(A/N: Second chapter uploaded today)

In the pit, Cole screamed as he fell before stopping to take a deep breath, and resumes screaming, but stops again to look around, until he hears Dragon screaming from above him, and he turns around. Dragon was of course falling as well, but his straw hat was far away from him. "Master Wu, are you okay?!" Cole asked as loud as he could while having his hands close to his mouth to act like a bullhorn, but the rushing wind caused by the falling makes it hard to hear.

"What?!" Dragon asked as loud as he could.

"I said, are you okay?"

Dragon manages to hear it. "For the moment, yes!"

"Speed up! I can't hear you!"

"I'm falling as fast as I can! You have to slow down!"

"How?"

"Use your Elemental Powers!"

"What?!"

"Your Elemental Powers!" He started to wave his arms. "Use your powers to slow down!"

Unfortunately, Cole couldn't hear him and assumed he was just flapping his arms to reduce velocity. "You really think that will work?!"

"Yes!"

Cole soon shrugged. "Okay, here goes nothing." He started to flap his arms as Dragon looks at him, confused. "It's not working!"

"Master Wu, Cole!" Vania was heard as they both look up to see her flying down to them while Dragon managed to grab his hat and puts it on his head before holding onto it.

"Princess Vania?" He asked.

"I'm coming, but you have to slow down!"

"How?"

"Use your arms like this!" She started to flap his arms.

A little reluctant, Dragon lets go of his hat, which falls away again before he started to flap his arms to slow down, but stops, grabs his hat and puts it back on, humiliated. "Oh, what the hell am I doing?" He lets go of his hat again, which falls away once more. "It's no use! That won't work!"

Cole notices a few roots and rocks hanging out of the pit walls. "I've got an idea!" He called out as best as he could. He turns around before moving to a root and managed to grab hold of it, briefly sliding down it, until it snaps off. He resumed falling while holding the broken root before throwing it aside, which hits Dragon in the face. "I need a bigger vine." He moves for another root and manages to grab hold of it, briefly sliding down it, but managed to stop, until he hits the wall, breaking part of the root he was holding, and he started to resume falling again.

Fortunately, it gave Dragon a chance to catch up as he moves alongside him. "Cole, stop playing with those twigs and stay with me!"

He throws the broken root aside before moving close to Dragon and was able to hold his hand. "Gotcha." They both look down the pit as they keep falling.

"Hang on, I'm almost there!" Vania called out to them. They both look up as best as they could before they both turn around to face her while Dragon managed to grab his hat and puts it on his head before holding onto it.

"Are you sure those wings will hold all three of us?" The question made Dragon let go of his hat, which came off his head again.

"No, but it's our only chance! Now reach!" She holds her hand out as far as she could as Cole and Dragon held theirs up before Dragon managed to grab her wrist while Cole grabbed her hand. "Gotcha!"

She soon spreads the wings to try and fly up, only for screaming to heard and they all look up to see Maggie falling. "MAGGIE!" They all yell before Vania holds out her other hand, which she quickly grabbed. But, now with the weight of all four, the wings soon snap off Vania's back and they start to fall again.

"Oh, I was afraid of that!"

"Me falling as well, or Vania trying to fly us back up to the surface?" Maggie asked.

"Maggie, where's Hayden?" Dragon asked.

"Vangelis is probably getting him locked up right now as we speak."

"What do we do?" Vania asked, hoping to get them back at their current situation.

"Firstly, allow me to say you are handling this situation remarkably well." Dragon replied.

"Thank you, but I'm with you, Maggie and Cole, and I'm sure you've been in way worse situations."

"Uh..." Dragon tries to think of what to say.

"Um..." Maggie also tried to think.

"Uh, nope." Cole simply said.

"But I'm sure you have a plan." Vania replied.

"Not me."

She turned to Maggie. "Don't look at me." She said.

Vania then turned to Dragon. "Alas, no." He said. Vania looks away, a little conflicted before she raised her arms high and screamed. Suddenly, they hit something, which they soon broke through, until coming across a few nets in random places, which they hit and move down the side that continued downward, then another before coming across a big one at the bottom. "Whoa!"

"Brace yourselves!"

They soon land on the net, briefly bouncing, but bringing webbing along until they're pulled back down and lie on it while Dragon's hat lands on top of Maggie's head.

They all soon sat up and look around to see many helmets, armour, shields and naginatas of the Shintarian guards, as well as some skeletons, which Cole noticed one nearby and gasped out of shock. "This is not an improvement."

They try to get up, but their legs and hands were stuck to the net due to the webbing. "This... this is not working!" Cole said as he strained. "I'm just getting more and more stuck."

"We have to calm down and think." Vania said before she takes in a deep breath and exhales. She then notices some naginatas close by. "Maggie, can you bring those over so we can cut ourselves free?"

Maggie tries to free her hands but is unable to. "I can't get my arms free!" She replied.

"You don't have to." Dragon said, making her turn to him. "Try looking at it, concentrate, and it will come to you."

Maggie nods and looks at the naginata and closes her eyes to concentrate, but nothing happens, and she opens her eyes. "Oh, this is dumb!" She sighed, humiliated.

"I read in a book by the highly acclaimed adventurer and explorer Clutch Powers, that the key to staying calm is to do vocal exercises like-"

"#Bro, bro, goo, goo!#" Maggie's chant interrupts Vania, and she turned to her. "#Bro, bro, goo, goo#"

"Don't tell me you've gone Jay on us." Cole replied.

