New mornings always bring new promises.
Each new day is a new opportunity for events, both good and bad, to take place. It was natural that people would, by default, feel hopeful and optimistic with the coming of a new day, as it entailed a lot of new events to their lives.
Some days could bring on ominous promises, of the kind that made someone dreadful and not want to even consider getting out of bed. Others could be full of good promises, encouraging a person to stand up with the first ray of the sun so they could siege all the opportunities that came knocking into their door for a better future.
Po had faced both his hopeful and dreadful new dawns, and some of them got engraved on his mind, never to be forgotten again.
However, one thing was for certain, Po never truly shied away from a new day coming to him. Not when he had to spend years waking up in the morning to the sound of a gong to train, under the threat of Shifu coming there and literally dragging him out by the nostrils to make him put his butt though the training course.
That was why, as soon as the morning gong sounded, announcing the beginning of the new day, Po was already up and about. He made his bed, and then he went to his closet and picked a new shirt to wear. Po had not worn shirt for years, but he picked up the habit to wearing them, once he noticed that his scar made a lot of people uncomfortable.
Then, he stepped out of his room and stood into attention, alongside the rest of the Furious Five, all of them ready to greet Master Shifu once he came to see them again in the morning like he usually did.
Except... that the small master did not came to see them.
In fact, none of the Five was out of their bedrooms. Po stood alone in front of his room, wondering why there was no one ready to start the day with a long session of training like usual.
That was when Po reminded himself: Shifu and Po had both talked and agreed to give everyone on the Jade Palace a vacation for the Winter Festival.
Po slapped his forehead as he reminded himself of that important piece of information he had forgotten, and then he relaxed from his position.
He thought of maybe going back to bed and sleeping a little longer, but he decided that, since he was already up, he might as well make himself useful somehow.
And one way that Po really knew how to be useful was by cooking.
With that in mind, Po walked in direction to the kitchen, where he would put himself to cook a nice breakfast for everyone, just to put all of them on the mood for the coming Festival, which was just a few days away.
As he did, Po took a moment to think to himself all that had happened, and how long he had come from the days when he was just an employee on his goose dad's restaurant.
He remembered everything he went through after Oogway chose him as the Dragon Warrior, and all the way until Po finally "graduated" to Dragon Master, and everything that happened after.
Not all of it had been good, but all of it had been important (or most of it). All of it was part of his story.
Po could hardly believe that it had been nearly fifteen years since it happened. So much had happened since that time. He went through so much. He faced so many challenges and achieved so many victories. And he made so many friends along the way.
All in all, it had been a great ride, filled with adventures, and Po knew that it was not over yet. He knew that he still had adventures ahead of him, until it eventually came the day when, much like Oogway, Po would have to ponder choosing a successor to become the new Dragon Warrior, once it was finally the time for that old panda to retire.
Until then, Po would continue going forward, holding on to his beliefs and remembering all the important lessons he learned along the way.
Soon, the kitchen filled with the smell of food being cooked, as Po made a special breakfast that was truly mouth-watering. And soon, someone came in lured by the smell.
"Food!" Said Mantis, as he burst through the door. "I smell food! Give me food!"
"Morning, guys." Po said with a smile, as he continued to cook the food.
"Good morning, Po." Said Viper as she slithered right after Mantis.
"Looks like someone woke up pretty early in a day off." Crane said as he walked into the kitchen, followed by Monkey and by Tigress.
"Good morning, Dragon Master." Tigress said to the panda, and Po looked over his shoulder, nodding back at her. They smiled at each other, and it was the kind of smile that had some meaning behind it. Then, Shifu came, joining the others.
"So, Dragon Master, have you decided to grace us with some of your cooking on this winter morning?" The small master asked, walking to the table as he was going to sit with the others, and Po, once more nodded.
"Just want to make some special food to help everyone start a brand new day." Po said to them as he made the finishing touches on the meal he was preparing to everyone. "And, this will help all of us get on the mood for the Winter Festival in a few days. Aaaand, its ready!"
Soon, Po was serving bowls of the food he prepared for everyone, including himself, and he was serving all of them on the table before sitting himself, and all of them together started eating their morning meal.
And it was pretty good, like pretty much everything Po cooked.
As they ate, all the friends talked about the many plans that they had for this upcoming Festival.
