They may have the idol but we need to check it, and with Jemma not here, it falls to me."

Confessional Ends:

Jemma and Tegan run over to Chris and Don, the women catching their breaths. Chris stares at them with annoyance.

"Oh, okay, so you do still want to compete on the show. Could've fooled me."

"A freaking Sasquatch chased us!" Jemma yells. "A SASQUATCH!" Don pauses, unnoticed by the other three, quickly nodding.

Confessional:

Don:

"And neither of them are harmed, just scared… looks like Sasquatchanakwa gets his pay after all."

Confessional Ends:

"Sure, whatever," Chris waves them off. "You're not too late to the challenge, everyone else has had a headstart, but hey, even though it's an automatic elimination you should be able to make up time."

The Journalist's eyes widen. "Holy crap! It's an automatic elimination!?"

Tegan looks over, confused. "Wait, so why am I here then if the loser's getting booted?"

Don decides to step forward, responding, "Well you need to go to Earth Island to put a stop to Hannah."

Tegan growls at her rival's name. "Gladly."

"You don't know the full story," Don admits. He then shakes his head, before walking away, letting Chris explain.

Confessional:

Don:

"Just a few more episodes, Don," the soon-to-be-host shakes his head.

Confessional Ends:

Chris stares at the duo, a frown on his face, before shrugging. "Well, we were going to have a cool challenge on Earth Island, with Hannah leading it, but she took control of the island!" Tegan and Jemma turn to stare at each other as Chris continues. "Now she's threatening to ram it into Base Camp and we can't get everything off in time. So you guys need to stop it."

Both girls stare, slack-jawed. After a few moments, Tegan speaks up, quickly shaking her head, "No."

Chris tilts his head. "What?"

"I'm not doing that."

Chris raises an eyebrow. "Your contract says-."

"I don't care what the stupid contract says!" She yells. "You're about to send me after little miss terrorist, when I'm saving myself, Jemma, and whoever else is sane enough to want to live."

"Yeah I have to agree with Tegan," Jemma nods. "If what you're saying is true you should really take everyone off the islands!"

Chris rolls his eyes. "Yeah, but that isn't happening. The producers put a deposit down on some of this stuff and they really need you to go out and do it."

"Well we're not!" Tegan yells back.

"Well alright," Chris shrugs. "But just to let you know, if Hannah pulls it off, you both know, and you don't even try to stop it after we tell you to… you could be seen as complicit in her actions. Imagine the court case, I'd imagine the press going around saying stuff and making you seem bad though. It could mess with potential job opportunities… especially in something like journalism."

"You're… you're threatening my job opportunities?" Jemma questions, horrified.

"I dunno," Chris shrugs. "You might not be seen as complicit, but do you really want to risk it?" This causes Jemma to look concerned. Tegan turns to her in confusion.

"Don't you dare consider actually going."

Chris raises an eyebrow. "Why don't you want to go?" Chris turns to Tegan, "You too much of a… chicken?"

The complainer quickly spins around, "What did you just say!?"

"Bawk! Bawk! Baaaaaawk!" Chris' impersonation causes the girl to blush, beet red.

The scene cuts to both campers quickly rowing towards Earth Island. Tegan grumbles in annoyance. "I'll show him who's a chicken!"

In the control room, Hannah whistles, walking around pressing random buttons, before her walkie-talkie goes off. The contrarian runs over, picking it up. "What?"

"You've got Jemma and your buddy Tegan coming. The rest of the cast knows you're faking it, but don't tell these two you're not acting."

"And what if I do?"

"It won't be as funny for us laughing at Tegan. Anyway, if any campers tell her they're out, but Jemma can learn at some point I guess. Still, I'd say nah anyway."

"Now you're speaking my language," Hannah snorts.

Confessional:

Hannah:

"I can do the normie stuff… just give me a good motivation… and terrifying Tegan? That's good!"

Confessional Ends:

Susan quickly walks along, turning a corner as she sees Lauren and Gary in the distance, before running up a path. She quickly looks around, seeing an incline that she runs up to hide in. The Brainiac looks around, shuddering as realisation appears on her face.

