Camera opens to Jenna sitting at her desk, typing on her computer. She looks frustrated and stressed.]
Jenna: [voiceover] Being a private investigator is not an easy job. But when someone you care about is in trouble, you do whatever it takes to help them.
[Jenna closes her laptop and picks up her phone. She dials a number and waits for it to connect.]
Jenna: [on the phone] Hi, Virgil. It's Jenna. I need your help with something.
[Cut to Virgil, a tall and muscular man, sitting in his office. He is also a private investigator and Jenna's brother .]
Virgil: [on the phone] Hey Jenna, what's going on? You sound worried.
Jenna: [on the phone] It's about our sister Janella. I think she's been lied to and I need your help to find out the truth.
Virgil: [on the phone] Sure, I'll be right over.
[Cut to Virgil arriving at Jenna's office. They sit down and Jenna starts explaining the situation to him.]
Jenna: Janella's been acting strange lately. She's been distant and avoiding me. I tried to talk to her about it but she just brushed it off.
Virgil: Do you have any idea who might be lying to her?
Jenna: [sighs] I have a feeling it's her boyfriend. He's always been controlling and manipulative.
Virgil: Alright, I'll start investigating. But I'll need some information from you. Do you have any evidence that he's lying to her?
[Jenna hands over her laptop to Virgil.]
Jenna: I hacked into his email and found this. [points to the screen] He's been messaging another girl, making plans to meet up with her behind Janella's back.
Virgil: [impressed] Good job, Jenna. I'll look into this and see what else I can find.
[Cut to Virgil investigating and gathering evidence. He finds out that the other girl is Janella's childhood friend and they have been planning to surprise her with a birthday party.]
Virgil: [on the phone] Jenna, I have some news. Janella's boyfriend is not cheating on her. He's planning a surprise birthday party for her with her childhood friend.
Jenna: [surprised] What? But I saw the messages. They were meeting up secretly.
Virgil: [on the phone] Yes, but it's all innocent. He didn't want Janella to find out and ruin the surprise.
[Jenna's phone rings. She answers and it's Janella.]
Janella: [on the phone] Jenna, I need to talk to you. Can we meet up?
Jenna: [on the phone] Sure, I'll be there in 15 minutes.
[Jenna and Virgil arrive at a cafe where Janella is waiting for them. Janella looks upset and on the verge of tears.]
Jenna: Janella, what's wrong?
Janella: [crying] I found out my boyfriend has been lying to me. I saw the messages on his phone.
Jenna: [takes a deep breath] Janella, I know about the messages. But there's more to the story. Virgil found out that he's planning a surprise birthday party for you with your childhood friend.
Janella: [surprised] What? I had no idea. I feel so foolish for accusing him.
Virgil: [smiling] It's okay, Janella. We all make mistakes. The important thing is that you know the truth now.
[Janella thanks Jenna and Virgil for their help and they all hug.]
Jenna: [voiceover] Sometimes, things are not always what they seem. It's important to get all the facts before jumping to conclusions.
[Camera fades to black.]
Jenna: [voiceover] And as for Janella, she learned a valuable lesson about trust and communication in a relationship.
[Camera fades back in to Jenna and Virgil walking out of the cafe, laughing and chatting.]
Jenna: [smiling] Thank you, Virgil. I couldn't have done this without you.
Virgil: [smiling back] Anytime, Jenna. That's what family are for.
[Camera pans out as Jenna and Virgil continue their conversation, highlighting the importance of friendship and trust in solving problems.]