"This will be the perfect chance to show off my new juggling routine!" Monkey said, and everyone nodded at him. They all knew how the simian was still very keen on his past as an entertainer, and that he would love to show off his skills to others when he had the opportunity.
"I'll see if I can find a girlfriend this time." Mantis said, "I an approaching my forties and still single, for crying out loud! I need to find a girl to hitch with so I can have some children and she can eat my head!"
"I'll be trying out my new head decorations." Viper said to the others. "This will be the perfect chance, with the annual feast of the Jade Palace approaching once more. And you can try that new clothing that I bought with you, Tigress. This will be nice, since you are the one hosting it this year."
"Yeah, that's for sure." Tigress said, "Crane, the preparations are going smoothly?"
"Decoration and menu are on full gear." The avian said proudly. "Too bad that you prefer to party with the villagers, Po. You would have loved to see what we have planned for this year's feast."
"Yeah, I tried one of those feasts before, and I think I prefer the villagers." Po said to the others. "I certainly like to interact with the common people."
"You certainly do." Shifu said to the panda. "Good to see you are still humble, Dragon Master."
Po smiled at the small master, while Shifu smiled back at him.
"Yeah, you are lucky that this time you won't be the one hosting it this time, right, Po?" Mantis said, "We all remember the fiasco it nearly was. This does happen with you sometimes, right? I mean, you would not be Po if you didn't cause some problem, after all. If you didn't break some priceless vase or caused a whole village to be destroyed, that's just you, right?"
The green bug laughed at this, as this was his attempt of making some joke. However, there was no one laughing as he said that.
Certainly not the panda.
"I... try not to do that anymore." The ursine said, looking down at his own bowl of food, still half-full. Mantis, seeing the look on his face, knew he had made a mistake.
"H-hey now, Po. Don't be like that, it was just a joke." He said, but the panda said nothing in return.
"So, I heard that everyone is still preparing the village for the Festival." Po said, "I'll see if there is anything they need my help with." He downed the rest of his food in one go, and then got up, excusing himself as he went out of the kitchen.
The people on the table looked at his departing form with worried eyes, before all of them turned their glares at the bug.
"Still too soon?" Mantis asked as everyone glared at him. "I mean, come on! It's been five years..."
As Mantis was glared at by Shifu and the rest of the Five, Po was currently walking down the steps that led from the Jade Palace back to the village. He did feel bad for reacting the way he did, but he could not avoid it.
Those were bad memories.
Memories that Po preferred to leave behind, even thought they served as an important lesson for him.
Po could never shake away how he felt back on that day. When everyone in China turned on him. When he felt like he had disappointed everyone so much that they no longer wanted anything to do with him. That he had completely failed everyone who counted on him and admired him.
That was an awful feeling.
And Po still felt bad whenever he had to be reminded of that. It made him feel like he was still receiving glares from the people...
Po shook his head. He then remined himself that the important was that he had learned from that whole experience. That he had learned not to allow his fame get to his head, and that he should always remind himself that there was a reason why he was the Dragon Master, and that was because he did, above everything else, wanted to protect and help the people of China. The people who counted on him and looked up to him.
Po was not going to let himself lose sight of what was important and let everyone down again.
He would not afford to allow that to happen.
"Oh, Po!" Said a female voice that snapped Po off his reflections. The panda looked to see the person approaching him, and he saw a female gazelle approaching him while wearing a red and golden outfit, with a black hat in between her small horns and with a scroll under her arm.
"Oh, hey Yu Mei." Po said as he greeted the Jade Palace's Kung Fu advisor.
This was somewhat of a new development in the Kung Fu world, which has been implemented around five years ago, right after Po returned from his adventure across the world on the company of the British knight Wandering Blade.
Po's situation had been totally underserved. The Emperor understood this after he heard the whole story and understood that the version of facts he heard was not what actually happened. Po never intentionally destroyed the village. He had only been trying to help, made a mistake while doing so, and ended up losing everything because of it.
The hamster could be brash and abrasive on his decisions, but even he understood how bad it was when a person suffered underserved punishments. Like having their title and honor stripped from them when they were only trying to do the right thing.
That was why, as soon as Po came back, the Emperor took a measure to ensure that things like that would not happen again in the future. To ensure that no more Kung Fu masters, champions and heroes of China, would have their names and reputations unfairly stained.
So, the kung fu advisors were instated.