Confessional:

Susan:

"Great, I think this is the room where Chef nearly drowned Rory." Susan puts her hand up to her head. "Seriously, between Rory and Xavier, this better be proof NOT TO MESS WITH WATER!" Susan shakes her head. "Why is this season the one with all the drownings anyway? I know enough about this show to know nobody's drowned before now."

Confessional Ends:

Susan quickly looks around, before seeing a crack in the ground. Dropping down, she looks through. Seeing nothing on account of the crack not being very big.

"I don't know what I was really expecting," Susan admits, awkwardly. She then stands up, walking away with a shrug. She then mutters to herself, "Guess I just have to find some other way to listen in." Walking down the incline again.

Jemma and Tegan quickly run into the caves, looking around.

"Okay," Jemma shrugs. "Which path? I didn't really pay attention to where we were going on our way out earlier."

"Neither did I," Tegan looks ahead just as confused. "Uh…."

"We'll just have to wing it," Jemma grabs Tegan's arm, running down the middle path. The duo stop as they see a caved-in wall, some rails for a minecart poking through the rocks and a hole in the roof above. To the left and right a couple of tunnels with downward inclines.

The women look at the hole in the roof. "Okay, that's one way to make a path out," Tegan notes.

Jemma pauses. "Wasn't that Myron and Morgan or something?"

"Myron is Megan's friend, right?"

Jemma tilts her head in confusion. "You know Myron enough to know his name?"

"You and Megan are the only two people really worth my time," the complainer shrugs. "If Myron's joint at Megan's hip most of the time, I don't see why I shouldn't know he exists."

"I mean… fair."

Confessional:

Myron/Megan:

The scene cuts to Myron's face, standing in front of the pool at Playa De Losers with an annoyed expression on his face. "I'm not always around Megan, we have our own friends!"

"Uh, Myron." The camera then pans out to Megan standing next to him, looking unimpressed. "We're uh… we're not really beating those allegations right now."

Myron slouches. "Yeah, right… we aren't." Megan then holds up a trombone, playing the sad trombone sound effect.

Confessional Ends:

Susan silently pokes her head around a corner, looking at Gary and Lauren. As she looks ahead, Lauren and Gary look at each other. "Any memories of this place?" Lauren questions.

"Nope," Gary shrugs, before shuddering. "Except that pain room… I better not go there again."

Lauren snickers. "You know that now that you've said that, you'll be there in an hour… or I'll be." Lauren then shudders.

Gary gives a sly smile. "Eh, I wouldn't really count myself the superstitious type."

Lauren facepalms, before adding. "I'd count myself the 'Hannah can hear you and will purposefully send you there' type though."

"That's… a good point actually." Susan tiptoes around, hiding behind some rocks, as Lauren and Gary make it to a wall. "And we're at a dead end."

"Looks like we're turning back then," Lauren sighs, as Susan goes to move.

Gary scoffs lightly. "No, let's try being crazy, I'm not risking our game on going back." He then stands up and yells, "come on Hannah! Give us a challenge here, or a shortcut!"

"What are you-?" Lauren responds, trying to cover the actor's mouth. "Did not not hear what I JUST told you?" Susan also pokes her head back around, surprise on her face.

Gary gives a light chuckle. "Nothing wrong with a little mocking, I'm sure Hannah agrees with me here."

"I mean, yeah," Hannah's voice rings out through a loudspeaker, "but that doesn't mean I can't take you up on your first request."

A fist then juts out of the wall, smacking into Gary's face as he falls to the ground. In an instant, the immunity idol slips out of his pocket as he falls.

Susan's eyes widen as her mouth drops, agape.

Confessional:

Susan:

"It's not Lauren's to be fair… but she wasn't bluffing about having access to it!?"

Confessional Ends:

Lauren looks around, an annoyed expression on her face as she leans down to grab it, however Gary opens his eyes and snatches the idol.

"Tut, tut, tut, can't have you taking this from me." Gary's smug comment causes Lauren to flare up in anger, but she quickly calms herself down.

"Then at least keep it more secure," Lauren growls out in anger. Meanwhile, Susan quickly leans against the back of the wall, covering her mouth in shock. Lauren then grimaces.

Confessional:

Lauren:

"And now Susan knows Gary has the idol." The fangirl says with a groan. "Great, we just lost our big surprise on the five of them."

