Once the second day of school was over, Candy walked all the way back to home to her house. As soon as she opened the front door and had made it inside the house, headed upstairs and into her room. All of a sudden, while she was on the steps, she realized that she had accidentally went past her...father? She stopped herself in her tracks, and looked down from the staircase. There she saw her father standing near by her,
"Candy, how was your day?",he asked sweetly.
There was a moment of silence between the both of them. It wasn't until Candy turned towards him.
"It was great..um.. hey, Dad? I'm sorry for the way I acted yesterday.",said Candy to Wonka.
There was more silence between the both of them. It wasn't that tense but the two of them faced each other. Then, Wonka walked up the stairs to go and hug Candy. Shortly after, he released her from his hug.
"It's okay if you wanna still go upstairs, it's fine by me.",whispered Wonka softly.
Candy didn't even still had say a word to him. She just headed her way up the stairs and into her room.