Each one of those was a carefully selected scriber and councilor, or a group of them, in some cases, which were assigned to the kung fu masters of a determined region or kung fu temple. Once assigned, they would be responsible for protecting the honor and reputation of the respective masters under their care. They would act to defend them against accusations, fight back harmful rumors, and would ensure that the name of the noble warriors of China would be protected from ever being target to unfair prosecutions, and ensure that they remained in good terms with the common people of China which they protected.
Think of them as the kung fu masters' PR professionals.
And Yu Mei was the kung fu advisor of the Jade Palace and its masters. Po himself included.
"I was looking for you, my man!" The female antelope said as she reached the panda, who was still going down the stairs as she started going down along with him, speaking to him about a certain matter related to the Winter Festival.
"A cooking competition?" Po asked, and Yu Mei nodded.
"Yes, an amateur competition among the villagers." The antelope said to the panda as they both walked down the steps. "Each one will come with a recipe they know, and you will judge. Like back on the first Winter Festival after you became the Dragon Warrior."
"You mean, back when I accidentally made a dismissive gesture that brought shame to a great chef and his entire village that made him chase me and attack me in hopes that I'd kill him and make him recover his honor through a noble death?" Po said, and the antelope said it was less formal than that.
"It is just something among the people of the village to celebrate and have some fun." She said to the panda. "Besides, I know for a fact that you will not offend someone and, even if you do, will not be on purpose and you will fix it as fast as you can. After all, you showed to everyone that you are ready to own up to your mistakes and make things right."
As she said that, she playfully punched his arm. This was not very professional, but it was hard to be professional after so long around this panda who managed to make even Master Tigress warm up to him eventually.
And she did have a point.
Ever since his return from his adventure around the world with the Tianshang Weapons, people did notice that Po had been acting way more responsible. The panda seemed like, from that day forward, he had been making a much more active and persistent effort not to make less mistakes that would risk creating problems.
Of course, that's not to say that he had stopped being the clumsy, endearing panda that everyone knew and loved. He was still Po, after all. He was not above bumping into a vase and nearly dropping it or having some idea that turned out to not be the smartest thing he could do, and he was still the kind of person who would look to have fun from time to time.
However, everyone could say that, since his return to China, Po had been acting a lot more mature, but never stopping being the same Po that everyone knew and loved.
A lot of people thought it would have been a tragedy if he had.
"I scheduled to the third day of the festival." Yu Mei said to Po. "Between the Dragon Master impersonation contest and the presentation of the dancers from the Gung Mao province. Ah, I love the Winter Festival. All kinds of public events that you and the others can attend that will help boost your image with the public. Everyone is festive during that time, and they all want nothing more than to spend some time with their heroes."
She then chuckled.
"And, in some cases, their teachers." She added, giving Po a smirk, and the panda could only look at her with a slightly confused expression.
However, he understood as soon as he was reaching the end of the stairs.
"Bao!?" Po said as he saw who was there waiting for him. "Nu Hai!? Jing! Fan Tong! Guys!"
Po was soon running down the rest of the steps, tripping and rolling down the rest of them as he was, eventually, stopped by Jing and Fan Tong, as the female and male pandas, respectively, helped stop the Dragon Master on his tracks, and soon he was being helped on his feet by the Four Constellations.
Those four pandas were not small kids anymore, that was for sure. It had been years since they became the incarnations of the Constellations, and they have all grown into young adults at this point. However, much of their personalities had remained the same. Just as their great respect for their teacher.
"Guys, it has been so long!" Po said, "You are all so grown! I almost didn't recognize you! I thought you guys were on Mongolia."
"We were." Nu Hai said. She had grown to be quite the looker, and she was quite attractive by panda standards. Her face was surely very pretty. "I just came back from fighting back the armies that had stolen the projects for the Great Cannon and were planning on using it to blow up the Great Wall and start an invasion on China."
"And they didn't stand a chance!" Jing said, as she made a few battle poses. She was slightly bigger than Nu Hai, and she also had more muscle. Sure, as a panda, she was quite corpulent by nature, but that was not to say that her arms didn't had a decent amount of muscle on them. "You should have seen how their wimp of a warlord cried like a baby when I broke both his arms! Man, the guy was supposed to be the 'Menace of the Western Lands'! What a rip-off..."
Yeah, Jing was still the same bloodthirsty psycho she was back on the day, but not crossing on the border of being an actual danger to society. If she was, then she would not be revered by the people of China as a great hero, just like her fellow Constellations.