Lauren pauses, "What? Obviously I saw Susan back there, she didn't talk, but she wasn't exactly subtle." She then puts on a mocking tone as she adds, "Oh, how about I ask to team up with my biggest enemy and then follow them? It's not like that's one of the oldest tricks in the book!"

Confessional Ends:

Lauren grabs Gary's arm, before pulling him back and down a side path. Susan starts to run after them, before stepping on a button and falling through the floor.

"Ahhhhhhh!" Susan yelps, her voice fading out as she falls.

Lauren continues to drag Gary along the ground, before letting him go near a group of various holes in the ground.

"Get up." Lauren commands, before saying. "I think it's worth it to be split up now."

The theatre kid stands up, muttering, "Looks like I struck a nerve with you. Anyway, why?"

Lauren snaps back at her ally. "Because frankly, if it's down to the two of us, I'd rather not know immediately. I'm in a sabotaging mood today anyway."

Gary pauses for a few moments, making note of her expression. "You alright? I didn't mean to get you this mad, I just wanted you annoyed."

"Yes or no. It's a simple answer."

Gary looks around confused, before saying, "Sure then I guess?" Gary is then pushed down the closest hole, sending him elsewhere. Lauren finds another one going elsewhere, before jumping down it.

Confessional:

Lauren:

Lauren has a genuinely furious expression on her face. "Ugh. Now that Susan knows about it, I need to work overtime because she's gonna tell someone, and then everyone's gonna know. Gary thinks it's some kind of game and sure, it technically is, but I didn't plan out my strategy at home and make the necessary changes here to be screwed over by an idiot that lets his ego get in the way! Seriously, bringing the idol WITH YOU!?"

She then pauses, before taking a few deep breaths. "Okay, okay, calm… I'm gonna be calm." Her heavy breathing stops, as she looks up with an evil glare. "I just need to find someone, sabotage them, and let them lose. That's something I can do, especially in a dark cave."

Confessional Ends:

Gary slams against several walls of the hole he was pushed down before he lands flat on his face. He looks up, unable to see anywhere around him.

"Of all the holes to fall through, it's the place I can't see anything in."

As if to answer his comment, a pair of floodlights turn on, shining directly in his eyes, causing Gary to shield his eyes. "Agh! What the-?"

"Ready for your closeup?" Hannah snarks through a loudspeaker, "You're in the spotlight!"

Gary's eyes readjust as he looks around, seeing a large can of bug spray in front of him.

"No," Gary simply comments as he looks up, seeing seeing a sign above him.

'Pain room.'

"What's wrong?" Hannah mocks the theatre kid. "It's your starring role! Anyway, I've had a while to think about what to do with you."

"But we were in an alliance at the start of the game! Y-you said you wanted me to win."

Another laugh rings out as Hannah adds, "That's when you were on the bottom of the team. Sure I would have stuck by you if I stayed in, I made my decision. But I do not care who wins anymore."

Gary quickly shakes his head.

"Anyway, I'm helping you out here. There's a shortcut just past here that you can take. You just need to take a hit."

Gary quickly stands up, stepping forward before a giant flyswatter smacks down on him.

Hannah turns a page before saying. "That hit's from Alfred by the way. He told me to tell you to uh, 'go get bloody stuffed.' His words, not mine."

"I can tell," Gary mumbles, rubbing his head.

"Anyway, nobody's going this way so I still have a few more minutes to rough you up!" Gary looks at the camera, groaning in disappointment.

Confessional:

Hannah:

"I was hoping someone would go to the pain room," Hannah admits. "Gary getting it is just… poetic."

Confessional Ends:

Elsewhere, as the pained shouts of Gary ring out, Jemma and Tegan walk along underneath. "Oh…," Jemma starts, her voice faltering a little. "That's not ominous at all."

Tegan's furious face is evident as she stomps ahead. "Then let's just get to Hannah and destroy her!"

"Bit much, don't you think?" Jemma raises an eyebrow. "She can hear you, right?"

Tegan crosses her arms. "She's going to kill us! I think I'm being perfectly fair with this. Anyway, if she can hear me, she'll be after me!"

Jemma pauses, before nodding.

Confessional:

Jemma:

"Honestly, considering it's Total Drama, the show threatening us to compete makes a lot of sense. I have to admit though, after the initial shock wore off, there is definitely something fishy going on. It doesn't really change anything though, we need to find Hannah anyway."

