The episode begins with flashbacks. Miss May and her men return to the ship.
"Welcome, strangers." said the captain.
"Report to the bridge." ordered the man.
The ship's course is set to Earth. The alarm goes off as they reach the other side of the planet. It was the USS Sulaco.
"What is this ship doing here?" asked the captain.
"What is wrong with the ship?" asked Miss May.
"They're scanning us." said the man.
"This is Colonel Blade, please respond." said Blade. "I offer you peace and greetings."
The USS Sulaco fires the ship. As the ship flees, USS Sulaco attacks it with such force.
"We must evacuate." said Miss May. "Fire!"
The ship fires the USS Sulaco only for it to miss the shot.
"We must leave, now!" cried Miss May. "Palmon, help me out right now!"
Palmon appears. Miss May then sets the override. It says "OVERRIDE DENIED". Miss May then unconscious after touching the crystals. She wakes up and finds numerous dead bodies and a young girl, who is the only survivor of the USS Sulaco incident.
"Please respond!" said Miss May.
They are no people present inside the ship.
"Captain!" cried Miss May.
Later, she uses a long voice memo.
"This is Miss May, after being attacked by a ship, I lost consciousness." said Miss May. "Afterwards, I found numerous dead bodies except for a young girl. Based on the facts, the evacuation orders are denied. I was unable to find any survivors other than a young girl."
Alex shows up in an illusion.
"Listen to me, you are injured!" said Alex. "If you sleep, you will die."
The ship is stuck in hyperdrive. Miss May wakes up and summons Tentomon to find any survivors. She hears singing.
"Hello?!" said Miss May.
The singing stops.
"I sent out a distress signal to the SGC." said Miss May. "It could be 100 light years. And if the survivors are present, I will do everything we can to return home. I have enough food and drinks for several months according to my calculations."
Miss May sees the young girl again.
"I've been trying to find a jump back home." said Miss May. "It's more likely that the USS Sulaco team is responsible for the murder of numerous people."
Jack appears.
"Hello." said Jack.
"I need time." said Miss May. "I need to find a way out and be with the real you."
"Well, good luck." said Jack.
Miss May continues her work. Later, she places the boxes on the floor and checks out the noise. She has eight hours to find a way out. Meanwhile, Ferrel and the real Jack go to the briefing room.
"I heard about Miss May." said Jack. "She was stranded inside the ship after a massacre."
"Miss May and the young girl are the only survivors of the USS Sulaco incident." said Ferrel.
Back at the ship, Miss May continues her narration.
"Ship log update, I have discovered that the ship is damaged." said Miss May. "I sealed off the sectors. I can't stop the damaging."
A young girl interrupts Miss May's narration.
"Sam is gone…" said the young girl.
"Who are you and what do you want?" said Miss May.
A young girl leaves only for Alex to show up.
"You must stay awake." said Alex. "Now go."
"Where?!" cried Miss May.
"Go find a way home." said Alex.
Miss May wakes up in the real self.
"The head injuries are getting worse." said Miss May. "Our only hope is to find a way out."
The ship seals off and the gas tanks open.
"You can make it." said Miss May before seeing a young girl from a screen.
Jack shows up.
"Hello?" asked Jack.
"Did you see a young girl?" asked Miss May.
"No." replied Jack.
"I need you to stop following me and help me!" cried Miss May.
"If you talk to a girl, then you will die." said Jack.
Miss May is about to lose consciousness and hear singing. Miss May wakes up afterwards and sees her.
"I need to talk to you." said the young girl.
At the empty cafeteria, the young girl is known as Grace. Bill appears.
"Dad…" said Miss May.
"You saw that girl?" asked Bill.
"This massacre resulted in over thirty deaths and only two survivors." said Miss May. "I did see the girl."
"Listen, you must stop an illusion." said Bill.
"Grace is causing illusions following the USS Sulaco massacre." said Miss May. "I don't know who's responsible for the incident."
"It's time to stop thinking about the past." said Bill.
Bill disappears. At the embarkation room, Ferrel's men return from the mission.
"How's it going?" asked Hammond.
"Bad." said Ferrel. "And Miss May is stuck in a non-working ship."
"They complete the course." said Hammond. "Anyone else?"
Alex and Shoutmon go to the locker room and find whereabouts of Miss May. Back at the ship, Miss May sees Grace until Ferrel shows up.
"Come on, get up quickly." said Ferrel.
"Ferrel, what brings you here?" said Miss May.
"I'm here to get you out." said Ferrel. "Go save the world."
The ship is about to be destroyed. Grace shows up at the bridge.
"You…" said Miss May. "You created illusions?!"
At the control room, Grace follows Miss May while finding a way to stop the hull breach. The screen says "Engines Active". Miss May goes back to the bridge and launches the hyperdrive only to discover that USS Sulaco is inside the trap. Alex, Sam, Pete, Ferrel and Jack are at the bridge.
"This is Miss May, can you hear me?" said Miss May. "I found a way out. Here's the deal, kill me in exchange for the entire USS crew."
The USS crew is still alive despite the massacre, due to the fact that they are kidnapped, not killed.
"What happened man?" asked the man.
"It's a long story." said Miss May. "Grace is killed in exchange for the USS crew, not me."
Later at the infirmary, Ferrel sees Miss May.
"How's the ride?" asked Ferrel.
"It's been weeks without the team. Grace is killed in order to get the USS team back." said Miss May. "At least I'm alive."
"What happened to the USS Crew?" asked Ferrel.
"They were kidnapped, Ferrel. Not killed." said Miss May.
Miss May hears singing. The struggle is over.