"We had just returned from Mongolia when we crossed paths with someone who said they were coming to the Valley of Peace, and we thought it would be the perfect chance to come visit you." Nu Hai said. "And we arrived just in time for the Winter Festival too!"
"Too bad we didn't get an invitation to the Jade Palace's annual feast like Peng did." Bao complained. "Man, I bet it is so cool. I heard you hosted one of those once..."
"Yeah, I did." Po said, and he felt like telling Bao and the others that they would not be missing too much, considering how formal that all was, but then he realized:
"Wait, did you say Peng?" Po said, and the four of them nodded.
"Yes, they said." Said a voice that was familiar to Po, even though it was deeper and gruffier, as the person to whom it belonged had matured quite the bit since his and Po's last encounter.
There he was! That could be no other than Peng, now a fully grown adult, smiling at Po as he walked to him with his hands on his pockets.
"Good seeing you again, Dragon Master." Peng said, as he stopped before Po, placing his fist on his palm and bowing. Po returned the gesture, and he took a minute to look at Peng and see how he looked.
Wow... he looks so much like Tai Lung... Was all that Po could bring himself to think. Well, it was not really that surprising, considering that Peng was Tai Lung's nephew, and it is only to be expected that a person will look similar to their relatives. However, Peng looked so much like the deceased Tai Lung now that he was an adult that it was almost uncanny.
Po apologized when he noticed he was staring. Peng told him it was okay, but the look on his face said otherwise.
"So, since we are all here together..." Peng said, "What about we all go to Mr. Ping's restaurant to have some food? I could definitely use a bowl of his noodles right now."
Po was all in favor of it, and so were the other pandas.
So, they continued their way, with Yu Mei coming right behind them, telling Po of other events she had arranged for him to take part during the two weeks of the Winter Festival, with some time in between for Po to enjoy himself, since he deserved for all of the hard work he put in, and had the right to enjoy the festival along with everyone.
And everyone was only glad to see Po, as everyone greeted him as he walked by with his friends, and Po would happily greet them all back. He did, however, noticed that people got a little awkward after greeting him. For a moment, Po thought that maybe it was something he was doing...
"It is not you, Po." Peng said to the panda as he walked by his side. "It's me."
Po looked at him, once more seeing that look on Peng's face, which was so much like the one of his deceased uncle...
"So... you got invited to the annual feast?" Po said, "I hadn't heard of that."
"Yeah, I was surprised when I received the written invitation too." Peng admitted. "I had just finished settling the new Kung Fu Club at north, and we were overseeing the tournaments and training sessions, when the messenger came and gave me the scroll. I was not sure if I was going to come, but Lian said it would be good for me to participate, and that we could go back to organizing our wedding after I came back. She was really understanding."
"Yeah, that sounds like her." Po said, as he remembered Peng's girlfriend. "She is really a nice... wait, did you say 'wedding'?"
Peng smiled as he looked at Po.
"I asked Lien in marriage a few months ago, Po." The snow leopard said to the panda. "I mean, we have been dating since we were both fifteen, so I thought it was about time I asked her to marry me. We plan to get married before the Lunar New Year."
"Peng, that's great! Congratulations!" Po said to the snow leopard, and Peng thanked him for the well wishes, and apologized for not inviting Po, but they were only planning a small ceremony. Po fully understood.
"So, who is attending?" Po asked.
"Both her parents and her brother." Peng said to her, "On my side it will basically only be the crocodiles."
"Oh! You mean Fung and his former gang? Yeah, I read in one of your letters that they started working for you after they got out of Chor Gom." Po said to him. "Are they behaving? I mean, they said they were abandoning crime and straightening themselves up after my whole amnesia fiasco, which I still remember close to nothing about, but you know..."
"Yes, they are all behaving." Peng reassured Po. "All of them are being exemplar employees of our kung fu clubs. They are all eager to help, to be honest. Especially Fung. By the way, he came with me, said he missed the Valley of Peace and wanted to pay it a visit now that he straightened himself. I told him to check on the inn we will be staying and meet with us on the restaurant later."
"Peng found the nicest little inn just on the edge of the village!" Fan Tong said, "They have a super nice selection of food and a breakfast buffet! Mm-hmmm!"
Po had the impression that he knew what inn they were talking about, and he had to admit that their food was good, maybe as good as his dad's. But, of course, Po would never say that within the goose's earshot.