Confessional Ends:

"Well anyway, if we're going to find Hannah, it's probably for the best to start focusing on going down," Jemma explains.

"Exactly!" Tegan nods back. "And with all that technology on the island, it has to come from somewhere."

"And that somewhere," Jemma begins. "I would hazard a guess, is in the middle."

Tegan tilts her head. "Right, the middle. Yeah cause everyone comes from the middle and stuff."

"It's my best assumption," The journalist gives a light chuckle.

A few seconds later, Scuba Bear bursts through the wall, letting out a growl at the duo.

"Scuba Bear?" Jemma questions.

"Nope!" Tegan quickly backs away. "We're outta here." She looks to Jemma, who has not moved.

"H-hey, buddy!" Jemma walks towards the bear.

"What?" Tegan looks directly at her friend with a horrified expression. "What are you doing?"

"It's worth a try," Jemma says with a growl. She then turns back to Scuba Bear. "Remember me, buddy? You attacked some guys for me with paintball a few challenges ago! We talked a bit!"

Scuba Bear pauses for a second, seemingly thinking

Tegan reaches out to grab Jemma's hand, attempting to pull her back, but Jemma pulls her arm away.

Confessional:

Tegan:

"She's gone senile, oh my gosh." Her eyes then narrow. "Wait… she is older than me, right?"

Confessional Ends:

Scuba Bear growls, slowly walking towards the Journalist, who steps back against a wall.

Jemma looks up at the bear, her face not showing it, but her voice filling with minor panic. "Scuba Bear, please! Remember me!"

At this, Scuba Bear pauses again, tilting its head.

"What?" Tegan asks, in genuine confusion.

A loudspeaker then starts up as Hannah adds. "Yeah, I'm with her for once… what?"

Scuba Bear stands up slowly, its head jutting around. It seems as if it wants to try and remember something.

"Grab her!" Hannah yells through the loudspeaker, as Scuba Bear's eyes momentarily flash red a few times. A few sparks leave its head, as it rears back, raising a claw above its head.

"NO!" Jemma yells, as the Bear swipes down.

Scuba Bear's paw hits the wall next to Jemma before its eyes slowly seem to widen.

"What the heck is happening?" The complainer looks up with a mix of horror and confusion.

"Scuba Bear… it's me, Jemma… remember? From the paintball challenge?"

Scuba Bear slowly stands up, before bounding away through the hole it previously created. Tegan quickly runs over to her friend, a look of confusion on her face.

"How the heck did it not tear you apart?"

"The old Flynn magic," Jemma smirks, relief in her voice.

Tegan looks at her friend with a raised eyebrow causing the reporter to explain further, "I teamed up with it during the paintball challenge, remember?"

"I didn't watch that one."

"The one where Nadia got eliminated."

"Oh, alright, that explains it," Tegan then puts her hands up in confusion, her sarcasm evident. Jemma sighs, before explaining further as they walk.

With another cut, Bob, Jake and Xavier walk along a tunnel. Bob and Xavier give each other an awkward glance, as Jake looks between them. Jake decides to step between them, asking "So, how's things going?"

"Pretty alright," Xavier quickly responds.

"Could be better," Bob adds in. "Y'know, with Carol and all."

Jake quickly looks away, cringing at the awkwardness

Confessional:

Jake:

"There is a lot of tension here. I'm the guy that needs to cut it and get them back on each other's side." He grimaces at this, before nodding. "Still, it's really just getting a conversation together with the two of them, they'll find their way back to being friends!"

He then smiles. "Anyway, maybe if Bob's alright standing a bit away, I can find a spot to kiss Xavier at? That'll be the first one I lead!"

Jake pauses. "That's my secondary goal though. Them liking each other is my main one."

Confessional Ends:

Xavier decides to speak up, saying, "Well, I had a pretty good sleep in all honesty. That cabin's great."

"Tell me about it," Jake chuckles. "Now that I know what it's like to sleep how you guys did, I want to win every challenge even more."

Bob adds, "As long as you're not in the way of me, sure. I haven't slept there yet."

"Exactly, imagine if we won," Xavier shakes his head longingly.

Bob gives a small nod. "If it wasn't for Alfred we probably would have. Little twerp better not screw me over in the finals."

