Lincoln looked back at the statue and decided to give it a high five using the blue had before continuing to look around
"Lincoln look." Tin said pointing at a another blue hand button
Lincoln hit the button causing a spark to go through the connected power line
they watched the spark go through the wire before reaching the yellow door labeled "power"
then they heard the sound of keys
immediately they were on guard
then Lincoln noticed something
"uh tin? Did the statue always have a key?" Lincoln asked pointing at the hand of the statue
"I don't recall it having one." Tin said before seeing the key "I think we require it to open the door."
Lincoln used the grab pack to grab the key and gave it to tin
"alright let us open this door." Tin said as he unlocked the door
they went through the door and into the power room
they looked around and saw multiple electrical poles
"Lincoln the training tape mentioned the grab pack being conductive." Tin said "could you possibly use it to restart the power?"
"I can try." Lincoln said
Lincoln managed to figure out where to go as tin guided him
"you know tin I kinda expected you to be smaller." Lincoln said
"did you expect a tiny grey robot instead of a human looking one?" Tin asked
"yeah actually." Lincoln said
"well that was my planned design but Lisa changed it to be more human." Tin explained as Lincoln managed to restart the power
when they left the power room they noticed something
the statue was gone
"where did the statue go?!" Lincoln questioned
"there might be someone here." Tin said "looters perhaps?"
"or maybe the statue is alive." Lincoln said
"don't be absurd." Tin said "it's not like this place is haunted by dead kids who were stuffed inside the statue."
"maybe..." Lincoln said
Tin sighed before looking around for any signs of people here
he didn't find any but he did find another door with a button
"you know what to do." Tin said
"why don't we go back to the entrance?" Lincoln asked
they looked to where the came from and saw that the door was sealed shut
"well shit." Tin said
Lincoln sighed before hitting the button
the door opened revealing a hallway
near the top of the hallway there was sign that said "Make- A- friend"
"maybe if we make a friend we can loop around back to the entrance?" Lincoln asked
"it's possible the system might think we're doing a tour right now." Tin said "let's go."
they walked down the hall before reaching two doors
"darn it. the exit is locked." Tin said and I don't have the strength to kick this one down since it isn't a key pad door
"what about this one?" Lincoln asked pointing at a door labeled 03
"let's do it." Tin said as they entered
the hallway was pitch black
suddenly some steam was released
"oooh spooky." Tin said showing a bit of emotion for once
soon they reached the end of the hall where there was a door with a picture of Huggy Wuggy with a construction hat on
"that's... cute... i think." Lincoln said
they entered and saw a staircase In the room along side some boxes and another tape player but no tape
"maybe the tape is nearby." Lincoln suggested
"let's have a look." Tin said
they went up the stairs and saw a control panel with four coloured slots
"i think I found the thing for the blue slot." Lincoln said as he inserted it
"the rest must be down there." Tin said pointing at the area below them
the two jumped down and began to look around
"I think i found a way back to the stair case." Tin said as he opened a door
Lincoln however found something much more interesting
"I found the tape!" Lincoln said holding up the vhs tape
"well then let's see what's up." Tin said he went over and inserted it.
after a few seconds of static the tape began to play
"Ugh, Rich, where are they keeping the Huggy boxes?" A male voice asked
"I don't know, I couldn't tell you! Remember when Maintenance last did a sweep of this place?" "Rich" asked
"no." The male from before responded
"Exactly! Nobody in this stupid company knows what they're doing. I swear, I haven't seen a single box in its place since they started flooding the storehouse with orphanage junk." Rich said
Lincoln hit pause
"wait orphanage?" Lincoln asked
tin did a bit of digging
"it seems this place was also an ophanage." Tin said "all that's known is that the orphans were put deep under the building in an artificial environment."
"maybe they are still down there!" Lincoln said
"it's possible." Tin said "maybe that's why they didn't tear This place down when everyone vanished."
Lincoln hit play again
"Right..." the male voice said
"I get it, it's a nice program and all, on-brand, but" rich said before sighing "It's just hard to be happy when Manufacturing is on OUR NECKS about it, 'cause we can't find stupid Huggy boxes!"
"he doesn't sound happy." Lincoln said
"rich." The male voice said
rich sighed again
"You're right... You're right... It's.. It's for the orphans... I just wish there were less boxes. Anything less would be more abidable. - I-is that even a word? Abidable." Rich said before the tape ended
"it is." Tin said before noticing lincoln taking the tape out and putting it in his bag
the other tapes were also there
"you've been taking the tapes." Tin said
"yeah as memories." Lincoln said
they looked around for the pieces they were missing
eventually they found them all and inserted them into the console
a claw at the other end of the room grabbed something and brought it over and dropped it on the conveyor belt
it was a red hand
"I think this belongs to you." Tin said as he attached it to the empty hand on Lincoln's grab pack
"and i know exactly what to use it for." Lincoln said pointing at a red button and a blue button above a door on the conveyor belt
he went over and pressed the buttons causing the door to open
"let's try to not get crushed." Tin said as they went through
the area was almost like a mini maze that had to connect the electric power to each end
"Lincoln i have a question." Tin said
"what is it?" Lincoln asked
"why was your sister so mad at you?" Tin asked
"I agreed to something while wearing noise cancelling earbuds and I didn't do it." Lincoln said
Tin accessed the cameras in the house and found something
"they were messing with you." Tin said
"wait what?! Lincoln questioned
"it was in an attempt to teach you to not block them out." Tin said "what a joke... even family can use a break from one another those earbuds was just your way of doing it while staying in the house."