"Look, what about we just go ahead to the restaurant?" Jing said, "You guys know they are waiting for us."
Po blinked.
"I'm sorry, 'they'?"
"Someone else decided to tag along with us as we came here." Bao said to the Dragon Master, as all of them continued their way to the restaurant, where Po soon sighted the familiar goose, happily welcoming his panda son into the restaurant.
"Po, my boy!"
"Hey, dad!"
"Hey, son!"
"Dad?" Po said, as he looked the other, much bigger figure that was standing by Ping's side.
"Dads!" Po said as he rushed to them, embracing both Ping and Li Shan happily, as the goose and panda both returned their boy's hug.
"A chance to spend the Winter Festival with my son and one of the best birds I've ever known? No way I would be missing that!" Li said as the fathers/son trio shared that hug, and Po himself could not stop smiling.
Not only his students and old friend have come to visit him right on the time of the Winter Festival, but he would get to celebrate it with his two dads together! After all, that was what the Winter Festival was all about. Sharing a special time of the year with your loved ones. In that case, it was only a good thing to have everyone you love close to you, right?
Yes, Po was very happy that he would be celebrating this special time of the year with so many people who were important to him, and who loved and respected him, and whom he loved and respected back.
Sure, there were very few things that could make Po happier on that very moment.
However, not everyone loved Po. There were some who resented him.
And one of those was currently with an eye on the Dragon Master...
"And his panda father is also here." The loris said as he continued to watch the panda and his friends. He was not too close, of course. He was watching from a safe distance, at the very edge of the village, using a spyglass on one of his big eyes to see the panda clearly from where he was standing.
"Just look at him... so happy being surrounded by all of those little friends and little family... He makes me sick..."
"Did everyone decided to come and visit the panda?" Someone said as he stood by the loris' side. This figure was much bigger, being massive, even for a water buffalo. "Man, that is a problem."
Tong Fo lowered his spyglass, a sour look on his face.
"We will find a way." The criminal said, as he stood on top of that rock, with Temutai standing by his side. "I made a promise to myself that I would see that panda dead before next lunar new year, and I plan to keep it."
"Oh, because the last promises you made to yourself worked out so well, ain't that right?" Said another voice, which caused Tong Fo to turn around to the person who said that.
"Oh, shut it, Junjie!" The loris said to the fox, who was sitting on his own rock, while there was a rhino by his side who looked like he was going through what seemed to be a small inventory of items. "You could do something better than just wise-cracking!"
"Excuse me, must I remember you that I was the one to get our arsenal?" Junjie asked as he gestured to the small quantity of objects that he had brought with himself, and which Hundun was going over. "Those should be enough for us to get the Dragon Master once and for all. In fact, I even have one that will deal with the Constellations for us. We will be getting that stupid panda this time."
Junjie then said, in a low voice to himself:
"That stupid, pathetic panda who never deserved to be the Dragon Master in the first place, and who should never have gotten his title back. He should have stayed a pariah..."
"Yeah, it is obvious that you think like that, obviously." Hundun said, as he checked on one of the items that Junjie brought for their little revenge plan on the panda who they all despised, which looked like some stun-gun made of wood and obsidian stone. "That is why you tried getting him framed by framing him through framing five years ago, right?"
"And that backfired massively, didn't it?" Tong Fo, "Which is why you have been hiding for the past half-a-decade, like a poor little criminal, just like the rest of us."
"Watch it, Tong Fo." Junjie growled at the loris.
"Or what!?" Tong Fo demanded. "What are you going to do to me, you former respected master!?"
Junjie only continued to growl at him, but Tong Fo was completely unfazed.
"You should save that aggression for our common enemy." The loris said, "Maybe this way we might be able to, by some amazing miracle, have a victory over him this time..."
There was silence after those words, and Junjie said to him:
"I have a plan."
"Yeah, you said that already." Tong Fo said to him, "But, let's face it, whatever plan you have will probably not work. All our previous attempts on ending the panda failed! That panda is not only a skilled fighter, but it seems that the gods themselves look after him! And the fact that he has some many allies does nothing to help our case! We are most likely to be beaten and send back to Chor Gom than to manage to destroy him."
"It would help if we had more people." Temutai said, "You tried talking to Taotie?"
Tong Fo's expression soured.
"Yes..." the loris said bitterly. "He told me where to shove my offer..."