"Against me and Jake of course," Xavier smiles. "We'll be a great final three!"

Confessional:

Bob:

"I'll be honest, I don't know how to lead this conversation. I promised Jake I'd talk with Xavier after this elimination if he and Xavier voted for Susan, and they did. I'm still on board with it all and I'm going to. It's just… it's a weird situation. I want to play things cool, but Xavier's probably been hurt and he's being full-on in wanting me to be happy because of it, I can tell. I don't know what to do really."

With a sigh he adds, "The only thing I do know is that I'm following Carol's advice. Take out Gary as soon as possible, then take out the rest of the villains."

Confessional Ends:

Xavier looks up excitedly. "Go team guy! Minus Gary anyway. Screw that guy!"

Bob begins to look somewhat uncomfortable, which Jake quickly picks up on. Jake pulls Xavier aside, quickly asking, "Hey, man, can we talk for a moment?"

Bob, who overheard them, quickly adds, "I'll look ahead, you two talk."

"Well uh, sure?" Xavier looks over at his boyfriend with a confused expression. The duo then walk over to a corner, as Bob walks back.

Jake let's out a sigh, before saying. "Okay, good news and bad news. Good news, Bob's already coming back around to you."

Xavier's eyes light up at this. "Really?" His face widens into a smile. "Great!"

"Bad news," Jake continues. "You're being a bit much. Play it cool, I think Bob's gonna appreciate it more."

Xavier sighs, before saying, "I don't want to lose him though. If I play it cool, what if he just thinks I don't care?"

Jake gives a quick laugh at this, before he responds, "Trust me, he knows you care."

"Did it… did it really come across that bad?"

Jake shakes his head. "It's not bad, just a little too much. If anything, he does know how you feel now. Plus I wanted to check in on you."

"I'm doing fine," Xavier grimaces. "Could be better admittedly, but it's not awful."

"How can I make it better for you?" Jake questions. The two gaze into each other's eyes, beginning to lean forward. This is until they're broken from their trance by a shocked and panicked yell from Bob.

"Bob!?" They both question, running over to meet up with the giant. After running around a corner, they see Bob stuck in a hole in the ground.

"I'm stuck here!" The juggernaut yells out. "Either pull me up or drop me down."

Jake and Xavier both lean down to try and pull their friend up. They strain under the pressure of trying to lift, but quickly realise their inability.

"That's fine," Bob yells out. "Send me down and keep going ahead. One good stomp should be fine, just don't-."

Xavier hits Bob on the head.

"-hit me on the head. Do the shoulders." Bob's tone changes to mild annoyance, which causes Xavier to flush red in embarrassment.

"Sorry."

"It doesn't matter," Bob rolls his eyes. "I'll see you both at the end, alright?"

With a nod, the duo stomp, pushing Bob down to floors below. After his yell fades out, Xavier and Jake stare at each other, pausing.

"That means it's just us," Xavier gives a sigh, before smiling. "We can do this."

"Yeah!" Jake cheers, as the duo run off.

Down below, Jemma and Tegan walk along a lower floor, before deciding to pause and look around.

"Walls, walls, walls," Tegan rolls her eyes. "Can we find somewhere different? Maybe an ice rink or something."

"Y'know, I wouldn't put it past production to put one here. Hopefully, it's the next challenge." The girls then giggle to themselves, before suddenly, a yelling becomes clear. They stop in place to look around, before looking up right as Bob lands on top of them.

The duo of girls groan as Tegan goes, "Ugh… whozat-?" Bob joins in on the groaning as the girls realise who it is.

"H-hey, Bob!" Jemma grunts. "Can you get off us, please?"

Bob silently does so, rolling onto the ground behind them as Tegan stands up with an angry expression. "Great, you." She turns to Jemma, who is still on the ground, before she spits, "Let's get out of here."

Bob stands up next, sarcastically commenting, "Great to see you too, Tegan."

This causes the complainer to spin back around. "Glad to know traitors can make the final seven, that makes me very happy. Say, you must have loved voting me off, right?"

Bob looks at the girl with anger before slowly saying, "Things. Have. Changed."

"Who cares," Tegan swishes her hair back. "I lost out on a million bucks, and sure it's Gary's fault, but it's yours too!"