"It's only to amuse her. Besides, we're all calm and-" Hissing was soon heard and Vania screamed before they look to see what had scared her. There was a spider coming over to them.

"Oh, crap." The spider started to approach them and they start to scream before it turned to Cole, who shrieks, and grabs hold of him.

Maggie, Dragon and Vania try to free themselves as the spider was wrapping Cole up in its own web. "Hold on, Cole!" Dragon yelled.

The spider soon lifted the cocoon wrapped Cole. "Get me the fuck out of here!" He yelled as best as he could, but was a little muffled from the webbing as the spider turns to the others.

"Cole!" Vania yelled as the spider started to move. "Try to remain calm."

Another spider soon shows up. "Can't get it off!" The spider holding the cocooned Cole then turned to the other spider. "What's happening? I can't see anything!"

The two spiders start to come at each other for Cole. "That's probably for the best." Dragon said as the spider facing the one holding Cole passed between him and Vania, almost stepping on Maggie.

"There are two giant spiders fighting over you!" Vania immediately started the obvious, making Maggie and Dragon glare at her.

"What?" Cole asked from inside the cocoon. "Get them away from me!"

"Uh... They have very large fangs and they both look very hungry." The spider then charged at the one holding Cole and started to grapple it as it lets go of the cocoon covered Cole while they wrestle.

"The good news is they just dropped you and are now fighting each other." Maggie said before another hiss is heard, and they turn to see another spider coming out of a tunnel and screeches.

The spider started to come up to the cocoon. "Uh oh."

"'Uh oh'?" Cole asked from inside it as the spider moves over Dragon, who shrieks in fear. "What does 'uh oh' mean?"

"Don't wet yourself, but there's a third spider and he looks even more hungry than the others!" Maggie replied.

The spider picks the cocooned Cole up. "Now, what's going on?"

"It's going to eat you!" Vania said.

"If you're gonna wet yourself, this might be your last chance!" Maggie yelled.

"I am not wetting myself!" Cole replied from inside the cocoon. "Now do something!"

"Okay, just keep your pants dry!" Vania said before noticing a nearby leg bone. (A/N: I actually did have a moment where Cole peed his pants, but chose not to put it down if anyone gets grossed out by it)

"Not helping, Vania!" She started to lift her arm up as best as she can before it managed to break free. She picks up the bone and throws it at the spider.

The bone hits the spider, which causes it to turn around to them and moves for them. "Holy shit!" Maggie yelled as Vania raises her legs and manages to break free before getting up and picks up another bone.

"Take that!" She yelled before throwing it at the spider. The spider hissed upon being hit by it, but does nothing. "Come on!"

"Maggie, the naginatas, quick!" Dragon said, pointing out to them.

Maggie scoffs before turning to the naginatas and closes her eyes. "Come on." She said to herself as she tried to concentrate.

"Hurry up!" Cole yelled from inside the cocoon. Maggie's hair started to glow silver and rise up, knocking Dragon's hat off, as almost all the objects made of metal start to levitate before she opened her eyes to the naginatas while everything around them fell, and she turns her head back to the spider. The naginatas fly past them as one hits the spider, causing it to screech in pain and let go of the cocooned Cole. "Ow! Now what?!" (A/N: What you just read was what looked like Maggie has unlocked her RX power, like how Cole and Geoff did. Can anyone think of a different name for it since I actually got one?)

"Uh, Maggie's hair just glowed silver and wide, and some naginatas hit the spider holding you and it's let you go." Vania said before noticing the spider coming for her. "And now it's coming for me!" The spider raises a leg to try and strike her, but Vania backflips towards a nearby skeleton, still holding onto a naginata and shield before she grabs them and turned the spider just as Dragon manages to get his right arm free while Maggie's hair turned back to normal and lowered. The spider screeched as it advanced towards Vania before she throws the naginata like a javelin, which barely makes a scratch before landing in the net. She then looked at the spider, which was even madder, and backed away, holding up the shield. "Okay." The spider started to move towards her as she threw the shield at it, but it doesn't affect it as it continued heading towards Vania, who runs towards the wall, jumps onto a rock and jumps to a platform. "Get away! Shoo! Shoo!" Maggie and Dragon see the whole thing before turning back to the cocoon encased Cole as he was trying to get free. "Bad spider. Bad!"

Dragon tries his best to break free as Maggie moved towards the spread out naginatas before her hair turns to silver and rises again, making them levitate, and turns towards the cocoon. "Help me!" The naginatas fly towards the cocoon before they strike parts of it, ripping it. Maggie then moved her head back, which sends the naginatas flying towards her and Dragon, who gasps, but they only hit the webbing that was binding them before they get up and head for the ripped cocoon while Maggie's hair turned back to normal and lowered, and Dragon puts his hat back on. Vania somersaults over the spider and heads for Maggie and Dragon as they tear open the cocoon, revealing Cole, who looked terrified.

He gets up and they look at each other. "What do we do?"

"I'm thinking..." Dragon said as the spider came at them with the other two spiders, who stopped the fight.

As they converge on them, Maggie looked as the naginatas around them. "This can't be good."

"I have an idea, but I don't think you're going to like it." Maggie said.

"Just do it." Dragon replied.

"Uh, if you say so." Maggie looks at the naginatas around before her hair turns to silver and rises again.

"What is she doing?" Cole asked.

"Like your Earth Punch and Geoff's Sand Sight, this is her hidden power." The naginatas rise and head toward them before they turn around with the blades facing downwards and Maggie lowers her head, sending the naginatas down to stab the net, ripping it open.