"So, the infamous Taotie, the Master of Machines, has truly keep it good to renounce his quest for revenge?" Junjie asked.
"Yeah, the fool really wants to leave his criminal past behind and build a new life for himself and his family." Tong Fo confirmed. "Especially now that his first grandchild was just born. Something about how his quest for vengeance being what strained his relationship with his son, and how he wants to avoid making the same mistake as a grandfather. The wimp!"
Tong Fo was clearly frustrated.
"I swear, it feels like the entire criminal underworld has gone soft while I was locked away!" The loris said. "I tried to contact someone to help us end the panda, but it seems that everyone is either scared or not interested in it! I tried look for the panda's former enemies, but all of them are either dead, have fled the country, too scared to face the panda again or, worse of all, have reformed..."
Tong Fo then sighed.
"In the end, all that I have to go against the panda is..." The loris said, making a gesture to the ones in place with him, one by one, starting with Temutai:
"A former king who made too many mistakes during his ruling, until he was eventually deposed by his own children on a bloodless coup."
The buffalo looked at him with a sour expression, and then Tong Fo turned his attention to Hundun:
"A former guard who swore to destroy the Dragon Master, but who eventually lost to him so many times that he decided to go into hiding and live like a hermit until I finally found him and convinced him to give it another shot on destroying his enemy."
The rhino looked down, and then Tong Fo turned his attention to Junjie:
"A former master who, on his last attempt against the Dragon Master, tried to get him sentenced to death by framing him for a crime, but ended slapped with a death sentence himself instead, and has been on the run from the imperial army ever since to avoid execution."
Junjie growled harder at the loris who, once more, was completely unmoved by it.
"And finally, there's myself." Tong Fo concluded, "A former great crime lord who got defeated and put away so many times and for so long that he lost all respect of the other criminals, and now most of the new criminals of today hardly even know his name."
There was a brief pause, before Tong Fo said:
"And it is all because of that panda..."
Yes, it was.
They all could agree with Tong Fo on that point.
It was all that panda's fault. He was the reason why their lives had fallen apart in so many ways. It was all because of that panda meddling into their business like the goodie-two-shoes he was and being the "noble hero" who needed to stop bad guys like him from doing as they wanted.
"I will get that panda." Tong Fo said, "I will gouge his heart out of his chest and shove down his big, loud mouth!"
Tong Fo was just venting as he said that, although he really would do that if he had the chance to get close enough to the panda.
He was not expecting someone to say something back to it:
"Now that sounds like fun."
The four criminals all turned around to see who was talking, and they saw a white weasel with pink fur on the top of her head with another, brown male weasel standing by her side. Both were smirking at the four of them.
"Who are you!? How long have you been there!?" Temutai demanded as the four looked at the two newcomers while getting in fighting stances. The weasels, however, still had a relaxed expression.
"So, you are the one who used to be a king?" The female weasel asked to the buffalo. "Sorry, but I really don't see any royalty in you, and I've already seen a few rulers before."
Temutai roared, saying that she was going to pay for insulting the "warrior king of Qidan".
"Oh, will I?" The weasel said, as she lifted her hand, and it lighted up in green light as she pointed on the buffalo's direction.
However, it was not to him that she was pointing, but to the old tree standing behind him.
Immediately, the tree started to move as it was enveloped by the same green glow. The whole trunk bent over as its branches grabbed onto Temutai like several arms, holding the massive water buffalo in place while he cried out in shock.
The others looked in surprise as Temutai was suddenly grabbed by a tree. As they did, something sparked in Tong Fo's mind.
"Two weasels, one of them with white fur and the power to control plants with her chi..." The loris said to himself, before he turned to look at the two weasels once more.
"It's you!" Tong Fo said, "The weasels from five years ago! The ones who made the Dragon Master lose his title by stealing the Wugao Gauntlet, and who tried using it and the other Tianshang Weapons to conquer the world!"
"Oh, look, brother! We are famous!" Veruka said to her brother.
"It appears so, sis." Klaus said back to his sister, while the four animals who they surprised were all staring at them.
"So, we understand you all have a score to settle with that panda who stopped us from fulfilling our destiny and got us sent to jail, right?" Klaus said to the four of them. "Well that is a nice coincidence, because we also have a business we need to solve with him."
He then walked forward to the three remaining ones, while the buffalo still tried to free himself from the tree that was holding him while under the control of his sister.
"Perhaps we could help one another..." He said with a smirk.