As the two glare at each other, Jemma stands up, putting her hands between the duo. "Come on guys, both of you calm down a bit." She first turns to Bob to clarify, "Tegan hasn't watched the episodes since she got booted." Jemma then turns back to Tegan, revealing. "We made up, remember? He got blackmailed by Gary but then got out of it, and things are cool."

Tegan shrugs before Jemma continues. "Anyway, three is better than two, right? Especially with Hannah running around trying to kill us." Bob's eyes widen before he looks at Tegan, quickly holding his breath.

Confessional:

Bob:

"I'm not losing out on the game, I can't just say it's a prank from Chris and Chef."

Jemma:

"Admittedly I don't actually think Chris is serious about Hannah. It's probably just a challenge, but if I said something… I dunno, I just felt like it isn't the right time to reveal that."

Confessional Ends:

Bob and Tegan look at each other with glares, before walking alongside Jemma on each side, who gives a light sigh, but continues to travel with the duo.

Over with Susan, she walks along in the cave, thinking out loud and talking to herself. "It's okay Susan… It's okay. You're just all alone in a dark cave… and your target has the idol. You can still win this." As she continues to walk through, she offhandedly asks, "Why… is nothing appearing?"

A loudspeaker above her crackles to life as Hannah talks to her. "I'll tell you why Susan. I have nothing physical planned for you. Now that you aren't spying anymore, it's just you, and your brain left to think about everything. I'll even block off the path you're going down if people get too close to you before the end."

"Seriously? I'm just getting a straight shot to the end?"

Hannah laughs. "Eh, maybe I'll do something later, who knows? But for now, I'm just gonna ask you. How are things going with Carol?"

Susan groans in anger. "Great, even the eliminated people are yelling at me for this now. I screwed up, I get it."

"Oh you screwed up, but you don't get it. We keep holding you to it, because you keep pushing away any sort of redemption. I don't care about that stuff, redemption's for normie babies; but you clearly do. Nothing coming down and hitting you, is gonna mess with you more than thinking about your mistakes."

"Shut up," Susan looks downwards as she keeps walking.

Hannah scoffs again, before saying, "No snide remark? You're supposed to be smart, right? You got blackmailed by Morgan though. And you send Richard home as a threat when you could have just voted Morgan and gathered a majority."

Susan stops in place. "You're forgetting Richard was smart too," she turns around to see the loudspeaker again. "The only person on the team that really at least reaches my level. He's a threat because if he had a chance to get friends he might have won out."

"Keep telling yourself that," Hannah shrugs. "I've got one more thing though. At the docks, Rory forgave Carol like… right as she arrived, and he's the guy she screwed over."

Hannah turns off the loudspeaker as Susan looks downwards.

Confessional:

Susan:

"Rory forgave Carol immediately. That sure does sound like him." Susan blushes lightly, before sighing. "Maybe Hannah is right. Maybe I do keep screwing up all the chances I'm given. Maybe I should just not work with Jemma and at least salvage a friendship with her after the season." She shakes her head for a moment before looking up at the camera with a neutral face. "Or maybe I shouldn't. She's reached out to me after all, and I could use someone to not make me stressed and alone." Slight conflict appears on the brainiac's face after that.

Confessional Ends:

With Lauren, she sees a torch on the wall, sighing, before grabbing it and walking ahead.

Confessional:

Lauren:

"Everyone else is playing for first in this challenge, I'm playing for anything but last. If that means I get someone injured, I can live with it as long as it isn't fatal. I mean, it's not the first time this has happened, right? Even in a cave exploration challenge, and at final seven. It happened in All Stars!"

She then frowns. "Though this is going to make me a hypocrite. Good thing Gary isn't here, I wouldn't hear the end of it."

Confessional Ends:

Lauren listens out. Hearing voices below her, causing her to smirk. She turns around and yells out, "Hey, Hannah! Too scared to take me out? I'm over here!"

A hole in the wall opens up as Scuba Bear falls out, its eyes red again as it lands in front of Lauren on all fours. The fangirl quickly widens her eyes.

"S-Scuba Bear?" Lauren gasps out.

With a simple roar from the bear, Lauren runs away in a panic, the robot giving chase.

Further down the shaft, a small hole appears to catch Lauren off guard, which she manages to jump over. Turning around she sees Scuba Bear bounding towards her with it's mouth open.

