TOTK spoilers. The Demon King has been defeated and the princess returned to hylian form. Link and Zelda now have to move forward after their second cataclysmic event. And now they may have finally decided to stop wasting time. Or at least, Zelda is finally gonna open the door and Link will happily walk through it. A trap was laid before the danger was known, and a minor change to the timeline- a miniscule scar- left a Princess unable to access her divine birthright. As a result, her Champion had to step in at the last moment. Breath of the Wild with Zelda as the main character, her memories completely gone but forced to rise to the challenge of saving her Champion and her Kingdom. Haremish.

Modern AU When Zelda's father, Senator Rhoam requests she return home in order to attend his pre-election party, she never imagined her life was about to change forever. One night she is forced to witness her father's murder. Whilst fleeing from his killers she is wounded and ends up being rescued by a stranger living in the woods. But is her mysterious savior friend or foe?

Castle Town has matured into the sprawling capital of Hyrule, earning the name "Hyrulia". Its population has outgrown the protection of the Royal Knights of Hyrule. Thus was born the City Watch of Hyrule, a police force dedicated to protecting the people of Hyrulia from crime. However, Hyrulia, and the rest of Hyrule, are about to need more than the police. They will need a hero.

It is one thing for someone to say they would give their life for you. They are words anyone can say, and even compulsory in the case of Hylian Soldiers like Link. It is another thing entirely to watch someone hold true to those words.

Kass, a wandering minstrel, has some strange meetings with an equally strange Hylian.

With Terrako at the center, both meet each other once more for assistance.

story I've been working on about a 1-4 hour read

After spending five years stuck in the World of the Ocean King, Link returns to the Great Sea, only to find it changed beyond recognition. With his allies all turned against him, he sets out to reconnect with the one person who may be able to clear his name. Something sinister is rising over the Great Sea-and this time, Link may not be strong enough to stop it on his own.

Link knows he will eventually have to face Demise's Curse, and has been training obsessively for 11 years in preparation. But when the Master Sword is cursed so badly it can't even be put to rest, and monsters are attacking, and the enemy is still nowhere to be found, the Hero and the Princess are left with nothing but unsolvable problems. Zelda once sacrificed herself to save Midna, fading away to nothing in the process. Fortunately, the Twilight Princess managed to later revive her soul, but it seems that her life came with a cost. From having a loving family, friends and acceptance into University to suddenly regaining his memories in the body of Link, Noah is thrown into unprecedented circumstances. Uncertain if he had a life to return too, Noah is forced to burden the fate Link left behind while harshly realising Hyrule is not how he remembered it.

This story about Link's and Mipha's married life together is a direct sequel to the story titled 'A Tale of Two Princesses'.