"and now I'm stuck in a factory that's possibly haunted because I refused to stick up to my sister." Lincoln said as he opened the door
"yup." Tin said as they got on the conveyor belt again
on the way through some parts were dropped in next to them on their way to the next room
once they arrived they jumped down and began to look around
"make a friend" tin said reading the sign "it needs power."
Lincoln looked around and found another vhs player
"now where's that tape." Lincoln said before seeing it on a nearby structure
using the grab pack he managed to grab it
"hey tin! I found another tape!" Lincoln said and soon tin came up
"well let's see it." Tin said as they put it in and hit play
"So, Stella, what made you want to work at the Playtime Co. factory?" An interview asked
"Playing with toys when I was young was so magical. I could go straight from my bedroom floor to anywhere in the world. It was such a great feeling. And... being able to work at a toy factory... somewhere that can provide kids with that same experience... That's a pretty great feeling too!" "Stella" said
"Sometimes though... I really, really wish I could go back. To being a kid, I mean. And it's weird, 'cause... adults are just kids, but older! I don't think anyone ever really feels like an adult? But your body just gets older... and older... and then you die. Poof!" Stella laughed
Tin did twirled his finger near his head while making a coo-coo noise
"Human bodies just can't stay young forever. There's things though, like some trees that can stay alive even while being way older than a person! I mean, the oldest people to ever live are STILL younger than those! So I guess everyone is always young relative to something... Right?" Stella asked
"Alright, I think we're getting a little off-track." The interviewer said
"a little is an understatement." Tin said as Lincoln put the tape in his bag
"let's get back to work." Lincoln said as they began to work on restoring power to the area
after a bit of figuring it out they managed to restore power to the area
"a toy maker said let there be toys!" Tin said showing some emotion before hitting the start button
the two watched as the machine did their work
(although Lincoln could swear that the main machine was staring at him)
soon at the end there was a brand new cat bee toy which Lincoln took replacing the old one
they began to look around before noticing a door
"never leave without a toy." Tin read "maybe if you put the toy in the slot the door will open."
"alright then." Lincoln said, putting the toy in the slot
after a few seconds the door opened and Lincoln took the toy back
"well then I think our little adventure is almost over." Tin said as they went through the door
suddenly Huggy wuggy appeared from the darkness
"please tell me that's a robot." Lincoln said
tin did a brief scan only checking for a pulse
"gears and starters...that thing is alive." Tin said
"maybe it's friendly?" Lincoln suggested
then Huggy wuggy showed off it's teeth
"it's not friendly! Run away!" Lincoln yelled
they ran on to a different conveyor belt as Huggy wuggy followed them
they began to move around the maze like vent
"I think we lost him." Tin said
suddenly they heard very loud footsteps
"We didn't lose him!" Lincoln said as they continued to run
eventually the found the exit out of the maze but Huggy was still on them
tin then noticed a giant box above the conveyor belt
"Lincoln help me pull the box down to block his path!" Tin yelled
"right!" Lincoln yelled as he used the grab pack
they pulled the box just as Huggy exited causing two things
one for them to fall onto the catwalk beneath them
and two the box to land on to Huggy's head
Huggy landed on the railing and was about to fall
until Lincoln grabbed him
"what are you doing!?" Tin yelled showing the most emotion he has ever shown
"help me get him up!" Lincoln yelled
"so he can eat us?!" Tin asked
Lincoln was starting to lose his grip
"please!" Lincoln yelled
tin sighed before pulling the unconscious Huggy up
"there you happy?" Tin asked
"not yet." Lincoln said "do you have any medical supplies?"
Tin sighed before pulling out a medical kit
"let me do it." Tin said as he began to bandage huggy's head
after he was done Huggy woke up
"hey do me a favour." Tin said "try to follow my finger."
Huggy managed to prove he didn't have a concussion
suddenly he realized what tin was wearing and slowly backed away
"wait are you scared of tin's coat?" Lincoln asked
Huggy nodded
"aww tin he's just a baby." Lincoln said to which tin sighed
"hey buddy this isn't a lab coat for science it's for medical reasons." Tin lied hoping to get on Huggy's good side
Huggy seemed to believe the lie
"do you want to come with us?" Lincoln asked
Huggy nodded as tin face palmed
"Lincoln are you sure this is a good idea?" Tin asked
"yes. We could use the help." Lincoln said
Huggy pov
Huggy wasn't sure who exactly this white haired person was but they helped him
he was a boy so it couldn't be a mom
A dad perhaps?
yeah and that would make the medicine doctor his uncle!
he did a smart!
oh Huggy...you poor boy.
on the flip side Huggy wuggy has been saved!
now i won't be saving everyone but most of them I will save