Lauren quickly holds the torch in front of her. The torch gets stuck in Scuba Bear's mouth, holding it open momentarily. The superfan uses this opportunity to run over and shove the bear down the hole.

The camera pans downward to Jake and Xavier, chuckling to themselves, before Scuba Bear lands in front of them.

"Oh crap!" Xavier yells out as they both scream and run ahead.

Cutting back to Lauren, she responds, "Great, now that that's dealt with," before walking away whispering.

As Jake and Xaiver run, Jake notices a ladder, quickly grabbing his boyfriend and starting to climb down. Unfortunately, being unable to hold both of their weight, Jake lets go as the guys fall down.

Slamming down on a wooden floor, the boys stand up, looking around.

"Where did we-?" Xavier rubs his head, before both him and Jake realise where they landed. A wooden circus cage with no door to release them.

"Oh great." Jake sighs. Xavier puts his hand on his boyfriend's shoulder.

"We can manage." The method actor puts on an adventurer's voice. "When no door is in this ruin, we just find our own way out!" Switching back to his regular voice, he adds, "Now where is it?"

"W-wait," Jake looks around quickly, before blushing slightly. "If we're gonna be looking around, I just want to-."

"We have wheels!" Xavier yells in excitement, cutting Jake off. He quickly realises what he's done. "Sorry man, what were you saying?"

"Uh, nothing," Jake lightly chuckles.

Confessional:

Jake:

"Okay, to be fair that one's on me. I shouldn't have gone for the kiss there."

Confessional Ends:

Xavier looks over, before nodding. "Well alright. The way I see it, if we can roll this thing into a wall, then we can damage the thing and get out." Xavier starts to slam his shoulder onto one end, which Jake quickly joins in on.

The cage starts to roll ahead, towards an incline.

"We're almost there!" Jake cheers. They then make it to the top, sending the cage over the incline, rolling down fast.

Xavier looks over to Jake, before saying, "Now that this is done. DUCK!" The duo huddle in a corner together as the cage crashes into a wall, getting destroyed.

In the wreckage of broken planks of wood, Jake and Xavier stumble out, clutching their sides in pain.

"That worked!" Xavier smiles. "That actually worked!"

"Let's go us!" Jake adds in. "If this is what we've got to worry about, then we'll get this done in no time!"

The two guys high five before running ahead.

Next with Gary, he mutters, "Stupid pain room, stupid Hannah, stupid game…." He pauses for a moment, leaning against a wall, as he accidentally pushes a button. With the button, a door opens.

"I didn't have to tell you to double back," Hannah adds in with the loudspeaker. "Neat."

"Well I needed something like this anyway," Gary sighs.

Hannah's mocking tone goes through the speaker. "Definitely. Like, five other people are in front of you right now."

"Wait, what?"

"Yup. If you go through here though, you'll be one of the first done… probably."

"Probably? Do you seriously think I'll just believe you?"

Hannah then adds, "Okay. Don't believe me. What if I'm telling the truth? If I am and you don't go down there, I can easily see you getting last here, the folks behind you are pretty close."

Gary sighs, before entering the tunnel.

Gary's scene zooms into the top corner, as the other four groups all appear. Lauren in the top middle, Susan in the top right, Bob, Jemma and Tegan in the Bottom left, and Jake and Xavier in the bottom right. A small circle appears in the bottom middle as Hannah starts to laugh to herself.

After the laugh, the scene cuts to Chris and Don in a tent on Base Camp. Chris starts declaring. "And we're off to a start! Who's gonna win immunity? And who's going down in defeat today? Find out-."

"-After the break." Don cuts Chris off, who grumbles, but just rolls his eyes.

Maybe if I don't bring attention to the time between uploads you won't realise it? Oh, who am I kidding? So in the time between chapters, I gained and lost a job. I thought I was doing well too. I also had a holiday and got hit by massive writer's block on specifically the challenge for this episode.

Anyway, I have a lot of notes but they all need to be said in part 2, so I don't have too much to say here. I guess if you want a nugget of info, this is what I would consider the final episode of Act 2 of this fic. I'll give a bit more info in Part 2, but I may as well say it here.

Alright well, I genuinely don't know what else to write so unless I figure out anything else I wanna write I'm done here, so I'll see you all for part 2!
