Hi guys! This has been a plot bunny of mine for awhile now. I was kind of waiting to finish AMM before writing it, but this was definitely an itch that needed to be scratched. Hope y'all enjoy.

Oh and I originally wrote this on Discord so I apologize if it seems kinda choppy.

Marinette threw her head back, letting it rest against the soft surface as she closed her eyes. Her body rocked with the motion of the flowing water surrounding her as every contraction wracked her body with an intense jolt of pain. A gentle hand wiped the wet hair out of her face. As the pain passed, she slowly opened her eyes and was met with a pair of green ones looking back at her. His hand caressed her cheek as he looked at her with a soft gaze.

"You're doing amazingly, Marinette," he said in a voice so soft, it was almost a whisper. "It won't be much longer."

"Adrien…" her voice trailed off as another wave of pain came over her body. She sat up and got into a squatting position, letting her knees rest against the floor of the tub. "Please, I…I need you."

"I'm right here, my love," he grabbed her hand, wincing as she squeezed it tightly. "I'm not going anywhere."

"No, I need you," she spoke through her contraction. "In…here."

His eyes widened as he finally understood what she meant. "Oh, y-you want me to get in there with you?" She nodded and he immediately let go of her hand and jumped up. "O-Okay, I'll be right back."

She watched him sprint to their bedroom and it was a mere two minutes before he came running back, now wearing a pair of green swim trunks.

He slowly climbed into the tub with her and she immediately latched herself to him. "Is this better?" He hugged her close to him, rubbing gentle circles on her back as he felt her body stiffen.

"Much better," Marinette let herself lean into his chest, hugging him close as she waited for another contraction to pass.

Adrien copied her breathing, the both of them taking in deep breaths as they felt the hot water surrounding them.

"You're doing such a good job," he whispered more encouragement into her ear. "Hang in there."

Marinette pulled away from him, positioning herself so that she was squatting. "I'm trying," she placed her hands on his shoulders, using him as a balance. "I-I'm so tired, Adrien."

"Don't give up yet, you're so close," he leaned forward and kissed her cheek. "You can do it."
Suddenly, a feeling of pressure filled her abdomen and she spread her legs further apart. She grunted as another contraction came along and this time, she pushed down with force.

Despite the now aching pain in his shoulders as she squeezed them, Adrien found himself smiling as he watched her. "There you go, keep doing that."

Her breathing was heavy as she stopped to look up at him. "I want you…" she said, out of breath. "I want you to catch it."

His eyes widened, slightly taken aback by her words. "You…you want me to…to catch the baby?"

"Yes," Marinette's eyelashes fluttered as she looked at him with love in her eyes. "Please."
Adrien gulped, now feeling shaky as he got into position. "Okay…if that's what you want, my lady." He watched as she pushed down. A scream released from so deep in her chest that it made his ears ring. As soon as he looked down, the water had become cloudy, but he was able to see a small head poking out.

"Oh my god, I see it," he placed his hands down close to the head, cupping them together. "O-Okay, Marinette, whenever you're ready."

This last push was even harder than the previous one. She could feel everything leaving her insides as she bared down all of her weight.

Finally, she could breathe a sigh of relief as a splash of water could be heard.

With shaking hands, Adrien pulled the baby out of the water and gently laid it on his chest. "Look, milady," his voice wavered as he held up the little pink bundle to show her. "We have a son."

Marinette finally let herself relax as she sat back in the water. Her eyes never left the sight of Adrien and their baby. "He's beautiful," she said with tears in her eyes. The baby then began to cry, his little lungs blaring out the loudest cry she had ever heard. "Let me see him."

Adrien then transferred the baby onto her chest, smiling as she held him so tenderly against her breasts. "He looks like you," he said quietly as he rubbed the baby's black hair. "I'm still not over how amazing you were, Marinette."

She kissed the baby on the head before moving him down to let him latch onto one of her breasts. "Aww, such a good baby," her watery eyes looked back at up at her husband, who clearly had hearts in his eyes. "You were amazing, too."

He sat closer to her, his eyes never leaving their little bundle of joy as he continued suckling away. "I can't believe I did that," he sniffled, wiping his eyes. "I helped bring him here."

"That you did," she reached out to caress his cheek. "And here I thought that I was the one with the power of creation." They both laughed. "But you helped create him, too."

"Yeah," Adrien said as he swallowed the lump in his throat. He always got so emotional when it came to his family. "Oh, Emma is going to be so happy to have a little brother." Just the thought of her playing with him was enough to bring him to tears.

Marinette grinned brightly at him, using her thumb to wipe the tears from his cheek. "She'll be so happy," she bounced the baby as she looked back down at him. "Now, what do we name this little one?"

Adrien took a closer look at his son, who now had his eyes open and was showing his bright green eyes. "I like Hugo," he said. "Wasn't that a name you had picked out?"

She nodded. "Yes and I think it suits him," she placed a gentle kiss on Hugo's head. "Little baby Hugo."

Adrien then sat down next to Marinette, admiring both her and their newborn son. He then kissed her cheek before laying his head on her shoulder. "I love you so, so much," his voice was quiet, yet so tender.

She then rested her head on top of his. "I love you, too," she said. Hugo cooed as she gently laid him back on Adrien's chest. "And so does he."

Adrien kissed the baby's soft hair before snuggling him in his arms. The water around them was still warm. He leaned his head back against the side of the tub, sighing happily. "Do you think it's about time we get out of here and dry off, my lady?"

But he got no response as she softly snoozed against his shoulder, completely exhausted from the birth. All he could do was smile in admiration at the love of his life. "Or maybe we can do that later," he said before placing a soft kiss on her hair.

He decided to use those few minutes of silence to take in some more baby snuggles.

Idk what it is but just the image of Adrien being the one to deliver his babies just makes me so happy. I could totally see him becoming a midwife or doula haha
